Case Studies of Donation Scandal

Sleep, please.

I've told you I'm not sleepy.

The issue is getting more serious on the internet.

I must solve it before tomorrow morning.

I didn't do it properly.

Never put off until tomorrow what you can do today.

It can't be delayed anymore.

Alright. Stop, stop, stop.

The feasibility plan for artificial cultivation of althaea-Hong Yu Group

Good job.

However, Jiao Yang,

from your plan,

the upfront capital of althaea cultivation is not a small amount.

Based on the resources you have now,

it's difficult to convince the board to develop the project.

Why don't you

refine the plan

and start it at the right time?

You have to put effort

in the upcoming bidding.

So that Uncle Zhao's effort in getting you this opportunity

won't be wasted.

Thank you, Uncle Zhao.

Don't worry, dad.

I won't disappoint you this time.

Jiao Yang.

It's not easy to conquer Heng Yuan.

Or else, the board

won't agree to

pass the project to you easily.

Jiao Yang.

You have the proof

showing that Hong Yu has been scammed.

However, you are the leader.

It's your problem

to be cheated,

and people took advantage of you.

You executed it first and reported later.

You didn't communicate with the board

before going to search for althaea

and apply an environmental permit for it.

That's why many problems occurred in the resort.

You're the cause of everything.

It happened because you were blinded by your emotion.

I'll reflect on myself.

Take a break, everyone.

Eat something after working so hard.

Thank you, Assistant Lin.

Assistant Lin.

I took a glance on the internet just now.

Now, everyone is criticizing

the donation channel,

and the issue of

standardizing online fund-raising has become a hot topic.

We've contributed to the

optimization o online fund-raising system.

That's right.

That's why you all deserve this treat.

Assistant Lin.

President Jiao used to treat us before.

This time, you did almost everything

and even spent in buying this.

You're really an angel, Assistant Lin.

In this company,

you're the sweet talker.

Actually,

it's also President Jiao's treat this time.

I just ran errands.

I think that

will be his last chance.

I was informed that

Do your homework.

In tomorrow's regular meeting,

Thank you, Chairman Li.

Then,

wish us good cooperation.

Wish us good cooperation.

In the plan for artificial cultivation of althaea,

the development of the supply chain sector

has to be optimized again.

Take these reference books

and read them.

Alright. Thank you, Dad.

Don't worry.

I'll read all these books

even if I have to stay up late.

It's not easy to meet you normally.

This time, you came here

not for the reference books of cultivation, right?

You're right. I have something

to ask you.

How did you pursue my mum?

No.

Don't get me wrong.

I'm going to join the bidding, right?

Will the

bidding process be the same as

pursuing a girl?

Your mum pursued me.

I didn't put any effort into it.

Don't be kidding.

You pursued Liang, the famous designer, for three years.

It's well known in the industry.

Uncle Zhao has told me.

Seriously, Zhao.

Your mum rejected me for a few times.

I almost gave up.

However, I realized that

she cared about me

although she spoke harsh words.

For example, she would

indirectly give me suggestions for designs

of the project I handled.

Besides, she

bought drinks for the colleagues on behalf of me.

Moreover,

your dad is so handsome

and realistic.

I was destined

Which part doesn't match?

Lin Miao.

Dear managers,

You are holding

the photocopy of the internal bidding proposal of Heng Yuan.

Later, Heng Yuan will officially announce the bidding document

and start the bidding

of the development of

an area in commercial land.

I believe that everyone knows that

Zhong Qing upholds

the principle of fairness and justice.

All managers here,

no matter how old or how experienced you are,

stand a chance to represent the company in the bidding.

However, your ability

decides the possibility of winning the chance.

If you have any idea,

please speak up now.

Do you have any idea, Director Su?

President Xue, and all managers,

I think that, the main idea of the bidding

is to develop long-term cooperation with Heng Yuan

through this bidding,

so that we can be better in the industry.

President Xue.

Know yourself and the enemy, you won't be imperiled in a hundred battles.

Oh, yes, President Jiao.

I've read the bidding proposal.

The bidding of Heng Yuan

won't be easy.

If it isn't over budget,

would they be willing

to share the profit?

You meant that Heng Yuan is looking for another party

to share the burden of capital

and the risk?

Many luxury hotels

have diluted the customer base

around the area.

Now, it's going to be used

in bidding for the hotel development,

they will set a strict condition on the other party for sure.

After we eat,

let's call an internal meeting

to gather ideas first.

No wonder Cheng Jun...

Come here, you wicked woman!

No!

Outpatient Dept

I didn't expect that she'd do it.

I'll apologize to Assistant Lin.

Do you think that Lin Miao

will care about someone who used her before?

President Jiao.

Don't simply say anything.

My mum didn't expect that you'd become someone like this

when she hired you to work for Hong Yu, right?

