Vasili Sirin jumped.

He reportedly knew Volk's agent in the CIA.

I was going to be killed.

Now we're both dead.

Everyone has something to hide.

As long as you don't hide Sirin.

You saved my life.

Thank you.

I saved my own life.

You just happened to be there.

We have to go.

Is this your boyfriend's house?

The one that I should be thanking for my clothes.

No. Someone that the station doesn't know about.

An occasional lover.

A professor on sabbatical in Spain.

The station knows more than you think.

I was very careful.

I know I have to protect my reputation.

Who does your professor think you are?

Peter the Great organized parties where someone else played the role of Tsar.

You may simply be protecting

your reputation.

But you also enjoy acting.

I am obviously very convincing.

Maybe because there's a grain of truth in your performance.

If you're trying to prove that I still care about you ...

the fact that you're still alive ought to be enough.

But if I was taken in I would be foolish.

And you know that I am no fool.

When you contact the CIA

you musn't tell them that I helped you.

I would like one more favour.

I have to meet with someone.

Who?

A friend.

Does your friend work for the CIA?

Not anymore.

You've been a naughty girl.

What evil deed has come to light?

You and Volk didn't come back yesterday.

He has been watching you since you arrived.

We ran a case yesterday.

What case?

The kind you don't talk about.

Where did you go afterwards?

My place.

Did you invite him in?

He invited himself.

I'd fuck him.

He's handsome.

But maybe you're looking for someone else?

Or maybe I'm not gossiping.

I knew it.

I'm going home.

Where are you trying to sneak off to?

I'm going home.

To sleep.

Someone was watching me yesterday.

Want to keep me company?

I have a meeting.

It's your loss.

Maybe I'll come later.

Maybe I'll already be asleep.
