Original subtitles

Babu, come on. The officer wants you

You keep secrets for dangerous criminals...

like Chhote Pathan, Rajjo Singh and Sharma...

who are into arms smuggling and drug trafficking

Despite that, I took special permission to arrange for your bail

Not because I pity you or have any sympathy for you

It's because I know that it's the family of the criminal...

that pays for his crimes

Babu?

You've broken jail...? You've run away?

Or did the police inspector pity you and let you go?

What state has our house been reduced to...? How did this happen?

They promised me that if I remained silent...

they would look after my family. - They'll look after us...?

What good is a dishonest man's promise?

They are the ones who betray the law. How will they be honest with you?

Look...

look at your children. They live like orphans

Who's responsible for this...? You!

What future do they have? What...?

Our son might yet become a thief to earn a livelihood

But what happens of our daughter?

How will I bring her up? Where do I take her?

She might never even get married

Is she destined to go to the brothel? - Poornima!

They punished my family for my silence

I'll now punish them for what they have done

I surely will

??

Let no one escape!

Don't let anyone get away!

??

Someone has betrayed Chhote Pathan for the first and last time ever

A punishment you will surely get. A punishment so dreadful...

that let alone thinking of betraying me...

no one will even dream of betrayal again

"This war of life I shall win..."

"if you are with me"

"This war of life I shall win..."

"if you are with me"

"With a smile, I shall bear every sorrow..."

"With a smile, I shall bear every sorrow..."

"as long as I have your hand in mine"

"This war of life I shall win..."

"if you are with me"

"Blossoms wither away..."

"even the Sun sets"

"Blossoms wither away..."

"even the Sun sets"

"Joys and sorrows are part of life, they follow each other"

"Dark clouds of sorrow or a shower of tears..."

"this war in life, I shall win..."

"if you are with me"

"Small hopes, small dreams..."

"Small hopes, small dreams..."

"in a happy household, the Moon and the stars will be ours"

"You must shine, be it day or night"

"This war of life I shall win..."

"if you are with me"

Arjun, extend your hand

Get on with the prayers. I'll be back soon

Move

They're the ones for whom you betrayed us

And we have decided to punish you in their very presence

We want to show everyone the fate of a double-crosser

Please forgive him this once

I beg of you... - No, Poornima

I beg at your feet... - No, Poornima

Forgive him this once. I promise...

we'll leave this city. We'll never return again

Just once, please. - The sight of your tears...

makes Chhote Pathan show mercy

Go on. I spare your life and your husband's too

But I'm going to punish you in such a way...

that no one must have ever heard of such a thing

Let me go! - No...

Your daughter's going to remain with us

We'll bring her up and then...

we'll sell her to the highest bidder

You bastard!

Every time she screams, it'll remind me...

of the punishment I gave this double-crosser

When people maul her body every night...

her agony will be my balm

Every morning, when she begs for death...

it'll give me my peace

You're a lucky man

Your daughter's going to be married every night

And widowed every morning

Scum!

Come on

Mother...

Get lost!

Brother!

Brother, help!

Brother!

Stop the car...

Brother!

Brother! Help!

Brother!

Mother...

Go away!

You've come to take my daughter away? - It's me, Arjun

Go! Get lost! - It's me, Arjun

I'm not letting you take my daughter away. I'm not!

Mother, it's me, Arjun...

what's happened to you?

Mother..

You'll get hurt, mother. There's glass there

Save my daughter!

Save my daughter!

The glass will hurt, mother

Help... save my daughter!

Your sari's on fire, mother! Calm down

Save my daughter!

Calm down, mother... what happened to you?

Calm down... what happened? Say something

Calm down, mother...

The police have searched every nook and corner of the city

But there's no trace of Chhote Pathan, Rajjo Singh or Sharma anywhere

I wonder if they have fled the city

Arjun, I know I an entrusting a very heavy responsibility...

on your young shoulders. But, son...

you will have to take care of your mother in this situation

The poor woman is shattered by what has happened

She lives in the hope that we will rescue Pooja

I'm afraid, if we are not able to do that, your mother may...

Nothing's happening to my mother. Nothing

I won't let her hopes be shattered. I will find Pooja at any cost

Whichever part of the world she might be in

I will search for my sister

“Search!”

“Search!”

Stop there

“Search!”

I've got my hands on a large consignment, Commissioner

Automatic weapons worth billions

Well done, Arjun. Not only the police department...

the whole country is proud of you. As usual...

you are the rightful claimant to the reward from the government

Poornima, look who's here to meet you

Arjun...?

Where's Pooja?

Haven't you brought Pooja with you? Where is she...?

Where is she? - Listen, mother...

I'll bring Pooja to you. I will... - When will you bring her to me?

Calm down. - When...? Why haven't you brought her now?

Look... they're taking her away! - No...

They're taking her away! They'll sell her

No, they won't sell her. They won't!

Arjun! Save her... stop them!

Stop it, mother. Stop it

Save Pooja

Mother, Pooja (worship) isn't ever sold in a marketplace

There are two sides to my life

On one hand are you... and on the other is Pooja

To bring you both together is my objective

After years of your hard work, we now have a clue...

that will possibly lead us to Pooja

Ten years ago, Chhote Pathan and his gang killed your father

They fled this place and settled in Ghaziabad

His jeep turned turtle following a police chase...

killing Chhote Pathan and Rajjo Singh

After that, it was Sharma who took over the gang's activities

But Sharma soon disappeared and we have no news of him till today

And suddenly, after all these years...

for the first time, I hear them talking about Shetty

Shetty, a famous arms-smuggler of the day...

who was once a driver to Chhote Pathan

And most importantly, ten years ago, when Pooja was abducted...

it was this Shetty who was driving the car

Shetty will lead us to Pooja

Arjun, I have always stood by you and I always will

Because deep down in my heart I hold myself responsible to your family

The law has its limits and I can't break the norms of my duty to help you

But you are not tied down by the law

And you know what you want. - Where will I find Shetty?

