This town was absolutely barbaric.
[Joebek] He shot her point-blank with a shotgun.
It felt like something did not want me here.
This puts other ghost towns we've been to to shame.
-Are you threatening me? -[Zak] Go, go, go!
Done with this [bleep].
-[car alarm going off] -[Zak] What the [bleep]?
-[Zak] Billy! -[Billy] Yeah, what?
[Zak] Oh, my God!
[eerie tones playing]
[Zak] There are things in this world
that we will never fully understand.
[echoing] Understand.
We want answers.
[echoing] Answers.
We have worked years to build our credibility,
our reputation,
working alongside the most renowned professionals
in the field,
capturing groundbreaking proof of the paranormal.
-[Aaron] It's working! -[Zak] Whoa!
I can't give you an explanation.
[Zak] This is our evidence.
Our Ghost Adventures.
[unsettling tones playing]
We are here in the town of Nelson, Nevada.
With the mix of blind greed, murderous rage,
and the violation of the earth's core,
there's no better paranormal cauldron
than an abandoned mining town.
But in Nelson, Nevada, that alchemy was
so ferociously malignant that it produced
two serial killers. -[gunshot blasts]
[Zak] The Nelson mining system was overflowing with gold,
and prospectors came from far and wide.
Gold lust inevitably became blood lust.
-This town was absolutely barbaric. -[gunshots blast]
The gold strike drew a flood of cutthroat prospectors,
many of them Civil War deserters,
shattered by the horrors of battle.
[gunshot reverberates]
From the years of 1861 to 1919, the law only came here once,
for the murder of Mrs. Maude Douglas.
Once.
Imagine a place so dangerously out of control
that even law enforcement is scared to come near it.
[gunshot blasts]
[Zak] That place was Nelson, Nevada.
This lawless hellhole turned out to be
the perfect breeding ground for two desperate
Native American serial killers.
Every single square inch of this dirt in this town...
[several gunshots echo]
...was drenched in blood.
All that dark energy may have been bottled up in the mines
because people are now being violently attacked.
OK, right now, we have a gentleman walking toward us.
Oh, he's an intimidating human, and we're hoping that is
our contact and not somebody we're gonna have
a scuffle with,
'cause he's a large fella. -[Joebek] How's it going?
-[Zak] Good, how are you? -[Joebek] Good.
-How you doing? Zak. -Joebek.
[Zak] Joebek Werly's family bought the ghost town
in the once massively productive Techatticup Mine in 1994.
[eerie tones play]
Can we go have a look?
[Joebek] Yeah, let's go take a look.
[Zak] As we tour the ghost town, I asked Joebek
about one of Nelson's infamous serial killers.
So have you ever heard of this guy called Queho?
Yes, sir. Yep.
[Zak] Queho, who was mixed-race and had a club foot,
was shunned by both the indigenous tribes
and the invading whites.
He roamed the area in search of work and food
and didn't hesitate to kill anyone who got in his way.
There is clear evidence that Queho was blamed
for at least one murder he didn't commit.
But by most accounts, he killed 23 people.
One of his victims, 38-year-old Maude Douglas
surprised Queho when he was stealing food.
[Joebek] He shot her point-blank with a shotgun
180 yards right here.
-Oh, wow. -She was killed here?
On the property.
is the building that she lived in still here?
The cement pad is actually still here.
-It is? -Yep.
[Zak] Queho eluded capture for at least a decade.
In 1940, his mummified remains were found in a nearby cave.
Those remains were ruthlessly desecrated by the locals,
including being propped up in vehicles during parades.
As he shows us one of the original buildings,
Joebek tells us he witnessed an unexplained attack
in the Techatticup mine across the street.
Quite a few years ago, me and my buddy were in there
and we were just kind of messing around.
He kind of knelt down on one knee
for me to take a picture.
And while I'm taking the picture,
he goes flying over.
