[Episode 22] [No one can take him away.]

Xiao Yu, this is the Madam of Tianyou City.

- This is... - Miss Jinyan from Tianyou City?

Mother, there's no need for introductions. I have known Sister Jinyan since we were young.

I didn't think you would still remember me.

I'm flattered.

I still remember when you were young, you used to always follow Master everywhere.

Master was mischievous too

and gave you the nickname "Little Gaoyao".

It meant you were just like goupi gaoyao (an ointment/plaster used in Chinese medicine) and couldn't be shaken off.

It really brings back memories.

You mentioning this reminds me of when we were younger,

whenever you saw Master, you would smile like an aunt.

One time, you even dislocated your jaw from smiling like that.

It really makes one feel pity for you.

This silly little girl's status has upgraded,

but to me, you are still vastly inexperienced.

She used to be a servant girl and is now the wife of Master.

Do you think a sparrow can transform into a phoenix?

It's a pity that a sparrow is just an ordinary bird.

As for me, I'm the real phoenix.

Look at my memory.

I forgot you two were childhood playmates.

It couldn't be more perfect.

Mother, what do you mean by this?

Xiao Yu, you know that

Chen'er holds both the important position of master of Qianyun Mountain Pavilion

and that of the head of the martial arts community.

He's diligent in work. His daily care is even more important.

I heard that on the night of your wedding, you both slept in different rooms.

I wonder where Chen'er went early in the morning too.

I'm worried the responsibility is too heavy for you

and wanted Jinyan to come and share your burdens.

Mother, are you saying that you want a concubine for Master? Does he know about this?

Mother, taking a concubine is such an important matter. Why didn't you discuss it with me first?

You're asking me? Where did you go so early in the morning?

How would I know you would be back now?

Greet Madam Zhang now.

Greetings, Madam Zhang.

This is...?

This is Jinyan. Don't you remember?

How could I not remember?

Younger Sister Jinyan has changed a lot in the last eighteen years.

I almost didn't recognize you.

Chen'er, what do you think of Jinyan becoming your concubine?

Younger Sister is so outstanding. Wouldn't becoming a concubine be a disservice to her?

Being able to be Brother Juechen's concubine

would be my greatest blessing in life.

I don't consider this a disadvantage at all.

Chen'er, what do you think?

Since Younger Sister Jinyan has spoken,

why don't you stay at Qianyun Mountain Pavilion

for a trial of two weeks. What do you think?

Chen'er, you are being mischievous again.

Taking a concubine is not like hiring an employee. How can there be a trial period?

Mother, Madam Zhang, I'm also thinking on behalf of Jinyan.

To be my concubine comes with heavy responsibilities and pressure.

Jinyan can take some time to try it before she decides.

She can have the freedom to stay or leave.

Hands together at the Ziwu position.

Keep the four doors tightly closed and guard the center.

Return all thoughts to the void. Sense and understand the true meaning.

Let the real intentions come together. Follow the spiritual master into the defeated dark.

Wandering to and fro harmonizing water and fire. A calm and profound radiance is born.

Excellent. At this rate, in three days,

I will reach the highest level of the Yongying Heart Sutra, the eighth level.

Birds will cry and sing and I will be successful.

Father, I have something to report. Can I interrupt your training?

Come in.

Why are you looking for me?

The Head of Shenli Sect, Chu Lanxiang was killed.

Something like this happened?

Did they find the killer?

Rumors in the martial arts world say that she died from the Yongying Palm.

Xiao Yu is the biggest suspect.

I'm not surprised by this.

Didn't you tell me that

on the day of the wife competition hosted at Qianyun Mountain Pavilion,

the six sects joined forces to attack Gongshu Yu? She must have been unhappy.

That's why she's starting to take revenge.

With your skill level now,

will you be able to defeat Xiao Yu?

Do you want me to go to Qianyun Mountain Pavilion and bring Gongshu Yu back to Youyou Valley?

I have made a breakthrough in my skills lately,

but Youyou Valley is still honing its strength for the final push.

Now is not the time to go head-on with Qianyun Mountain Pavilion.

But—

I promise you.

Once I have fully mastered this skill,

I will bring Gongshu Yu back to Youyou Valley.

Father, please continue with your training.

I'm leaving now.

Great, Mu Juechen.

Jinyan, I have something important to settle. You should go relax.

Thank you for your concern.

Please take care of your health.

I will have dinner with you later.

Xiao Yu, are you angry because Mother wants me to take a concubine?

Angry?

Why would I be angry?

You are really not angry?

I feel that if you are angry,

you should not hesitate to vent it out and have the courage to come at me.

Don't harm those innocent plants.

Hit me. Hit me.

Wait. Don't hit my face.

Hit me here.

I need to get her palm print as soon as possible,

but looking at how jealous she is,

she's really adorable.

