How has your drag changed
since you were here last?

I've learned
I have to make myself happy,

and my drag
has to come from the heart.

I really unfairly
put this pressure on myself

to win Season 9,

because I told myself since my
dad and sister couldn't see me,

that I would do it for them,
I would win for them.

And so when that didn't happen,
it was hard.

I carried that around
because I was just all like,

you were so close,

and you couldn't even
pull through for them.

As time goes on, you learn
to recognize that voice,

the saboteur
or whatever you wanna call it,

where you let it have its say,

but you say,
oh, thanks for sharing,

but I know I'm kinda on to you.

Yeah, I'm working on that.

You know, I've been taking
some time in therapy.

We named my inner saboteur.

When I was a little boy,
my family had depictions

of the Hindi Buddha
in our living room.

And I was always fascinated,

because I didn't know
if this human being

was male or female,

and it ultimately
didn't matter to me.

And I've always wanted
to recreate this look,

and here was my chance.

And this look is the All Star.

The number tonight
was difficult stuff.

It was choreography,
it was lip syncing,

it was working with--

I don't know,
did you have eight dancers?

To be honest, you saw
the "shits" in your face.

But once you kind of pushed past
and said, "This is my moment,"

you got it done.

You completely rose
to the occasion.

You really stepped it up.

And to see how much of a
consummate professional you are,

it was just so incredible.

The challenge,

moments in this competition.

But at some point, you said,

"I'm gonna stop thinking
and I'm just gonna be,"

and I think once you started
to get out of your way,

it was like, oh, my God,
that moment,

your aha moment happened
here on All Stars 5.

And this, girl with the pearl
everything, is gorgeous.

I'd love to hear
about this look tonight.

Being in this competition
before,

I didn't know
until I watched myself

how many Jew-y things I say.

And I was like,

I don't know anything
about this part of me.

And so I just dove in,

and I found a whole
beautiful Russian heritage,

from traditional garments
to Fabergé.

So this is my pride
that I'm wearing.

I didn't know how much
my heritage means to me.

My mom got me here.

She's an incredible human being.

She took us to museums
every weekend,

and she said,
"Pick the most beautiful thing,

"and when we go home,

we're gonna make it out
of whatever's at the house."

I'm so proud of you.

You have made it here on talent,
intellect, and faith.

went into overdrive

when you walked in.

That was such a joy to watch.

I wanted to give you something
that would challenge you,

but the truth of the matter is,

like, it's very difficult
to challenge you,

because you come in
with so much talent

and so much natural ability,
and you did such an awesome job.

It really felt like everything,

from the set
to the backup dancers,

were there to support you,
you know,

and that's star quality.

And now this
Shakespeare in Glove look,

it's just beautiful.

All we need is Irving Penn
to take a photograph of you.

Because it's just exquisite.

It is inspired by my mom.

Exactly 50 years ago
was her senior prom.

And there's this
Polaroid picture of her

in this bubblegum pink gown,
this big beehive,

and this cute little bow
up at the top.

And I used to always
look at that picture

and be like, "Wow, my mom
looks like a superstar."

And I could just imagine
how gorgeous she was in it.

My drag, in its purest form,

is a love letter to Black women.

And honestly, Ru,
I would be remiss

if I did not tell you
how much I appreciate you

and everything that you've done.

You are a constant inspiration.

of continuous love,

This is one of the most
spectacular finals

we've ever had.

Let's start with Jujubee.

When this season first started,
I don't know

that I would have predicted Juju
to be in the finale,

but, whoa,
did Juju prove me wrong.

From the Get A Room challenge,
she was the star.

SheMZ, she was hilarious.

How dare you!

Snatch Game,
she delivered us finally

an Eartha Kitt
we could be proud of!

[laughs]

Every week,
I thought her fashion

got more and more impressive.

And I think this week,
that finale look

was one of
the most gorgeous things

I have ever seen on any runway.

In the Clap Back video,

I think that
she did a really good job.

I thought she looked stunning,
her body looked amazing.

Her face and hair, you could
see there was confidence.

I could also see
there were nerves,

but for me, seeing Juju
push through that was amazing.

Well, I feel for Jujubee,

because when eight men are
throwing me around my bed--

-Uh-huh?
-It's nerve-wracking.

-Yeah.
-It is.

You know, the lifts.

And then they've got you
upside-down.

Exactly.

I was very, very concerned
about her this week,

but she completely blew me away.

And anybody who's gonna work
that hard for this crown

I think totally deserves
to be here.

Even on challenges
that she didn't win,

her presence was known.

And in this challenge,
she rose to the occasion,

and that's really what
this competition is about.

It's about delivering it
at all times,

and Jujubee does that.

She just has an "it" factor
that's undeniable.

All right, let's move on down
to Miz Cracker. Michelle Visage.

Listen, in her season,
Season 10,

I think she lived in her head.

And here on this season,
she really came into her own.

And then once
she moved out of her way,

we all said,
"Whoa, this is it."

This is a queen
who can do it all.

She can do comedy,

she can give us beauty
and glamour and fashion.

She brought beautiful looks
each and every week.

That reveal runway, where
I thought she looked exquisite,

to the prom runway
with the zits,

and she did prom her way.

Ending up in this runway look,

her Russian kind of doll thing
was incredible.

And she's so good
at making beautiful things

and creating beautiful looks,

like the RuPaul
family picnic look,

where she had made
the fascinator

out of the badminton racquet.

I thought that her performance
in Clap Back was so much fun.

The little fifties
diner waitress thing

that she had going on,

with the reveal
and that big, beautiful hair.

I've seen so many people,

you tell them elevate,
elevate, elevate,

and then they completely abandon

what it is
that we love about them.

And I love that Miz Cracker
stays so true to herself

while still staying on brand.

It's my favorite thing
about her.

I think that is key
to this competition.

Know who you are,

know what it is that
you can bring to the party,

and bring that.

And that, I think, is why
she's standing here tonight

and could win the whole thing.

I think when Shea swings,
she swings big,

and I love a heavy hitter.

She did looks that
she's never done before,

and she pushed herself to do it.

The backyard barbeque
was amazing.

That Love the Skin You're In
challenge was one.

I thought she looked adorable

To this look
on the runway tonight,

which was just really
haute couture,

beautiful, 1960s Givenchy.

It was stunning.
