give his head Lord Leopold is a

simpering idiot Acosta but behind him

entire crews hoping elevating the

princess there

our boat would sink before leaving the

harbor the king is already paralyzed

even now he may be dead could we sail

from some settlement in Louisiana no no

the French would bar every step of our

way you must go Northwest to the Bay of

Monterey Monterey California we can

arrange a sailing there yes

never met the man

yes but a man whom the Indians call

brother precisely why we need him Vera

Viceroy

or by dealing with the rogue we will

take our chances on Madurai without our

Monterrey to place the princess Lucy on

the throne Monterrey

why should I prefer Lucia when I left

Madrid our people were clamoring for her

dissertation hi

you may rise to great you throne of

Spain is six thousand miles distant when

you sit on it then I'll kneel why is he

here I told you we would go on without

him

the factus princess if you want to rule

Spain you must learn to face reality el

tigre can be a great help and what then

do I promised him amnesty or perhaps he

would like a title I'm with it what

price Tigre non princess I'm not for

hire I have bad news it was a Costas

minitek till Tigre your own officer they

guy he's flared else I would have killed

him myself he was in the pay of the

Viceroy and who else amongst those

you'll trust Montana princess again I

entreat you deal with the Viceroy yes

princess deal with them it is the way of

your ancestors and bribery is the

shortest way to Spain I will be ready to

leave in the morning as we planned and

it is my opinion that we can dispense

for this renegade

she has a mind of her own it might prove

awkward to you monetary degree why did

you come here why didn't you ignore my

summons

I was curious my lord I admitted it I

wondered whether life in this new world

had changed you or whether you continue

to live in this adobe palaces though you

were in the middle of madrina I am a

creature of habit

bad habits my lord I know this country

your mapmakers have left out an entire

mountain range california cut in half

grave injustice California's a golden

lehand the world in itself can change

your mind tigre come on ease to this

scoundrel save your breath baron

it is an adventure of it I choose to

forego it without you think itís we must

find our way through dangerous unknown

lands we need you Tigre perhaps to save

our lives search your conscience

countrymen better name on Tara my

presence cannot guarantee the safety of

your party however I will study this

through the night and directed where I

can and mark your trail across one Tara

I find your sherry has a certain

full-bodied flavor if a trifle dry you

should have a Gavin will not make me

change my mind

nothing will make me change mine we will

go anyway thank Lucia for your queen

thousand eyes will be honest rest when

did you decide to shorten it say Oh even

to here and next day every woman in

Spain will be at a dressmaker grand ball

by chance you stumble stumble if it

comes in your dance hmm you forgot

annuities at the court cousin have I

Felicia the hatred the nd to save me

from that court I was spirit to do this

wilderness it taught me that with all

her glory the queen stands alone

[Music]

Acosta right r2 a como the viceroys

military commander is there

these troops should be able to catch up

with us we shall have delays your route

easily followed we travel in style no

matter what route will have to pass near

for ibiki perhaps I can contrive to end

monter it hopes there one of the death

of all will satisfy the Viceroy your

award Acosta will be bad I promise and

yours

not from a woman I'll play mine from

Leopold of Bavaria will be our King

[Music]

why monter ever called on you in the

first place is beyond my puny

imagination the west quarter future

Queens no less all those nice Jack more

the savage than ever even look like what

at least the egg of the years haven't

made me look more and more like a-- like

a barrel of cheap malaga wine this stuff

is not cheap things always approve with

you around

even so diego don't get used to me all

the Dukes private stock

[Music]

let the Baron find me too close to the

wine

[Music]

[Music]

40 of my best soldiers return to

barracks by your orders monitor are you

order sake I was told formula was

carrying my private papers those extra

horses were sent back to the statement

and by both parties almost all of my

trucks have been removed from the

baggage claim

there

[Music]

