Rivanah?

I thought it was you.

What are you talking about?

Don't touch me.

You followed me to Mumbai!

Don't you understand? I'm not interested in you.

That's not what it looked like in Kolkata.

That was nothing.

It wasn't just you getting carried away?

I have Grover's credit card. So tonight, baby, is on me.

- Good evening, ladies. - What are you doing here?

Life is nothing but a business deal.

- Not Rivanah's scene. - Stranger can hear whatever we say.

- How? - I don't know.

I have already searched in the house.

And this is a microphone.

[Rivanah screams]

[Rivanah gasps]

Hey...

What happened?

That night...

...this is what happened.

So this is what happened that night?

What kind of a sick fuck would do this?

The Stranger.

Mom gave that tunic to the launderer and he misplaced it.

[Rivanah screaming]

"Fear is an illusion. We create it and fool ourselves."

So that you could make a video of me.

I'm meeting Danny on Saturday.

[Rivanah gasps]

And you have no idea who it could be?

It's okay.

It's Grover.

I mean it has to be.

The attack on you, stripping you, that video clip, I mean...

Everything. All this kinky shit, only Grover can do.

And he's always wanted to get into your pants.

But why did he save me from Prateek? It doesn't make sense.

Because he wants to be the only one fucking you.

But that rape case?

He forced me to be the eye witness. What did he get?

And teaching those children. What did he gain from that?

Your trust.

Because of all of this, now you think of him as your friend.

Listen, I know this Grover. He's very very smart and...

I mean when he really wants something then...

Okay, wait. Tell me something. Listen.

The stranger has been stalking you since you've come to Bombay, right?

But Grover met you much later.

Wait a second. We're assuming this.

Maybe it's a lie. Maybe he has always been after Rivanah.

It's our assumption that he met her through me.

Maybe that's not the reality.

You know, guys. Let's just go to the cops.

Yeah, right. Do you even know...

I have seen all these politicians and cops at Grover's parties, I mean...

...they'll do anything for Grover.

He'll make one phone call and then we are...

- So, what do we do? - I don't know.

But before we do that, we should...

Because I could...

If you could just excuse me for a bit, I'll see you in a few minutes.

Yes sir, no problem.

Now this by definition is...

...what a pleasant surprise is.

Miss...

And I'm so happy that you've come...

...that I don't mind delaying...

...an eleven hundred crore deal.

I got the video clip...

...and I know what you want.

Of course you should.

I was crystal clear about what I want...

...and what you shall get in return.

I don't want anything else.

Just delete that clip.

Tell me. If I do what you ask...

...will you delete that clip?

Right in front of my eyes.

Wasn't it your birthday a few days ago?

Let's celebrate that.

Tomorrow night. My apartment.

Oh, okay.

Delete the clip first.

Come on.

Patience.

The celebration and dinner are tomorrow.

So, I'll delete it tomorrow.

The keys will reach you.

Your birthday costume will be waiting for you inside the apartment...

...along with your gift.

The clip.

Okay.

Okay. You don't have to say anything.

Just make sure you're not late.

The one thing I hate the most...

...is waiting.

You must've understood that by now.

You won't like me if I'm upset.

Are we done?

If we are done, can I go back to my deal?

They're waiting.

You know, I thought you were my friend.

My protector.

My Stranger.

But you're just like every other man.

[phone ringing]

[Grover] I thought I should share the news with you.

Your friend is coming to meet me.

Tomorrow.

I can't believe that you attacked Rivanah.

You made a video clip of her and blackmailed her, how could you?

Because I can.

[Grover] I can do whatever I want.

I thought you would know that by now.

Don't you?

[phone ringing]

[Reena] Hi, ma'am. It's Reena.

Hi Reena.

Is everything alright?

Your mom and...

[Reena] Everything is fantastic, ma'am.

'I got admitted to that school.'

Wow!

That's actually fantastic.

'All this was possible because of you.'

'You and Hero Uncle.'

Hero Uncle?

'I had told you, right? The one who sent you to me.'

'He is paying our school fees too.'

'On behalf of everyone, I thank you and Hero Uncle.'

Reena, I'll call you later.

'Okay, ma'am. Bye.'

You're no hero.

You're the worst.

But I can't believe it.

- Danny? - Why?

You're the one who told me...

...all these Prince Charmings are Prince Assholes in reality.

- I was stupid. - But are you... Are you sure?

