working out and staying in shape is a huge part of my life.

I've been doing it since I was 19,

so I thought I'd share a few of my fun tips that I am doing

while I'm sequestered here.

And the best part is, these you can do anywhere.

al right. So we're going to be talking

about chest exercise, which is great.

There's many different variations.

It all depends on where you put your hands.

We're gonna start with the basic pushup which works here,

10, 20. It really doesn't matter

as long as you're doing something.

You want to feel it. You want to feel the burn.

There's so many different variations.

the flat...

...The wide...

...The closed...

...The incline, the decline.

♪♪

the different variations are fantastic.

Working your whole chest, working your shoulders.

♪♪

three or four sets of each exercise is a great workout.

I promise you are going to be feeling like a god or goddess.

You'll be feeling like you got those moobs.

Yeah.

Alright, so let's talk about our first episode

I'm super excited.

Keith and charis, they didn't win the lottery,

but they came into some life changing money

that led them to find their dream home.

Hence the call to me.

Is there a baby involved?

-Hi! -Oh, my gosh.

And it was my absolute pleasure

helping them buy their dream home.

Because work in the air force they move around a lot.

And we went to a really wonderful place,

virginia beach, virginia.

they're all amazing properties.

And the top choice is which ones am I going to show

keith and charis.

Who am I kidding?

Of course I'm gonna start at the very top of their budget

and show them hampton road.

They want a great neighborhood, and they want a pool.

And, of course, keith threw in tall ceilings

because he's about to have big hair. [ laughs ]

Color-coordinated and everything.

-Yeah, we try. -We tried.

-I love it. -We tried.

So clean and that there's a lot of cabinet space, counter space.

I also like how the darker cabinets

bounce off of the yellow walls. -It's a nice contrast.

A lot military people get rid of good items.

right there between the two, huh? Yes.

I mean, the layout, the rooms are perfect.

But I wanted to start big and start you out

Today we're at lynnhaven manor.

It's a great house in a wonderful,

well-established neighborhood.

It had everything they asked for.

It's got a pool. It is move-in ready.

There are projects, if you want,

but if this is your style, there's really nothing to do.

Fabulous. What do you think of the house?

I love it, great curb appeal.

Let me tell you a little bit about lynnhaven manor.

It's got 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms,

2,000 square feet.

It has that lovely pool that you're looking for. Yeah, okay.

Alright, alright.

And the price is fantastic at $385,000.

-All right. -Now you're talking my language.

It's a little red door for the spice in your life.

-Yeah, I love that. -Let's go.

But because these are painted cabinets,

which is really nice. -Yeah.

If you downsize just the pieces a little bit,

you'll have a little bit more wiggle room. Yeah.

and see if that's of liking to you.

Yeah, these are nice. The sinks are cute. Really nice.

A few things that we would change.

-Of course. -But definitely liveable.

But we can live with it.

Now you can see the difference

between the two different price ranges. Yeah.

Just something you'll have to gauge

and a cute room for baby trey

because I know that they're not afraid of color.

And I've picked out skye's room, too.

There will be a few things that we do change.

I was absolutely amazed and astonished

at the homes you can get in virginia beach.

I mean, a beautiful home with a pool

for under $400,000.

That's crazy. Oh, my gosh. Okay.

Wait till you hear the offer that keith and charis made me.

-A tub I can actually fit in! -Yeah and it has jets, babe.

It's a little crazy.

Maybe I should get in with you, too.

How much fun is this?

-It's so much. -Oh, it's exciting, seriously.

Bromstad: We're watching some old episodes

and talking workout routines you can do in your home.

Everyone loves a good arm.

We love a good bicep. We love a good tricep.

You'd be surprised how easy it is to turn household items

and to workout equipment.

Milk jug all have one of these.

You could do a regular curl,

which starts with your palm facing you

and then bring it up and come down.

You bring it in here, works a different part of the bicep.

Now, if you don't have one of those, a pair of tights --

don't ask me why I have a pair of tights here.

I'm a creative person. I'm super weird.

And you have no idea what goes on here

after the cameras stop rolling

and you just bring it up and do the same movement.

And if it's too tight for you, you can loosen it up.

It's really just about concentrating on that muscle.

But the best thing to get for me,

in my opinion, is a band.

It's all you do is take it, step on it.

You can adjust how much weight you want to bring in.

You want to do the basic here. Oh, that's nice.

You can he set lower on it.

[ straining ]

okay. I'm not that advanced.

And these can be used, literally,

for every single body part, including chest.

alright, so let's get back to keith and charis.

