My head started to get,

to sit in this seat,

and I have, like,
this strand of hair in my face

and I move it,
and it breaks in half.

- Instantly, when I touch it.

So when you touched
this bang part of your hair...

a better and easier way

to highlight hair

and how to achieve that look
that Chanel wanted.

So, Kazumi?
- Yes?

- We know that Amber
used color remover

when she was doing
Chanel's hair.

- Right.

- Where did she go wrong?

- I heard you left client
at the salon.

- Yeah.

- Okay, you shouldn't do that.

When client has a bleach
or color remover,

you never know--there could be

you're gonna have one, two,
three, four, five stripes.

the stripy highlights nowadays.

I would do a lot of
finer highlights like this,