Bring it on.

Xiao Yu! Xiao Yu!

Why did you hit the pavilion? Come back.

This gold-threaded armor you gave me is too heavy.

It's really uncomfortable.

Master, this is the most solid

platinum gold-threaded armor in the world. It's naturally heavy.

The most important thing to think about is the force of Little Dizi's palm.

Ordinary gold-threaded armor won't be able to block it.

Ridiculous. We just got married

and Mother-in-law wants to bring in a concubine. She's clearly trying to force me to leave.

Xiao Yu, listen to my advice. Bringing in the concubine was Madam's idea.

Based on my understanding of Young Master and his arrogance, he would not accept it.

He didn't agree to it, but he didn't deny it either!

I think this is what he planned in his heart. He wants to enjoy this blessing.

Is Master really like that?

He's always talking about morals.

If he's not trying to reform the heavens, then he's trying to reform earth.

If he likes to reform people that much, I will write him a divorce letter right now.

I will divorce him and let him reform his Jinyan!

Xiao Yu, don't be angry. This hasn't reached an ending yet.

Moreover, if you leave now, won't that make the enemy happy about your pain?

Nothing is set? She has already moved in.

Based on my years of research,

women are best at saying what they don't mean.

Especially for someone like Little Dizi who has such strong self-esteem; it's even more so.

She's not even angry about this.

She must be afraid to ruin my perfect physique with her palm strike.

She couldn't bear to strike me. That's right too.

Even if I were to do anything outrageously overboard,

one look at my exceptionally handsome face,

and her unhappiness will dissipate like clouds.

I didn't expect my outstanding good looks

to be a hindrance to peace in the kingdom. Such a sin.

Young Master, are you sure you want to take this new approach to continue with this plan?

I already told you.

"Do not enter a tiger's den and take away the cub"(One must take high risk to achieve our goals).

In order to prove Xiao Yu's innocence, I can only use this method.

Forgive me for being stupid.

Why don't you tell her directly?

Xiao Yu hasn't open her heart yet.

Her evil thoughts have been suppressed by my good looks

and controlled by my handsome face and beautiful soul.

If I tell her, what if she's furious and settle score with Shenli Sect?

This will definitely lead to bloodbath in the martial arts community.

My heart really aches for her.

Look at him.

Light in steps and face full of smiles. Is there any hidden words in his heart?!

Even if this is so, with his personality,

which normal woman will be able to tolerate him?

Xiao Yu, think about this.

You have been with Young Master for more than ten years.

That's more than a thousand countless nights and millions of hours.

If you can't even tolerate his temperament,

what about that ordinary woman, Jinyan?

Are you saying to let her know when to retreat?

Yes.

That's right. To know one's own strength and the enemy's is the sure way to victory.

Instead of retreating, why don't I take the initiative to go to her?

That's right.

Xiao Yu, how can the legal wife

go to meet the concubine?

Display your imposing manner and let her come to you.

Young Master, you have a deep understanding of the situation.

I can only keep studying and continue to improve

to keep up with your pace.

My pace? I fear you will never be able to keep up with in your lifetime.

Do you have any useful ideas?

You came to the right person.

Young Master's wife has instructed that you wait here.

You can go.

Isn't this the limited edition of Jiayun perfume?

This is the scent.

Xuedai's limited edition of eyebrow pencil?

The sold out limited edition of Tian Xiufang's

red lipstick?

Luo Qishi's limited headwear?

Younger Sister, have some tea.

So heavy.

Older Sister, how did you get this headwear?

My maid queued up for a day and night on the launch date and didn't even manage to get it.

Are you referring to this?

I think it's too heavy.

Of course, it's heavy.

It's made from 99 pieces of pure amethyst

which went through 78 artisans using 120 craftmanship techniques.

This is not a headwear.

It's a piece of art.

I didn't know you have a deep knowledge of this.

Thinking about this, it must be fate. Why don't I give it to you?

Second Elder Sister.

This is too valuable.

How can this do?

You have such a beautiful face.

Of course, it should be complemented by this headwear.

Let me put it on for you.

You are so pretty.

What a pity.

Why do you say so?

Someone like you

should marry a better person instead.

Older Sister, taking into account of this headwear,

I will have a heart-to-heart talk with you.

Frankly, I don't want to be Brother Juechen's concubine too.

My mother said that marrying into Qianyun Mountain Pavilion will benefit my father.

Benefits?

I fear that your mother still doesn't understand Young Master.

Why do you say that? Even if you are related to Qianyun Mountain Pavilion,

Young Master will not support your father due to this reason.

Really?

I will be marrying him in vain then.

If you don't want to marry him, I have a solution.

As long as you agree,

all the valuables here will be yours.

It has been a day and there's still no movements from Jinyan?

