How have you been doing lately?

- I have been with a therapist that I really love

for the last few months.

I've working really hard on it,

but I would be lying if I said it's just, you know,

positive, positive, positive all the time.

Um, but I think that's okay.

Lisa, when ariana talked to you about her depression,

you shared that you've also fought depression.

How did you get through it all?

When my mother passed, I mean, she was older.

Guess I was more prepared for it,

but with my brother, I had a totally different

kind of take on it, because it was such a shock,

and suicide can radiate so many feelings,

and I did become very depressed after that,

and that's why I really, really understood

ariana's point of view,

and I don't think we can minimize depression.

- For lisa to connect with me on that was, um, something

I was really grateful for, and so I just wanted to say

is to find a therapist you connect with
