Running a football club
is the hardest business I've ever run.

Part of Daniel's vision was to rebuild
the stadium at White Hart Lane.

A billion-pound project
that on completion

is considered to be one of the best
sporting arenas in the world.

So the challenge was,
what could we do to design

a stadium
that really hadn't been built before,

where you could retain the atmosphere
at far greater capacity?

Because we were conscious about
trying to create a multi-use venue,

we've actually got two pitches.

And for three years,
I wooed the NFL

to convince them to be our partner,
to play some games here.

The second pitch, which the NFL play on,
can also be used for other events,

boxing, concerts and things like that.

It's been a decade
of overhaul for Daniel Levy.

As well as planning for a new stadium,

in 2014 he hired his ninth manager,

Mauricio Pochettino.