And he's like, he jumps up and he's saying
something pushed him over. -[creepy purring]
[Zak] Is there something unseen in the mine that has the power
to catapult a grown man?
[Joebek] He was telling another friend about it.
he said he was in the mine, and something started
choking him in that same exact hole. -[Zak] Are you serious?
He said he was getting choked out inside of there?
Yeah, he said he got choked inside the mine, and he had
to run out to be able to breathe again.
OK, right now, Joebek is taking us to the mine opening
into the massive veins
of this very dark ghost town.
[Joebek] The mine we're going into, they found a human skull
at the 300-foot level. -[Zak] Holy cow!
[Joebek] Yep.
[Zak] In a town where murderers roamed free,
is it any wonder there were human remains left behind?
[Joebek] We have another story of a guy.
His dad found a pair of leg shackles
with a bone in it and a pistol.
[Zak] A misshapen pistol was found next to the shackled
human leg bone.
So, somebody left him in there for dead.
-Yeah, he died. -And he tried using his gun
to break the shackles. -[Joebek] Yep.
This puts other ghost towns we've been to to shame!
[Joebek] Yeah.
[Zak] Joebek's family dug out this entrance to the mine,
which had been thoroughly blocked off
with pilings and other mining materials.
Was the mine sealed up to keep something terrifying
from creeping out?
[Zak] Holy [bleep]!
-[Billy] Oh, my god, dude! -[Zak] Oh, my gosh.
[Billy] Wow!
Just watch out for rattlesnakes, though.
[laughing]
No, rattlesnakes don't go in there, do they?
-Never. -[Aaron] Of course they do.
He just said never, and he's nodding yes.
Just watch your head. I used to have, like,
a ton of hair, like, more hair than you,
and I've killed all my hair follicles,
hitting the roof, so I just... -Joebek has really
just gotten my stress level up very high.
You got a nice set of hair on your there.
-You hear what he said? -You got nice hair, yeah.
Thank you, Joebek.
I try one more time to get a straight answer
out of Joebek.
-Is the mine safe? -I don't know.
[bleep] me...
OK, let's go before I change my mind.
As we enter the mine, we instantly hear
the sound of a woman's voice.
[Billy] What is that?
[Aaron] I heard it, too. That's a woman.
[Zak] The only mic that picks it up is on my full spectrum camera,
so there's a high level of static.
[creepy tones playing]
Oh, my God, dude! Look at this!
[Billy] Oh, this is cool!
[Joebek] No, we can't really talk about how many people died last year,
but so far, so good. -[Zak] OK, I'mma head back.
[Joebek] No, [indistinct].
My blood pressure. He's responsible.
Dr. Patel, he's making it go up.
Aaron and Billy call me over to a loft area
containing what looks like bedding materials.
-Hey, Joebek? -[Joebek] Yeah.
[Zak] So up on top of this platform, right here,
it looks like there's, like, some, like,
covers and blankets and stuff.
[Joebek] That's for my romantic weekends.
That's where you go, huh? That's where the magic happens?
No, that's not where the magic happens.
[Zak] All jokes aside, we all feel some sort of disconcerting
power in this area, so I pull out the Polterpod.
-Is there anybody here? -[static crackling]
[Zak] You wanna talk to us?
Like you said, Aaron, something's pulling me up.
Something's pulling me up there.
-I'm, like, just fixated on it. -[Billy] Draws your attention
up there, huh? -[Aaron] Yeah.
-[Zak] It's a weird vibe. -[Jay] No, I feel it, too.
[uneasy music playing]
If you look above us, you can see the quartz vein
running right above our heads. -[Zak] Right above our heads.
All that white rock running right through here.
[Zak] Thousands of years of earthquakes
can create a vein of quartz that usually contains
tiny amounts of gold.
Now, this is also a line of energy
that the spirits and the entities can use
as an energy source.
Scientists believe that large gold nuggets are only present
when the pressure created by the earthquakes
generates enough electricity in the quartz.
