that means Buldeo's been spotted.

caught the jungle boy.

(suspenseful music)

- Bagheera, has Mowgli been captured?

- Don't think so, Hakoo.

- Hey, isn't that Buldeo?

- Yes, and his friend.

That explains the drums.

The villagers must have seen them coming.

- They look shaky after the
scare we gave them today.

- But they have their
sticks that spit fire,

they're still dangerous.

- If Buldeo is back in the village...

- Then we're all in danger,

we must escape immediately.

- Wait!

(suspenseful music)

Where are the guards Rikki?

Come quickly, they
could return any minute.

- Rikki!

You helped save us little mongoose.

Oh thank you Rikki.

(gasp)

- [Woman] Buldeo and Rizwan are back!

- [Man] Let's go and see them.

- [Man] Do you think they
caught the jungle boy?

- [Woman] Of course they caught them,

they're hunters aren't they?

- [Man] Hurry up.

- [Woman] I am hurrying.

(mumbling)

- Buldeo, Rizwan.

Why haven't you caught that jungle boy?

Some hunters, you promised
you'd catch him and you failed.

- Water, please give us water.

- Here you are.

(gulping)

- [Buldeo] Leave some for me.

- [Rizwan] Forget it, you had your share.

- [Buldeo] No I didn't, give me that bowl.

(yelling)

(quiet calm music)

Listen to me, all you villagers listen.

We didn't catch the jungle boy

but that's because he
turned into a monster!

- What? Oh, right.

- Monster?

- Yes, an enormous wolf monster,

but Rizwan and I were not frightened.

- You're not cowards.

(yelling)

- No, you're right, we're not.

We stood our ground knowing
he was preparing to attack.

- So, you defended
yourselves with your rifles?

- Do not interrupt.

Now, as I was saying, we defended
ourselves with our rifles.

Little did we realize, that
while we were trying to

take aim at this dreadful
monster, three more wolf monsters,

each as big as the first
were looming behind us.

Your turn Rizwan.

- Just as the three monsters pounced

I happened to hear a twig snap behind me.

I turned and threw my rifle
and the three fell on me.

But they jumped right up surrounding us

and they began closing in.

(villagers exclaiming)

- Well, luckily I still had my rifle,

I aimed at the snarling monster.

(villagers whimpering)

I knew that if I fired,
then the surviving monsters

would catch us in an instant.

On top of that, I no longer knew which one

was the jungle boy.

What happened next?

- I did the only thing I could,

unarmed I rushed at the monsters.

- Unbelievable.

(gasping)

- It was a reckless move by Rizwan,

the monsters were ready to spring,

but I fired into the air and startled

the wolfs and made it through.

(intense music)

Well, Rizwan rushed to recover his rifle,

I kept firing into the
air and the monsters

began to shrink back.

The monsters were
trembling, it looked like

we might win, so why didn't we win Rizwan?

- Huh, oh, I have no idea, I mean,

I can't quite seem to recall.

Oh yes, it's coming back to me now.

We didn't win because the
monsters simply disappeared.

(gasping)

- Yes, they vanished.

Suddenly, Rizwan and I were all alone.

But then, something knocked me down.

And while I was lying on the ground,

something tugged at my arms
trying to drag me away.

The monsters had turned invisible.

That's right.

(villagers murmering)

- We fought, we fought
with all our strength

against the jungle boy
and his fellow monsters,

but who can defeat an invisible foe?

Finally, the monsters grew
bored and ran off laughing.

The last thing I heard was the
jungle boy's voice calling,

"Waha, waha the woodsman."

(yelling)

- [Woman] Punish the sorcerers.

- [Woman] Take away their land.

Revenge, revenge.

- [Man] Revenge I will
have on the sorcerers.

- There's anger in the village Mowgli,

we must hurry away.

- Sura, go to the jungle and tell mother

I freed my human friends.

Tell her they're going
to a town called Kaniwara

but they won't make it without our help.

I need her to protect them.

- I'll tell her and where
should she meet them?

- The twin mountains.

Come on, let's go.

- Will those animals hurt us?

- No Jimera, the wolf is my brother Akru,

and the panther is my friend, Bagheera.

They'll protect you from
danger, now let's go.