Recognise me, Shetty? Recognise me...?

You are the guys who ruined my childhood

Remember Babu? The man you killed and abducted his daughter?

I'm Babu's son. I'm that innocent girl's brother

Where is my sister? - I don't know

I'm speaking the truth. I don't know

I'm not in the habit of asking a second time

When someone doesn't tell me the first time, I simply kill him

I'll tell you

D.K. knows... D.K. Sharma

After Chhote Pathan and Rajjo Singh's death...

he's the boss of our gang

Some people know him only by the name of Sharma

Where will I find Sharma? Where?

He's returning from America with his daughter by the 5 p.m. flight

5 pm ...? It's already 4:30

I can't get to Delhi in half an hour, sir

After such a long search, I have the opportunity to get to Sharma

I can't remain silent. I can't accept defeat

I must get to Sharma... I must! At any cost

For years, you have helped the law. The law will help you today

After the WTC incident, the Indian government is alert too

The close-circuit cameras on all international airports in the country...

are connected to this control room

Get the status of Flight 002 from New York

We can keep a watch on every passenger who lands at these terminals

Bring the passengers on this flight on the big screen

If Sharma has indeed arrived on this flight, he can't escape our eyes

Will you be able to recognise him after all these years?

Years ago, I had an encounter with him

Although he escaped, I remember his face

I don't forget a criminal's face

Get D.K. Sharma's passport number from the Immigration

Sharma is the man who introduced your father to Chhote Pathan's gang

He used to be a small fry in those days

But now he's the boss of the gang

He's the one who will lead you to your sister

See that...? His daughter

Like every father, he loves her very much

That girl will be the link to my sister

“Search!”

“Search!”

“Search!”

Yes, brother. He's unreachable because he must be out of range

He has gone to Delhi station to drop Tina on the Palace on Wheels

Since this is Tina's first visit to India...

she's going on a tour of Rajasthan. She'll have a nice vacation

The Palace on Wheels is departing from platform number 7

Please stay away from the train

Khan. Razzak Khan

You got into the train without a ticket?

I'm so sorry, sir. Everyone gets into this train with a ticket

You will be sorry because..

You're not a Delhiite, are you?

Why blame Delhi? This is the state of the whole nation

I'd say you mustn't blame Delhi nor blame the nation

It's this cursed train that is to blame

The tickets are so expensive, not even a beggar gets into it...

without a ticket. But let me introduce you to a beggar

Pepsi, whose thirst have you got in to quench this time?

Tell me... - Not yours

There is a thirsty non-resident Indian soul that has come into this train

Since it's a noble deed, I thought I'd help

Haven't you brought any money? - No, I forgot

I'll collect it later. I never refuse someone a noble deed

Go about the errand of mercy... and take care

Please come, sir. Do please... we can always settle the accounts

This is the restaurant on the train

Look at people swaying away in royal style

In any case, you never know whose wife is making out with another guy

What luck! Name, fame and money. And a beautiful, faithful wife!

What happened...? - Disaster!

The Creator has been unjust to you! He forgot to give you a son!

What nonsense! I have a son already!

I get it, I sure do! - How about explaining it to me?

The Creator found another way to make you a father

Someone with a wife like her has hit big time!

And someone who meets a soothsayer like you is doomed!

Your name? - Popatbhai.

What's yours? - Kokilaben. Koks, for short

The name's Coke and you prefer Pepsi?

15 omelettes, 12 toasts and 2 buckets of milk

How about tandoori chicken and...? - Get that! At once!

Get four tandoor chickens... - Huge ones

Six plates of shammi kebab and 8 plates of Biryani. Make it quick

Is that all you will have? - That's for me alone

My wife will eat as much. - What...?

Madam, you're not the film-star Prema Malini, are you...?

I'm such a huge fan of yours! This Palace on Wheels is a palace...

only today, but I've seen all films of yours

"Chick-peas", "Die in Debt", "The Witch's Revenge..."

"The Gun in the Sari..." "You bring Spring or I was alone"

And that social hit, "Needle and Thread..."

I watched that movie 16 times!

You wouldn't know what a huge fan I am!

Madam, you're not dream-girl Hema Malini's sister, are you?

She looks like her sister to you? Hema Malini's my age...

and this girl's her daughter's age. We've yet to celebrate...

her 16th birthday. We'll light 16 candles

From both ends...? - Shut up!

Thank God I've escaped! He's been bothering me all morning!

Rajeshwari... - I came here to escape from you

And you land here? - How can you escape my love?

Sweetheart, do help yourself to the nectar of my love!

Sate the fires of my passions!

Cooking all that spicy food, you've really hotted up too

I'm North Indian. The heat flows in my blood

Cool me down... take me in your arms, darling

Since this morning, once, twice, thrice, four... no!

"She asks the beloved for love..."

"fall in love with me, she says"

"She asks the beloved for love..."

"So come now, O beloved"

"So come now, O beloved"

"You are the one I desire. You are the one I look for..."

"O beloved, you do not know"

"I've given up reasoning. My heart won't relent..."

"it won't relent"

"Tell me what I must do. Where am I to go?"

"My bangles and my necklace speak..."

"So come now, O beloved"

"so do the chiming of my anklets..."

"So come now, O beloved"

"the easterly blows..."

