Welcome to your introduction to karma.
With the assistance of couples who are learning the precepts of karma, we will
guide you through the various means of giving each other total gratification.
From ancient times, the Hindu belief has taught us that there are three goals of
human life.
The first is dharma, obedience to the holy writ, living one's life according
to the precepts of righteousness and proper conduct.
The second is artha, the acquisition of wealth, property and friends.
The third is kama, the enjoyment of sensual pleasures.
Dharma or virtue is generally considered the greatest attribute.
Artha, or wealth, the next in importance, and the kama, sexual
pleasure, third in priority.
This is contradicted, however, by some ancient Indian writings.
In the Mahabharata, one of the greatest books of India, we find the following
quote.
One without kama never wishes for artha.
One without kama never wishes for dharma.
One who is destitute of kama can never feel and wish.
For this reason, kama is the foremost of the three.
Unlike Western philosophy that considers erotica crude, wicked or something to be
ashamed of, the Eastern Hindu philosophy regards sexual fulfillment and the
achievement of all sensual pleasures as one of the three most important facets
of our existence on earth.
And when all three, dharma, artha and kama are in balance in our lives, we can
achieve moksha.
which is the liberation of the soul from the cycle of rebirths, purification from
all evil, and union with a cosmic soul, or God.
The Kama Sutra by Vatsyayana, which dates back to perhaps the 3rd century A
.D., is a guide to achieving Kama.
The title means the rules or precepts of desire, love, and sensual pleasure.
Welcome to your introduction to Kama.
I am Mohinder Jeet.
Thank you for opening your mind to the ancient teachings.
I trust you will find great rewards in the practice of kama.
And I think we will help you find new exciting techniques to truly know your
mate's body, blending with that person in the art of achieving the highest
sensual pleasure possible.
With the assistance of couples who are learning the precepts of kama, we will
guide you through the various means of giving each other total gratification.
We will move from touching, embracing and kissing to the various forms of what
the ancients called congress, that is, sexual union.
According to the Kama Sutra, sexual pleasure goes far beyond sexual
intercourse. In fact, it teaches that a newly married couple should abstain from
sexual intercourse for the first ten days.
We do not do this in modern society, of course, but in ancient India...
This time was to be spent creating confidence in the girl presuming the new
bride to be very young and a virgin Women being of a tender nature want
tender beginnings Dining together conversing and surrounding yourselves
with beautiful music will help make the woman feel more comfortable
Adorn one another speaking softly and kindly.
These things were all done in ancient India because arranged marriages were
quite common and the bride may have been very young.
She may not have been acquainted with her new husband.
If approached forcibly, she could become a hater of sexual connection, or even a
hater of men.
The Kama Sutra instructs the man to be kind, gentle, loving, and faithful to
his wife.
In the following days of marriage, the husband is to instruct his wife in the
64 arts the learned woman should know.
These include playing musical instruments, singing, dancing, writing,
making poems, arranging beds of flowers, sewing, making riddles, and many other
arts of the social graces.
While we in contemporary society may find some of these practices strange, if
we were to practice the teachings of the Kama Sutra, there just may be fewer
failed marriages.
The Kama Sutra uses references to animals in describing human attributes
and positions for sexual intercourse.
This in no way is to be taken in a demeaning way. The reference to animals
is used only for purposes of description.
The Kama Sutra holds that there are three forms of human male and female
bodies. The perfect matching of these different types of bodies contributes to
the greatest sexual pairing.
In the male, the three sizes of the lingam, or penis, are called the hare,
the bull, and the horse.
In the female, the three sizes of the yoni, or vagina, are called the deer,
the mare, and the elephant.
or the horse with the mare, are high unions.
But the pairing of the horse with the deer is the highest of unions.
The pairing of the hare with the elephant, on the other hand, is the
lowest of unions.
With perfect pairing, enjoyment for both male and female in sexual congress is
greatly increased.
But before sexual intercourse, much tenderness, touching, kissing, and
embracing needs to take place to increase the pleasure for both male and
female.
especially the female.
After several days of marriage, if she is comfortable with it, shampoo her
body, feel all of her body with the hands, and kiss her all over.
But still, no sexual intercourse, only caressing of her vagina.
For ultimate satisfaction, it is important for the man to take time with
the woman.
One way is by undressing each other.
Take time with it.
There is no rush.
Enjoy unveiling different parts of each other's body.
Explore each other's bodies with the eyes, touching, caressing, and rubbing.
These techniques will bring greater pleasure to both the man and the woman
than if you were to rush into lovemaking and have it over and done with in a
matter of minutes.
God has given us a great gift in sexual pleasure.
It is meant for two people who love each other to use to bring ecstasy and
emotional well-being.
Savor it as you would a wonderful meal of the finest foods and wines.
Sexual pleasure is derived from all of the five senses.
Touch, sight, hearing, taste and smell.
The greatest of these is the sense of touch, which creates the rapture of
orgasm. But we should use all the senses to heighten sexual enjoyment.
Those who make love with the lights off.
are missing one of the pleasures.
Drink in the sight of your lover's body with the eyes.
Use the sense of hearing by talking to each other as you love.
Express your feelings and desires as you look at each other and touch.
The sense of smell is very important in contributing to arousal.
A clean, fragrant body is sexually appealing.
If you wear a body cologne, be sure to apply it where it will be smelled, but
not tasted.
You alright?
Are you okay?
Oh, God.
um um
Brrrah.
The body is more sensitive to touch in some areas than others. The ears, the
neck, the nipples, the inside of the thighs, the fingers and toes are all
pleasure centers.
The subject of the body's erogenous zones deserves a video of its own.
Much has been written about it.