The Techatticup mine produced a massive amount
of gold nuggets.
This unusually large amount of electricity
could be feeding an unusually large haunting.
I return to the loft area and instantly feel
unbalanced and confused.
Hey, there's a vibe in here, in this section here.
-[Billy] In this area, right? -[Zak] Yeah.
-[Billy] Yeah. -[Zak] It is starting
to get weird in here, like,
mentally.
We decide to step outside to clear our heads
of the disorienting dark energy inside this mine.
I asked Joebek about Avote,
yet another serial killer who terrorized Nelson.
Avote, he killed five people.
Is he of connection to here, too?
Yeah, he killed Charlie Nelson,
who the town of Nelson's named after.
That's the guy?
[Zak] Avote was forced to kill his own brother
and bring back his severed head after the brother killed
a white man.
Reportedly, this unimaginable trauma destroyed him.
He went on a rampage, killing at least five men
in just two days.
The town of Nelson was renamed in honor of one
of his five murder victims, prospector Charles Nelson.
That's his house right there, that's Charlie Nelson's house.
-What? -Right there.
-[Zak] Are you serious? -[Joebek] Yeah.
[Zak] Charles Nelson was killed by Avote in this very cabin.
Aaron and Billy, see if you can get in
and do Polterpod. We need that.
[unsettling tones playing]
[static crackling]
[Aaron] Charlie Nelson, are you in here?
Do you like that we were in that mine?
What if we went in there and started
stealing some of those -- the --
-[Billy] Whoa! -[Aaron] The jewels.
-[Billy] Aaron! -[Aaron] What?
You're getting some spikes.
Charlie, did you just come over here near me --
oh, did you see that? -Yep.
[Billy] 6.5!
Hey, say the name of his killer.
Did Avote kill you?
Do you know who kill -- who murdered you?
[Billy] Whoa! Whoa, it just hit 6.5
When you said that.
Aaron asked, do you know that you're dead?
And it went to 6.5 again -- oh, oh, oh! 10!
[Aaron] 10?
The Trifield meter registers sustained EMF readings
between 5.7 and 13.3 milligauss in a crumbling structure
where there is no electricity, but there was
a documented murder.
We now interview Sara Gray, who claims she narrowly escaped
severe injury from an alleged attack
in the General Store building.
Throughout the day, I felt a strong negative energy
that wanted me to leave.
And sure enough, in broad daylight, I had
a massive rock thrown at me.
From the sound of it, it had to be at least this big.
Where were you at?
I was directly inside, right here.
And was there anybody else outside that could
have done that? -Absolutely not.
[sinister tones playing]
After that happened, did you feel like there was
somebody else inside there with you?
Definitely. The entire time
that I was on this property, it felt like something
did not want me here, and it felt like
there was multiple.
But I will tell you this.
I think that you and the team do need to wear
protection gear throughout this investigation,
because if something had enough force
to throw something this big at me
during broad daylight, what do you think
they're gonna do at night?
[Zak] Day two arrives, and I sit down with Aaron
in the old chapel to talk through the plan for lockdown.
I was not expecting this much dark history
in this town at all. -At all.
Seems like every time somebody's name was mentioned,
it was followed with "they were murdered."
-Yeah. -[Zak] Brutally,
by, like, serial killers.
Tonight, for lockdown, you and Jay are tackling
the Techatticup Mine. -[Aaron] Yeah.
We're doing an audio nerve camp.
We have four different microphones
with four different frequencies going down each tunnel.
[Zak] Good, because we captured what sounded like that lady's voice.
[Aaron] Right. And I'm gonna be shooting
full-spectrum UV Polaroids along with a RED camera
that shoots 300 frames a second.
Love that. Love that.
[Aaron] So what happens is, you know, we're seeing
weird stuff through the photos? -Yeah.
Well, we might be able to capture it on video.
