The diseased was born in Hokkaido,
but later moved to Mikawa,

during the harsh postwar years.

Finally his destiny lead him here,

he spend his last years
happily and to the fullest.

Sadly, despite intensive medical
care, he died from a sudden illness.

who he had taken to his heart so dearly.

for the helpfulness and the friendship
that all of you showed to him.
