BADALWADI, 108 KMS AWAY FROM PUNE

Someone’s coming.

Brother, please give us a lift.

He’s gone. Change your expression.

Why are you staring like you’re starving?

Even men are running away from you.

Listen, if you look like that, no one will stop their vehicle.

Move a little away from me.

A bit further…

Do one thing, just disappear for a while.

And look at his scarf, as if he’s some gangster from Dandupalyam.

Hey, how long are we going to wait?

Do you think this is Uber, to ring the driver and call him back?

We’re looking for a lift. Shut it and sit down.

Do you have matches?

Instead of asking for a lift,

let’s start asking for matchsticks from now on.

Hey, I’m not talking to you.

What’s your problem now?

We’re simply asking for a lift.

If we ask for a matchstick,

even a random stranger will spit on us.

I’m dying to escape from this place and..

you’re nagging me with incense sticks and matchstick nonsense.

I’m warning both of you..

behave decently, just for a while.

Once we get a lift, you can do whatever you want.

Even primitive humans didn’t work this hard just to get fire.

Bow to him, mate.

Hey, ask him not to bother me. I’m pissed off already.

Are you planning to beat me up or what?

Suri,

you said his love story sounded cool when we heard it.

And look at us now..

the moment we heard about his girlfriend, we ended up on the road.

Now our boy is planning to meet her.

If you do, you go with him.

How’s the shoot going?

Good enough.

Why would the director come for patchwork?

What about the hero?

Why are you even here?

Well, I’ve got a script.

Is it a feature? -Yes, it is.

Oh , who’s the producer?

Well… can you arrange an appointment with your producer please?

Good lord. Fine then , what’s the genre?
