from the rolls

and media campaigns
to scare voters.

Brand-new citizens.
People like my mom and dad.

So who do we go after?

Who's running the Alliance?

Spiller started off
as a political operative.

Smear campaigns.
Dirty tricks.

to corporate espionage.

Now suppression of votes.

So Spiller
runs the Alliance,

which uses shell companies
to pay the Harleys.

to democracy
