Hero Shangguan

Your Majesty

Arise

Thank you, Your Majesty

I entrust my ill-fated son

...and the nation to you

Yes

Don't worry, Your Majesty

I'll try my best and risk my life

...to invite the righteous people

helping the prince to regain the Ming Empire

Good

Let me take a look at my son one last time

Yes

I'm counting on you

It's my honor

Leave now

Please go

Set fire to the palace

Yes

The fire is set all over the place

Find your way out now

Your Majesty...

We can't bear to leave you alone

Leave me alone

Find your own way out

Thank you, Your Majesty

Ancestors

I'm too weak...

to maintain the empire

I beg for your kind forgiveness

I'm such an useless son

Black Dragon Society always closes off from outside

Why do we have to get involved...

with the trouble in the boxer world?

No more discussion

Master, you're wrong

Emperor Jianwen was incompetent and deserved to die

The present Emperor Yongle is a capable leader

My godfather, eunuch Qiren...

asked me to meet the boxers of different schools

If they're willing to work for the emperor,

they will be forgiven and rewarded

You're a very reputed master

If you work with us, you'll have a very bright future

I've no desire for money and reputation

I'm here today with good intention

If you go against the trend,

it's not that easy...

I don't understand what you mean

Stop pretending

You'll be rewarded if you agree to work for us

If you refuse,

you'll bear the consequences

Don't threaten me

As long as I, Shangguan Hou, is alive,

the Black Dragon Society won't go along...

with the shameless people

What?

Are you referring me?

Don't think too much of your society

We're here with preparation

Our society may be not well-known

But even the East sea & the Scarf clan together

...can't harm us in any way

Shangguan Hou, we got a secret report

you hid a wanted criminal in your place

This could cause your entire family to be executed

Quit being so arrogant

Shut up

Don't act reckless here

Xiuyi

You accuse me of hiding criminal

If you've the evidence,

you may prosecute me

You don't have to worry about me

Master

There's someone reporting...

the son of emperor Jianwen hiding here

If you hand him to us,

that would be a considerable credit

I guarantee you wealth and important position

You'll be leading a wealthy and luxurious life

Otherwise, you'll get Black Dragon Society

...into big trouble

A wise man makes the right decision

You'd better think about it

Zhenxiong

Yes

Show them the way out

Yes

Gentlemen, please...

You don't listen to our advise,

I'll see you later again

Intruders

Go

Go

The master is hurt

Leave me alone

Kill all these rebels

Dad, you go inside first

Dad, your wounds...

Leave me alone. I ask you...

The poem I always read for you

Do you remember?

Yes

Read it now

Yes

There are thick clouds and thunderstorm

A pity the plum tree got blown over by strong wind!

We aim to wash away the insult of losing the country

Cheers to the union of Yellow Dragon

Good

This is the Black Dragon medal

Yes

Zhenxiong

Yes, master

Protect her

Carry the prince from secret chamber

...and go to Quanzhou to see my brother

Yes

Dad, what about you?

I was hit by Yu Huajiao's lethal dart

I won't survive without the cure from her

Dad...

I'm going to kill Yu Huajiao now

...and get the cure for you

I want to protect you

Don't cry

Before I die,

I've something to tell you

You need to get to the Taiyuan Temple...

in Quanzhou before 15th of February

I'll meet my brother on that day

There'll be someone to contact you

Remember...

The poem is the key for the meeting

Hand the medal to your uncle

When it matches with his White Dragon medal

lt'll show where the treasure is hidden

Ask your uncle to coordinate with...

the righteous people with the treasure

Protect the prince and regain the empire

Kill all these rebels

Dad...

Don't force me to leave

I'll die with you

There's no reason for you to do this, dear

You ought to know the right from wrong

What is the purpose for dying together?

Dad...

Leave now or it's too late

No

Leave

It's unpatriotic to be not concerned about the country

Not obeying one's father would be lack of filial piety

I don't want a daughter...

who is unloyal and unfilial

C'mon, off you go

Sister, we've to listen to the master now

Go now...

or it's too late

Dad, I'll listen to you

Goodbye, dad

Shangguan Hou, this is the antidote

Let's have the prince and you'll have the antidote

Don't you hear me?

Dead?

Where's his daughter?

She has nowhere to go. Search

Search

Kneel down

This is the former emperor's seal and the...

proof of the prince when he regains the throne

Take care of it

Yes

Xiuyi, I'm entrusting the life of the prince

and the empire's future on you

Don't worry. I'll even risk my life...

to protect him

Yes

Why don't you go?

And you?

I'm not a boxer. I'd only be a burden

Leave now

But...

Go

Do you want them to capture you?

Aunt...

Go

Which way should we take?

70 miles down south will be Green Wood Town

Let's get there first

Hurry up

Strange. Why is there a baby...

crying in the wilderness?

Should we take a look?

It's the patrol team

They're coming over. Be careful

Who are you? Come out

What are you doing?

Arrest them

Yes

Miss, is this your sword?

