[Episode 2]

Wang Ze Yang.

President Song.

Good day, President Song.

President Song.

Is everyone here?

Let's start.

Our biggest competitor,

Bai Sai Group,

announced

its latest clothing line,

and its sales

have overtaken us.

Do we have to realign

our marketing strategy

of Si Yue's brand?

What do you think?

We have discussed it.

We should

reduce our price and

increase production

to gain the market.

I hold

a different opinion.

Our branding strategy for women's clothing

is affordable luxury.

Right?

Every girl

doesn't hope that

her dress is the same as others.

Now,

if we

reduce the price and

increase production,

our brand

will end up being

a common

and low-class brand.

We have to do something different

for this.

Hello.

Is President Wang here?

He's dead.

Dead...Dead?

If there's anything,

just let me know.

I'm the boss here.

Okay.

I'm the landlord of this building.

The rental for this quarter

is due.

No info is received yet

for the rental of next quarter.

I couldn't reach President Wang.

So,

I'm here to check.

Alright, I got it.

I'll pay for it soon.

Okay.

If nothing else,

I'll leave now.

Okay.

This is the new product

of Si Yue's brand.

Yes.

It's counterfeit.

Is it in the market now?

Not yet.

It's still in production.

But I couldn't find out

the background of the company.

I don't have any resources

in this matter.

Let me do it.

Great.

Every apparel

of our brand

has been

trademarked.

As long as we can find the source of counterfeit,

we'll have the right

to request the party

to take down the product

and compensate for our loss.

Yes.

Last time,

we've met

the supplier from Egypt.

Because of news leakage,

some problems occurred.

I thought that

it's an accident.

Now, thinking back,

there's a spy

among our company top management.

If so,

not only

the brand of Si Yue

that has leaked.

President Song.

Do you think that

I should send someone

to check it out

at the underground factory?

Of course.

We have so many garment factories

in the country.

It's a tedious job

to check one by one.

We have signed many

fashion designers

who have own original brands.

So, we

have the responsibility

to take care of their designs.

It

must be done

no matter how tedious it is.

Miss Fang.

The company has paid you all, right?

No. No.

We're not leaving.

Yes, we're not leaving.

We decided to stay.

I'm Shao Kai.

I take charge of

the IT database.

I can solve the problems of

computers

and network of this company.

I'm Tang Jie.

I'm a fashion designer.

Although I've never made anything

since I graduated,

I'll work harder.

I'm You You.

I'm still an intern.

Now,

I know nothing,

but I'm a fast learner.

Yes.

Are you all willing to stay with me?

Yes.

Let's work hard together in future.

I surely

won't disappoint you all.

I...Let me get ready.

I...

I...

My friend got me

the best lawyer in the country.

I'm going to the law firm today.

I...We...

must get back what we deserve.

President Song.

We've checked

the factory that counterfeits Si Yue's brand.

The salary given is low.

It gets

whatever order.

However, most of them

are counterfeits.

Probably because of that,

their security system is good,

we couldn't enter.

Of course, you couldn't enter

directly in this way.

Unless you're their worker.

Do you mean that...

we should

enter it as

a worker?

I got it.

You're better

at this.

Get someone new in the company.

Someone smarter.

Okay, I got it.

Do it now.

Sorry. Sorry.

Are you new?

Do you work out often?

Work out?

Quite fit.

You'll get a mission later.

What mission?

An important mission.

Shen.

How?

Wang Ze Yang is your fiancée?

Not married yet.

About to get married officially.

How long have you been together?

For about five to six years.

What's wrong?

Three years ago, Wang Ze Yang

was a shareholder of your company.

You're the legal person.

The investor was your father.

Within these three years,

your turnover rate has been increasing,

but there's a huge amount of money

flowing out through investment.

The contract was signed by you

as the legal person.

Moreover, everything is done

according to the legal procedure.

In simple words,

Zhou Fang can't charge him.

You may criticize him

from the aspect of moral,

but whatever he has done

was legal.

You've no solution as well?

It's not optimistic.

It has been

in this point,

it can't be

unplanned.

Luckily,

when you bought the house,

you didn't write

Wang Ze Yang's name on the list.

Or else,

you might have lost it as well.

Many people advised you at that time.

It was paid

by your family.

Yet, you chose to put his name.

I don't understand

why you loved him so much?

I'm not talking about it.

I get annoyed talking about it.

I couldn't think of the reason...

Why didn't I

realize it that time?

He cheated you purposely.

You weren't vigilant.

Moreover, you trusted him.

It's natural you can't realize it.

But he was good to me.