"it tells me that my beloved will soon arrive"

"So come now, O beloved"

"So come now, O beloved"

"You are the one who appears in my dreams..."

"you are the one who drives my sleep away"

"You make me oh so restless..."

"you're driving me out of my senses"

"O sweetheart, where are you...?"

"come before my eyes"

"My heart-strings say it..."

"So come now, O beloved"

"my heartbeat repeats it..."

"So come now, O beloved"

"She asks the beloved for love..."

"fall in love with me, she says"

"She asks the beloved for love..."

"fall in love with me, she says"

They are my bodyguards

This drill at least tells me there is a courageous man on this train

My bodyguards! You guys need bodyguards yourself!

You guys ought to be wearing bangles. C'mon

“Search!”

I wrote a couplet last year. May I recite it?

Go ahead. - Here goes

"Happiness is something to placate the heart with"

"And sorrow... sorrow is something..."

"You use to stick papers"

Fantastic! I recited half the couplet, and you've completed it!

May you live long

What's your good name? - Arjun

That renowned archer...? You ought to be on the battlefield

What are you doing here? - I'm perfecting my skill

The train has stopped! - And what for...?

This is not a station. So why has it stopped?

It's not a hold-up, I hope

One moment!

An accident has taken place on the track ahead. So we had to halt

Will the train remain here all night then?

Till the track is cleared, the train will have to remain here

Could you perhaps enlighten me as to much time it will take?

Maybe an hour or an hour and a half. - Fantastic!

In which case, we can take pleasure in visiting the jungles

Mister, there are animals in the forest...

who'd love to have the pleasure of swallowing you

I'm sleepy. I'm going to bed

Let's return to the room or your fans will mob you for autographs

Oh yes, animals will come asking for autographs

Forget about animals and take care of her

Take care

What do you think? - About what?

About a kiss... I mean, about the jungle?

Why? - Let's play hunters there!

No! What if wild animals spring there? - No sweat

We'll terminate our programme immediately

What if the animals don't show up?

Before you are married, I'll blacken my face!

Why do you ask such questions? Let's go and have fun!

A one-day international match! - Without lights

It's going to be fun!

Tina's all alone. Here's my chance

“Search!”

Saved!

Thank God we escaped from that tiger!

Wasn't a tiger... it was a stinking thin dog

No, actually because you live with me, you think a tiger's a dog

You run away from a rat and call yourself brave!

There can't be two tigers in the jungle, you see

So I had to beat a retreat. - Shut up! It was a dog!

It was a tiger. - Dog too!

Dog! - Tiger!

It was a dog, all right

Could you tell me how you got to know?

We were watching the action live!

"Save her! Save my daughter!"

"They're taking her away... they're going to sell her!"

Brother...

"Save my daughter!"

"Brother..."

I have very little time. I must kidnap Tina at the earliest

This is... - Beautiful! It's beautiful!

Pepsi, no boiling blood today? - How ever is it possible?

That old fossil is clinging to her

Do something for me... Do a noble deed!

Razzak needs cash to show his talent

Write it in my account. - Cash, I said. No accounts

Introduce Pepsi to Coke!

Hello! - Hello me. Not her

That non-resident Indian Popatbhai...

he's making a big-budget Hindi film...

and he's looking for a leading lady. Prema sure stands a chance

She takes 50 as a token. - I've got 50 bucks too

Moron! Not 50 bucks. It's 50,00,000

Are you out buying vegetables...? She's doing four shifts a day

Where does she have the time. - That's so obvious

He'll come to us, if he wants to. Why're you so worried?

Mummy, I was worried because I thought I could help

But it's upto you now. I'm a very busy man...

I'm going about my work. - Gone!

A great sucker! Before he flies away, lock him up in the cage

Get it? - I get it

You are magic, Lord...

Keep a distance, guys. It'll break the shield

I'm going inside the fort. - Sure

Meanwhile, I'll take your cattle grazing. What say, Mona darling?

“Search!”

“Search!”

“Search!”

“Search!”

“Search!”

“Search!”

“Search!”

“Search!”

You just escaped a beating!

You don't plan on flying away with me, do you?

Do fly away with me, if you have the guts

"In this Eden of my desires..."

"you have arrived like Spring"

"But do not change with the change in season, my love"

"But do not change with the change in season, my love"

"How would you know, you're the one who lives in my heart..."

"like my heartbeat"

"But do not change with the change in seasons, my love"

"But do not change with the change in seasons, my love"

"Like rivers flowing into oceans, and the Sun bearing light..."

"the flame burns in the hope of meeting the firefly"

"Like fragrance in flowers and pearls in shells..."

"you and I shall unite, the earth tells the skies"

"May your name always play on my lips..."

"like the melody in every song"

"Do not ever change with the change in seasons, my love"

"Do not ever change with the change in seasons, my love"

"That we might separate after meeting..."

"why do I feel scared of losing you?"

"That we might separate after meeting..."

"why do I feel scared of losing you?"

"I shall forever be with you..."

"I have sworn, I have decided..."

"we shall not separate till death does us apart"

"But do not change with the change in season, my love"

"But do not change with the change in season, my love"

"How would you know, you're the one who lives in my heart..."

"like my heartbeat"

"But do not change with the change in seasons, my love"

"But do not change with the change in seasons, my love"

"You mustn't change with the change in seasons, my love"

"You mustn't change with the change in seasons, my love"

It's a beautiful temple

What opiate sweets are these? - They're offered to Lord Shiva

It gives you a high when you eat it. When I ate it last time...

I kept dancing for three days. - Really?

Buy 20 kilos and distribute it to everyone on the train

What are we celebrating, baby? - Say it's my birthday today

Would you see my palm, soothsayer? - Let me see

The lines on your palm are missing. You suffer a white-wash!

