Episode 18 Recall our memories belonging to us

This won't do. Before this female demon succeeds,

I must release her.

- Is there any movements from that female demon. -There's no movement from Xiao Yu.

But the Four Villains announced in the martial arts community that

The Village Master does not get along with Xiao Yu.

The Village Master also threw Xiao Yu into the jail.

Heaven is smiling down on me. I can use this opportunity

to release the devil woman.

Hateful!

These four villains are extremely evil.

Fan the flames. Turbulent country.

For the good of the people,

I can only

release that devil woman.

Village Master, have you thought it through? You want to help us get out?

Who said I wanted to leave?

As the most oustanding prisoner in Holy Spirit Prison,

You can leave.

What if I don't want to leave?

I'll go.

Say. What do you want?

I will make sure you will be satisfied.

Really? Even if I want you to marry me?

Then we should add an engagement picture to the schedule.

Engagement picture?

Seeing as the public believe the two of us are a devil couple,

We should ask the grand master to make an engagement picture

to show people our positive selves.

To let the people and country be at ease.

Otherwise, how can the public believe that you have subdued the devil woman I am?

If the public don't believe, how can they go about their daily life with ease?

How the country be calm and tranquil?

You are threatening me.

I wouldn't dare. I am only truthfully telling you

the current situation.

Right now the public already know you've locked me up.

Guess what they will think.

Naturally, you

are guilty of the most heinous crimes.

You have been locked up to learn your lesson.

You are still too innocent.

The public who don't know the truth will definitely think that you

specially carved an image of a kind person.

They might even think that you're

hypocritical, selfish,

- deceitful, sly— - Stop.

Don't say anymore. I promise you.

What? Chen'er let that girl out?

Yes, Madam. The devil woman even mentioned an engagement picture.

- To be spread around. - Engagement picture?

I did some investigations. The scenes for the engagement pictures

are all scenes the devil woman and the Young Master have experienced.

That devil woman wants to use this opportunity

to restore Chen'er's memories.

She wants Chen'er? She's too ruthless.

Madam, I have an excellent plan.

I hope the engagement photos can help him remember me.

He definitely will. You've put so much thought

into recreating the outfits and scenes.

It will bring his memory back.

- Perform well. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. - You only know how to speak.

Coming.

Look back.

Does pink still fit me better?

Qian Xiao must have used my dreams to tell this female demon.

That's why she's doing this.

What's wrong?

Nothing.

Put this one on.

Pink doesn't suit me.

How can you show a joyful atmosphere

if you don't wear pink for the engagement pictures?

If you don't show a joyful atmosphere, then how can the public believe

and let the country be at peace?

Are you still that Mu Juechen who cares about the people in the kingdom?

- That wise and righteous Mu Juechen who... - I will wear this.

I am that...Mu Juechen.

Not bad. The first battle has been won.

Next, I'll need him regain his memories here.

What are you doing?

Planting flowers. Why should I plant flowers?

If you don't plant flowers how can you show that your heart is aligned with the public?

Working hard together? Sharing the comforts and the joys?

Unless you want to portray a high and mighty Young Master image?

- The image where you trampled on the people in the kingdom? - I will plant it.

I'm the Mu Juechen whom you last described.

Stop, stop. This scene is not harmonious.

The composition is not good.

Why do you need it to be perfect? Hurry up and paint.

Wait.

This engagement picture will be distributed all over the country.

I won't allow any defects.

The female demon is guiding now

Young Master how to plant flowers. What will the people in the martial arts community interpret this?

How will they interpret it?

Everyone will think

- that the devil woman is full of energy. Hey, you—

and Young Master is submissive.

Young Master's brilliant persona will be met with devastating attack.

The issue of poor composition is small,

but the destruction of Young Master's person is big.

I think Young Master should be instructing, and Miss Qian Yu should be planting the flowers.

This way we can show Young Master's unmatched persona.

Good.

I admire you. Your words are logical.

Planting flowers. Plant them yourself.

Plant them myself?

For the sake of the country and my reputation,

these flowers can only be planted by you.

What if I don't plant them?

If you don't plant them? I won't plant them anyway.

If you don't want to plant them then don't.

- Then this is the end for today. - The end.

- Xiao Yu. - Don't go so far.

We fought so hard for this opportunity.

One person planting is better than no one planting right?

What if it can restore his memories, right?

Good. Very good.

- Go in front. - Over here.

- Stop blinding my eyes. - It's pretty.

Hit me. Hit me.

This doesn't seem right.

There is nothing wrong with it.

I like you being overbearing.

This female demon indeed has weird tastes.

If I do this and it spreads out,

wouldn't I be showing my image as a violent and overbearing person?

If you can do a good job of hitting me,

it will show your profound and explosive internal skill.

Do you want everyone to know that you can't do martial arts anymore?

