Luckily, when we were at Matou,

we've held the wedding ceremony

and got married.

Heaven and earth can be our witness.

I'm already his wife.

I don't feel pity at all.

Sister Zijin.

In the future,

call me sister-in-law.

Your brother

is not good at expressing himself.

However,

I've long

see his affection for me.

Look at these.

It's the letters from him.

My grandfather passed away at that time.

He told me

not to be sad.

Those who have passed away

will watch over us from the Heaven.

This is the second letter.

At that time,

I was locked in the house by my father.

He asked someone to pass me the letter.

At that time,

I'm already teaching him to write.

He said the best two words

he wrote

is Zijin.

This is sent from the North.

He said he's coming back.

Come back to marry me

is his

faith to win the battle.

Concubine Li.

You haven't eaten for a day and a night.

Eat more.

Otherwise,

you'll fall sick.

Don't worry.

I'll take good care of you.

Come.

Put Jiaer's clothes

in the box over there.

Put it neatly.

This...

Whose things are these?

Mother.

It's so late now.

Why are you still awake?

Who's your mother?

Why are you in Jiaer's room?

This is Jia Ning Pavilion!

I prepared this room for my daughter!

Everything in here,

every furniture,

everything

was prepared for my daughter!

Who let you stay here?

Who let you stay here?

Madam.

Madam.

Madam.

Who let her stay here?

Do you know who is she?

She want to kill me!

How could she

stay in my daughter's room?

You have been working with Shen Family for so long.

Don't you know

this is my daughter's room?

This is Jia Ning Pavilion!

How can you let her stay here?

How can you let her stay here?

Why do you

want to touch my Jiaer's things?

How can you

touch my Jiaer's things?

Don't touch my Jiaer's things.

Concubine Li.

-Please. -Mother.

-Please leave Shen Family. -Mother.

Please.

Leave Shen Family.

Don't touch

my Jiaer's things again.

Please.

Please.

Leave Shen Family.

Don't ever touch

my Jiaer's things again.

Please.

Please.

Please.

Leave Shen Family.

Please.

Please.

Madam.

I'm sorry.

I'm wrong.

I'll leave immediately.

Stand up.

Stand up.

Xiao Xin, hurry.

Pack our things.

Don't make Mrs. Shen angry again.

Hurry!

Madam.

Concubine Li has agreed.

Let's go.

I'll move out.

I'll move out immediately.

Feng.

Where are you going?

Sister.

Don't stop me.

Father and elder brother are gone.

I can't let you take risk.

Because they're

gone,

I must go.

I'm the last male member of Shen Family.

I don't need protection.

It's my turn to protect you.

Sister.

I know what you want to do.

Take me with you.

All right.

You must listen to me.

Tomb of Lu Yuan

Since you swore

to be his dog forever,

I won't let you go.

Split up for ambush.

You wait him there.

Jian Jia

Your Highness.

Waner.

You seldom play that guqin.

It's full of dust now.

Looking at the guqin

and this score,

it reminds me

the days in Moran Pavilion.

Miss Waner.

Why do you seldom play now?

It's hard to find a soul mate.

My music

moves with your heart.

If I can't play for you,

this guqin

is just a piece of wood.

Waner, I'm sorry.

It was my fault last time.

I leave in a hurry

because Shen Family has trouble.

It's a very important matter.

Don't take it to your heart.

The Shen Family is very important to Song.

I understand

your worries for them.

I won't mind it.

Besides, Concubine Li

is our friend.

Miss Waner

is still so understanding.

Can you

play a song for me today?

I haven't listened

to the pleasant sound for a long time.

I miss it very much.

What's wrong?

You're hurt?

You're injured.

Why do you insist to play?

This will make your injury worse.

When I heat up the wine,

I accidentally burnt myself.

It's all right.

I'm sorry, I...

It's all right.

If my music

can respond to your concerns

and solve your worries,

I'll be very happy.

Your Highness.

Madam will recover.

Shen Family will get better too.

You must relax.

The one who worries about me

is only you.