This chap's so high, I don't know whether he's laughing or crying

He's neither laughing nor crying. He can't speak, nor listen

He's deaf and dumb. His faculties are shut

Why didn't you stop at the red signal? - It's upto the driver

What harm can you do to him, whether he halts or not?

We'll meet with an accident! - Hey listen...

Give me some more sweets

Whom did you feed that sweet to? - From the guard to the driver...

I've fed it to everyone! - You know what you've done...?

what consequences this joke of yours could bring?

Have I made a mistake?

Are you all right?

Watch it... careful

Forgive us

What are you proud of? Your money? Power? Your beauty?

You know how many innocents your sick joke would have killed today?

Not your father's entire wealth could have paid for the funerals!

So-called rich folks... upto no good!

How would you ever know the worth of a life!

Arjun is terribly cross with Tina. - Just watch

Tina will bring him around. - Really?

Yes. - Let's begin

"My heart..."

"A stranger took my heart away"

"Someone ought to have stopped him"

"A stranger took my heart away. Someone ought to have stopped him"

"He didn't even spare a thought about what would happen of me"

"He didn't even spare a thought about what would happen of me"

"He didn't even spare a thought about what would happen of me"

"He didn't even spare a thought about what would happen of me"

"He didn't even spare a thought about what would happen of me"

"A stranger took my heart away. Someone ought to have stopped him"

"He didn't even spare a thought about what would happen of me"

"He didn't even spare a thought about what would happen of me"

"Why did you set water on fire?"

"Why do you leave me burning?"

"Why did you set water on fire?"

"Why do you leave me burning?"

"I might die in this wilderness, pining"

"Oh, this restlessness! How do I tell you..."

"how I feel?"

"I never knew when and how the feeling awakened in me"

"I never knew when and how the feeling awakened in me"

"He didn't even spare a thought about what would happen of me"

"He didn't even spare a thought about what would happen of me"

"In putting each other to test..."

"quarrelling and patching up, may not we lose this lifetime"

"In putting each other to test..."

"quarrelling and patching up, may not we lose this lifetime"

"The more you stay away, the more I shall come closer"

"In your arms I shall spend my life"

"I need you"

"That I love you is not a mistake"

"That I love you is not a mistake"

"He didn't even spare a thought about what would happen of me"

"He didn't even spare a thought about what would happen of me"

"A stranger took my heart away. Someone ought to have stopped him"

That was one good question asked, lassie. What would happen of you?

What would happen of you? Leave that to us

Let go!

Sweet voice... - Seductive body!

Let go!

Get her!

Get her!

She got away! - Let's find her

Come on

We found her!

Let go of me!

Let me go!

Help!

Run!

Stop!

How dare you touch me?

No Tina! Stop it

No Tina! Stop! Drop it

Let's go

You've saved my life so many times. Now I have nothing to call my own

I've already lost my heart to you. I have no right to my life either

More than mine, I need to protect your life

A sandstorm is approaching I guess. Let's pitch up somewhere

Know what I'd do the moment I get to Delhi, Arjun?

I'll introduce you to Daddy. He'll be arriving from Africa soon

Then who accompanied you to Delhi? - Uncle D.K. D.K Sharma

He's a good friend of Daddy

You know Arjun, every girl vies for a man who is compassionate

For a strong man who can protect her

For an unselfish man with whom she would share her joys and desires

She looks for strong shoulders in a man to lean on and dream about

Upadhyay, did you see Arjun? - No

Did you see Arjun? - Who is he?

Did you see Arjun? - Who cares?

You must've seen Arjun? - No, I haven't

Searched the entire train but he's not to be found

Tina, he will come

Let's go Tina. We got to get back. Your Papa is arriving today

Let's go, dear

Let's go

Faster

Shoot him

Box him

Do something

Harder!

Box!

Let me go in

Sharma

Who are you? A policeman? Contract killer? Tell me

I'm Arjun

Babu's son. You killed my Father and took his daughter away

What...? - Do you remember?

Remember? Reminisce!

Reminisce!

Tell me! Where's my sister? - I don't know, honestly

I don't know

Don't know?

Speak! I ask you for the last time. Where is my sister? Tell me. Else...

Don't kill me, please. Honestly, I know nothing about your sister

Then who knows? - Rajjo Singh... he knows

Only Rajjo Singh can lead you to your sister

You're lying. Rajjo Singh is long dead

No! For the law and the world, he's dead. But he's alive

So Chhote Pathan is alive too? - No, Chhote Pathan is dead

Please spare me. - Then where is Rajjo Singh?

I dropped him at the airport

He left for South Africa with his daughter Tina

Spare me, please

Let me go! - Shall I?

Go

Your mother lives under a fallacy

Which is very bad for her mental state

Because when she finds out the truth, and faces the reality...

she might break down. - I don't understand, doctor

She considers my daughter Aarti to be her daughter Pooja

Arjun...

Who is he? - Silly. Don't recognise your brother?

He's your brother

Arjun, she is Pooja

Brother Arjun

She's still the same. Naughty, prankish, stubborn

Oh, I forgot. What day is today? - It's Raksha Bandhan

Yes, Raksha Bandhan. Tie this sacred thread to your brother's wrist

Where's Pooja?

Where's my Pooja?

Where is she? How might she be? How could she be living without me?

So many years without me! Where is she?

Get a hold on yourself, Ma. - Where's she? Tell me, where is she?

Where is Pooja? - Calm down.

Where is Pooja?