-That's awesome. -[Aaron] And then eventually,
we're gonna just drop some microphones down some holes.
[Zak] That's a great plan.
Before you guys head back and investigate inside of there,
I found something that we didn't know about.
Listen to this.
The Techatticup mine was known to be haunted
as far back as 1927. -[Aaron] Wow.
[Zak] The October 16, 1927 Nevada State Journal...
"If ever there was a haunt on this earth,
"Jim Jones haunted the old Techatticup
and the Queen City mines."
[mysterious groaning]
"Jim Jones was brutally gunned down when a dispute
"with prospector John Nash over a gold claim turned deadly.
"Nash had Jones shot in the back of the head,
directly in front of the mine." -[Aaron] No!
Dude, that -- look, oh, it's giving me the goosies.
"Men who were not of the seeing kind
saw ghosts there."
-What does that mean? -Guys that just weren't
in tune to the spirit world.
-[Aaron] Ah, gotcha. -Skeptics, things like that.
Like, that's how easy it was to see ghosts there.
"Men quit their jobs and left the camp
on account of their belief of the ghosts in the mines."
-Oh. -I remember what Joebek said.
He had two of his friends be attacked.
-Right. -So keep that in mind, OK?
You guys be careful tonight.
Uh, if anybody falls down the shaft...
-Yeah. -...just keep investigating.
K.
[Zak] As the sun goes down, I talk to Billy,
who has devised a highly innovative alteration
to the drone camera.
-I brought the big guns out. -What is this down here?
That is a brand-new LIDAR system.
-LIDAR? -[Billy] Yeah.
-On a drone? -[Billy] Yeah.
[Zak] A LIDAR camera emits light waves
millions of times a second to create
a highly sophisticated 3-D map of a designated area.
So we're gonna be doing a LIDAR scan like a hover map,
but in the sky. -Exactly, exactly.
And just like our XLS, this may pick up something
that we can't see walking around, standing there.
What are we targeting? Maude?
Maude Douglas? -Yes,
I thought we could do a scan of this area
around the mine to see --
maybe there'd be something up behind the buildings
or something, or standing in the road.
We have no idea.
I wanna scan the area where her foundation was,
where she was murdered.
Because someone broke into their house.
-You know who. -Queho.
Behind you, there's some type of tower with a light on.
-What is that? -This is called an RTK system.
It connects to all the satellites,
and it's telling this drone exactly where it's at.
It's for precision.
I don't know how much more high-end gear we can use.
I mean, this is it.
We got paranormal investigating at the tippy-top level
from the sky.
[uneasy tones playing]
So what it's doing right now is it's calibrating.
It's going back and forth, and it's focusing
on known points like that building
to set up all the other dots so that they're all
where they belong.
On the left screen here, you can see right now
I'm heading over top of the mineshaft entrance.
That's the LIDAR scanning the ground.
What this is doing is literally shooting millions of infrared
laser dots, taking measurements,
bouncing off rocks, buildings, whatever,
and that's what forms a point cloud.
And what we're looking for tonight is
things that don't belong, things that aren't rocks,
things that aren't buildings.
Maybe a figure standing somewhere, maybe a hell dog,
I don't know.
[Zak] Prospectors trained vicious guard dogs
to protect their claims, then shot them
or left them for dead when the gold dried up.
These so-called "hell dogs" are said to be the vengeful spirits
of these cruelly mistreated animals.
In analyzing the results of these groundbreaking
LIDAR scans, Billy discovers something truly shocking.
No anomalies appear in the scans of the foundation
of Maude Douglas' former home.
But when Billy moves across the street,
he gets a major hit.
When we zoom in on one of the 3D maps,
you can see what looks like a group of five people
huddled in front of the mine entrance
and Charles Nelson's cabin.
Billy had completely cleared that area of any living people.
Charles Nelson was killed by Avote
in the cabin that still stands here.
Avote killed four more men on the road
from the mill to the mine.