You and Chairman

never accept me as a part of Hong Yu.

Letting the case of donation pass

doesn't mean that I know nothing.

Su Cheng Jun.

You'd better watch out.

I won't give Lin Miao and Hong Yu

to anyone.

We shall meet again.

I won't give my ground to you anymore.

Don't worry, President Jiao.

We shall meet again soon.

I tell you!

Su Cheng Jun has a girlfriend.

I won't allow you to get close to him anymore!

Manager Su and I

are just colleagues.

Just colleagues?

Would he sacrifice for his colleague?

Would he break up with me for his colleague?

Break up?

What a short relationship.

Short?

Su Cheng Jun and I have been together for four years.

Why did you want to become his mistress?

Why did you destroy our relationship?

I've told you, miss.

It's a misunderstanding.

Manager Su has left Hong Yu.

Please solve

your relationship issue yourself, okay?

He's broken up with me.

Who else should I look for, if not you?

Was I someone so unreasonable in the past?

Great.

If you two have really broken up,

I don't think that it's not something unusual.

Perhaps, this break-up

might be something good for you

in future.

Instead of wasting time

on Su Cheng Jun,

why don't you spend time

in improving yourself?

What nonsense is that?

I was just giving you advice.

Instead of spending time

in doing these nonsense things,

you should learn the lesson

from the relationship to make yourself better.

Look at yourself.

Like a willful child.

Since Su Cheng Yu has dumped you

and broken up with you,

then you should let it go

and restart your new life, right?

Hey, lady.

Who are you?

On what basis you decided my life?

Did I waste my time?

Su Cheng Jun is my everything.

I'm telling you.

I won't allow anyone

to destroy our relationship!

Lin Wei Jun.

In future, you'll realize that

Su Cheng Jun is not

the most important man in your life.

The only thing that you can't lose is not him

but yourself.

Breaking up with him

is giving the utmost respect to your own life.

President Jiao.

Here's the investigation report for you.

Lin Wei Jun. 23 years old. An orphan.

She was raised in a welfare center after losing her parents.

She's good with a grandma called Chen Rui Fang at the center.

Take it.

I don't like sweet food. Thank you.

I didn't expect that you were like this ten years ago.

I don't believe it either.

Perhaps, God wanted

to let me know

how stupid and stubborn I was in the past.

If I could know the truth of the so-called

family member,

my life might have been different.

You're stubborn too now.

You don't tell your problems to others.

That's the reason you rejected me, right?

What?

Sorry.

You must have led a hard life

to become Lin Miao today.

Perhaps, God sent you back

for you to meet me.

Lin Miao.

You don't have to change yourself

to lead a different life.

You and Lin Wei Jun are totally different.

You have rights to decide your life.

So, I'm willing to be with you to overcome all difficulties

and to open my heart.

Most importantly, you have to give me a chance.

Don't reject me again.

Take a candy.

To someone like you, whose life is filled with bitterness,

the heart must need a lot of candies to fill.

Not really.

Someone with a bitter heart like me,

just needs a piece of candy.

Please wait at the lobby.

Later, Manager Lu...

We've been waiting since the morning.

When can we meet Manager Lu?

Our time is precious too.

Please urge him.

Yes.

Then, I'll talk to him now.

Please wait.

It doesn't make sense for

an assistant to sit while her boss is standing.

It's my instruction.

Don't doubt the decision of your boss. Sit.

Thank you, boss.

President Jiao

came here for the bidding proposal himself.

Who else could cover for him

after the donation scandal?

Hong Yu still dares to send him for the bidding.

Is it a shame to Heng Yuan?

Assistant Lin.

Have you ever watched A Chinese Odyssey?

Yes.

Did you know why Sun Wu Kong

had to kill Tang Seng?

He talked too much.

I was really angry just now.

Pass me the cup.

The value of a cup

wouldn't depreciate if it was overpressed.

An easy life is boring.

Congratulations, President Jiao.

A hard life is about to start.

Then, is Assistant Lin interested

in the game with me?

It depends on the rewards you give.

Manager Lu.

President Liu has assigned you

this important bidding project.

You have to meet so many companies in one day.

It must be hard for you.

Those companies

are not qualified in the aspects of experience and ability.

It's just a simple job.

President Liu

is strict and firm.

He only emphasizes

the KPI and the price-performance ratio.

He might be able to help you.

That's great.

I hope that you can contact him for me.

No problem.

Manager Lu is still busy now.

Our company arranges two days

for the collection of the bidding document.

If you all are busy,

The official bidding will be after tomorrow.

How are we supposed to prepare

if we can't get the bidding document?

Heng Yuan is really a bully!

I'm sorry.

Don't be sorry.

I'm really sorry.

The new building will be on that piece of land.

It looks like Heng Yuan

is really serious with this project.

