advocates will not take

you remember your bargain Mario

and I remember my

Oh

it's rather than this sort of

examination but it looks like poison

hello hi I never heard of any poison we

drove here or me I've been farming in

this county for 20 years

all right no poison weed around here

start never heard of it until you a

plague is in our kettle but there's no

outward sign of any disease that is I

know about how about Jim Stanley's kid

introvert he died about an hour ago

what'd she die of Cal I'm no idea mate

it's not for me to say the moral said

she took sick about an hour after eating

the breakfast what are you driving that

cow it looks to me like this cow died a

week Boyd

so maybe Jim Stanley's girl died of milk

poison you know what that means it

dairies in town ain't going to buy our

milk I telephoned the Department of

Agriculture yesterday they're sending an

expert good idea how I don't go ball in

trouble we'll wait until after an

investigation I ain't waiting my herd

worth more than my land been to many

cattle dying like this around here I'm

getting Alan gone down from his garden

the best of spice to feed in the gardens

of the capitalist

I am my beloved and my beloved is mine

our cue to blow my nose terrible as an

army with banners

Sonia Mario I mean

[Music]

[Music]

go back upstairs and see the chick in

her room hope she seems better tomorrow

night

come back quickly

Oh

Martindale

you got my balance figure debt yeah 2780

I hate to see it go Lin you're making a

big mistake

you wouldn't say that if you'd seen the

sailor with Jim Stanley's praise

yesterday plenty of buyers for the

stocking equipment not so much as a

dollar would bid on the farm all it'll

blow over Lin it's a mistake to get in a

panic and abandon your property common

sense you'd be smart to sell out too if

you could find a buyer this made a down

payment on 100 acres over interval

County I'm getting out of all I've got a

herd and a family well the folks is

waiting they also good bye bye good

morning mr. Stapleton why miss Casey how

are you today

well I'm all right thank you well I've

got a letter for you

looks like miss sodas moved again

[Music]

do you remember the day she went away

did you sell her a ticket

did you hear get on the bus no Mario

must've driven over the station

Jean how I I'm so ashamed

your mother was talking to me and I fell

asleep I have no idea what she would say

Jean this was mr. Mohr Jean King how do

you do

how do you do excuse me I'll tell mother

we're back mr. Morse

mrs. Bentley was telling me that you and

how look at the poison plant yes with

the usual lack of success how could

poison we've suddenly appear in a

district where they were previously

unknown there are many ways the wind

sometimes carries seen hundreds of miles

the birds could bring it and it can come

and fertilizer paid or even on the seed

that is peculiar that although so many

cattle have died you're still unable to

locate the weed yes it is and I'm

supposed to know where to look for them

that is where they be growing in raised

in the soil and moisture and so forth

you know how's our pretty good partner

himself anyone have deliberately

introduced the weed well I don't

to put that idea in your head well when

cattle are dying all around from eating

poison plants where there are none added

by the mysterious isn't it oh we were

just talking about poison plants or herd

milk and cattle poisoning come in

America fortunately not boys and plants

do spring up occasionally and when they

do cattle will eat them and poison

themselves in their milk one of course

the abandonment of entire settlements is

really quite serious isn't there any way

of eradicating the weed there is no

that's why I'm here

got to find a ways to eradicate them I

had no idea it was so late where you

walk to the car with me hell

sure I'm very glad to have met you mr.

Moore thank you hope see you again

you

[Music]

[Music]

Oh

[Music]

no you fool she's only fainted he may

have discovered I'm not blind

are you inspector

you think

I just come into the room

laughing downtown

Lauren

[Music]

I am standing

Thank You Darwin have something to eat I

don't think I can

and nothing painting is an indication of

weakness and food will give you strength

mario bring us some brandy

the doji admire your getting brandy he's

bringing it now

Oh Mario we bring another glass please

I'll have some brandy tonight he's

brought two glasses histology

and to the right attorney

Oh

do I have everything

dojin you're not eating anything

I don't feel well

and you somewhere

perhaps you better go to your room and

lie down

oh yeah

I wasn't going to do about mister we

don't need please um this is your place

you do the talking yeah come on

well it's like you heard I got two dead

Carl how I know what you're going to do

about it there's more Carol died since

you got here and then died before and

we're tired being told as poison we now

wait a minute there's nothing I can do

about it tonight will hold an autopsy on

those cows in the morning I suggest you

put your cattle back in the barns and

keep them there we had all county before

you suppose there could be anything the

genes either

I don't know I'm ready to try anything

you can't blame these farmers we tell

them their cattle are dying from eating

poisoned weeds and we can't find a

single specimen in the countryside any

place it's tough by the dollar calm on

the way it's a good idea I want to meet

miss Ballard anyway Mario I'm thinking

about shinobi couldn't be mixed up in

anything

to read committee

[Music]

would you rather look at my beautiful

platinum

hi abrasion tool

these are my beautiful giacomino I

brought them all in the jungles of

Central America I was going to give them

to science

discovered my Moscow has gambled away by

land

now I'd never Nina I would even better

how can a plant recover your leg to

photometers meaning because a cattle are

dying but muscle eating poison we before

is my maken takamina special flowers

researching

very clever

[Music]

helping to drive away the foreign

country of thousands of acres around

these many farmers have given off when I

buy up all the land of the Lincoln

[Music]

Oh

thank you make it strong

[Music]

this is your own glass

you're going to die she's like the oven

[Music]

will be very because I'll have our

ministry

[Music]

people who live

how would you play my disappearance have

my time of new agenda that without

tranquilizer research perhaps to be

chosen for 50

no even years lying

when I had my back

[Music]

come home

give a little of yourself to just a

window

[Music]

[Music]

Oh

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

how what Lee Wilson obeah oh come in

home thank you someone with you yes mr.

dollar I'd like to introduce mr. Moore

how do you do - how do you do miss

dollar don't you come to visit you

Thank You mr. Moore from the Department

of Agriculture we've been trying to

locate the weeds that have been

poisoning the cattle around here any

success so far - not yet we're sorry to

bother at this late hour but we thought

perhaps you might have heard something

the old days that would help us about

poison leaf yes how tells me your family

was the first to settle here yes they

were the dollar don't all the land

around here but I never heard anyone

mention poison beef begins to look like

this is the first time they put under

the parents as Mario been in all evening

mr. novian no he told Jean to the

railroad station the railroad look I

mean jeans gone just before dinner I was

terribly upset I have no idea I intended

to leave me I can't understand 'red

going without saying goodbye to me she's

not well half that's why I didn't

attempt to dissuade her I've been

terribly nervous ever since she came

here

yes I know it was either on the verge of

a nervous breakdown or just recovering

from one when she applied for the

position you may be right about that but

are you sure she didn't leave any

message for me she didn't have I should

probably write to you as soon as she

gets back home maybe she left some word

with Mario is he back yet no not yet but

if she did I'll have him drive over with

the definitive change thanks I'll

appreciate that

I thought you indeed will becoming fond

of each other how at the same idea we

had a little spat this afternoon but I

didn't think that was serious enough to

drive Jean away perhaps it's all for the

best half maybe we'll run along now

don't get up the let ourselves out I'm

good night good night he'll bring you

over again mr. love thank you miss

daughter I'd like

I don't believe Mario ever cook Gino

doesn't seem likely he returned without

saying goodbye to my son