(calm music)

(yelling)

- [Man] Punish Wihar and his family.

Make them confess that they're sorcerers.

- [Man] Pay them back for their crimes.

- [Man] Intar, open the shed door.

- Sorcerers, wake up,
time for your punishment.

- [Man] It's awfully quiet in there.

(yelling and whimpering)

- Out of my way.

Wihar, are you there?

Answer me Wihar.

(gunshots and yelling)

- The shed's empty.

Buldeo, the evil ones have escaped.

After them, men.

(yelling)

(suspenseful music)

- Jimera, your ankle, it's hurt.

- It's only a little cut.

- What from?

- That wound is from the rope, Mowgli.

How could those people be
cruel enough to tie up a child.

(fabric tearing)

(whimpering)

(growling)

- That village is an evil place.

(villagers talking)

- It's this way men, Wihar
and his men won't get far.

(growling)

- Akru, go with the
family, Mowgli and I will

stay here and handle the villagers.

You know where to meet
Lowri, the twin mountains.

- I'm sorry but I can't
go further with you.

The villagers on our trail
are gaining ground fast,

I have to stay here with Bagheera
and scare those men away,

my brother Akru will be
with you for the rest

of your journey to the meeting place.

He is a brave wolf and
he knows the jungle well,

he'll protect you from all harm.

The meeting place is
at the twin mountains,

my wolf mother will be
waiting for you all there.

She and the other animals
will help you reach Kaniwara.

They'll protect you, so do not fear.

- Oh no, Mowgli, we won't be afraid.

- You've done so much for us Mowgli,

I hope that some day
we'll find a way to repay

the kindness you've shown us.

- I promise we will.

- Well, you better go.

- Yes, goodbye, come along Jimera.

- Jimera.

- Thank you for saving us dear Mowgli,

I know we'll meet again, I know it.

(upbeat music)

(yelling)

- This isn't over yet,

those men will be back
unless we prevent them.

(elephant trumpeting)

- Grandfather, I've never
ridden an elephant before.

- Don't be afraid Jimera,

they're perfectly gentle, I think.

(elephant trumpeting)

- [Jimera] Hey this is fun.

- [Jimera's Mom] It's
better than walking, anyway.

(upbeat music)

(laughing)

- Well, that was a good
night's work Mowgli,

now perhaps we can rest.

All that roaring's made me sleepy.

- I hope Jimera's all right.

- You needn't worry about her Mowgli,

she and her family are well protected.

- That's true.

Lowri will look after them.

- And she'll have others helping her.

- Let's go.

(suspenseful music)

Mother, it's been many
days since we've rescued

Jimera and her family
and down in the village,

the humans haven't forgotten,
they want vengeance

on the jungle.

- Lowri, Mowgli is right,

those villagers are bound to return.

- Yes, I know.

They will not give up
until they've destroyed

our jungle, so we must prevent them

otherwise we animals won't survive.

- Mother, I've thought
of a way we can defeat

those villagers.

I'll speak to Hathi the elephant,

he helped carry Jimera to safety,

he's sure to help us
against the villagers.

- That's an excellent idea man-cub,

with the elephants and
some help from the deer

and buffalo herds, we'll
simply chase those humans away.

- Yes, alright then Bagheera.

Mowgli, you have my
permission to visit Hathi

and other animal leaders.

- Right.

- Tell them that our jungle is threatened.

In two days, we'll all march
on the village together,

we won't touch humans, only
knock down their lairs.

(intense music)

(howling)

(growling)

(elephant trumpeting)

(intense music)

(crashing)

(shouting and screaming)

(crashing)

(yelling)

(pigs squealing)

- Go!

(crashing)

(yelling)

(screaming)

(happy music)

- Thanks Hathi, we couldn't have done it

without your help.

- Think nothing of it Mowgli,

under the influence of
Buldeo and his cronies,

the villagers have become
foolish, cruel and destructive

as only humans can be when
they're guided by evil leaders.

Chasing them away was the
only way to save the jungle

from them, and them from Buldeo.

Now the jungle will reclaim the land

where the village stood,
and before too many rainy

seasons have passed, you
won't be able to tell

that humans ever lived in that place.

The jungle will heal, Mowgli,
and no scar will remain.

(upbeat music)