Young Master, there's no movements from her.

Didn't you say that she would definitely come?

It has been half a day. Why haven't I seen her yet?

She must be too shy

and dare not look deeply into your eyes.

She fear she will drown in the river of love and can't extricate herself from there.

That's right. She must be shy.

News of my glories must have spread.

How can an ordinary woman handle this?

Seems like I must go there instead.

Come in.

The scent from Youyou Valley is indeed useful.

Mu Juechen doesn't seem to be able to see through this loophole.

Jinyan, you have been in the manor for a day. Are you getting used to here?

Thank you for your concerns. I feel totally at home here.

I wonder why you are here.

I was taking a stroll

and dropped in here to check if you are fine.

Are you here just to check if I'm doing well?

I'm here to

hand over a major task to you which concerns peace in the martial arts community and safety of the people.

He's indeed Mu Juechen.

He even uses such noble and righteous excuses to pick up women.

Please speak.

I need you to cooperate with me to put on a show.

Great, Mu Juechen.

Even putting up a show? Sounds like fun.

What's the show?

It's very simple. Just deliver a bowl of noodles to me tonight.

It's definitely not that simple as delivering a bowl of noodles.

Watch how I handle you tonight.

Brother Juechen, I fear that your work is too hard.

and will ruin your health.

Hence, I cooked a bowl of noodles for you

as nourishment.

Young Master.

I fear Qiao Yu can't endure it any further out there.

Young Master, the noodles.

This bowl of noodles...

is rather novel.

Look at this bowl of noodles.

They are long and flat.

You are very considerate.

And, also, this egg.

It's also big and round.

If you like it,

I will fry eggs for you every day.

You can comprehend everything at once.

I like it!

She could even endure this?

I want to see how long you can tolerate this.

Head of Pavillion!

Try my cooking now.

Alright.

Young Master, how is it?

This bowl of noodles is simply delicious.

I have never eaten such delicious noodles.

I was too hasty.

If you like it, eat more.

Okay.

There are still lots of good stuff later.

This is the beginning of punishments.

Look.

I already did that and she didn't come to hit me.

This shows Xiao Yu's deep love for me.

That's right. Anyone who sees you,

will be shaken by your radiance.

It's impossible for them to be violent towards you,

Seems like noodles for supper

is still not enough to provoke Xiao Yu.

I would like to contribute a great idea.

Look at how confident you are. Tell me.

I have already concluded that,

the reason why your tricks didn't work on Little Flute,

it's because it's only just words but no actions. That's how Little Flute could see through you.

She has already determined that we are just all talk but no actions

instead of cheating mentally and physically.

Shut up.

Your plan is telling me to betray my wife and lose virtues in marriage!

Get lost now!

No, no. What I meant is,

for you to fake a reason

to invite Miss Jinyan to stay out for a night.

Use wine to pretend that you are drunk and act intimately under the influence of alcohol.

Impossible. I read the Holy Scriptures.

My heart is in the kingdom and people

to bring great peace to them.

How can I use my body as bait?

Jinyan, how's your alcohol tolerance?

Are you asking about my weakness?

My nickname is ""Collapse after three cups".

I wonder how's your alcohol tolerance.

I'm the opposite.

I have a gift for drinking. I won't get drunk from a thousand cups.

I want to drink tonight.

Jinyan, drink a few cups with me.

If you are drunk, I will escort you to your room to rest.

Great, Mu Juechen, you greedy pervert.

You really come straight to the point.

If you dare to be frisky with me tonight...no, to Jinyan, I will cut you up.

The three-day deadline with Shenli Sect is tomorrow. Let's be done quickly.

I have a feeling Xiao Yu is nearby.

Young Master, you seem to have something troubling you.

I wonder whether you could share it with me.

It's fine.

I have been busy with work lately.

I just want to drink and relax.

Here.

Cheers.

Trying to get me drunk with such alcohol tolerance?

I'm not drunk.

I have never been drunk in my entire life. I can keep on drinking.

I don't believe I will lose to you.

Of course, I can't outdrink you. You went easy on me.

That's right.

Why are you taking off my clothes?

Young Master, it's time to rest.

Of course, we need to take off your clothes to sleep.

What are you doing?

Why are you taking off your clothes?

You are drunk.

As your concubine, of course, I need to serve you to sleep.

Xiao Yu.

I'm Jinyan.

Young Master, don't worry.

Older Sister Qian Yu is not here.

No one will know.

You are not allowed to touch me. You are not Xiao Yu.

Tell Xiao Yu to come here now.

Immediately! Now!

Young Master, since you miss Older Sister Qiao Yu that much,

why did you bring me here?

Because Xiao Yu is not jealous.

She pretends like she doesn't care about me.

So, you approached me just to make her jealous?