If everyone in the martial arts community finds out, how will you protect Qianyun Mountain Villa?

- By then, the martial arts community will... - Fine.

I wil do it.

I will do it.

I hope this familiar feelings

will help you to recall me.

Stop!

Young Master, did you forget the philosophy of managing Qianyun Mountain Villa?

- What philosophy? Hit me now. - Wait.

This snow ball...

can't be used to hit people.

This is the right way.

Young Master is compassionate and never uses force.

When encountering disputes, he uses reasons and emotions to impress others.

You have a deep understanding.

I can't do without you.

Replace the artist.

I propose myself. I used to run a book and calligraphy shop.

I have worked a long time with black ink.

- It's you then. - Yes.

♫ Are the fireworks of people ♫

What are you looking at?

Nothing.

Was it my misconception?

Her expression was very sorrowful.

No. How can I be soft-hearted towards this female demon?

Why are you putting on fireworks when it's raining?

Didn't you say it has a more artistic mood on rainy days?

Qian Xiao, let's start.

♫ Muddy and old eyes. If you pass through your youth ♫

♫ I can be quick-witted for you ♫

Head of Pavilion.

You both can't keep standing there.

Do some poses or the painting will be too boring.

Right.

How about this?

What about...

this?

My dear Young Master, this is an engagement painting.

It's not to show you at work.

Show more deep feelings.

Be more warm and gentle.

Look at Little Flute.

Her expression is great.

Full of tension.

Look at her eyes again.

Doesn't it seem to be telling

a sad and beautiful love story?

This painting will immediately be complete.

I say, Young Master.

Based on your expression,

compared to hers,

it's much worse.

What? I'm worse than her?

How could it be?

Put on a good performance then.

Wait.

This pose is amazing.

I won't lose to you

in any aspects.

Really?

♫ I acted a bit stupid ♫

♫ A joke, a cinnabar ♫

♫ The strokes on the white paper ♫

How could I possibly fall for your tricks?

♫ As long as you're accustomed to me ♫

I don't hate you.

♫ I just want to be a happy enemy with you ♫

♫ I just want to fight and talk more with you ♫

Young Master Mu.

You are here.

Do you still remember this Gujin?

I don't.

Do you know how to play it?

I'm proficient in music, chess, calligraphy and painting. Why wouldn't I know?

Do you still remember this music piece "Su Yu"?

I don't.

It's okay. I will use the flute to play the first part first.

You are gifted. Can you play with me?

Why not?

What tricks is she up to?

Looks like I need to change according to the situation and counter every tricks.

[Convey Sun and Luck]

A song that wrenches the heart, where can I find a knowing friend?

I hope that everyone can...

your soulmate.

A song that wretches the heart?

Didn't expect this female demon's music piece would cause such great damage.

This won't do. I must stop this tragedy from occuring.

I get it now. This female demon thinks that she lost to me unfairly.

She's using the Heavenly Dragon Eight Music,

an evil piece, to shatter our eardrums.

She's retaliating against me by harming the hundreds of innocent people.

What should I do? I should have realized earlier.

She will definitely not give this a rest.

Continue.

What's wrong?

Do you think I performed that badly?

They are just ordinary people.

I fear they can't take it.

So dangerous. I saved the people's lives again.

It's also a kind of merit.

Xiao De, we can't let her repeat her mistakes.

Xiao Yu has been deceived for a long time.

I will help her take revenge for her parents.

Shen Mingxiu is here.

Why is he here?

He probably can't hold back after seeing these engagement paintings.

He's determined to take the female demon along with him.

God is helping me.

You won't need to take actions

to take down the female demon.

Timing and Subtitles brought to you by Qianyun Disciples Team @ Viki

Young Master, there's a Shen Mingxiu out there who's requesting to see you.

Can't you see that he's drawing now?

Tell that Shen Mingxiu to leave.

Yes.

Wait.

Young Master.

Shen Mingxiu?

Brother Shen, it's a long time since we met. You are looking good.

I'm here to assist you

in cleansing that female demon.

Qian Xiao, prepare a room.

Yes.

Why not this? You live in my room.

You won't be discovered by the female demon and can sleep peacefully too.

That works.

Ahem.

Don't stop me. No one can stop me today. I must leave Qianyun Mountain Pavilion.

Xiao Yu, look at the painting.

Brother Shen?

He came again?

Ridiculous.

I haven't even gotten married and...

Why are they sleeping together?

No.

Brother Shen doesn't get along with Mu Juechen.

I...have already...arranged for...Qian Zhan...

to guard...Young Master's...

side.

Why is it you?

Xiao Yu, it has been a long time.

Lonely people are not afraid of loneliness.

It's being used to loneliness without knowing.

Thinking of how I have killed countless of people without emotions,

my hands were fully stained in blood.

I had no desires or dreams

and cut off all distractions

just to complete the job.