If he did it for only one year.

but over five years.

How can someone

act for more than five years?

Forget about five years.

If not because of the mistress,

it's possible to be more than 50 years.

I'm telling you.

Look at what he has done,

that mistress is surely

richer than you.

Do you believe me?

Well done.

It's fine.

Stop lecturing her.

It's happened.

We learn the lesson.

In such a case,

I suggest

a thorough company system check-up

to identify

any possible flaw

to avoid trouble in future.

Alright. I got it.

I'll check it out.

[Memory Brand Introduction]

That's serious.

Only two items?

President Song.

It's really not bad

to get back two items.

Luckily, we have

Zuo Yu Lin.

You've no idea.

At the moment we entered,

we had been caught.

Five fit guys

were chasing us.

Luckily, I was smart.

I found a way.

I asked Zuo Yu Lin to leave first.

Actually,

Zuo Yu Lin's fit.

He could run fast.

When he was caught,

he told nothing.

So smart.

You're new here?

What's your name?

Zuo Yu Lin.

Thank you.

Go to a hospital for a check-up.

Our company will pay for it.

Get well soon.

Return to work after that.

Thank you, President Song.

President Chen, I...

President Song.

You must

revenge for us.

You must sue them

until they file a bankruptcy.

You did it poorly.

You don't have to worry.

Then, may I

go to the hospital

and take leaves?

You may rest after getting this settled.

Get changed.

Follow me.

Since it's happened,

let's figure out

a solution.

Hungry?

I'm fine.

Steamboat?

Alright.

It's here.

Cover yourself.

It's too serious.

Please try

my instant coffee.

You

need to handle such a small case?

What do you mean?

Your business is growing.

So you don't accept small cases?

I didn't mean it.

However.

Have a look of it.

[Memory Brand Information, Legal person: Zhou Fang]

Zhou Fang?

Zhou Fang.

Let me explain.

It's not

what you're thinking.

Go back with me.

Okay?

How many five years

can a woman have?

I've given everything to him.

You know her?

I don't know.

This lady

has been cheated by her fiancé.

I can't tell more.

Or else, it'll affect your judgement.

You're being odd.

Do you think you were in a relationship

or doing charity?

You gave him a house

and started up a company for him.

The money was spent like water.

You said that he was naïve

and the best man in the world.

Thousand years...

Alright. Alright.

Stop that.

You never shut up

since you got into the car.

Bla bla bla.

You sound like my mum.

I know that I'm wrong.

So?

It's happened.

[Mum]

Speak of the devil.

Second round.

Mum.

I...

I'm with Qin Qing.

We're not going to eat at home.

We're ready to...

No way!

You must come back!

Or else, don't come back again.

Alright!

You must return home for dinner.

Alright, sure.

I'll wait for you all.

Okay.

Okay.

Let's go.

Do you think that I should say it out?

Yes.

You need to say it out sooner or later.

One has heart illness.

Another has high blood pressure.

How should I say it out?

How if

you tell them tactfully?

Tactfully?

I'm not someone

whom you just know.

Am I able to

speak tactfully?

You're right.

That's how a person of low EQ looks like.

Why did you make an ad hominem attack?

I'm serious.

How about you say it out?

I say it out?

How am I supposed to say it out?

Keep your voice down.

How should I say it out?

If I tell them,

they will ask you as well.

You can say it tactfully.

I won't say it. You do it yourself.

You don't even want to help me.

Come in.

Let's eat.

You say it out.

You say it out.

You say it out.

You say it out.

Both of you eat more.

Thank you, uncle.

Come on, Qing.

Eat this.

Thank you, aunt.

How was the

wedding photo session?

It's fine.

Oh, yes.

Why didn't Wang

come with you two

to eat here

after photo shooting?

Let me make a phone call.

Mum.

Don't call. Don't call.

He's busy now.

He can't pick up your call.

He's busy now.

What's so busy about?

Mum.

Please eat.

What's wrong?

Nothing.

Nothing. She stepped on my foot.

Are you hiding

something from me?

No. Nothing.

It's a little thing.

Tell me. What's that?

Dad.

Have you taken antihypertensive?

It's fine. I'm alright.

Mum.

About what I'm going to tell you,

don't get angry.

You quickly tell me.

This...

Say it.

Qing.

You tell me.

I...

How am I supposed to say it out?

You quickly say it out.

I've broken up with Wang Ze Yang.

He ran away with money.

Why did you say that?

Is not?

Of course not.

Ru Hui.

Mum!

Aunt!

Keep calm.

Hurry up, Fang!

Bring over medicine!