degre Milady's hello your guide unless

the princess will find my presence too

disturbing I defer to the wishes my lord

Montero

we are more than grateful to go but it

has come to my attention therefore my

mules have been left behind do you avoid

carrying extra feet and a dozen of my

swiftest horses tips for the Indians who

have not helped you no doubt should they

turn against you but even I make

sacrifices Montero

I had the sergeant here remove a keg of

the sherry what concerns me Tigre my

soldiers I assume this was a military

expedition try to convince the Indians

were friendly with an army I assumed you

wish to deliver your queen with her

scalp intact before the coronation you

expect me to land on the shores it's

been wearing the same dress in which I

leave Santa Fe you've already filled

have a wagon and viral with your

belonging

I refuse to travel like a kitchen maid

and I refuse to believe that you can't

understand the problem here better than

a kitchen maid nor can i believe that

clothes make a queen particularly one as

royal as our military commander I'm

concerned with the division of authority

between this man and myself I must rule

on the side of tradition tea clay we

travel as befits our station repack the

Carretas Diego

nothing personal deeply oh it's not

Monday

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

the Duke wishes to make camp here the

horses men are exhausted the princess

faint from the days he does this

Comanche country will camp on higher

ground several leagues further on they

do from a barren field the need to wash

the dust for their bodies they feel it

will enliven their spirits for

tomorrow's travel they'll very good to

place proper Gardner all our spirits

will travel there we camp as you ordered

only Oh tigress suggest that you Tigre

suggest we played God does he think me

incapable of discipline precaution be

more patient Vega we need his eyes as we

need your arms he's very precious by war

lovely like all Queens husbands of

Queens are even more fortunate than

Guardians

it was swift to draw conclusions

[Music]

Fuzzy's called their victims he was a

great patient

the car is silent twisting then cut the

palace guards to shreds escaping the

other hand

sergeant claims he was a victim of the

traitorous commandant feeling the enemy

a crushing blow

Costa Spanish heritage and set sail for

the new world and how many more Arthur

foods have you a question one Leonardo

they're not airplanes LT Brae was a

crazy owner in banking and the woman

most loved to dance with was taken by

Mikey

Tigre finished with that noble minute

since then no one even dares remember LT

grades given me there's a balance which

story is true no I wonder if you mix

love in the same way take a cup of tea

great begins to get interesting again

we've been calling for you they call for

a species of animal great I mean your

ladyship care for big that they have

claws to

yes my lady we are said to be the weaker

sex Tigre the more easily frightened 31

moment to reassure you can sleep well

tonight the Indians who infest this area

appear to be hunting to the south

Tigre the princess is curious about the

man in whose person she finds her

destiny I

it is crew I am curious about one thing

does the ferocious title key drain

tightening it frightens my enemies

therefore did useful it amuses me tell

us how you came back oh it is a

frightening tale perhaps too

blood-curdling for the years of the

princess procede be great as you wish my

ladies have heard of the legend of

Romulus and Remus who founded Rome being

mothered by a she-wolf my story has

points of similarity wounded at the

Battle of tarragon I was left by my

comrades in the forest to die and I

awoke it was at the touch of something

soft and warm in my throat

I was looking into the jaws of a tiger

space was closer to mine than yours

princess

when I have enough sense not to move

instead I opened my mouth sang has sown

my mother had taught me

lullaby from our own and illusion

you see the princess

I felt something damp on my face the

animals tears instead of eating me she

was crying

the rest is simple she took me to her

lair nursed me back to health and taught

me how to fight even to yourself but

there are no Tigers in Spain all right

there are no Tigers in Spain there only

kings and queens

and those who slaved to serve Him good

night milady

you take chances like mommy

[Music]

call me a bumbling fool Tigre I picked a

horse who should have been a goat the

ground hit him very hard but he lives we

go back but the other rides too for

debeaking whoever sent him there sleep

soundly I've no likely freak aback his

nightmare

they all sleep soundly now wake the

Padre

[Music]

Escudero was one of my best men how

about this come about today hardly here

in Gonzales thought they heard Indians

near the captain went to investigate

sergeant and I were awakened and we

followed when we found us could arrow in

the darkness we thought he was still

alive

brought him back to camp we found an

Indian knife in his back

Gonzales nothing I was I another wakin

sergeant over such a minor affair surely

the Baron sleep was more important

I thought the Comanches were hunting to

the south he drew what did I princess

you see I'm not infallible travel close

to the hills today you'll give us more

cover

no crude Indian knife killed that

soldier no the cut was clean the blade

that made it cost in Toledo have you

something to tell me nothing I need to

be ashamed of funding

as you wish my son

Wow we move forward

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

I bring you greetings on the commander

of the Florida Becky you're welcome sir

how is the fate of this vast desert I

might miss you my commander begs to

accept the hospitality of the fort

we've already slaughtered cattle and

sheep be a banquet is it on our way not

too far off both my messengers arrived

safely no I introduced myself El Tigre I

don't understand I agree soldier you

choose life or death no why are we so

cordially invited to a picky we received

a message this morning am i missing

soldier you can forgive the story I told

you but I lacked proof Diego

it would be interesting to know if

someone else in our town plots against

the princess

is there another traitor if so name him

have was indiscreet before the knife I

won't be again we shall see captain

Machado

[Music]

