No let's see how to use Google Docs.

You can open Google doc either by using this link docs not Google dot com or you can also use new button

in your google drive to create a google doc in that particular formula.

from a template then you will be able to select premade templates.

This is similar to a mass Word document.

You can name your document from here.

Here you can see that most of Microsoft Word editing options are available.

You have to click on this share button.

A few who were over this button you can see that this document is not shared with other people.

So if you click on share this will open a similar kind of dialog box that we get when we share files

from your grave.

Here you can provide email I.D. of the people and you can share your document with three kind of different

accesses.

The first one is edit the second one is coming.

And the third one is view.

A few select can view then the other people will only a way to view that document.

They will not be able to edit the document if you click on can come.

Then they can view and they can also comment on your document.