♪♪

you're not going to believe the proposal they made me

while we were in the bathroom.

Appropriate? I think not.

Did I like it? [ scoffs, laughs ] of course.

keith and charis are an absolutely adorable couple,

and I've showed them two amazing houses so far.

So today, I'm taking the keith and charis to the greenbrier.

And because I know they want to spend a lot of time outside,

I think they're gonna love this one.

The backyard is wonderful,

and that just adds a whole nother level to life.

It really does.

-Hey. -How much fun is this?

-It's so much. -It's exciting.

-Seriously. -This house is really great.

Let me tell you a little bit about it.

The greenbrier has 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms.

-Nice. -Mm-hmm.

This is our biggest of homes at 2,482 square feet.

Yeah, okay.

At we're right at the tippy-top of your original budget. Uh-huh.

-At $397,000. -All right.

Nice. See, that's what I like.

-Yeah. -Budget and space.

-Yes. -You guys want to check it out?

Let's start in the formal living room.

And the fireplace is really, really fun.

I love this. I can see a lot with this, like,

especially at christmas, the garland and all the lights.

Now, the house is great, but there are some updates. Okay.

The first one here is in the kitchen,

but it's a great kitchen overall.

Let's take a look.

-Okay. -Okay, yeah.

Love all this space that the counters do offer. Mm-hmm.

Now, we don't have granite.

-No, we don't. -I would love granite.

We would.

And that's something I would definitely invest in.

Maybe they'll have them on the curb somewhere, babe.

We could curbside pickup some granite!

Oh, I would be so excited.

Definitely love the space in here, though,

I'm getting good vibes. But, I mean, yeah, I don't hate it.

It's really nice, and it opens up to a eat-in kitchen here

which is awesome and then a nice family room here.

That's great when you have kids.

-Yes. -Definitely.

I can definitely see us cooking, eating, relaxing.

I'm not crazy about this separation here,

but, you know, we can live with it, so.

-Very '90s. -Mm-hmm.

You can definitely rip this out.

A little demolition doesn't cost any money.

Nothing major so far.

Nothing major at all.

Bromstad: There's a guest suite downstairs

and another full bathroom upstairs

right next to the kids' rooms.

Now, here is a really good-size bedroom, possibly for skye.

-Oh, this is really big. -Yeah.

I love the natural light in here.

This is the size of most master bedrooms.

-Yeah. -Okay.

Now, we have to look at your bedroom.

-Okay. -All right.

-You ready for that? -Yeah!

Where the magic happens, right?

-Really spacious. -Yeah.

This is about the same size as hampton road.

The difference is this.

This makes it feel so much more spacious.

Square footage-wise, about the same size.

Even though we don't have the privacy from the other one,

I still feel like, you know, this is the ultimate backyard.

Yeah, secluded from everybody.

It's been really fun to see, like,

the different personalities

each of neighborhood, all the pools.

It's getting my creative juices flowing. I'm glad.

This is the part where I usually would say,

"take all the time you need,"

but we're in virginia beach, things fly off the market here,

and if you feel like one of these

is your dream home, let's hop on it.

The house was large and in charge

and perfect them out of space to raise their adorable kids.

It's great. I mean, we've made it our own.

The first project that we did was in our bedroom,

the master bedroom, where all that magic happens.

We did an access wall -- accent wall, I'm sorry --

with contact paper behind the bed.

I love that. It really kind of lifted up spirits in the room

and made it look more homey.

Did you need your spirits to be lifted in your bedroom?

-I needed more like a oasis. -Yeah. I totally get that.

Well, good for you guys for doing some design.

What have you guys been doing to keep yourself busy?

I'm home with the kids, so...

I'm now a teacher, a nurse, and nap-time specialist,

you name it, that's what I am.

I have an essential job.

So I work on base as normal as possible.

I'm sure you're learning a lot about yourselves.

I mean, this very close quarters with the children.

So you're getting a workout.

Just chasing the kids around.

Just chasing them around, all day long.

Keith, are you still working out?

So the gyms are closed, as we know,

but I have found a way to get some quick at-home workout,

which does get taken over by the kids.

That's hilarious, watching kids doing push ups, by the way..

Do you, like, run around with your kids?

Like doing like the March?

Like all the calls, the chants, like, [imitates military March]

so, I actually try to tap into some of my older times,

when I was in the military.

If you don't mind me singing. -Please.

We're lucky to even get in there now on certain days.

But I think that's the limit. It's a two person limit.

Anything else you guys are doing to stay active?

Yeah. We've been enjoying swimming around

in the pool, when it's warm enough.