may I suggest some refreshments while we

wait for instance

[Music]

to our charming messenger from ivy maybe

you yourself used the knife tigran as a

fraud on Lee his skin was unscratched I

stopped short of torture

I agree without Hebron milord somehow it

seems foreign to this new life this new

life as you call it my dear stems from

the old we do what we've been taught to

do whether it pleases us or now the man

has a tough hide I suggest we continued

the journey without him

you would abandon him on the desert when

he's ready and tell his story to the

button that is being a naturally cruel

captain traditional princess and we are

minimal value traditional and

disciplined tigre I wish I could spare

the princess but the throne is not for

weaklings

she must be taught strength she learns

from an excellent master flogging will

be the least she can expect to see when

she returns home I'm not home yet my

lord release the man what is it my

shadow captain Vega the heart gave way

before the tongue the man is dead

unless my Lord has other candidates of

the lash I suggest we proceed

tonight will be quieter even the Baron

Vega will not be disturbed by night

there's Tigre no one values your advice

more than I as a guide thank you thank

you thank you for expression and other

subjects in public I have less grateful

I ask you to know your place it's going

on his expedition I've never been more

sure of my place in God's scheme of

things but it's not in the country where

murder becomes a divine right

I think President Mandela

[Music]

[Music]

the Shadow Lord exact swift retribution

what baggage was in the kureta one of

the princesses trunks and much of our

gunpowder get the men back on the trail

[Music]

Blackhorn river north of here it cuts

through mountains tall of the sky we

camp on its back tonight

hey great

beyond the river will we be safe yes we

should soon cross the path of the

Pirates what makes you think they will

be friendly

just keep event unlike his Comanche

brothers is not yet met this venue that

is a strange thing but Spaniards say no

many things I say if you're strange

Spence

did you notice that sunrise this morning

before we broke camp no it was very

beautiful Beauty impresses me I remind

myself of the danger that lurks behind

me Indians not only Indians your

highness what brought you here TV why

did you agree to guide us

perhaps the adventure suddenly appealed

to me perhaps need to be with my own

people again to hear the old jests new

gossip

perhaps when I saw you were in danger

but your lies are futile and I will try

to be more appreciative in the future it

will help

we still have obstacles

Spaniard against Inquisition against

tyranny

leopoldo Bavaria gangsters and lt breath

against all of us no only against your

way of life um let it be honest you

resent me as a queen oh I am one of your

most devoted son you resent me as a

woman no I find it easier to think of

you as a woman and as a queen

the conversation is in the paper

yes your highness

[Music]

diego bought these in Santa Fe for some

wench in Spain

you wench can wait

[Music]

[Music]

fires it music always draws closer to

home even I find myself more anxious to

reach it I'm not sure where home is Fame

or here in America a greater challenge

lies ahead you have been well trained

I've done my best at times I'm mystified

even your patience what concerns you

Lucia my patience is endless but soon my

work will be over another will take my

place how another well the people will

demand you select a companion on the

thrall of the consort they're forming

two gets famous future rulers I've been

thinking about often my dear Lucia

and now this evening I summon my courage

I propose myself to you as that person

but you don't know quite what to say

perhaps you've never thought of me in

this light and yet my table see these

things must be discussed on a practical

level in many ways we are perfectly

suited the age difference is ideal o

house is more highly blooded than mine

where i a braggart I might hand I'm not

considered a bad fellow not unbearably

dull I might even ask who else has

better qualifications in your Lord do

come on terror governor of New Mexico

and as much as you you serve the seer I

have our country in heart

please go over there I've spoken too

soon I've upset you

I would not like to think another

attachment form during our journey

influences your decision

I speak of this new world

it affects people strangely it has

affected me he strains me now like any I

want to be told a man loves me before

Royal considerations before discussion

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

welcome Tigre in your absence I took the

liberty of making myself comfortable

you understand see you I refuse to be

left alone TJ I'm flattered ladies

ilithyia

and I'll try to amuse you now what topic

shall we discuss politics no military

strategy no here I can bring nothing

fresh to the subject I wouldn't come to

anyone's tent we may die on this journey

you yourself have said so what bitter

this tomorrow to office

we're discovered tomorrow my finally

strung up by my thumbs and I wouldn't

blame on Tara I know you're behind even

more than your reputation the fearless

Tigre is afraid to choose a woman

because of a Dukes anger I have chosen

hmm

[Music]

