[all] Rawr!

[narrator] It was another super snufflesome night

at the School Of Roars

but the playground was wet and puddly

so the little monsters were indoors,

Can we look yet, miss?

Nearly, Meepa.

Rawr! [caughs]

Now you can look.

-Ta-da! -[all] Monster-mazing!

That's right, monsters. This is a dinosaur skeleton.

Say good roaring to Eric.

[all] Good roaring, Eric. Rawr!

Where does Eric come from?

Eric lived a long time ago

but now he lives in Mrs Twirlyhorn's cupboard.

Eric looks very old.

He is, Meepa.

And he's a great way for us to learn all about bones.

[all] Yay!

Are there bones in all of us?

Everybody's made of bones.

They give us our shape and they stop us from being all wobbly and bendy.

I don't think I have that many bones, miss. Wobble...

[all laugh]

Ah! Eric's bones are all different shapes and sizes.

Arm bones, leg bones, feet bones.

Even a head bone! [giggles]

I'm glad you're all so interested.

-[bell rings] -Oh.

Don't worry, Eric. That's the bell for break time.

Oh, my claws. Wet break time, by the looks of it.

You can stay indoors and play instead.

[all cheer]

If Eric is here, can we play with him?

Sorry. I'm afraid Eric is not for playing with.

[all groan]

He's very delicate so he might break.

Instead, you can all draw a nice picture of him.

[all] Hurray! Thank you, Miss Grizzlesniff!

[hums] Whatever you do, don't touch Eric.

Rawr!

[all chat]

I wonder what Eric feels like.

-Oooh! -Oh.

Eric is for looking at, but not touching! [giggles]

[groans]

I know!

I'm not allowed to touch Eric

but I can show him how I throw a paper aeroplane.

Watch this, Eric! Wheeeeee!

-Oh. -Whoa.

[all gasp]

Sorry, Eric!

Ooh!

He feels all dry.

[all] Ooh!

I wonder if Eric is ticklish.

Tickle, tickle, tickle!

He looks very hungry!

Oh! Welcome to my dinosaur picnic, Eric.

Try some stink cake. [chuckles]

-[gasps] -Eric wants to do some roaring.

Rawr! Rawr! [laughs]

I think Eric wants to stomp, too. Stomp, stomp!

-Try waving! -He hasn't finished my picnic!

Hey, we're still roaring.

[all grunt]

Eric!

[all] Whoa!

Uh-oh.

I think we've broken him.

Miss Grizzlesniff is going to be really cross.

Not if we can put Eric back together again.

[all] Yay!

-I've got a leg! -I've got an arm.

-I've got his head. -He's just like a big, bony jigsaw!

Let's stick the bones together.

-One bone here... -One bone there...

[all] And one on top! Ta-da!

-Eric looks wonky. -Try again.

That's not right.

Oh, dear! That still doesn't look like Eric.

[bell rings]

[gasps] And that's the end of playtime!

[all groan sadly]

Hello, monsters. Did you have a lovely playtime?

[all] Yes, Miss Grizzlesniff.

Hm. Something looks different in here.

Hm, perhaps it's Eric that looks different.

[kids] Ooh!

Let's play a new game.

I'll point to one of Eric's bones and you can all call out what it is.

Huh?

Er... Arm bone.

Uh-huh?

Leg bone.

Uh-huh?

Head bone!

[laugh]

Oh, we've put all Eric's bones in the wrong places.

I beg your pardon, Wufflebump?

Whoops!

Sorry, Miss Grizzlesniff. We touched Eric.

Even though you told us not to.

[all sigh]

You shouldn't have touched Eric, but I am glad you told me the truth.

Will Eric be broken forever?

No.

Why don't you all help me put him back together again properly?

And then we can take him safely back to Mrs Twirlyhorn.

[all cheer]

[laugh]

There you go, Eric.

You look as good as new.

And now we know all about bones!

I think you've learnt another very important lesson as well.

To always tell the truth.

Now then, who wants to see Eric do a dance?

[as Eric] I wanna do a dance!

the little monsters learned that it's always best

to own up when you do something wrong

[as Eric] You're a marvellous little monster.
