You know, it's everything
I've ever known.

I was in the 'Mikado' musical,

'Lion King' the musical,
'Aladdin' the musical.

You go from one gig to the next gig

and it's not easy
doing eight shows a week

and you kind of keep going
and you don't stop.

Three, four, five, six years later
and you haven't stopped.

There's a lot of pressure on me.

I was on stage
in the gold cave scene

when Aladdin had rubbed the lamp,

feeling all this hard, heavy energy.

I was struggling
to finish my performance.

I just remember being so overwhelmed

and kind of reaching out
to other cast members on stage

to kind of help me

and crying and running off stage
and just bawling and feeling scared.

I'd never experienced
an anxiety attack before.

It changed me.

After that, every time I would go
closer to the stage,

I felt like I was gonna blow up.

It was a really physical experience.

It was crazy.

I had to take a step back
for my mental health

and I've just taken six months off
so that I could do that.

Just really good quality time
with my wife and children.

And now I'm ready to come back.

and since I was 12, I've been
leading the worship at church

every Sunday morning.

When I'm running, I feel like it's
a place where I can connect with God

My reason for not hitting the buzzer
was just timing,

just from my journey today
with finding artists.

And sometimes it's about the right
person hearing you at the right time.

And whilst that wasn't that moment,

I never know
where you're gonna strike

There's not one person who can tell
you that you don't have it in you.

It's just finding the right person

The dream when I was ten years old

The very first moment I ever realised

and I just saw thousands

I definitely look back
and think to myself,

"Wow, I can't believe
all that happened.

Well, I have been
a full-time singer before.

Which was great, but unfortunately
it doesn't always last,

so I kind of had to start working
some casual jobs

and a gig there, but I'm like...

It just wasn't enough.

So yeah, I think if anything

it's made me fall in love
with my singing even more

because I really treasure
moments like this

that I get to get out there
and not just sing for the animals!

we've ever had on this stage.

I gravitate to the opera
because I spent a bit of time in it.

I travelled around with Bocelli

and it was an experience

can transform the entire room
and the place it takes you.