So, Young Master. Do you like me

or Xiao Yu more?

Cut the crap. Of course, it's Xiao Yu.

Xiao Yu is my wife.

But I'm the woman in your dreams.

I will never betray Xiao Yu in my life.

Mu Juechen, I didn't imagine that when you are drunk,

you would still be so adorable. Full marks for your drinking habits.

Since you like Older Sister Xiao Yu that much,

why did you still agree to a concubine?

I did it to provoke her

and make her hit me.

But why do you want to be hit?

Because she cares about me

and can't bear to hit me.

Hence, I told Qian Xiao to come up with ideas.

The three-day deadline with Shenli Sect

is tomorrow.

No.

I must look for Xiao Yu

and let her hit me.

What has hitting you got to be with Shenli Sect?

Xiao Yu, I want to fly kites with you.

So, everything that he did,

was because of me. I made a mistake about him.

Young Master.

Did you find anything I told you to investigate?

What did you find? Speak. I'm mentally prepared.

Young Master, I already confirmed this with the Shenli's disciples.

The Youyou Palm was indeed repackaged as Youlan Palm.

The sutras, phrases and movements are the same.

I understand. You two go and rest.

Young Master, what are you going to do?

I plan to go to Qianyun Mountain Pavilion tomorrow.

Young Master, you are not thinking of telling Shenli Sect

that Old Valley Master is behind this?

I have a plan.

Oh no. The three-day deadline is up.

Isn't that Young Master? Young Master!

It sounds like Xiao Zhan's voice.

I don't care. Let's save Xiao Yu first.

Brother Eagle, let's hurry to save Xiao Yu.

Dear Heads of Sects, you took great efforts to come to Qianyun Mountain Pavilion.

I wonder what's the matter.

Madam Mu, the three days' deadline that I agreed with Young Master Mu is due.

We agreed that if Young Master Mu can't find any evidence of the killer,

he will hand over the female demon.

But now, Young Master Mu and Gongshu Yu are not here.

I can only ask the head of the sect to seek justice for me.

Miss Chu, please be patient and wait a bit longer.

Young Master is already on the way here.

He will naturally give you a satisfactory explanation when he's back.

To add further, Young Master is the Head of the Martial Arts League.

By bringing your troops into the city, are you using this opportunity to rebel?

Your statement is wrong. We did this

not to go against the Head of Martial Arts League and Young Master. It's against Gongshu Yu instead.

That's right. If you hand over the female demon, we will leave immediately.

Madam, Xiao Yu is your daughter-in-law now. You can stay out from this.

A life for a life. It's a matter of course.

Madam Mu, you won't ignore the bigger picture, right?

You are right.

- Madam... - Madam Mu is indeed impartial.

She's indeed the mother of Head of Martial Arts League.

Sorry, I just answered Qian Ran's question.

Gongshu Yu is now the wife of the Young Master of Qianyun Mountain Pavilion.

She's not for you to take away as you deemed it.

Madam, you are exceptionally great and glorious today.

It's blinding my eyes.

Between internal instabilities and external aggressions,

I can still differentiate the importance.

Yes.

We can only let the swords meet then!

This is bad.

Qian Zhan is not here. Who can stop this fat woman?

Female demon, you are bullying us to the extreme. Let's all attack her.

Wait.

Chu Yueying, don't you want to know whether I killed the Head of Shenli Sect?

Look at the palm print behind you and compare it to the palm on the print of your head of sect.

You will be clear about this.

Bragging shamelessly.

You distinctly know that my mother is already buried. There's no way to prove testify for this.

I have the drawing of the palm print.

Three days ago, our Young Master

Three days ago, when our Young Master went to Shenli Sect, he made a copy of it.

- Who knows if you secretly changed the drawing? - If there's a need for this?

If I really killed her and if I had used my full power to inflict my palm on you,

do you think you would still be alive?

You dared not use the full power because the Heads of the Six Sects are here.

Uncles, let's join forces to eliminate evil from the martial arts community and avenge my mother!

Since you refuse to listen to reasons,

let's start then.

Are you foolish or not?

I have ridden for a long time. I have "eagle-sickness".

Watch how your husband handle this undisciplined group.

Young Master Mu, the three days deadline

Give me half the time it takes to light an incense stick and I will tell you who the killer is.

Still trying to stall for time? Do you think Shenli Sect is that easy to bully?

Let's have a go at this Head of Martial Arts League today.

Chen'er!

Those who injured my wife

will die!

Who did this?

You.

I didn't know when I'm furious,

I would be so formidable.

I brought him here.

Mu Juechen, no matter how formidable you are,

once you used up your internal force, you will die too.

I won't die. So how?

What are you still trying to do?

Miss Chu, I found the killer who killed your mother.

Who?

The current Valley Master of Youyou Valley, Shen Nantian.
