Original subtitles

During a war, a handful of warriors nearly obliterated the Imperial Army.

They were called the Ninku Unit.

The empire was barely able to defeat them,

so they set out to subdue the unit in fear of their powers.

Few even know about the real Ninku anymore.

The evil Feng Shui master, Archbishop Kouchin,

built the Dragon's Lair Tower to invoke the Tenkuu Dragon

and gain control over all powers of nature.

Fuusuke's mother, Yamabuki, who possesses true Feng Shui powers,

must be locked up on top of the tower as a human sacrifice for the ritual to be complete.

When Fuusuke and friends burst into the Capital to stop this,

they ran into the leader of the Ninku Unit, Reishu.

And it was revealed that Reishu founded the Ninku back in the day

with Hakuyou, who is now the evil Feng Shui master, Kouchin.

In the ensuing fight, it also became clear that

Kouchin destroyed Mekira's homeland.

However, over the years, Kouchin had grown stronger, while Reishu had grown older.

Kouchin overpowered Reishu and even attempted to take Mekira's life.

Why?

Why?!

If you got a problem with what I'm doing, grow strong.

Don't!

Mommy!

Hold it!

Give her back! Give my mommy back!

Sorry, kiddo.

If you got a problem with what I'm doing, grow strong.

Kouchin! You're the one who kidnapped my mom?!

And what if I am?

I'll make you pay!

You'll make me pay?

What are you going to do about it?

I'll defeat you!

Defeat me, you say?

Even Reishu could barely land a single hit on me,

and you're just a disciple of his.

You're deluding yourself by thinking you can defeat me!

Mekira-sama...

Mekira.

You're still alive? Now aren't we lucky.

But it won't make any difference.

Your lives are in my hands!

Behold!

What?

Third Company, charge!

Second Company, go for the left flank!

What's going on?

There's light coming from the top of the tower!

The dragon's energy has begun to coalesce.

The dragon's energy?

That's right!

The tower stands at the Feng Shui center of our nation.

All the energy is converging at once

from the twelve key spots, including the Feng Shui Valley and the Cape of Feng Shui.

That is to say, the power of the Tenkuu Dragon

is now coming together at this tower.

Behold!

The Tenkuu Dragon's power!

My new power far eclipses any of yours.

I-Is this really the Tenkuu Dragon's power?

Not quite. He doesn't have complete control of the Tenkuu Dragon's power yet.

Once he's able to fully harness the dragon's power,

his power will easily be several hundred times more destructive.

We don't have time.

We have to defeat him before that happens,

or it'll be the end of the world.

For real, Master?

Fuusuke, Touji, Aichou.

You must defeat him.

Right!

Let's do this, Kouchin!

Worthless little maggots.

Touji! Aichou!

Yeah!

Air Pressure Fist!

Onii-chan! Fuusuke!

I'm fine.

Sky Wing Rend!

It's futile!

What?

Aichou!

Aichou!

Aichou!

Hey, you all right?

Sorry, Touji.

Now that I have obtained the Tenkuu Dragon's power,

your meager Ninku techniques are nothing more than a nuisance.

Colonel Ajirada!

Ajirada-sama, what is going on?

Edo Castle was destroyed.

Alec-sama may be in danger.

Wh-What? Alec-sama?

We're going to force our way through the enemy lines!

Those fighting in the vanguard,

open fire at once and lay down a barrage once we've passed over!

We'll break through at full speed!

Gauni!

Acknowledged, Ajirada-sama!

Rev up the engines!

Revving up the engines!

We're now afloat! Altitude at 50!

Full steam ahead!

Proceed straight ahead at the current altitude!

Colonel Ajirada!

Listen up, you powerless maggots!

At this point, no matter how hard you struggle,

you don't have a prayer of defeating me.

As I've obtained the Tenkuu Dragon's power, that is, the power of all nature,

I'm essentially a god.

It's futile for lowly beings to fight against a god's will.

You're mistaken, Hakuyou.

You're not going to be a god.

No human can control the Tenkuu Dragon's power.

Silence!

You're just a sore old loser.

Let me put all of you out of your misery!

Wh-What?

It's Ajirada!

They're firing at us from the Dragon's Lair Tower!

Prepare to return fire!

W-Wait just a minute!

I-It's Alec-sama! And the Ninku are over there as well.

Wh-What did you say?

Alec-sama...

Aim for the turrets on the side of the Dragon's Lair Tower!

