[Wedding Mass: Groom: Park Sun Woo Bride: Kim Yoo Jin]

- Jung Woo. - Hey Young Hoon.

Congratulations.

Thank you.

Hi.

- Shi Ah! You're Shi Ah right? - Yeah.

- Where is Sun Woo? - I don't know.

He told me to come early.

- Did you find it? - I found the passport.

- Shi Ah left it in the bag. - Oh? I just sent Sun Woo to look for it.

Oh no.

He will come back if he can't find it. I'm glad that you found it.

- Jung Woo. Isn't Yoo Jin pretty? - Huh?

Yes.

He is so shy.

- Why does he look so sad? - Huh?

He seems like he is worried.

- He's not like when I saw him last year. - Yeah, I think he lost some weight.

Jung Woo! I think she's doing better today. Right?

We will be at the hall.

- Jung Woo. - Yes, Father.

Where is your brother?

My brother?

I sent him to get something at the store.

Will he be back soon?

It will take a while... he just left. What's wrong?

Someone called and was looking for him. He said that it was the high school.

- School? - Okay, I will let them know.

The bride's store? You mean the record shop? Okay thank you.

It's not here.

It was my brother's wedding on that day. It was at noon.

It's past 11. The journal said that I was late for the wedding

because I was running an errand for him.

But I don't remember what I was doing or where I was.

Do you remember?

No. I can't remember. Even you didn't know.

- Excuse me, can I ask you a question? - Yeah.

Aren't you Park Sun Woo? A senior in Myungjin High School?

- I am. Who are you? - You are?

I found you alright.

Hello? Sun Woo! Are you listening?

You blocked it?

- You blocked it? - What are you doing?

Hello? Sun Woo! Hey what's going on?

I think I'm going to die soon.

But I don't know where I'm going to die.

Hello? Hello Sun Woo!

Son of a bitch.

Say something if you're alive. Sun Woo!

Hello?

- What happened? - I was stabbed a few times.

- But I'm still okay. - What?

I hid somewhere. But I don't know where it is.

I will call you back.

Hello? Sun Woo!

What's going on?

Huh? What's going on?

It's...

Dr. Han! If something else happens, I really won't be able to handle it.

Don't cry. He went to look for the incense stick.

He says that he just found it.

- You said that you lost it. - We found it again. But there was a problem.

What? What are you talking about?

Park just came to see Choi Jin Cheol.

Hey! I'm at the mortuary right now. Sun Woo is here!

He did come here. He even punched the secretary.

They took a lot of pictures.I think they'll have the news out any second now.

- What did Choi Jin Cheol say? - They said no comment.

What did Sun Woo say?

Okay.

[Park Sun Woo]

What's wrong with you these days? Why did you even go there...

Sir! You need to help me.

- What? - I said that I will ask for help if I really needed it.

I need your help right now.

Help with what?

What?

Why are you alone?

You should rest more.

[Uncle]

Where are you?

I'm about to use the last incense stick. I have something to tell you before that.

My life is in danger right now. I have to go back.

- What are you... - But if I could...

There is something else I want to do.

It's to stop my brother's wedding.

It's his wedding in 30 minutes. There is no going back after the wedding.

This is the last chance to change anything.

It was my fault for changing it in the first place. But I thought that it was all worth it.

But now that I look back, this is a misfortune for everyone.

Jung Woo died. Yoo Jin became a widow again.

And we...

No one is happy here.

I don't think I can live this life any longer.

How about you?

Do you know what I mean? I want you back as Joo Min Young.

I don't know how it will turn out.

I told you already. This incense stick has always mocked me.

But I still have to try it.

As long as there is still hope.

Do you agree?

I want you to agree.

- Yes. - Wait for me.

- What happened? - They lost him.

What?

He looked like he was going back to the mortuary. Then he disappeared.

They are looking for him right now. Just hang on.

He must be nearby still.

Hello?

I told him to kill him quickly. What's taking him so long?

[April 24, 1993 11:30 AM]

Aren't you going to Dr. Park's wedding?

I am.

- It's almost time. - You go ahead first.

- I will go after this. - Okay.

I will see you at the chapel then.

What?

Who are you?

No!

Hold on! Stop! Hey!

Mr. Choi!

Mr. Choi! Are you okay?

Mr. Choi!

- Car! Get the car ready. - Where are you going?

The reporters are outside.

I know where he is now.

Park Chang Min. That's him right?

Who are you?

How did you come back alive? You jumped in the river.

Ask him where Park Sun Woo is.

- What? - Park Jung Woo's brother. Park Sun Woo.

Ask him where he is.

Hello?

- Hello? - What happened to Park Sun Woo?

I stabbed him a few times. He ran away. He's fast.

- Stabbed him? - Ask him where he is.

Where is he right now?

He's hiding in the store.

Store?

The store of the girl marrying Park Jung Woo.

He hid there.

- Passport? - We have to go to the airport after the wedding.

I don't know if I dropped it at the store.

- Can you go check? - Okay.

I will call you back after finishing him up.

Why Sun Woo?

Hey.

Who are you? Why do you keep on interfering?

You don't need to know. You will find out in 20 years anyway.

Hey! We should talk.

