the people I cared about

Because I went off to college
in New York

and I saw this big city

and I met all these new people
and it was wonderful

and exciting, and
I don't regret any of it.

But, it made me forget
about some of the things

that are important to me.

- Like your Santas.

I thought they were just
part of my childhood.

Just fanciful things I made
when I was a kid,

and that's they wouldn't mean
anything to anyone.

- They meant something to me.

that they still mean
something to me too.

I have not changed my mind

about selling the mill.

This was never about money to me.

This was about moving closer
to my brother and his family

and enjoying my golden years.

I never wanted to close the mill

but I didn't think
there was any choice.

I've been trying to figure out
a way to save it.

It took me receiving
a very special Christmas gift

to come up with an idea.

this little guy inspired me,
