You know, it's everything I've ever known.

I was in the 'Mikado' musical,

'Lion King' the musical, 'Aladdin' the musical.

You go from one gig to the next gig

and it's not easy doing eight shows a week

and you kind of keep going and you don't stop.

Three, four, five, six years later and you haven't stopped.

There's a lot of pressure on me.

I was on stage in the gold cave scene

when Aladdin had rubbed the lamp,

feeling all this hard, heavy energy.

I was struggling to finish my performance.

I just remember being so overwhelmed

and kind of reaching out to other cast members on stage

to kind of help me

and crying and running off stage and just bawling and feeling scared.

I'd never experienced an anxiety attack before.

It changed me.

After that, every time I would go closer to the stage,

I felt like I was gonna blow up.

It was a really physical experience.

It was crazy.

I had to take a step back for my mental health

and I've just taken six months off so that I could do that.

Just really good quality time with my wife and children.

And now I'm ready to come back.

I am a little bit scared that my anxiety will flare.

When I'm running, I feel like it's a place where I can connect with God

Music for me is like a medicine, where I can pick up a guitar

just from my journey today with finding artists.

And sometimes it's about the right person hearing you at the right time.

And whilst that wasn't that moment,

I never know where you're gonna strike

and I hope you strike somewhere next.

There's not one person who can tell you that you don't have it in you.

It's just finding the right person that hears you at the right moment

and that's when the next more extraordinary thing

And that's what happened with me.

The dream when I was ten years old

was get to sing and be surrounded by music, so I've worked really hard.

I just sat at the piano and even if I was, like,

The very first moment I ever realised something was really happening

I definitely look back and think to myself,

"Wow, I can't believe all that happened.