Jim Jones was shot down very close to the mine... -[gunshot blasts]
...but not before he killed Tom King in a gunfight.
These figures could be the spirits of any number
of unrested Nelson residents.
When we switch to the LIDAR software's profile tool
which looks at the same area from the side,
these five figures become even more distinct.
When the software measures the heights of the figures,
the results are stunning.
Five figures with human-like shapes,
close to average height, in an area
where multiple people were killed.
This is as compelling as paranormal evidence gets.
[creepy tones playing]
[Zak] We are starting our investigation.
Billy and I are getting ready to go
into this old barn right here.
There's structures over here still in Nelson,
and those are the areas we wanna target first
to see if spirits are territorial
and they are occupying these structures.
This is a very lawless town.
Lots of murderers, a lot of violent people,
serial killer, supernatural phenomena,
the hell dogs.
The hell dogs are shape-shifting entities
that are said to guard the entrances of the mines
within El Dorado Canyon.
And at this moment, Aaron and Jay are
about to enter inside one of those mines.
It's night, and we're going in to do
a full investigation at this.
Queho, if you're outside...
and you're not messing with the guys over there,
come in here and talk with us.
Jim Jones, if you're here, which you pretty much
died right here,
we're going in there to get your minerals,
your gold, everything.
With that said, if you wanna come and find us or stop us,
this is your chance. Come inside with us.
[Jay] Yeah, he would have been murdered somewhere
right out here. They said it was
right in front of the mine.
-[Aaron] God! -[Jay] Can you imagine?
You get shot in the back of the head
while you're washing your face.
I decided to step the ITC up, and we're going to use
the PSB7-Pro ITC device with the APFD processor.
That means that we are going to scan audio frequencies
within the electromagnetic spectrum,
and we are going to filter it through this processor here
that has a visible waveform, and we can also add
a high-pass filter so we can really try
to clean up and clarify spirit voices.
-You ready? -[Billy] Ready, dude.
[Zak] Queho.
[soft thud]
-[Zak] The [bleep]. -That was upstairs, dude!
Hey, that was upstairs.
[soft thud]
[rustling]
[Zak] Who's up there?
There is not an ounce of [bleep] wind.
-Somebody was just up there. -[Billy] Definitely.
[Zak] Quiet.
[thumping]
[Billy] What the --
[Zak] Just as Billy and I are trying to find out
what's causing these noises, we unknowingly capture
something moving right here.
-What the [bleep] was that? -[Zak] Who are you?
Who's there?
Go up. Go up, dude.
Go, go, go!
-You see anything? -[Billy] No.
[Zak] So we're hearing noises all around us
and what sounded like heavy footsteps.
[Billy] There's nobody up here, dude.
[Zak] No, OK. There's no -- hold on.
I'mma double-check over here
'cause this is where we heard it.
-[Zak] Stay there, Bill. -[Billy] OK.
Let me check my camera up here.
Holy [bleep].
-[Zak] What? -[Billy] It goes way up.
[Zak] Are we hearing you in here?
[device buzzes]
[buzz repeating]
[Zak] Do you know Jim Jones? He was shot and killed.
Are you guys afraid of Queho?
[buzzing repeats faster]
[buzzing vocalization]
-Whoa. -[Billy] What was that?
-[Zak] Female. -Yeah.
[Zak] We hear a faint female voice come through.
Could this be Maude Douglas, who was savagely murdered
by Queho?
Are you guys afraid of Queho?
[buzzing continues]
[buzzing vocalization]
[buzzing vocalization]
-[Zak] Whoa. -[Billy] What was that?
-[Zak] Female. -Yeah.
[eerie tones playing]
[Zak] Is there somebody here that wants to talk to us?
[device buzzing]
[Zak] Can we hear your voice?
I'mma stay here. You go to the other cabin.
-[Billy] OK. -[Zak] Go!
All right. You got a camera on you.
[device crackles]
-[Billy] Oh! -[Zak] Whoa!