I have achieved supreme enlightenment now.

I'm focusing on refining pills to save the people

to cleanse my evil sins.

Moreover, I came from afar...

Can you people show me some respect? I'm sharing my feelings.

Wu Qing, it's not that we don't want to listen.

Your Journey of the Heart is too long.

That's right.

From noon till now,

it has been eight hours.

You may not know.

Without preparatory work and giving the atmosphere a chance,

how can I reach the final peak?

How can I show my concern to Brother Juechen then?

When I heard that he lost his memories,

I came here from afar

through mountains and rivers and overcame all kinds of hardship.

I rushed here through the days and nights.

Enough. Just get to the point and say if you have a solution.

Let me introduce my new identity to you again.

Wu Qing, the Desperate Pharmacist.

Do you have the pill to reinstate memories?

I, the Desperate Pharmacist...what?

Reinstate memories.

Of course, I do.

I will create a pill known as the Nine Royal Pill later.

I guarantee it will eliminate the illness

and reinstate Brother Juechen's memories.

How do you develop this?

This is bad. The Legendary Three of Qianyun

have been bewitched by the female demon.

Brother Shen, you are the only one I can trust here.

You are the only one.

B-Brother Shen?

You dare?

In order to protect me, you hid a dagger.

Are you afraid the female demon would harm me?

Don't worry. I already found her weak points.

Everyone.

Come with me.

It's her?

Who is she?

He was the top killer, Wu Qing.

I don't know why he later gave up his lucrative business and went into seclusion at the mountain.

He's now the Desperate Pharmacist.

This female demon is extremely evil.

She even got the top killer to return to the martial arts community.

They must be plotting to develop poisonous drugs to poison the people

and fully control Qianyun Mountain Pavilion.

She's now using the people's lives

to force me

to marry her.

Then...Young Master, what's your plan?

We must not let them develop the poisonous drug.

Based on my recent observations,

this female demon has a weakness.

That is, she can't resist

my good looks.

If I flirt with her,

she will go crazy from fears of losing her beloved one.

I have always thought that

it's meaningless to make use of my good looks.

But I didn't imagine this could be a good point.

This is the crux to save the martial arts community.

Xiao Yu.

What are you looking at?

I was calling you.

You are here to see me so early in the morning.

Could it be that you have calculated the auspicious date for the wedding?

I already guessed this is what she would say.

I must not let her plan succeed.

I already said,

feelings take time to cultivate.

Where are you going? I'll go with you.

Latrine.

Together?

She even used such a crude excuse.

Watch how I counter your tricks.

Didn't you like this

overbearing method?

Serious matter is more important.

What are you doing?

Do you think your little tricks can...

Despicable.

Young Master, you are...

There must be no loopholes

to be perfectly safe.

They are coming.

Of course,

she must be gathering poisonous herbs with the killer.

If he's dressed that defensively, how can I kill him?

I can only push him off the cliff.

They are coming.

Shen brother save me.

Who are those two?

Is Brother Juechen hugging another man?

Mu Juechen?

Brother Juechen!

Brother Shen, Brother Shen.

- Sorry, Brother Shen. - Brother Juechen.

Brother Juechen.

Sorry.

Are you injured?

Brother Juecheh, do you still remember me?

It's me, Wu Qing.

How could I remember the top killer in the kingdom?

What?

I don't want to repeat it again.

Older Brother, I gave up my lucrative business for you.

I came from afar to find you. I went to the mountain to pick herbs for you.

And you are complaining that I used to be a killer?

Went to the mountain to pick herbs?

You said it that easily.

I think you are developing poisonous drugs.

Mu Juechen, stop saying that.

We aren't making poison.

We are developing the Nine Royal Pill for reinstating your memories.

Return my memory?

I'm now much better than I used to be.

Why would I want to reinstate my memories?

Morever, in broad daylight,

you both sneaked up the mountain.

How can you prove that you are innocent?

Little pill, I'm relying on you to reinstate Brother Juechen's memories.

You must tell him how extreme he was today.

How hurtful he was today.

Shen brother.

Shen brother.

I came to save you.

Shen...

Seems like he isn't here.

This is great. I might as well use the opportunity

to destroy the poison.

Where is it? So many medicines here.

[Nine Royal Pill]

That easy?

Mu Juechen!

What are you doing?

There's definitely a problem with you.

If this is not poison, why do you guard it so tightly?

I'm going to destroy it.

Let's see how you can endanger people's lives.

How can you ascertain this is poison?

If this is not poison, why are you colluding with Wu Qing?

If this is for the people of the kingdom, why are you behaving suspiciously then?

Just based on this, you judge that it's poison?

You would rather make decisions based on your sole judgments.

If you are free from guilt,

would you dare to take this poison?

Why not?

Enough.

This pill is very springy.

It's indeed...poisonous.

This easy.

Mu Juechen!