the pinterest a go

[Music]

great must relieve that fever must be

bled the Comanches have already

performed that service for him

a little you understand of medicine

secret is to know what pain to open for

what you I've had such a case in the

past I bled him behind the ear and

carried off the fever and did you

recover

unfortunately no you there another cure

rest if it is God's will rest might heal

no this is no time to rest

Vega

tigré you'll carry on as best you can

for getting everything but speed it will

vein stripping down to essentials

everything I'm already down to its

central I see no reason for all this

frantic haste excellency your health is

of the first importance what difference

can a small delay make dry fibrous

weight of a drug baron as good as 50

years

give us tomorrow 83

[Music]

it is unseemly cousin to visit a man in

his 10 it is more so to have the man

visit you

Montero asked me to marry him

I gave him mum he will he's brave your

juice the sickness is made an even more

attractive as is your tea great keep up

the pace of my ladies please

[Music]

boys

[Music]

will you ask the others to come into the

tent

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

Oh God his property is always bad to

spare

you see to humbly

[Music]

My Lord has made a miraculous recovery

we are thankful to compadre

[Music]

I apologize

I was skeptical over the tower of Prayer

but I was wrong

why to was impressed by the Dukes

recovery in my role as dr. I knew the

crisis was near my role Padre I know

this expedition needs God's help a

resurgence of faith can only strengthen

us all you're a practical man dr. Bunji

and now I have a secret for you and the

Dukes belongings he as an extra task of

his good brown sherry but bye dear t3

under the conditions of this trip that

one might well turn sour I think for the

Dukes sake we should inspect it exactly

Padre I give you trouble Lucia there's

nothing it reference to our discussion

of the other night yes I retract nothing

as your guardian I still feel myself

best for you if I live you're a stubborn

man runeterra

and I think you will live

[Music]

I'd agree that you should have brought

along wine so agreeable to my palate

take care Padre

[Music]

[Music]

yes this is chief Covanta be pilots

[Music]

she scouts have observed a large body of

spaniards following closely behind us he

asks if we come as friends why do we

need so many soldiers but who is it

follows it

[Music]

troops are led by a soldier with a red

beard Acosta as I guessed incentive hey

princess the customer alleged the

Viceroy

no I've heard most of our pattern guns

los Acosta will overwhelm us

perhaps we should flee at once oh I

doubt Acosta will attack us while we are

with the Indians and I'm hopeful of

winning their protection to Monterrey

LaVon has gone I told him we need

supplies we wait here until he returns

with him this time TZ I find your

judgment excellent

Chifa button is happy to see that the

Duke is regaining his strength make sure

this gift of bows and arrows in hopes

that you'll soon be able to use them

thank the chief some of the troops have

follows the enemy's evil man if you

protect his problem he will be amply

repaid

achieve his envious of our horses as you

foresaw service is safely to Monterey I

will give him every animal the

expedition

delicious princess if you can overcome

your natural aversion to exotic foods

what is it dog of the desert coyote

we must do some princess

you will endanger our lives

my name is shining moon she is yours

Montara

although chief she's very pretty but she

doesn't quite fit in with my plans Oh

take her she'll be a curiosity in Spain

why don't you take her to grey chief

knows I prefer tobacco

now that he has offered us a girl he

will ask for one of ours

be calm all of you

he has chosen her let their savage touch

the person I'll clean it's mainly be

happy in America a wedding

this is Montero refused shining moon

he'll find a reason to reject the

princess take care of it Sarah degree

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

what do you think they'll attack there

are enough when their friend Elsie there

leads us into a notes speaks of

treachery they can kill the defenseless

Katie said a whole tribe of Orion

against it I was defending the princess

[Music]

please for me please for me must we kill

each other

[Music]