I saw it with my own eyes Ishita. What more do you want?

Fuck!

It doesn't matter.

Ekansh, Danny, Grover, they're all the same.

All they want is to get into a girl's pants.

You know what?

About Danny, we'll figure out later.

But...

What about Grover?

I'll have to do what he wants.

I have no other option. I can't let that video come out.

Don't go making any rash decisions.

I've come to a decision.

I have made a date with Grover for tomorrow night.

[Rivanah] And after that I'm done with this city.

I'll go back to Kolkata.

I'll marry whoever my parents choose. I'm done.

Listen, Rivanah, just think about it.

What's there to think?

You're the one who said that Grover is dangerous.

He's capable of anything.

And he might have the Prateek video.

What if he sends it to my parents?

Or worse, what if he does something to my parents...

...or you, Megha or Adil? I can't take that risk.

This is the only way.

Rivanah, whatever you're saying is right.

[Ishita] But just listen to me, okay? Once. Just listen to me.

Fuck!

What's the point, Ishita?

If Grover wants to fuck me, let him fuck me.

Danny, Ekansh...

They've all anyway fucked me.

Don't go.

- What? - Stay at home today.

If you step out today, something really bad will happen.

Why are you saying this?

I have seen it.

Seen what?

You won't understand.

Just trust me and stay at home today.

That's all I wanted to say.

Be careful.

Wasn't it your birthday a few days ago?

Let's celebrate that.

My apartment.

What could be worse than this?

[phone ringing]

Fuck!

Fuck!

Rivanah.

Rivanah, please listen. We need to talk.

I know I went missing last night.

I don't know, something has happened to me.

I'll tell you everything when we meet.

Please, can you call me back?

Rivanah, please call me back.

Hello, Danny.

That is your name, right?

Doesn't matter.

You're lucky that I saw you before they did.

I'm gonna assume you're here to talk to me.

Yes and no. Depends on you.

Is that so?

I want that video clip.

And any copies you may have of it.

If I don't give them to you, then you'll jump to your plan B, which is?

What if your wife finds out...

...whatever you're doing with Ishita...

...and about blackmailing Rivanah.

Go upstairs and inform ma'am that...

...a guest has come to meet her. Ask her to come to the sitting room.

She'll be there in two minutes.

You know what, you should call Ishita too.

It'll be fun to tell the story.

Vandana doesn't care about any of this.

You are a kid.

Those cheap, idealistic books that taught you about...

...relationships and marriages, throw them out.

That's not true.

In the big bad world that does not exist.

Look left.

And look right.

This is where she lives.

This is her house.

She knows what she signed up for.

And she's very happy.

You've come all this way.

Meet her.

She's whimsical these days. You never know what she might like.

She might find you interesting.

And you know what?

That might pay you a lot more than any of your acting jobs ever will.

Seeing as you've wasted your time, let me give you a piece of advice.

Listen, my friend.

You...

...are nothing.

And that's all you have to offer Rivanah.

Nothing.

If you love her or care for her, go and bring her to me yourself.

And then you'll get the fuck out of here.

Why? Because I will give her everything.

Everything that you can give...

...and everything that you cannot.

Shall we?

No?

Thought so.

The next time you come here without permission...

...my guards will shoot you.

Goodbye, Danny.

And you're welcome.

- Vinay. - Yeah, tell me.

Hi. Can I please meet Rivanah Banerjee?

Just a minute.

- But I don't understand any of this... - I don't have the time to explain.

As a colleague...

...as a friend, can you do this for me?

- Hello. - Hi.

[Receptionist] He wants to meet Rivanah.

You want to meet Rivanah?

Come.

Hey, Stranger.

Where've you been?

- I've been trying to meet you... - Sorry.

I'll call you? I can't talk right now. I'm sorry.

Rivanah, please listen to me. Please let me talk to you.

- Rivanah, open the door. Rivanah. - Please drive.

- Hey, stop the car! - Rivanah, please.

At least, listen to me. Please don't do this.

- Go... - Please don't do this.

- Stop the car!... Rivanah, please. - Go...

Fuck!

"Happy belated birthday, Mini."

Riv?

[Danny gasping]

[phone ringing]

-[Ishita] Hello? - She's not here.

- 'What?' - Ishita...

Her... Rivanah's clothes and phone are here. But she's not.

'How can that be possible? If she's not there then where is she?'

She's not here.