[Billy] Did it say stop?
Jim Jones,
you in here?
Are any miners in here?
Queho?
We Know the damage that happened to this land.
I'm assuming the greed and all the corruption,
because of this tunnel and what came out
of this tunnel.
It's your chance to show people who you are
and why are you here.
So right now, I have three UV lights just shooting
down this tunnel.
And hopefully, that'll help when we're taking pictures
and doing all this experimental stuff.
All right, right now, I have a Polaroid camera
and this camera, I'm gonna leave the shutter open
through an app on my phone that can leave it open
from one minute to two hours.
So it's just gonna go for about two to three minutes
each picture, and then I'm gonna turn it off, pull it,
take another one.
We've got UV lights. We've had great luck with this.
Jay's camera shoots at 300 frames a second,
10 times faster than our normal cameras,
which is pretty cool.
Usually when we're capturing stuff on the UV Polaroids,
there's these weird things that happen around the pictures
and in the pictures.
So this is here to shoot super-speed film to capture it,
hopefully, while that Polaroid happens.
I also got this.
So now we have a bullhorn, and I can go
"Spirits down the hall." And we can talk.
All this is, is to help my voice or your voice
go further, further down these tunnels.
[Jay] Exactly.
-Ready? -Yep.
Queho, want to talk to you.
Jim Jones!
Now, I recorded this for this moment
because a lot of times,
inside these tunnels, this would mean they're safe.
[birds chirping]
Do you hear the canary? It's safe down here.
You can come back to work.
[Zak] As the guys broadcast the singing canaries,
this would signify to the miners that the air is safe,
and like Jay says, they can return to work. -[birds chirping]
Which way? What tunnel are you down?
[chirping continues]
Are there any miners down here?
Look, we just wanna talk to you.
We just wanna know your story.
We wanna know who you are, what happened to you.
Take picture.
-Take picture. -Stop!
Are you serious?
Look, take picture.
Can I take a picture with you?
That's what we're doing.
[Zak] This is very compelling as the Ovilus device
puts together two words in direct relation
as to what Aaron is doing,
taking pictures, along with an unknown word, Saliran.
That's what we're doing!
Right after the Ovilus says, "Take picture,"
something truly remarkable occurs.
As Aaron is snapping photos, he captures two
that contain some very strange phenomena.
The first one looks like some sort of energy form
traveling through the mine with an energy cloud around it.
The second photo shows that same energy cloud
seeming to grow larger in a mist form
with these two dots here in the distance.
Could these be the eyes of something?
With Billy now over at the cabin,
I'm all by myself inside the barn.
[Billy] Hello?
[sinister tones playing]
Is there anybody in this cabin with me right now?
[Zak] Back at the barn, I start setting up
the ITC device on the stairs.
Suddenly, out of nowhere, I become very angry
for no reason and throw the expensive gear
on the ground.
[sighs]
I leave the barn, not knowing where I'm going.
I then come back and feel confused.
[creepy tones playing]
Do you mean me any harm?
I gotta get a device. I gotta do something.
So right here below this doll, I set an EMF device.
If there's a huge spike, you will actually hear
this puck make noise. The lights will light up.
Right now I'm gonna use the Ovilus 5.
The Ovilus 5 is a device that has 2,000 words
in a dictionary.
And in order for a spirit to choose a word,
they have to change the electromagnetic field
around this device, that's what these antennas are for.
It's very difficult to get relevant words
to come from this. So I'll start.
Who is in this cabin right now?
[Ovilus] Coffin.
It just said, "Coffin prepared."
[exhales sharply]
Are you threatening me?
Are you threatening me by saying you have
a coffin prepared for me?
[Zak] Back at the mine, Jay has wandered off
and is now exploring the mine by himself.
As Aaron is in a different section of the mine,
he is listening to a microphone near the bridge that crosses
a very dangerous drop-off. -Jay?