Let me help you clean the wound.

Central Protector.

You're really loyal.

In such jittery situation,

you didn't miss the 49th day of Lu Yuan's death.

How did you find this place?

Although His Majesty has ordered

Lu Yuan must not be buried,

as long as you, Xue Qiu, is still alive,

you won't let your master

be left at random grave.

You don't dare to

bury him in Lu's Cemetery.

And this place

is the most hidden place

near Lu's Cemetery.

Concubine Li is really amazing.

So what?

How does it feel when your family member died?

My father and brother's death

is really connected with you.

But with you alone,

you won't

be able to fight my father and my brother.

Who is it?

Say it!

It's just an eye for an eye.

You won't say it?

Today, I want to send you

to the Judicial Office myself.

Aren't you too impatient?

Who are they?

Sister!

What we do with him?

Bring him to San Jiu Tang first.

Wait me there.

You must be careful.

Who are you?

Xie Residence

Xie Residence

Sister!

Feng?

Why are you here?

Where is Xue Qiu?

Xie Residence

Once Xue Qiu reach San Jiu Tang,

he fainted.

Brother Chen said that

his life may be in danger.

What?

He's the most important witness.

He must not die.

Let's go.

But...

Even if we break in now,

we can't prove anything.

We'll only startle them.

Except if we have Xue Qiu's testimony.

Let's go.

Let's interrogate Xue Qiu.

How is it, senior?

Can you save him?

It's hard to tell.

Senior.

Xue Qiu is the only person

who can identify the mastermind.

You must wake him up.

And he must be sober.

Help me.

Leave it to me.

You fail?

Not only you fail,

but you let Concubine Li

bring Xue Qiu away.

Please calm down.

Xue Qiu is seriously injured.

I don't think he'll last long.

Concubine Li

was stabbed by me too.

She should be

either die or seriously injured.

Should?

Who is Shen Lige?

Lu Yuan tried to kill her multiple times

but he failed.

How can she

die in your hands so easily?

It must be because of your underestimation

you exposed yourself.

Please calm down.

Fortunately, Shen Lige

shouldn't have any evidence.

Otherwise, Xie Residence

has long been surrounded by the central troops.

If Xue Qiu is still alive

and get caught by Concubine Li,

if he wants to live,

he'll expose

everything.

I'll go to Shen Residence now.

Even if I die,

as long as I can kill Xue Qiu...

Silence!

Fool!

Don't act hastily.

Let's see what would they do to Xue Qiu.

We act accordingly.

We must not panic.

Clean up

the traces of Xue Qiu immediately.

Then, leave Jian Kang City temporarily.

Come back when situation is better.

Yes.

He's awake.

Tell me, who's helping you?

Who wants to kill you?

You won't say it?

That man in black

obviously

want to kill you.

You still want to help him?

Is it Xie Hao?

Is it you and him

colluded to kill my father and brother?

Xie Hao?

I followed that man in black

until he disappeared at Xie Residence.

Say it!

I don't plan to live anyway.

You want me to testify against Xie Hao?

Wishful thinking.

It's me who has killed Shen Zhi and Shen Tingzhang.

I want to kill you.

-Feng! -I want to kill you!

Sister!

He has killed father and brother!

Don't stop me!

-Calm down! -Shen Feng!

Do you think after you killed my father and brother,

your master will be able to rest in peace?

You're wrong.

What's the personality of Xie Hao?

Even when

your master is alive,

has Xie Hao ever care about

Lu Family?

You and Lu Yuan

are just the swords for him

to kill people.

Lu Family

is just the stepping stone

for him.

Lu Family

is just a lowly being

for Xie Family.

If he has the chance,

he'll destroy

Lu Family at once.

Lu Yuan

was not the only rebel.

Her Highness is in the Concubine Palace.

There must be someone in the government

that helped Lu Yuan cut off army's provision

and tamper with military report.

That person is Xie Hao, right?

But when the crimes were exposed,

only Lu Yuan

was accused.

He was abandoned

and killed.

In fact,

the one who really want Lu Yuan to die

is Xie Hao.