Do you need money? I can give you as much as you want.

Mr. Choi!

Mr. Choi.

You will remember this anyway, so let me tell you this now, Mr. Choi.

I thought I should make it clean and just kill you.

But I thought it will be more painful for you to lose 20 years of glory in front of you.

It will be a living hell. I know it from this experience.

Living is not living.

Mr. Choi!

Go now! What are you doing?

What's taking him so long?

Why are you doing this?

I don't have money.

Please.

Are you alright?

You son of a bitch. How did you come back alive?

It's dangerous. Hide in the back.

You need to watch out. Your body is mine.

You were alive?

Of course.

You saved me.

Then what took you so long?

Did you read my journals? I sent a message on my guitar.

Who is that man?

Why is he trying to kill me? How did you know I was here?

I don't have time to explain because I'm always so busy.

There is a place you have to go. You can walk right?

[Sun Woo]

The number you've dialed...

[April 24, 1993 11:50 AM]

Where are you Sun Woo? The wedding is about to start right now.

Hurry up and come.

Where did he go?

We have an announcement.

During the ceremony please join us with the mass proceedings.

If you're not a believer, we ask you remain in your seats,

and give blessings to the bride and the groom.

Hello?

Yes, how may I help you?

Sorry?

- Park Jung Woo. - Yes.

- I was about to go in. - You have a call. It's urgent.

A call?

- Father. - Come in. You have a phone call.

- Who is it? - He says it's urgent, but he won't tell me.

Take it.

Hello?

- How have you been? - Who is this?

I'm the eyewitness. The one who jumped off the bridge.

You look like you're bleeding. Shouldn't you go to the hospital first?

I'm okay. Please go faster.

When you see them, tell them you have something to report about Myungse Hospital's fire.

You go deliver this to him.

Say that it's about the fire?

Was my father really killed?

Right?

Go to Chongro Police Department.

You will find out soon enough. Don't hate the killer.

He had no choice.

It's no one's fault. It will be hard for you to accept it right now.

But you will understand when you're my age.

And that's not going to ruin your future.

You will have a good life regardless of that. And you will be happy.

Okay?

- You can go. - Okay.

- Hello? Are you listening? - Yes.

What happened?

Listen to me. What I say right now will not be a suggestion. I'm just letting you know.

Choi Jin Cheol tried to kill your brother. I stopped it for now.

I gave the evidence tape to your brother.

I gave you the chance to turn yourself in, but you hesitated at the last moment.

You lost the chance to decide for yourself now.

You will soon be arrested along with Choi Jin Cheol.

You will pay for your crime.

I want you to know that this is all for your own good.

Who the hell are you?

I can't tell you that. But I will give you one chance to change something.

It will take some time until you get the arrest warrant.

That means you could probably get away with this if you go to America after the wedding.

You can either marry her and run away, or stay and pay for your crime.

It's up to you now. That's for you to decide.

I want you to save your own life.

You should go now. It's time.

Let's go.

[April 24, 2013, 11:55 AM]

- We're here. - Where should we go?

- Isn't that Park's car? - Yeah! There!

Open the door!

He should be close by. I will look for him.

Leave the car.

Stop the burning! We have to stop it.

What?

Break this! Break this open! Do it! Now! Now!

- Choi Jin Cheol just left his room. - He left?

Where did he go?

I don't know. But he seemed fine. He didn't seem like he wanted to pretend anymore.

I don't know what he's thinking.

Where I was in 1993?

Yes, also give me your number back then.

- Like your pager. - Why?

- How is that going to help you? - Press should come in when there is corruption.

If the police is corrupt, then it should be up to the press to right it.

What?

But that doesn't mean that all the press do their jobs right.

You're the reporter with the most integrity that I know.

- What? - If I can't even trust you, then my life was in vain.

You think I'm going to do nothing after watching this?

You called your brother-in-law to call the case off. Don't lie to me.

[April 24, 1994 11:55 AM]

I'm not going to let this go. You should prepare for it.

Reporter Oh! Will you stop?

Don't do this. We've known each other for years.

It was just a phone call.

Just a phone call?

No wonder the entire police department is corrupt.

I can smell this entire place rotting. You want me to get to more stuff?

I'm telling you to get ready because we were friends.

Hey! Hey! Reporter Oh! Reporter Oh!

- What did he say? - He's going to give me a heart attack.

How is he so stubborn?

He's a reporter that goes to Chungu Police Department. Go there.

You can trust him.

Reporter Oh!

Someone is looking for you.

Who?

We will now begin the wedding ceremony of Park Jung Woo and Kim Yoo Jin.

- It's time, Yoo Jin. Let's go. - Okay.

You're so pretty.

All rise for the priest, the officiant of this wedding.

Jung Woo! Come here. It already started.

The groom will now enter.

Let us welcome the groom.

Open the trunk!

What's wrong sir?

Hey!

Did you look for me?

- Are you Oh Chul Min? - Yes?

Who are you?

Hi, I'm Park Sun Woo from Myungjin High School.

Mr. Choi!

Groom. Will you come in to the hall?

Jung Woo!

What's wrong?

Mister!

Jung Woo! Where are you going?

Jung Woo.