Brother Arjun, please fetch sister Pooja

I promise. Next year on Raksha Bandhan, you...

and Pooja will tie Rakhis on my wrist

Arjun, look. Sharma was right. Rajjo Singh is alive

Had we known that before, we'd have arrested him right there

One small mistake from me has delayed everything

I'm still there where I began

No Arjun. Don't lose heart

If God shuts all doors, He shows a ray of hope too

Your war has just begun. You're going to South Africa, to hunt Rajjo Singh

Well, we've no idea what he does there and where he is put up

Anyway, you will find Sardar Vichitra Singh at the airport

A retired constable of the Mumbai Crime Branch

He now plies a taxi in South Africa

You can trust him as much as you trust me

Mr Arjun

How do you know I am Arjun? - The Commissioner had sent me...

a photocopy of your passport. I know where you've come from

But I don't know why you are here. - I'll tell you

All right

Rajjo Singh? Never heard that name before

I see. Then who will give me information about the underworld here?

I say, don't fear, Sardar is here. There's one place. Hostess Club

In this city, the door to the underworld opens there

All the dogs and scoundrels and rogues of the underworld go there to booze

And the girls there, bombshells

And Kamini, the owner of the club! She is an atom bomb

I told you not to! Yet you stare at her?

Langur! Who threw you out of the zoo?

Keep the monkey business to your cage. Don't stare at me

Those who peek without my consent here, I gouge their eyes out

And those who stop me from watching my sweetheart, I take their lives

I'm Junior. Black John's little brother

Now that you have hit me, you've fixed the date of your death

Come with me

Arjun, only a new kid in the block can make Junior his enemy

Yes, I'm new here. But I never knew folks here are cowards

Not too scared to bring their feelings to their lips

Then what's keeping you?

Just wondering how far will you hold my hand

Trust yourself, or trust me. The choice is yours

I trust myself completely, that's why I lost my heart to you

I want you to stay always with me

I'll take you to my world. Forget about reaching there...

an ordinary man can't even imagine of it

Come to my world, come with me

Where there is laughter, happiness, love and romance

Where the sex appeal is sensuous

That's Black John

He rules half the city

The guy with Black John is Rocky

Bitter enemies until yesterday. But now, they embrace each other

Rocky is the right hand of R.S. There comes R.S

R.S

I can't believe it. When luck favours, the goal comes walking to you

History is in the making tonight

R.S and Black John have been at war since years

Tonight they have reached a compromise

Two heavy weights have united

And when two powers combine, the situation becomes quite exclusive

Let me introduce you to R.S

What's the occasion for this party? The arrival of your daughter?

Or the compromise between the two of you?

Compromise is only an excuse. This bash is for the apple of my eyes

Won't you introduce me to the gentleman with you?

Tina, Kamini's list of boyfriends runs long. If it grows less or more...

hardly makes a difference to her. - Makes a lot of difference, R.S

Those who have a place in my heart don't share a place in the list

Seems to be a longtime affair. - No, a new one

Besides, she makes me feel that I've known her for years

Generally, we feel that we know each other

But the truth is, despite knowing each other, we fail to recognise

Because intentions are unpredictable. - Implying?

"Innocent face..."

"deceptive eyes..."

"a smile on the lips, and mockery within the heart"

"Innocent face, deceptive eyes..."

"a smile on the lips, and mockery within the heart"

"He who has a friend like you..."

"needs no foes"

"Innocent face..."

"deceptive eyes..."

"a smile on the lips, and mockery within the heart"

"You broke my heart"

"Tell me, why?"

"Then, O unfaithful one..."

"you can punish me as you like"

"You broke my heart"

"Tell me, why?"

"Then, O unfaithful one..."

"you can punish me as you like"

"Your indifference is devastating"

"Your indifference is devastating"

"I don't understand why"

"Innocent face..."

"deceptive eyes..."

"a smile on the lips, and mockery within the heart"

"A never ending pain..."

"you have given me"

"Not me, but it is love..."

"that you have maligned"

"A never ending pain..."

"you have given me"

"Not me, but it is love..."

"that you have maligned"

"Him who I considered compassionate..."

"Him who I considered compassionate..."

"is stone-hearted, I never knew"

"Innocent face, deceptive eyes..."

"a smile on the lips, and mockery within the heart"

"He who has a friend like you..."

"needs no foes"

"Innocent face..."

"deceptive eyes..."

"a smile on his lips..."

"and mockery within his heart"

Arjun, I don't understand how you will begin your operation

First of all, I must win R.S' trust. - Impossible

Why not? - As long as R.S and Black John...

were enemies, the gangsters and politicians made the most of it

But ever since the compromise, they've grown in power

Which means I must create a rift between R.S and Black John

Good idea, but it's not possible

All I need is information about the two gangs. Where they go, and when

Leave that to me. I've not been in the Crime Branch for 20 years...

in India for nothing

Then it's final. The two friends are splitting

In exactly 15 minutes, near the Express Tower. Okay?

Okay

Hi langur

Remember me?

You've been boasting off about your brother. He's a langur too

These days he's wagging his tail before R.S

He's the elder one, you're the little one. Dog siblings

I think it's a family of dogs

Howling the entire day

How could this happen, Daddy? You've never done anyone wrong

Then who would want to kill you?

You must contact the police. They ought to be arrested

Of course, dear

Black John shook hands with me and stabbed me in the back

He's a traitor. He will be punished

Had Arjun not risked his life to save mine...

I don't how I'll repay his favour. - Whatever I did...

I did considering you as my own. Do not consider it a favour...

and make me a stranger, sir

For the sake of winning love and trust...

our dear ones raise our hopes, and at the first opportunity, betray

My child...

my dear, in judging an honest man, I have never been wrong

There's truth in his eyes

Would anyone risk his own life to save another in a foreign country?