Of course, sometimes we'll just go out and sit

and look at the view of the lake and the pool

and just watch the sunset, things like that, so.

That's fantastic. Not too bad to be quarantined here.

-No, not at all. -Not too bad.

we are discussing the workouts you can do at home.

So, ladies and gents,

pay attention because this is life changing.

everyone loves a nice booty.

So let's talk about what I don't have.

[ laughs ]

alright, so there's a couple things

you can do for your booty.

I like to start with squats, it's a basic movement.

It really is the core movement, really, of all leg exercises.

So what you want to do is you have yourself a nice flat back,

you want your booty out -- I don't have much of one,

that's why we do these -- and you come down.

You want to come down as far as you possibly can

and then push your booty up and push it out.

But keep this back straight.

You don't want to do this, you want to do that.

Yeah.

Many different variations.

Sumo squats -- come down.

Works a different part of the butt.

I'm not sure which one, but it always hurts.

Lunges -- come down.

Really concentrate right here.

Bulgarian split squat.

Whoo! Yeah.

That just gives you a larger range of motion,

which, hence, builds the booty even more.

Someday I'll fill out my jeans.

alright, so let's -- [ panting ]

you think I work out every day?

Okay. So let's move on to our next millionaire.

Scott and paige from oakwood, illinois.

This couple has been dating for many years.

And we're looking for a forever home

to raise their two adorable children.

I just met with diane, and she gave me a bunch

of really great properties.

I'm very excited to get out and explore

the champaign-urbana area.

The first property I'm going to show scott and paige

is prairie point.

It's an adorable home in a new neighborhood,

and backs onto expansive views of,

well, the prairie, of course.

What I love about scott and paige is that

they have a big ask for a wish list,

but a lot of them are negotiable.

So, for this house, I found them a fantastic finished basement.

and check out the backyard.

-Nice-size yard. -It is nice.

and sharing some of my home workouts.

Now, another really important area to hit is your back.

This is gonna give you that v shape,

makes your waist look delicious and skinny.

Alright. So I have a band here,

so we're gonna start out doing a lat pull.

Just concentrate on one side of your back.

Which is really great set that mind to muscle moment

that we were talking about.

I make sure I concentrate your back nice and straight.

You can do two hands here.

If this is not challenging enough.

You can a heavier band or another pair of pantyhose.

The more things you add to it,

the more resistance you're going to get.

Bring it up here. That's working the upper back and the traps.

The traps are these muscles.

I would do three or four sets, ten to twelve reps.

Really concentrate on those muscles.

That's going to give you about a forty five minute workout.

Why you guys are doing that?

Let's get back to scott and paige.

I'm dream-home hunting in champaign-urbana --

aka chambana -- for scratcher millionaires --

aka scrillionaires -- scott and paige.

Prairie point was a little too close

to the neighbors for paige's taste,

so today, I'm showing them crystal lake cove.

This striking house has east and west wings --

grandeur without the usual price tag.

You know, I love this community, mature trees, winding streets,

and the prices for these homes -- crazy.

I love it.

I mean, I love that all the houses are kind of tucked in.

I love all the trees everywhere.

It seems quiet. So far, so good.

2,231-square-feet --

so a little bit smaller than the house that we saw yesterday --

though the price is still fantastic at $238,500.

And I really like the colors in there.

It's the most neutral of all colors.

Okay, so, we have two wings, as you can see from the outside.

It's a great place. I mean, the kitchen is, to me,

like, it sings.

So I'm dying to show you the kitchen.

It's really good.

Welcome to the kitchen and eat-in dining.

Very nice.

Scott: I love the countertops.

-Right. -Mm-hmm.

And it's open. I love the big window there.

You can see the street.

I like that a lot.

This has a very different feel,

different style, than the house that we saw yesterday.

This is more contemporary and more modern.

Yeah. I like the modern.

So, this house is more your style,

I'm assuming. Yeah.

Yeah. Definitely.

-Cool. -I'm not opposed to it.

Oh, I love that. I love that.

Bromstad: This home only has two guest bedrooms,

and although one is an awkward shape,

it does have the plus of french doors.

Shall we go to the master?

Paige: What I really liked about yesterday

was that the vaulted ceilings in the master bedroom

gave it such an open feel, you know?

Absolutely.

I mean, you've still got the natural light, which is good.

-Which is great. -It's totally doable.

Bromstad: And they also have carpet in the bedroom.

I -- I like that, actually.

You know, when you get out of bed in the morning,

you don't want to put your feet on ice-cold floor.