Jay?
[Zak] Back at the barn, I have re-entered,
and as I retrieve the equipment, I notice I broke
the APFD processor.
You can see the equipment here, threw it all over the place.
[soft thunk]
[squeaking]
I feel something inside of here with me.
I feel its energy. I feel its anger.
Could this be the spirit of serial killer Queho
stalking my every move?
As I bypass the APFD processor, I just use the SB7 Pro device,
and the spirit in here that made me mad
seems to notice that I have a problem.
[static crackling]
[distorted voice]
Whoa! Did you hear that?
Whoa!
Who's in here?
[distorted voice] Who are you?
I'm Zak. That's who I am.
He goes, "Who are you?" I'm Zak.
What's your name?
[distorted voice]
[Zak] Something her heart?
Is this Maude Douglas telling me that
I'm helping her by being here for her and facing her killer,
knowing that she is remembered?
What's your name?
[distorted voice]
Something her heart?
-Who's with me? -[female voice] Me.
Me. Woman.
Who's with me?
Me.
Me.
Woman.
Where do you want me to go?
[static crackling]
What's the serial killer's name?
[car alarm going off]
Whoa!
What the [bleep]?
[car alarm blaring]
What the hell!
That's my car!
That's my car!
-Billy! -[Billy] Yeah, what?
-Where are you at? -[Zak] Oh, my God!
[panting]
Watch this moment as I'm standing absolutely still,
holding my camera and spirit box.
And as I ask about Queho, the serial killer,
something triggers the alarm on my SUV.
What's the serial killer's name?
[car alarm going off]
Whoa!
What the...
-[Billy] What was that? -[Zak] That was my car.
-[Billy] What? -Holy [bleep].
What would cause that to happen?
[Zak] There's nothing around it.
[Billy] Dude, it knows what car you're in.
[Aaron] All right, right now, we kept trying to figure out
what was up there.
So while we have this going, I wanna see what's up there.
[Jay] Yeah.
[Aaron] It's going up right now.
What's up there that made this area,
especially for Zak and I, to feel like something weird
is up here?
Is this where you hang out?
Jones?
Miners?
I'm sure you want peace and quiet,
so it's a good time.
Can we help you with anything before we leave?
Tell us. We'll come back.
[uneasy tones playing]
-That was foots -- -[unintelligible]
[Jay] [bleep].
[Zak] I advise everybody to turn the volume up
and listen to this disembodied voice
inside of the mine with Aaron and Jay.
-That was foots -- -[unintelligible]
-That was foots -- -[unintelligible]
[Jay] [bleep].
It sounded like a person talking from down there.
-[Jay] Yeah. -[Aaron yelling] Huh?
Hello?
[soft pattering]
[Jay whispering] Footsteps!
Hello?
[Jay whispering] Footsteps!
[Jay whispering] Footsteps!
[bleep]
[Jay] Hello?
[Jay] Dude, there's nobody down here.
No, come here. Come here.
Come here.
-Hey. -[Jay] Yeah.
-It was sounding like this. -[Aaron] It sounded like that.
Hey, it sounded like that.
-[Jay] Right. -Nothing out there?
-[Jay] No, there's nothing. -[Aaron] That was a deep voice.
[Jay] Yeah.
[Zak] To wrap up our investigation, Billy deploys
a thermal imaging drone to scan the entire area,
at which time the coyotes begin to howl.
[drone buzzing]
[coyotes howling in the distance]
-Coyotes. -Yep.
-[device beeping] -[coyotes howling]
-[Zak] Coyotes. -[Billy] Yep.
[Zak] Then we scan Maude Douglas' original foundation
to her house, where she was murdered by Queho.
[Billy] There's her foundation. Found it.
Even though I felt something very dark affect me,
I also felt the presence of Maude,
and my only hope is that we helped her move on
from the pain that she suffered
from this evil, barbaric serial killer.
[Zak] Something her heart?