Avoid attacking the the top of the tower!

Fire!

It's not working! The tower's too large!

Cease evasive maneuvers!

Full speed ahead to the top of the tower! We're going to dock by force!

Get ready for close combat!

Yes, sir!

Will everything be all right?

Set engine to maximum power!

What are you talking about?

This level of gunfire is nothing.

I've poured my heart and soul into this gorgeous Land Battleship,

or rather, this Sky Battleship. It can handle it!

Wait a minute! How on earth is that flying?

Hell if I know!

Ajirada, Soukan, this way!

Keep the engines at maximum power!

We can crash into the tower if we need to!

Don't let them fire the Megalo Cannon!

Kouchin!

Kouchin's right in front of us, on top of the tower!

Kouchin?

N-No!

We have helium tank damage starboard!

Losing control!

Soukan! Ajirada!

A-Alec-sama!

Alec-sama!

Soukan!

Soukan! Ajirada!

This can't be! My greatest creation...

Kouchin!

You're being a pest!

More insects crawling my way after I've just crushed one, huh?

Don't give me that shit!

Even if the Tenkuu Dragon's power is on another level, we won't lose.

We'll take you down with our Air Abilities!

Let's go!

Air Snake Palm!

Sky Soaring Fist!

Aichou!

Air Pressure Fist!

You guys all right?

Fuusuke!

Hold it!

We're not done yet.

You've been a thorn in my side long enough!

Onii-chan!

I thought I'd just ignore you.

But I can kill just you instead.

Aichou-san!

What's wrong? Had enough?

Aichou, run away.

Leave it to me.

Cut that crap.

You can go to hell together!

Onii-chan!

No...

Who did this?

Former Ninku Seventh Squad Captain:

Kisumi the Ice!

Likewise, former Fifth Squad Captain:

Sekirai the Flame!

Kisumi-san! Sekirai-san!

You were alive, Kisumi?

How did you figure out we were here?

I saw that an ex-Ninku, a former Dog Ninja, was assaulted.

And I figured you guys must've gotten into a sticky situation.

Call it the wonders of friendship.

Oh, Basara, what a fool.

Kouchin.

I'll kill all of you right here and now.

Are you sure about that?

Every power is extinguished by an even greater power.

And you're no exception, for you can't control the Tenkuu Dragon's power!

He can't control the Tenkuu Dragon's power?

That's right.

If he did obtain the Tenkuu Dragon's true power,

my defensive techniques wouldn't have worked in the slightest.

When he vaporized a town earlier using the Tenkuu Dragon's power,

he was using the energy Yamabuki collected.

All he did was release it, as you would pull the trigger of a gun.

In other words,

he can't use the power without the Dragon's Lair Tower serving as the gun.

There you have it!

You cannot control the Tenkuu Dragon's power by yourself!

What's so funny?!

It's true that I don't yet have the Tenkuu Dragon's full power under control.

But that's not because I can't.

I've been waiting for the Tenkuu Dragon's energy gathered at the tower to reach critical mass.

And soon, I will make all of that power mine.

Like hell you are.

Fuusuke.

You're taking everyone's happiness away.

Fuusuke...

You hanging in there, Fuusuke?

I'm never gonna...

let that happen!

Mom...

Hakuyou.

No one can control the Tenkuu Dragon.

I won't allow you to destroy everything on this land!

You're too late.

You don't even have your Crystal Jade with you.

You won't be able to suppress all this energy here!

Oh no, it's getting dangerous up here.

Mekira, Aida, hurry.

Watch as I gain true control over the Tenkuu Dragon!

At this rate, the tower won't be able to withstand the energy.

Aichou, Touji.

Take Alec-sama and Mekira downstairs to safety.

We'll hold him off as long as we can.

Okay.

Air Flame Ice Circle!

All right, I'll get going.

And Fuusuke?

Go without me!

The Tenkuu Dragon does not care who it belongs to.

It stands for neither good nor evil. It is merely a mass of energy.

I still won't let you have the dragon's power!

Fuusuke, watch out.

I won't move from here.

How foolish!

You can only control the dragon by dominating it with power!

What the hell is going on?

Sekirai!

Onii-chan, where's Fuusuke?

I'm sorry.

What?

Fuusuke!

This is the Tenkuu Dragon's power.

And it's about to become mine.

Dragon, I really can't afford to lose to Kouchin here.

So, even for just a short moment, please lend me your strength.

I'll protect my mom and everyone in this land