Yes.

Let's go.

Wait.

Your shoelaces are loose.

I...I'll do it myself.

It's alright.

Please.

When the construction is done,

it'll break the record of

Yang Yang.

This is the new commercial building developed by Hong Yu.

It'll be the tallest building in the city.

How? Does it look good?

Yes.

Of course.

It was designed by your mum.

Both of you must take care of each other.

So that I don't have to be worried.

Hong Yu.

It was once a landmark of this city.

It's a pity.

It's going to be replaced.

Lin Miao.

Do you know what I majored in

at university?

Business.

Actually, I studied architecture too.

Because of your mum?

Hong Yu

is the effort of my parents.

My mum was an architect.

My dad is a property developer.

My dad loved my mum

through realizing

her designs into buildings.

They knew each other's dreams,

and they realized each other's dreams.

They showed me that

It's cool and romantic.

However, Jiao is old now.

Can I really protect Hong Yu?

Very soon,

it will lose its shine

when a new building is developed.

The record of the tallest building can be replaced.

However, nothing can replace

your desire to protect Hong Yu for your parents.

Although we have gone through a lot,

I'm still not a qualified captain

in leading Hong Yu.

I'm afraid that

Resort hotel

This is the proposal you made overnight?

Business hotel.

Extended stay hotel.

Thank you very much.

They are all craps.

Come in.

Hello, Leader Jiao.

Hello, Manager.

Regarding my application of operating budget

using the OA system last time,

you've rejected it.

The template and content of the application

were incorrect.

They didn't meet the standard.

I got no choice but to reject it.

However, I did the same before.

You were the vice president.

Normally, your applications

were amended and corrected

by the workers of the president office.

However,

you have to do everything yourself now.

I just did it according to the rules.

Alright. I'll fill it again.

Why these people

are so inflexible?

What's the advantage of being inflexible in works?

Can't they just give a chance?

President Jiao. I've asked you not to go.

Why must you go?

It's good for him to hit a snag.

Who knows

if it's a way to train him?

Oh, yes.

I used your account of OA system

and resubmitted the budget application

after linking it with the approval of Chairman.

Approved

It's passed.

It's not good to take a shortcut.

Do you know it?

Although my position has been downgraded...

It's to train you

not to cut your tie with your Dad.

Moreover, we have only one day

for the proposal preparation.

We have no time

for them.

The most important thing

is to bid the Heng Yuan's project.

Remember.

A winner has the say.

You're right.

Your words

have enlightened me.

Let's start the meeting.

You all have proved to me

the reason for Zhong Qing under Hong Yu.

Luckily,

I have my plan.

Your plan is...

Around the area of Heng Yuan's land,

the competition among hotels is tough.

Currently, there are three-star hotels

and two medium-sized hotels.

We have to make a unique proposal

to win the bid.

So, my proposal is...

An urban eco-hotel?

Besides being surrounded by hotels,

there's an abandoned man-made lake and a small farm

near the land of Heng Yuan.

Based on the experience of

Yue Rong development,

the concept of humanity and environmental sustainability

will be the main theme in future.

When we develop it,

if we include the man-made lake

and the small farm in our plan,

and combine our plan with the

urban concept of this city

to integrate the hotel environment and nature

in making a whole new concept of urban eco-hotel,

then our hotel will be the most outstanding

by that time.

Yes.

The proposal has a balance of marketability and vision,

making it a competitive plan.

It's just a concept now.

It needs to be refined.

However, something is missing.

Don't worry. Take your time.

It's great.

Alright.

Let me ask you all.

How does

your ideal hotel look like?

Perfect hygiene.

International brands of bathroom and bedroom facilities.

Free snacks and drinks in the hotel.

What do you think, Assistant Lin?

Make guests feel at home.

However, a hotel is not a home.

Normally, I stayed in a hotel

because of business travel. Everything was done in a hurry.

Sometimes,

I didn't even check the room details when I checked out.

So, I can't answer it.

No.

Your answer was good.

Is the making of proposal alright?

Welcome, Director Zhao. Please take a seat.

We're discussing

how an ideal hotel

should look like.

What's the outcome?

Since we have different opinions,

we don't have

a common answer yet.

There are just a few workers in the president's office.

What can you get?

We learned statistics, right?

In performing a survey,

the randomness and distinctiveness of samples are important.

Yes.

That's right.

It's good to see you here.

There's something that will decide the outcome of this case.

You must do it.

Really? What's that?

Count on me.

The public relations team

has an extremely important task.

It'll decide the future of Hong Yu Group.

Distribute the questionnaires

to every worker in the company.

Please return them to me

before getting off from work.

Understand?

Got it!

Alright. Do it now.

Jiao Yang.

Do I look attractive

when I'm working?

Great.

Oh, no, President Jiao.

when we were in the meeting just now...
