If by that you mean my opinion

that Homicide is one of the most
skilled and cohesive squads

in the State Police,

that's based on experience, not bias.

In the current crisis,

Homicide has proved itself
to be a most effective squad.

I also agree with your conclusion
that under the proposed budget cuts,

Homicide could not function
successfully...

..which is why we'll be
dissolving Homicide altogether.

Divisional detectives
will handle single homicides.

Temporary taskforces
will handle more complex cases.

And the current Homicide detectives?

That's up to you.

A few retirements, a few transfers.

But make no mistake - there will be
no more Homicide squad.