Take it back

Thanks

You bloody rascals

It isn't proper to mob the two of them

You damn beggar

Who do you think you're? Get lost

Damn beggar, huh? How dare you!

How dare you filthy monkeys scold me!

Come on

Let you try my stick

Go

He runs away. He's lucky

Thanks, mister

No big deal

You're from... Black Dragon Society

Yes. We're attacked by East Sea Gang

The Black Dragon Society was ruined

How's Shangguan Hou?

He's hit by Yu Huajiao's poisonous dart

I'm afraid he's dead

Alas, one more good man is gone!

You know my father?

What's your name? Where are you going?

My name is Xiuyi

We're going to Quanzhou to see my uncle

Probably because of this kid

I understand

It's a long way to Quanzhou

There're many check-posts along the road

You'll never get there with your skills

I know it's difficult, but I need to go there

You'll be passing Green Wood Town

Go to find Mrs. Bai at Muzi Alley

Tell her that I want...

Zhou Feiyun to escort you to Quanzhou

I think you'll have a safe trip then

Thanks, master

May I know your name? Someday I'd repay your gratitude

That's all right

I don't even remember my own name

Just call me old beggar

No, I dare not

Okay. Don't act like a woman

Hurry up. Go

Ride the horse. It saves your energy

Thanks, mister. Goodbye

Goodbye

Go

With a kid... they're from Black Dragon Society

Where are they going?

Go...

Where are they going?

Down south

South?

Come on

Yes

Send the fastest horse...

reporting to nearby checkpoint

Arrest a man and a woman with a small child

Yes

We'll be catching up. They can't escape

Why is he crying again?

He must be hungry

Where can I get some milk for him?

There's a house. Let's go check

Anyone here?

Don't shout

We're dressing like this

We shouldn't let people see us

There's no other way

The kid is hungry

Be careful

Okay

Is anyone inside the house?

They're probably in the field

There's a cow

Maybe we can get some milk from it

Hurry up. Get it

Come on. Use this one

Thanks

Thanks

There's cooked goat meat and hot buns inside

Would you like to have some?

Try it if you're hungry

Thanks

Please have a seat

Do you want some wine?

No, I don't drink

No? I do

Come on. Serve yourself

Okay...

Delicious. Come on

Why don't you eat?

Is it not delicious?

No. I have no appetite

No appetite?

You have to eat something

We've a long way to go

Where are you from?

Far far away

Where are you going?

Far far away

Far away?

What's your name?

My surname is Niu

First name?

I'm Niu 'Er

Is there a short cut to...

Green Wood Town from here?

No

What are you looking for?

Borrow your clothes for us

Clothes? No way

I got nothing to wear then

I give you the food

Why do you hit me?

Brother, why do you do this?

Why not?

We've urgent things to do

Take off his clothes

Please don't. I feel cold

I won't take your clothes and food...

for free

You may take the horses outside as compensation

Horse? It's no use to me

Sister, hurry up

Mister, I'm sorry...

to put you in such a situation

You...

"Wanted"

Hands up

Come over

Come over

Raise your hand

Go

Come over

What is it?

Firewood, sir

Where are you living?

I live at the back of the hill

Go

Yes, thanks

You... come...

Put it down

Where do you live?

I live in the town

Town?

You are pretty. Why don't I see you before?

I got married here last month. I seldom leave home

Where did you go today?

I went back to my mother's house

You brought this from there?

Let me take a look

Sir, we're farmers

It's nothing valuable

But I can't go home...

with empty hand

Okay... go now

Thanks

Hurry up

Hold it

Help

Help. Please help

Hold it...

What's the matter?

What are you doing?

Someone stole my clothes

Come down

What's wrong?

I ask you to come down

Down? I can't

The horse has the army seal

Army seal?

Bring him back

Go

Mercy, sir

You get me wrong

Stop. Tell me where you get the horse?

I didn't steal it. I exchanged it

With whom?

I don't know

Bullshit

Sir, I really don't know

A man and a woman came this morning

A man and a woman?

They ate my meat and hot buns

...and took my clothes

Forced me to keep their horse instead

Sir, I'm a farmer

Horse is no use to me

What do they look like? How old are they?

They're in black with swords, about 20 years old

What are they carrying?

Well... a kid

How old?

Seemed to be 4 or 5 months old

Let him go

Yes

Sir, I'm fine now?

Go

Yes

Sir, the bottle gourd is mine

Take it back

Don't throw it so hard

Get lost

Yes, sir

Xiaoshun

Yes

Keep an eye on him

Yes

Probably it's Shangguan Xiuyi

I think Niu 'Er isn't honest

I don't want to blow the cover now

Xiuyi and Zhenxiong must be somewhere nearby

"Muzi Alley"

Ding Ding Dong...

Please kindly help me

I wish you a new-born son this year

A lovely daughter next year

I accept nothing but money

The beggar here is giving you hints

The road ahead isn't safe

You'd better be careful

Though the sun is shinning bright and strong

The beasts are waiting for you ahead

Mister, watch out!