Only our fellow countryman would do that

Can I be of any help to you? - I came here looking for a job

I see that there are more unemployed people here than in India

You were unemployed. Forget it

From this very moment you're working for me

Before the soil on your grave dries up, R.S will be given a funeral

To reach R.S... - Is difficult but not impossible

R.S' bodyguard is my boyfriend

And for me, he'd do anything. - And why would you want to help me?

There's a price-tag attached to every thing, that tells the price

I'll decide the price after I meet your boyfriend

So what's your plan? - Black John, I want you to meet R.S

At a place where both the gangs will meet, unarmed

Before the meeting, when both the gangs will undergo a security check...

obviously your men will frisk me too. I want your men to let me in...

with my weapon. And at a signal from you, I'll give you my gun

So that at the very first instant, you'll be able to kill R.S

But the question is, why would R.S meet me?

He will meet you, provided you tell him as I have instructed you

R.S, don't hang up before I finish

I have conducted a detailed enquiry over the attack on you

The truth is, my brother attacked you first. He was at fault

I don't want this matter to be dragged

I've already lost my brother. I don't want to lose anything else

That's why I want to meet you and end this matter

I'm not laying down conditions. I'm ready to concur to your conditions

All right. We'll meet at the waterfront at 2

Black John, this time you went down on your knees

The last time we met, we went fifty-fifty on the partnership

Today, I stand taller than you

So, you will have to be contented with the crumbs I feed you

I'll live off you, R.S? You must be joking

You have murdered my brother. That I'm going to spare you...

don't even dream about it

You are trapped, R.S

Arjun, you turned the tables in a trice

Honestly, for a while I was aghast. I thought you double-crossed

But how cunningly you foxed him and gave me the gun!

Wonderful! I could die for such loyalty

From now on, I'm the undisputed king of this city

For all that pining, my goal is before me

A goal, Arjun? Apart from me?

Hush. A secret remains no more a secret after it is told

And a stranger can never be family

Mr R.S wants you in his chamber

I'll be right back

Tina...?

What are you punishing me for? Why score are you trying to settle?

What relationship do you share with Kamini?

If you intended to kill me softly, why did you keep saving my life?

Why don't you answer me? Why don't you?

I will. I will answer every question of yours

For that you will have to come to the fort at 11

No

I shall wait for you

You love me dearly, don't you?

Well? Don't you love me?

If I were to tell you how much I love you, I'll fall short of words

If you were to listen, a lifetime will not just be enough

Trust me, Tina

You're telling the truth, aren't you, Arjun?

You won't betray me...? - No

"You are as beautiful as the moon"

"You are a golden beauty"

"O pretty one..."

"you are beyond compare"

"Lassie, you are from Amritsar and I'm from Ludhiana"

"Lassie, you are from Amritsar and I'm from Ludhiana"

"We're both Punjabis, so must you shy away?"

"Come, let's dance"

"Come, let's do the bhangra"

"Come, let's dance"

"Come, let's do the bhangra"

"Boy, I think you are out of your mind"

"Try your very best to trap me, but I'm not going with you"

"Come, now let's dance"

"Let's do the bhangra"

"Come, let's dance"

"Come, let's do the bhangra"

"I'm helpless, for, my heart has chosen you"

"Heed me, accept me, say you love me

"My dear, I'm not giving my heart to you"

"And I don't want the pain that love inflicts"

"It's hard to escape my glances"

"I'm a Punjabi, so you are. Then why must you shy away?"

"Come, let's dance"

"Come, let's do the bhangra"

"Come, now let's dance"

"Let's do the bhangra"

"Her fair countenance, her dark tresses... oh I'd die for her"

"Stop flaunting, casanova"

"I'm a sheen, I warn you..."

"stop teasing me, let go of my arm"

"Don't be rude to this heart of mine, understand what it says"

"Pretty one, you are seductive. I want you for myself"

"I'm not falling for your words"

"I'd rather stay a spinster"

"I'm not interested, I'd rather stay a spinster"

"You're streetsmart, I know"

"Try your very best to lure me, I'm not going with you"

"Come, now let's dance"

"Come, let's do the bhangra"

"Come, now let's dance"

"Come, let's do the bhangra"

"Lassie, you are from Amritsar and I'm from Ludhiana"

"We're both Punjabis, so must you shy away?"

"Come, let's dance"

"Come, let's do the bhangra"

"Come, now let's dance"

"Come, let's do the bhangra"

"Come, let's dance"

"Come, let's do the bhangra"

"Come, now let's dance"

"Come, let's do the bhangra"

I can't stand defeat but not betrayal

I made you a big man

Now you will know the consequences of shirking me off

D'you know what you're doing? - Yes! You knew Tina. Is that a lie?

You used me to reach Tina. Is that a lie?

You love Tina, not me. Is that a lie?

It is a lie. All lies. The truth is, I don't love you, nor do I love Tina

You want to know why I am here, right? Then hear this

You have helped me in my search for my sister. I'm indebted to you

I can't ever repay you, not even with my life

Oh, what have I done? Unknowingly, I have committed a big mistake...

There he is!

Come on! - Kamini, go!

No Arjun! - Run!

No! - Go away!

No!

Don't!

My love for you was true

Trust me...

you will certainly achieve your purpose

Yes, you will

I'm not against those in love. Nor am I an enemy of love

But do you know the truth about the man you claim to be in love with?

All right. So you don't believe me

Do you know who this Arjun is who has won my confidence and fooled me?

