I wish time sped up

Connecting to the next episode

Can you understand?

A fiery world and Lucky Face

I want this excitement to spread even further

Everyone has dreams in their eyes

Destiny has that shining brilliance

Don't let it escape, catch it!

My heartbeats momentarily get faster!

Which side should I choose?

There is only one answer

Somewhere there is a playground that belongs to me

Don't wait like an idiot

I will, I will, step out!

My chest is shaking

A new episode

Will it reach you?

A burning world filled with Lucky Life

The final battle.

Who shall be the dealer that holds all 13 Gates?

The current score is 9 to 0, with Rina leading.

However, nothing is absolute in the casino world.

The only certainty is that tonight, a new MVCD will be born!

Rio...

Triple eight.

Rina, 10.

Impossible! Rio lost ten times in a row?

Completely controlled by the opponent's Roll Ruler.

Rina, what a fearsome opponent!

I see now that Rina's victory is certain.

Definitely winning the title of MVCD,

and also the 13 Gates.

Is that it, Rio?

Is that all the skill you have?

Two Pair.

Rina, 11 wins.

Flush.

Triple Queen.

How can that be??!

Is this real?

Real?

Unbelievable, I can't believe Rio keeps losing.

Is she really this much weaker than Rina?

Rio, don't disappoint me now—

when I have been chasing after you for such a long time.

Flush.

Rina, 14 wins.

One more loss for her and that's the end.

What's with that look?

Are you planning to regroup?

Or maybe you realized your incompetence and are preparing to forfeit?

Either way, I will show you no mercy!

Rio! Are you purposely losing to pay for your sins?

Are you an idiot??! That isn't kindness, but hypocrisy!

Even more importantly, I'm the one who gambled on my Howard Resort!

Please, fight properly for me!

How long must you mock me?

Fight properly, Rio!

I am giving it my best.

Luck just happens to be going your way right now.

Aren't casino games supposed to be like that?

But—I will not lose.

W-What??!

You don't frighten me.

Isn't that just a three of a kind like mine?

What good is your Roll Ruler?

My Kings are better than—

Four threes...

Rio, 1 win.

She won! Rio's first win!

Unbelievable!

Are we witnessing reality??!

Nearly crushed, Rio has began a miracle counterattack!

With victory after victory, Rio is rapidly catching up to Rina.

Rio.

Rio won again!

That makes thirteen wins.

Amazing, Rio-Neechan!

Cartia-sama, what's going on?

I don't know either!

The wheel of fortune has turned again.

Rio's Roll Ruler has completely crushed Rina's.

I have decided to fight for myself for once.

That day is today.

Fighting for herself.

How unlike someone who's only ever wished for the happiness of others.

That doesn't matter.

Win if you can!

The Gates are glowing!

Their battle has caused a reaction.

Approaching destination. Notify all crew.

What? That is...

The Gates contain lost technology of ancient civilizations, called OOPArts.

Ed.Note: OOPArts are "Out-of-place artifacts", objects that seem too advanced for the archaeological context in which they are found. #TheMoreYouKnow

OOPArts?

No one knows why they were made.

However, we believe they're the ancient predecessors

of all Tarot and playing cards.

And whoever obtains all 13 Gates will see the Rainbow.

Rainbow...

The Gates are anxiously awaiting

the birth of their new owner.

Both sides have won 14 rounds.

The next round will be the last.

Rio caught up!

I can't lose.

If I lose, I cannot retain my identity any longer!

This is the world of Rio's Roll Ruler.

We are currently sharing our consciousness.

All the secrets have lost their meanings here.

All the secrets have lost their meanings here.

Mother Risa!

Sorry, Rio, Rina... for showing up only today.

But extremists within the Casino Guild wanted to use my status as MVCD to commit evil deeds.

And I knew they would go after both of you next.

That's why Ray and I had to disappear, to prevent your powers from awakening.

Mother...

I love Rio! I love you. I love you. I love you.

You can't lie here.

Yes, I do love Rio.

Rina...

But, I hate her! I can't forgive her!

Rina.

Father?

As one of the heads of the Casino Guild, I have to stop the extremist sect.

I know you'll be sad, but look after Irina.

Mother.

We'll be lonely without him, but you mustn't blame your father.

You have to treat Risa as your real mother, get along well.

I know that my father and Risa aren't to blame.

Neither is Rio. No one else is to blame.

But you couldn't live without winning, could you?

Surpassing Risa, beating Rio, becoming the MVCD...

The world that hurt you would fall at your feet.

That's what kept you going.

Rio, why do you want to fight Rina?

Because I want to take back what I love most.

Take back the Rina I love the most!

Really? I see.

Rio, this is the last battle!

You finally gave it your best.

Today is the true beginning for us.

The winner of the next round will be me.

Rina~

Royal Straight Flush...

She won. Senpai won!

Wonderful!

Throw some flowers!

This moment must be captured on camera!

Hooray!

That's...

Please stand, the chosen dealer.

Everyone—a new MVCD has been born here.

Her name is Rio Rollins Tachibana.

This is... Thank you, Mother!

The Gates...

What is this?

A rainbow?

This is...?

Rainbow Gate.

Rainbow Gate?

It opens when the Gates are united wit h the MVCD.

Those who pass through grow beyond human limits...

And for a moment, gain the power to grant all wishes.

In other words, they can use the ultimate Roll Ruler.

Grant all wishes?

Go, Rio.

You have earned the right to pass through.

We have nothing against anyone here.

But—if anyone resists, we will use force.

Who are you??!

Casino Guild.

It's actually the Casino Guild? You bastards!

What does the Casino Guild want here?

The MVCD, of course.

Didn't you know what we were after, Howard?

How naive you are.

The MVCD went inside there.

Entering Project Rainbow's final mission—

Capture the MVCD!

What do you want to do with Senpai??!

Cartia!

Rio-senpai!

Rio!

Rio!

Rio!

Hey!

Let go of me!

Everything will finally be mine.

Rio!

Riooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

Yes?

What? You bastard.

The casino is here for everyone's enjoyment.

Put those dangerous things away.

Carlos...

That guy...

The Casino Guild exists to protect righteous casinos.