Get her a glass of water.

Here it is, aunt.

Drink some water.

Mum!

Come.

Give me medicine.

I can't open it.

Mum.

Don't frighten me, mum.

Mum.

We've made a police report, mum.

The police said that

they can

get back the money for us.

Mum.

Yes, aunt.

Money can be earned.

A new boyfriend

can be found.

Right?

Verified.

Please open the door.

Welcome back, President Song.

Aunt.

Does she like the present?

She doesn't like it.

She asked you to

get her something like

hip hip...

or hop-hop style.

That's called

hip-hop style.

Yes.

Recently, Luo Luo

is quite down.

Every day, she locks herself in her bedroom

without eating

after returning home.

Then, she turns on the music

as loud as possible.

Such loud music

doesn't make me

feel comfortable.

It's fine. Let me talk to her.

Aunt.

Your heart seems weak.

Let me arrange

a health check-up for you.

It's fine.

It's just the noise.

It's alright.

It's good to attend a check-up.

Thank you, President Song.

I'm going to continue my work.

Okay.

Keep your voice down, Luo Luo.

Keep your voice down, Luo Luo!

Can you care about

others' feeling?

Song Luo!

Song Luo.

Did you

make trouble at school again?

If you want me to

solve it for you tomorrow,

turn off the music now!

Seriously.

It's not this one either.

Check if this contract

is still valid.

Yes.

This order was signed not long ago.

It's written that

delivery will be made in ten days.

Hurry and ask the factory

about the current progress.

Let me make a call.

0170.

Manager Wang!

Hello! This is Zhou Fang.

Okay.

I have an order here.

I'm calling

to do a follow-up with you.

The order number is

017001.

Is it being produced?

Okay.

Okay. I got it.

Alright.

Sure, no problem.

It's good as long as it can be delivered on time.

Okay! It's fine.

Thank you so much. Okay, bye.

There is always a way out

It can be delivered on time.

Unexpectedly, Wang Ze Yang

has forgotten about it.

You wished to have

your own brand before.

The chance is here

for you now.

I must think about

what else to do in future.

In the past,

I trusted Wang Ze Yang too much.

It caused me

troubles.

Don't talk about him anymore.

Tang Jie.

Of course. I'm the one who chose it.

I'm a designer.

Of course, I have good taste.

Yes.

second-hand couch bought by Miss Fang.

It looks not bad too.

Yes, it looks good at there.

Alright, everybody.

You all are so energetic.

Let's call a meeting.

Okay.

Okay.

Come. Sit here.

Thank you.

Any new instruction?

I've thought of it.

I think that we need to

I am here.

A discussion?

Let me think about it.

Okay.

Talk to him now.

Hello, hello!

Don't hang up, please.

I'm the one who wore a bridesmaid dress.

I didn't leave my contact.

Unexpectedly.

What a coincidence.

I'm the legal representative

of the company.

I...

Surprise?

Let me consider. I'm going to hang up.

Wait!

He hung up?

Who's that? What a sweet voice.

Nobody.

Is she pretty?

I have no idea.

Look at yourself.

Don't just be a single.

Do you want to be a rich single

forever?

You have a girlfriend?

Show me.

I'm different from you.

I'm loyal.

I have someone I love.

Mind your own business.

Get away. You almost damage it.

Go away.

Let's work!

Hello, my friend.

We meet again.

President Song.

Do you want to hit me?

No, no, no.

How is that possible?

Where did you get the address?

Lawyer Shen told you?

Who doesn't know

your company address?

President Song

is also a public figure.

Tell me.

Where did you get the design draft?

I got it from my ex-boyfriend.

I have no idea

of how it was obtained.

However,

there must be misunderstandings.

Misunderstanding again?

Why do you meet me now?

I couldn't find him.

Before he left,

he's settled everything

between him

and the company.

So legally speaking,

this case

would be charged

on me.

So?

So,

I'm not sure if

it's right to tell you this.

Now, I'm really having

some troubles.

Because

something has happened.

I'm having cash flow issues.

Can you

give me a chance?

Regarding...

President Song, here is the thing.

Since your corporate is so well-known,

you don't have to

make it hard on us.

Right?

Can you

withdraw the prosecution?

Can we settle it privately?

No way.

You all should be aware of

the design industry in China.

Originality of design

must be preserved.

I couldn't care for others,

but I have to protect

my own designers.

You have two choices.

First, we proceed with legal action.

Second, tell me

how you got the draft?

I have no idea

of how to check it.

But regarding

the private settlement,

can we talk more about it?

It means that nothing we can talk.

