have left their hometown
in Derbyshire

to start a business in Ibiza.

We talk a lot about
jumping in at the deep end

and just going for it,
so we quit our jobs

and we flew over the next week.
We have no idea.

In Heanor there's not much sun.
There's not much beach.

Life back home is slightly
depressing.

Our jobs especially,
we work as electrical engineers.

Factory-based work, so it's
like being in a dungeon all day.

Any time that you're out of work,
the only thing to do is drinking.

Spending the money that you earn
all week in a job that you hate.

We looked ahead, even five years,
and thought, "We can't do this."

I had a little passion
for photography and videography,

so we invested
a lot of money in to equipment

and we've started this idea.

I was coming home every weekend
crying and my mum were like,

She's like, "Well, go to Ibiza."

So I passed my driving test
on the Friday,

I'm lucky enough to have a family
that will support me.

What I do is if I run out of money,
I'll lend it off my dad.

I just want to get back to
being myself

and get back to my true happiness.

I played for Leeds United
from age 12 in the academy,

all the way up to 21 where
I got a free professional contract,

travelled the world and
then ended up rupturing my Achilles.

The devastating injury spelled
the end of football for Sanchez.

It was soul destroying
because, you know, I've had a lot

of knock backs during football,
but that was the first time

that I felt like this was one that
I probably couldn't recover from.

And it took me a long time mentally
to get to a place where I realised

that, you know, there's still
light at the end of the tunnel.

that owns a restaurant out here,

and she wants us to go

someone's birthday,

getting them very drunk, playing,

Jake's job on the island
is a long way away

from his nine-to-five
in a Plymouth call centre.

When I was calling people, people'd
just hang up the phone on me,

want to be called.

And that was pretty much every day,
all day.

I just sat there one day

and thought there's more to life

The best tip I've got butlering

Like, how did you even get in to it,
like, to get to where you are now?

So I was playing a lot at home,
residencies.

I was in a pretty bad place,
I felt lonely, relationship-wise,

just broken up with someone,
wasn't really working out that well.

And then I just, I get this cherub
out of nowhere saying,

"Do you want to come work for us?"

So I went from playing in bars and
clubs at home to like...fully in.

I was just like, "I like this."

That is literally
what happened to me.

I felt like I had no ties at home, I
had nothing kind of to be there for.

Yeah. And then I saw this
opportunity and I jumped at it.

And most people that are here
working

in exactly the same position as you.