Because only this way

he can escape unscathed

and protect himself.

Shen Lige.

Stop trying to provoke me.

I won't be fooled by you.

There's

no mastermind.

Stop wasting your time.

Such a fool.

No wonder your master

will lose badly

and die.

That's because

he had such a coward

and fool person by his side.

Didn't you say

you want to avenge your master?

Tell me, why?

Why do you avenge him?

You know

Xie Hao is the culprit.

But you ignore it.

I guess

your master really deserves it.

Shen...

Shen Li...

You're right.

It's useless for you to live.

I'm afraid no one

can help

avenge your master anymore.

Wait!

Come.

Follow me to the Weiyang Lake.

Minister of Justice.

After the murderer kill them,

it's obvious they've cleared the scene.

Besides, on the day General Shen Tingzhang and General Shen Zhi

was killed,

it rain heavily.

Many traces was washed away.

According to King Peng Cheng,

Concubine Li and her brother,

the only evidence left at the scene

was just these.

A few days have passed.

Do we need to go again?

How can we solve the case with only these?

General Shen Tingzhang dedicated his life to Song.

He dedicated himself to the people.

How many times has he fought in the battlefield?

Now, he was assassinated

and can't rest in peace.

I

must not let him

die in vain.

So,

I must go to Weiyang Lake again

and survey carefully.

Yes, sir!

No matter what,

we must bring the murderer to justice.

One hour has passed.

Why hasn't King Peng Cheng come?

Yeah.

Good day, King Peng Cheng.

Good day, King Jing Ling.

Didn't King Jing Ling go to the tomb

because of Her Highness?

Why is he...

I know you all have doubts.

But I want to declare that

in the crusade against Lu Yuan,

King Jing Ling assisted me to kill the rebel.

He's loyal.

He didn't do any wrong.

He should be rewarded.

However,

General Shen was killed.

I'm afraid generals and soldiers are insecure.

So, I invited King Jing Ling to return to Jian Kang City

to help me

supervise matters

and to help Song.

I will not let you down.

I'll ensure the smooth implementation of the new policy.

Everyone.

I've also decided that

Pengcheng, Jingzhou

and Chen Commandery will be the testing points

for new policy implementation.

If it succeeds, it'll be implemented throughout the country.

The new policy benefits the country and the people.

I hope everyone will work together.

Anyone has objection?

Don't worry, King Peng Cheng.

We'll work together

for the welfare of the people

and build a foundation for Song.

All right.

Fang Qing.

Yes.

Announce the outline of new policy.

Rectify the style of governing and promote the poor.

Choose by talent and assign job appropriately.

Encourage jobless people to farm.

Evaluate diligence and reward accordingly.

Ministry of Justice.

We've searched for three times

but we still don't find anything.

Continue to search.

It rained for two days.

The clues might be buried under the soil.

Yes.

A jade pendant?

Is it left by the murderer?

We can't make conclusion now.

After all,

few days have passed since the incident.

No matter what,

this is a new clue.

Continue to search.

Don't miss any spot.

I'll report it to King Peng Cheng now.

Yes.

The outlines will be sent to all places soon.

Please supervise inspections.

Soon, Fang Qing and the rest

will go to Pengcheng, Jingzhou and others

to inspect the result of implementation.

If there's a violator,

punish according to law.

-Yes. -Yes.

Your Highness.

Ministry of Justice.

Do you have new clue

regarding the death of Shen Tingzhang and his son?

Your Highness.

We indeed found new evidence.

Present it now.

Yes.

Stand there.

Shen Tingzhang's daughter, Shen Lige.

Shen Tingzhang's son, Shen Feng.

We asked to meet King Peng Cheng.

Your Highness.

Zhijian Hall is the place for officials to discuss matters.

How can a female come and go as she likes?

Concubine Li's action violates the etiquette and law.

As the daughter of Shen Tingzhang,

I've captured the murderer of my father and brother,

Xue Qiu.

I came for my father and brother.

I asked to meet King Peng Cheng.