I thought you all

are responsible for your action.

In fact, you're just giving excuses.

Anything else?

Yes.

Zhou Fang isn't the one

who would evade problems.

It's different now.

She was just cheated

by her ex-boyfriend.

Your legal action

adds insult to injury.

She didn't plan to

beg you.

I asked her to come over.

Because I think

sympathy

should be given,

as both you

met each other before.

Both you are considered friends.

Please be tolerant.

Moreover,

Zhou Fang is working hard to be

a real fashion designer.

But these years,

she's been distracted

by something else.

She's also a victim.

What's the point

for telling me this?

I don't want anybody

to look down on her.

Let me tell you.

It's my own business

if I look down on her.

Respect is gained

by putting efforts,

not just by words.

Do you have to be cruel?

Do you really believe

what the man said, my dear?

You don't think too much.

Don't get angry.

I'm quite angry.

I'm angry at myself.

How did I

get into this situation?

What's wrong?

When we

graduated,

we aimed to make our own brand.

Now,

because of my own mistakes,

I have to flatter others.

I'm getting more compromising

and losing my dignity.

Just now,

Song Lin

was right.

He's not the only one.

I also feel disappointed with myself.

Then, we can

restart.

I'll support you.

You don't have to worry about money.

How was the young boy

that day?

He looked not bad.

You mean

Wu San?

That night,

after he sent me home,

he hasn't

contacted me again.

It's a tactic.

I won't fall into

his trap.

Let him go.

Come on.

Cheers.

What are you doing?

No.

I can't say that.

[Qin Qing]

I'm Wu San.

Do you still remember me?

No.

How should I say?

She'll surely remember me.

The name of Wu San

was given by her.

Lecturers should have taught

about love in university.

Darn it.

I've sent it.

[Wu San]

What?

What's wrong?

Wu San

recalled it.

What is he doing?

He pretends that he mistakenly sent it.

So that I'd reply to him.

I'll be a fool if I do.

Zhi Zhou!

Wait for me there.

What's wrong?

How long have you known her?

Does it matter?

Yes, it matters.

Love needs

time to reveal itself.

Five years.

My love towards you

has never changed.

Love and time

have no relationship.

Don't you understand?

We can only be friends.

Please don't leave!

I'm wrong.

I shouldn't talk to you about this.

Can I

keep being with you?

She'll be unhappy.

Sorry.

Cut!

Lu Na.

What a good act of crying.

I'm amazed.

I'm flattered.

Take a break.

Another round later.

Tonight,

we have two more acts.

Please keep it up.

Director.

Excuse me.

For Lu Na,

it's stated in her contract that

she works for 8 hours a day.

She's been working overtime now.

We don't have much time.

We need to catch up.

Time is running short.

Alright.

Lu Na.

Sure, get it arranged.

Great!

Film crew!

To another scene!

Okay?

Hurry up!

Okay?

Hurry up!

Be quick!

Come on.

Please follow me, actors.

Come on!

Hurry up!

We're leaving!

Did Song Lin call me?

No.

When will you

end your one-sided love?

It should end when he loves me.

It's been several years.

It's time to let it go.

Although I'm not

his lover,

I'm the closest to him.

He focuses on his career now.

One day, he's going to get married

or in love.

Right?

He

will pick me one day.

He's smart.

Moreover, because of the matching,

our relationship

has become better,

right?

What if

he

meets someone he loves?

What will you do?

I won't allow

it to happen.

What's wrong with you?

Get in the car.

[Manager Wang]

Manager Wang.

Manager.

Manager.

Why was the production

stopped?

President Zhou.

I've explained to you

over the phone.

We can't proceed

your order.

Why can't it be done?

Give me a reason.

In ten days,

I have to deliver the goods.

Yet, you stopped the production.

Then, what should I do?

I don't have the authority.

It's our factory manager's decision.

Where is he?

I want to meet him.

Please don't!

You don't ask him either.

Regarding

the reason we stopped the production,

you should have

known it.

Do you mean

the court case of Wan Feng Group?

Manager,

the court case of Wan Feng Group

has nothing to do with you.

I have ten days

to deliver the goods.

But you

halted the production.

I can't deliver it.

I'll have to compensate for my customer.

You should know

the amount of compensation.

Of course, I know.

But

I don't have a say in this.

Even our factory manager

doesn't have

a say in this matter either.

Sorry.

Wait.

Anything else?

How many pieces of fabric

have been used up in production?

About a quarter.

Why?

Since it's due to

the copyright of the clothes,

may I get back

the remaining fabric?

Okay.