It isn't just hearsay... take a look yourself

He came all the way from India only to trap you

And he used Kamini to get to me... he seduced her

And when you fell into his trap, he tried to get rid of Kamini

When she wouldn't relent, he simply eliminated her

Arjun loves only your wealth! Try to understand, Tina

That's the truth about your Arjun!

I want your well-being, my child. Do please listen to me

Enough.

All right

Arjun, I have bad news. - What happened?

Tina's going away to America forever. - She'll have to be stopped

Are you carrying an elephant in this bag?

Chilled!

Watch the fun

I'm in a hurry... I'm an officer

Let baby go... she's drenched, not you

Have this chilled

So you've shown your true colours

You're a killer!

I was mad to trust you. I'm ashamed to admit...

that I was once in love with you!

I want my daughter and I want that double-crosser too

If I don't have my daughter back, remember...

I'll bury each one of you alive!

Go on now and find out who has the courage in town...

to help that bastard against R.S. - He's the one

This is the cabbie who sheltered the injured Arjun last night...

it's with this chap's help that Arjun could kidnap Tina

This is the guy... where's Arjun? Tell us!

Are you guys trying to scare me? You point that toy-gun for nothing?

Answer him! Or that bullet will blow your brains out

Hey mister...

I've loved bullets ever since I was a child

When I was a kid, I used to swallow them... toffees

When I grew up a bit, I played with them... marbles

When I grew up some more, I give it to people... a con-game

It's pointless trying to scare a Sikh with bullets

Death stares you in the face. Tell us... where is Arjun

To begin with, I don't know

Had I even known where Arjun has taken your daughter...

I swear it on the Lord, I'd rather die than tell you

Rather I die than live in fear of bastards like you

Blessed is the one who chants the name of the Lord

Glory be to the Lord

Shut up!

Upadhyay?

Who told you about this place? - Sardar Vichitra Singh did

I'm the mole in Rajjo Singh camp

I have bad news for you. R.S. has killed Vichitra Singh

No, that's a lie. My daddy can't kill anyone

You're falsely accusing him. - Is it also a lie...

that your father killed Kamini? And today....

he has finished Vichitra Singh too. Is it also a lie...

that your father's into repulsive activities like drag-trafficking...

and the prostitution of women? Rajjo Singh!

He killed my father right in front of my mother's eyes

He carried my sister away to force her into prostitution

The shock drove my mother out of her mind

Till today, she waits for Pooja every moment of her life

If I don't take Pooja to my mother... she'll die

All this happened only because of your father!

He's the one who ruined my family

I will destroy Rajjo Singh and his underworld!

I will destroy him! - I will stand by you in this battle

You will find your destination, Arjun

Wherever your sister is...

she'll be returned to you without any conditions

Tina... my child...

Surprised to see me? - No, my child

I'm delighted to have my daughter back

You must regret that I have returned alive

How can you say such a thing? After you were kidnapped...

I had lost interest in my life. To see you safe and sound...

I find a new life. - What of those lives...

that you have taken? - Whose lives?

What rubbish are you talking? - Remember Babu...?

The one you killed and abducted his daughter?

Arjun is Babu's son and that innocent Pooja's brother

Where is Arjun's sister. Tell me. - How am I to know?

Arjun has come from India. He should be the one to know

It's ages since I left India. - You are lying, Papa!

Lying... ? I will speak lies?

I get it. Arjun has instigated you

He's trying to drive a wedge between father and daughter

I get the feeling that you're defending yourself, Papa

What would I defend myself for? I'm speaking the truth, my child

So why did Arjun kidnap me? - It's so obvious

He did it for the money. You know he's a dangerous criminal

He's the one who killed Kamini. - You...

you're the one who had Kamini killed

You had the cabbie killed too

And God knows how many more innocent people you've killed

You kidnapped Arjun's sister to sell her to the brothels

You think you will become very rich by selling innocent women to brothels?

So here you are, Papa... Sell your daughter first

To make my money-crazy father's bank-balance swell...

I, your daughter, am willing to trade my body!

Sell me... sell me, Papa! Sell me!

Tina! Don't shoot, my child!

I ask you one last time... where is Arjun's sister?

I'll tell you everything... I can't live without you, my child!

Please don't punish me like this. I beg of you, my child

I'm a sinner, yes

It's true that my lust for money turned me into an evil man

Because I didn't want the shadow of my misdeeds to fall on you...

I kept you far away from me, much against my wishes

I will atone for my cowardice and my sins

Forgive me, my child. Please forgive me

Forgive your father, my child

Forgive your father

Go and call Arjun

I'll take Arjun to his sister. Is that all right? Go on

Arjun, my daddy has agreed

He has promised to take you to your sister

Arjun, keep your hand on my head. Go on

Now say it... that you were never in love with me

That you have no love for me

I want you to first say that you will always stand by me

I will

You will keep your promise? - I will

You will always love me like this? - I will

"Ever since you expressed your consent..."

"there is a smile playing on my lips"

"Ever since you expressed your consent..."

"there is a smile playing on my lips"

"Ever since you expressed your consent..."

"there is a smile playing on my lips"

"You have breathed new life into me, my heart beats faster..."

"I see lovely dreams"

"Ever since you expressed your consent..."

"there is a smile playing on my lips"

"Ever since you expressed your consent..."

"there is a smile playing on my lips"

"You make me smile, you make me cry..."

"you torment me oh so much"

"There was a sorrow, there was a distance..."

"I had my own reasons"

"How did I spend my nights? How did I spend my days?"

"For you alone, I lived without you"

"How did I spend my nights? How did I spend my days?"

"For you alone, I lived without you"

"You have breathed new life into me, my heart beats faster..."

"I see lovely dreams"

"Ever since you expressed your consent..."