And it get cold here. It does.

-Yeah. -Let's check out the master bath.

-All right. -It's good. It's really cute.

Oh, I love it.

Isn't it nice?

-Yes. There's no tub. -Right.

However, that shower's pretty sexy.

Kind of makes up for it, doesn't it?

Bromstad: This home with wings has a great front yard

for the kids to play.

Scott can play in this two-car garage,

while paige can play entertainer out back.

To me, the front yard is where it's at.

The front yard feels much more private,

which is -- never happens.

Paige: That's strange, but, yeah, that's okay.

I would fence in the front yard,

do some really beautiful like, boxwood hedges

that grow really nice and large.

And then, I'd put a pool in the front yard.

Yeah, that's a good idea. That would work.

Overall, it's a good house.

It's more of a clean, updated type.

And it's move-in ready.

It's... -It works. -It works.

Yeah. Excellent.

Literally, when you walk in,

it's about 1,000 square feet of "yes."

Sits on 5 beautiful acres, and we went a little over budget.

It does need a little update here and there,

so I think we can kind of wiggle them down a little bit

with price, if you guys fall in love with the house.

When you're designing a room this big,

you want to tackle it in a few stages.

First thing I would do -- add beams to the ceiling,

one that's going to give you your warmth

and tons of character. -Yes.

Next thing I'd do, color.

This needs to be a little warmer.

It's a little on the cool side.

It's going to feel cold. So, if you get a warm gray,

will automatically just warm everything up.

It'll be really nice.

Yeah, like this. -All right.

-Like it? -Yeah.

Bromstad: Remember, scott is in construction,

so he can really make this place just how they want it.

And a really good-size kitchen.

Needs a little updating.

Paige: Yeah, it does.

Like, the appliances don't all match, so there's that.

But you know what? I mean, the space is good.

It's not a deal breaker for me, so...

Good.

Bromstad: The kids' rooms don't need an upgrade.

They have plenty of light and walk-in closets.

But the master suite is a whole other dimension.

The master bedroom does not disappoint with the size.

It's got everything you need.

Is was a beautiful spring wedding.

We had over 350 guests.

The church we got married in is massive.

It's got the longest aisle in like the county.

So it was very grand.

Scott: Yeah. Everything looked really, really good.

It was exactly the way I wanted it to go.

That's great. Tell me all about your dress.

Oh, my goodness.

It was a v cut completely embroidered

with chunky jewels and everything.

The back was sheer with jewels that went across.

And then the skirt had a rose underlay and sparkle

throughout it and a massive train.

So when I walked, you could see all the sparkly.

It was gorgeous. If I could wear it again, I would.

You know, I told my girlfriends

that we need to get everybody dressed up

in their wedding gowns and go out.

I would totally do that. -That sounds absolutely perfect.

It was. The weather was gorgeous.

It's -- I mean, it was perfect.

It couldn't have gone any better.

-Yeah. -So you got married.

You're in a brand new house. How is the house?

We love it.

Remember when we were standing in the living room

and we were talking about how we weren't sure

about the gray color that was on the wall

because it was too light and I had a blue hue to it.

You mentioned to go with a darker shade of gray

and you actually showed us a swatch on your pants.

Like this?

-Alright. -Like it?

-Yeah. -Do you remember that?

Yeah. Anyway, we found that perfect color.

So it's got it repainted the entire living room

and oh, my gosh, it's ten times better already.

Yes! Oh, I'm so glad.

Darkened it up just enough to make it not feel so cold.

Yeah. Got a brand new front door and it's a shade

of mustard yellow, which is kind of fun.

Repainted and redid the spare bedroom that we have.

Now I'm starting to pick away at our master bathrooms.

We've just been chipping away at all these projects.

That keep you away from the fridge in the pantry, you know.

[ laughing ] exactly.

Alright. So I know you guys are fit and you stay in shape.

And we've been talking about that a lot --

doing in-home workouts.

You guys do any in-home workouts?

It's been hard without the gym. I'll tell you that.

Yeah. But I have taken this opportunity to do more things

with my kids when we're at home.

So we take advantage of the nice weather

due two to four mile walks. I've got a jogging stroller,

so I don't have to worry about our youngster lagging behind.

I love that. Right now, it's not about shedding pounds

as it is just keeping the endorphins going

so that you feel good and have energy

and can get through all of this in a positive way, you know.

Yeah. You're inspiring. You're inspiring me.

And I'm sure you're inspiring the rest of america.

Keep playing the lottery because I feel like you guys

need a vacation house somewhere tropical.