Edible oils, creams, and powders flavored with vanilla, almonds,
chocolate, and other tastes will bring even more pleasure to the experience.
Some oils impart warmth when blown on with the breath.
The genitals obviously are the most sensitive, but a complete loving massage
should include every part of the body overlooking nothing.
One of the most fundamental ways to arouse your mate is by kissing There are
many variations to the kiss including gentle biting the mouth should be
explored thoroughly with the tongue Caress the inside of the lips and the
teeth
Also give attention to the ears, the eyes, the forehead and the cheek.
He's saying caressing with the tongue should not be confined to the face.
It can bring pleasure to every part of the body.
The nipples and breasts, the stomach and navel, the legs and genitals.
All the places that can be kissed are also the places that can be bitten,
except the upper lip, the eyes, and the genital.
The Kama Sutra writings recommend for biting the lower lip, shoulders, neck,
thighs, and, when done gently, the nipples.
The male generally feels great passion quickly and his time is short.
The female may feel less passionate first, but her passion grows and her
time is long.
When she is properly aroused, the woman's passion and satisfaction will be
more complete.
The woman should show the man where it feels good.
Don't be inhibited.
Your bodies are meant to be enjoyed.
Your bodies belong to each other.
Any sexual pleasure to which you both mutually consent is godly and to be
encouraged.
While men have only one orgasm and lose their passion quickly a woman's passion
can sustain much longer and some women are capable of multiple orgasms
Whatever the man does to the woman, the woman should do likewise to the man.
In the words of the Kama Sutra, the man's semen falls quickly and once he
emits, he may wish to discontinue contact with the woman.
But the woman should be satisfied also.
She too wishes climactic fulfillment.
While women do not emit as men do, the Kama Sutra teaches that women have an
internal semen which falls from the beginning to the end of sexual union.
The woman's orgasm is just as pleasurable as the man's, and if she
wishes an orgasm, it should not be denied her.
um um
Where does it come from?
Pressing with the nails can be done along with kissing and biting and during
sexual intercourse.
It is generally thought that only the woman would use her nails to scratch the
man. But the Kama Sutra teaches both man and woman to use the nails.
The touch can be gentle enough to leave no mark, but only cause the hair on the
body to become erect from the touch of the nails.
Showering or bathing together is another variation of foreplay.
Bath oils are available which soften and moisten the skin.
When bathing together, the reason is not so much to cleanse the body, but to
simply enjoy the soothing warmth of the water, using it as a medium for
caressing and rubbing each other.
Use the bath to arouse and excite one another.
A bath before sexual union will ensure your bodies are clean for the most
intimate contact.
Thank you.
There are almost infinite positions for sexual intercourse. We cannot review all
of them, but here are some of the more common.
The woman with the small vagina, or the deer, may use the widely opened position
to make entrance easier.
A lubricant may be necessary to make entrance more comfortable.
A cooling edible pleasure balm can serve this purpose.
Having a gentle numbing quality, it can also prolong the man's time.
By raising the middle part of the body and spreading the thighs, the vagina is
widely opened.
When the woman raises her thighs straight up and places them on her
lover's shoulders, it is called the yawning position.
If she moves her legs from the lover's shoulders to a stretched out position
and back again, Alternating each leg, it is called the splitting of the bamboo.
When the woman holds her feet against her lover's chest, it is called the
preft position.
In this position, the man may suck his lover's toes.
This is called the crab position, when the woman contracts her legs, holding
them against her stomach.
The woman with a large vagina may wish to practice positions of sexual
intercourse, which help contract the vagina.
This is one of them, lying atop one another or side by side. Both keep the
legs tightly together.
This is called the clasping position.
If the woman wraps one of her legs around a lover's tie, this is called the
twining position.
She may also wish to wrap both legs around her lover's thighs or around his
waist.
To keep love alive in a marriage, sexual intercourse should be practiced in a
variety of ways and places.
The bedroom is only one place in which sexual union can take place.
Variety is, indeed, the spice of life.
Thank you.
I'll be the cook honey.
The Kama Sutra calls oral sex the Congress of the mouth.
The mutually consenting couple can bring great joy to each other in this way,
while at the same time the woman's vagina is being naturally lubricated and
made ready for her lover's penis.
This is called the suspended position.
It can be done using apparatus or, if none is available, the man can suspend
the woman on his body.
In this position, if the woman is able to perform the technique, she may wish
to forcibly hold the man inside her with her muscles.
These muscles can be developed with practice.
When the woman holds her lover's penis inside, draws it in and squeezes it,
this is called the pair of tongs.
The Kama Sutra teaches that the ingenious person should multiply the
kinds of congress after the fashion of the different kinds of beasts.
This is called the congress of a dog.
In this position, the different parts of the vagina can be pressed with the penis
or the hand.
The clitoris can be stimulated while thrusting with the penis.
In this position, a couple may wish to engage in anal sex.
If you do, wash thoroughly afterward before engaging again in vaginal
intercourse.
In this position, also the man can move his penis around inside the vagina.
This is called churning.
If the man becomes fatigued, the woman may wish to act the part of the man.
According to the words of the Kama Sutra, the woman is reserved and keeps
her feelings concealed.
Yet when she gets on top of man, she then shows all her love and desire.
If the man's erection is firm enough and the woman is practiced, she may turn
while continuing their congress.
This is called the top.
Ooh.
The Kama Sutra contains many rules to live by.
The original version had a thousand chapters.
Some of the Kama Sutra's precepts are ancient and no longer appropriate, such
as the keeping of a harem.
But many are quite contemporary and give us valuable guidance.
In conclusion, there is a verse from the Kama Sutra which sums up very nicely.
Desire, which springs from nature and which is increased by art, and from
which all danger is taken away by wisdom, becomes firm and secure.