"there is a smile playing on my lips"

"Ever since you expressed your consent..."

"there is a smile playing on my lips"

"This season of our union, and this Easterly breeze..."

"they come now, after I prayed so much"

"Do not stay away from me even for a moment..."

"come, take me in your arms"

"Every sorrow, I'm relieved of in your company"

"In your breath, I find peace"

"Every sorrow, I'm relieved of in your company"

"In your breath, I find peace"

"You have breathed new life into me, my heart beats faster..."

"I see lovely dreams"

"Ever since you expressed your consent..."

"there is a smile playing on my lips"

"Ever since you expressed your consent..."

"there is a smile playing on my lips"

"You have breathed new life into me, my heart beats faster..."

"I see lovely dreams"

Papa, this is Arjun

Arjun, I'm your culprit

I'm a blot on the name of humanity. Do forgive me, if you can

Where is my sister? - You're a lucky man, Arjun

You have only tonight. Had you asked me tomorrow where she is...

she could've been sold by then

But that's not happening now. Come with me

Rajjo Singh... where is my sister?

Only you know where she is! What place is she at?

You can't die like this, Rajjo Singh! Where's my sister? Tell me!

Yes! Go on...

Go, Arjun. Go after Rocky. Only he can take you to your sister

As Papa said, you have only tonight to save her

Your presence here can't bring my Papa back to life

But if you don't get there now, it'll be too late

Chhote Pathan

The man into big crimes... Chhote Pathan!

It was Abhimanyu who was trapped in the Mahabharat...

but it's Arjun's turn now

That Arjun knew how to break the trap, Chhote Pathan...

so do I

Bastard, because of you, Rajjo Singh went against me

And I had to kill him

I wipe out the families of my betrayers

I destroy their identity

I do regret, you had escaped ten years ago

But today, not even God can save you from Chhote Pathan's wrath

I had given your father a promise. A Pathan's promise

And I will honour that tomorrow. If not your father...

it'll be you who sees his sister being sold!

Rocky, beat him so mercilessly...

render his body lifeless

He must only see his sister being sold...

and not be able to do anything about it

In his despair lies my joy. In his suffering is my victory

"Brother, they are taking me away!"

"Brother! Help!"

"Help!"

"Stop them! They're going to sell her!"

"Help! They're taking her away! Someone save my daughter!"

"Brother!"

"Someone save my daughter!"

"Brother! Help!"

Open your eyes and see...

the consequences of Chhote Pathan's retribution

In this flesh market today, every traitor's daughter will be sold

Be he Rajjo Singh or Babu

Henceforth, this market of yours shall cease to exist

Not my sister, not any sister or daughter in the world...

shall be bought or sold in this marketplace!

I will destroy you and your marketplace!

When man's limbs stop working, his mouth spews venom

You will save your sister, will you?

And how will you? You can save your sister...

only if you recognise her. And how will you recognise her?

The two of you were separated as children, weren't you?

She has now blossomed into a beautiful woman

You won't be able to recognise her

I will introduce you to her, after she is sold

When her modesty is outraged, when I have fulfilled my promise

Only then will I introduce you to her, I swear it on God

It's God who has sent me here...

and it is He who will show me a way of recognising my sister

"I sway in my own world, I'm ignorant of the world"

"I sway in my own world, I'm ignorant of the world"

"I sway in my own world, I'm ignorant of the world"

"Show me the face I'm crazy about..."

"give me a glimpse of my beloved, O Lord"

"give me a glimpse of my beloved, O Lord"

"My heart knows no peace. This restlessness is so tormenting"

"I'm so lonely, he's the only one I think of"

"My eyes look for him. I have no word from him..."

"where could he be...? Will someone tell my heart please?"

"Give me a glimpse of my beloved, O Lord"

"Give me a glimpse of my beloved, O Lord"

"My dreams are all shattered. I have no hopes anymore"

"I go from door to door... my search does not end"

"One last wish... may his hand be in mine"

"With a smile, I shall bear every sorrow..."

"as long as I have your hand in mine"

"This war in life, I shall win..."

"if you are with me"

"Give me a glimpse of my beloved, O Lord"

"Give me a glimpse of my beloved, O Lord"

"Give me a glimpse of my beloved, O Lord"

"Give me a glimpse of my beloved, O Lord"

Pooja... my sister? - Brother

Pump him with lead!

Find him!

Find him!

Chhote Pathan...

a pimp to helpless innocent girls, aren't you?

How many of them will you sell? How many...?

Sell your mother, if you can...

who gave birth to a Satan like you!

Sell your sister to whom you were a brother!

Chhote Pathan, I'm taking Pooja away from here...

and no one can stop me! Remember...

if Arjun can fall into a trap, he can even shatter it!

Come on, Tina

Go!

Come

Nobody moves

C'mon, Pooja!

The bastard! Get him!

Get back!

Come on.

Look there... and you guys there. Find him!

Brother! Arjun!

Brother

Get up, brother

Brother

Get up, brother. He's coming!

He's coming!

Get up, brother

Get up

No enemy has ever escaped from Chhote Pathan's clutches

So how could you?

Brother!

Brother! - Brother...?

Brother! Brother!

Don't hit him! Don't!

Come on!

Brother!

Brother!

Brother! Help!

Brother!

Brother!

Brother!

Move!

Brother...

Brother!

Brother!

Brother!

Brother!

Brother!

Brother!

Brother!

Brother!

Welcome to Mumbai airport

Go

Mother.

I told you, it would be Arjun's victory

You have succeeded in your search

Mother, this is Tina... - I know

He has told me about her

Life had snatched one daughter away from me

And God returns two to me

Welcome, son. Come on.