I will scout the valley

[Music]

take care

[Music]

you

[Music]

set up a shelter for the princess my

life now Vega

what truth integrates words only this

one Terra I will not perish in this

wilderness I would say what's all over

here we can make a peace with a custard

under certain conditions in your

belongings you must be carrying gold

jewels enough to pay your way back to

Spain what other conditions let the

princess renounce the throne Tigre was

right

a traitor stand before our eyes I

command you to accompany me back how

courageous our Baron becomes with el

tigre home when he returns I will

accommodate him also no need to wait

Vega my lord

Oh

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

you were right to go our loyal baron

[Music]

where's a coaster

what's behind us and I have the Indian

least he also will feel their weight now

come with their monter Acosta can go

back we cannot and we can do is set out

in all guards and we

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

Lucia Felicia why not fun para what else

would you have us wear on such an

occasion

milord I command you to serve what food

we have left and wine Diego music

Roderigo your concertina oh this is to

be our last night gentlemen

let us make it a good one you heard your

princess the wine man hurry llegar music

not a funeral dirge play something

likely

[Music]

[Music]

okay

[Music]

I can't believe it maybe I'll have night

would you be willing to go to Spain with

me no I can never return to Spain

how could you doing California the same

as anything by the woman when will not

only love me but love this land

[Music]

and our thing has happened by all the

noise we make the princess may yet

escape hear what the drums say the

Indians fear we have joined arms with

Acosta they think that otherwise we

would not be so boring they can seek

reinforcements before attacking us so we

have a few more our golden hours look

with the foes and hours that Pavan gives

I will frighten that cost into believing

if the Pirates attack I'm here

meanwhile you strike the Pirates here

with your guns making them believe it

it's a costume when this happens you

will retreat withdrawing the Indians on

toward a cost of will also be advancing

while the two forces Baba princess was

behind to Monterrey then you and I will

meet back here should either survive

for the woman's ears we will be most

optimistic agreed TV twinners you

guarantee that probably expected

Oh giggle first I drink myself to death

cause I think I'm going to die and now

you tell me to live what I want to die

should've known better than to trust you

to begin with remember I trust you with

the princess

[Music]

I'll go from Hospice

[Music]

why do you smile because I don't look

like a queen that is scarcely fair to me

you have never seen more a woman

big party but I thought a new captain

was so eager to give me final

instructions I will attack Acosta first

when you hear the noise it will be your

signal to move

diego looking for you until Madhuri

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

signal buta move against the indians but

a change in planned sergeants I'll be

blunt

Spain needs me more than it does you

therefore you will lead the attack

instead of myself before your men

sergeant Diego has just persuaded me

that he's better able to engage the

Indians and I forward

[Music]

let's go agree it's almost done I tell

you no one else survived

the echo

big cat

what happened to the princess Montara

great - changed his plans he ordered me

to the Indians took the princess to

Monterrey himself he claims to save

Spain get to Monterey my friend

[Music]

my son where is she let the bird fly

free to its own nest to become a victim

of the hawk

where is she aboard that ship a man of

God cannot interfere in these things

[Music]

[Music]

tigré there's a dugout just beyond those

trees as I promised captain this bag

belongs to you I think when you examine

it you'll agree I think handsome with a

passage otherwise one that I would not

have taken your party it's kept to her

French both I'm hardly concerned with

Spanish and visions secure soon the tide

changes will sailing captain yeah

there's one slight matter until we're at

sea I would consider the favor of the

doors to the princess's cabin remain

secured I deal with emotional tithe that

was not interfere with the future of my

country my dear Duke the future of your

country fails to interest me and then a

French if no woman will be locked in her

cabin at least not by me you must do the

job yourself

we sail immediately

I'm sorry Lucia I would have you happy

but I would remind you we both have our

duty duty I've learned the duty on this

expedition I've seen men drinking side

by side then turn and twist the knife

and when we reach Barcelona how much

more blood to put me on the throne

there's enough blood and men to make

rivers run red well our country comes

first live in peace without me dead man

has twisted your mind to his ideas I

think if you Lucia forget him forget his

ideas they would destroy our world not

our world on him yours

[Music]

this man is a renegade what about the

authorities I asked you to place of

anions it seems you have a passion for

locking people up Monsieur if we're the

warning to each of you the tide is about

to turn when it does I sail Montera I

want to see

[Music]

Sian taking store on HSN I think

[Music]

[Applause]

you

[Music]

yeah thank you mister

the gentleman has not paid for his

passage I'm first putting assurances I

will not go along captain the lady goes

with me

excellent in that case whole passage

will pay for the damage you two will

disembark at one yes Monsieur

fortunes of war but he's always eating

[Music]

I'm sorry forgive me what idea Felicia

new