The black dog is going to bite you

Please give away a few dollars

I'll wish you good luck

You're very stupid

You just don't realize

You're such a fool

You never understand my hints

The danger is just behind you

I'd better run now

Come on

Excuse me

Does a certain Mrs. Bai live here?

Yes. Where do you come from?

We...

Let us talk to Mrs. Bai

You've walked to our trap yourself

There's no escape for you. Come on

Let's go

This way... hurry...

There

Go

Go

Come on

Hurry up

Come down

Red flower, lotus and golden leaf

Three of the clan are from the same source

The royal and righteous knights...

protecting the nation and helping the weak

Are you looking for my aunt?

We're looking for Mrs. Bai

Is she your aunt?

Yes

Excuse me

Are you Miss Shangguan from Black Dragon Society?

I'm Xiuyi. He's my brother

I'm Jin Zhenxiong

What's your name?

I'm little beggar

Mrs. Bai asked me...

to await you here

Please come with me

Please...

They destroyed my place just now

I got the news of your arrival this morning

I asked the kids to look for you

The bastards are very tricky

If you bumped into them,

you'll be ambushed by them

Mrs. Bai

They are so careless

I went to remind them

But they just didn't understand

When I tried to stop them

Xu from the Scarf Gang...

appeared right in front of us

You don't know that...

I was so worried...

you will caught by them

Lucky that...

you guys are quite good in fighting

Otherwise,

you would be caught this time

If you didn't help us,

we'd be caught

Why did they try to catch you?

You've no relation with Black Dragon Society

Now, no matter which school you belong to;

if you refuse to work for eunuch Qiren

...they'll terminate you

They won't be reasonable with you

We at Bai He School have always been law-abiding

They've caught and killed my students

...and destroyed my home

I will get even with them someday

A eunuch turns the nation upside down; it's ridiculous

Mrs. Bai, what is the name of the old sir...

who has rescued us?

He's Mo Wentian. He's my brother

He's one of the elite of the Beggar School

Usually he doesn't meddle in others' affairs

You're lucky that...

he is helping you this time

Niuniu, invite uncle Chiu to come here

Tell him it's urgent

Wait

Be careful...

I got it, grandma

Naughty girl

Beggar, you go to get...

some clothes and 3 horses

and a big leather bag

Okay...

Madam, what do you do with the bag?

It's a long journey

We have to prepare some food for the kid

I got it

Madam, who is Zhou Feiyun?

The best student of my brother

A great young man

Cheers

Boss, I want it filled full

and half a tael of wine too

Okay, please have a seat

Sir, what do you want?

One dish of preserved beef and some peanuts

Okay...

What a pity! How does he know...

the scumbags of the boxer world are after his life?

Grandma...

Grandma, he is coming

Lower your voice

Uncle Zhou is coming

All his clothes are gone

Madam

How come you dress like your master?

You're here. Good

Let me introduce you some friends

Okay

Did you know each other?

This morning I invited them for some goat meat

But they even took off my clothes

Feiyun, I'm Jin Zhenxiong

Honestly, this morning we had no choice

I'm very sorry. Please forgive me

Oh, I'm just kiddin'

When I saw you this morning

...I already knew who you are

How come?

There're notices all over the town

And look at what you're wearing

Then I knew it's you two!

I see. Thanks for the meal

We were starving this morning

Come on. Sit down first

Right. Sit

I followed you once you left;

In case you'd have trouble when you're in town

Thank you

I didn't know that you're looking for Mrs. Bai

If you told me early,

I'd have brought you here;

There'd be no such trouble

Feiyun, your beggar master...

has an assignment for you

You'll escort them to Quanzhou

Even without master's order,

I'll do it...

because of the righteousness of a boxer

Thank you

We must arrive Quanzhou...

before 15th February

I'm familiar with the road to Quanzhou

Outside or inside of Quanzhu town?

The Taiyuan Temple is in the town's outskirts

There'll be someone to receive us

My father asks me to give the medal to my uncle

He'll unite boxers & help the prince regain the empire

Black Dragon medal? Let me see

Shit!

What?

The medal and jade seal are missing

Is it these here?

How come you got them?

This morning you just focus on taking off my clothes

...and forgot the most important things

You're very green in the boxer world

You're lucky that you met him this time

If it's someone else, it'll be a big trouble

Thanks

Madam, I'll cope with them

You protect the prince

You follow Madam to the back

Hey, you...

What?

It's you. You scared us

Why didn't you tell me that you're back?

Madam, the clothes are here

This is the big leather bag

Three horses are outside

Well done

Niuniu, fill this bag with milk

Got it?

Yes

Uncle beggar, you are fast

Where do you steal all these stuff?

Bullshit. I never steal

Then where do you get them?

I just bring them here

Isn't it stealing?

I bring, not steal

Madam, please stay

Okay...

Feiyun, though you're familiar with the road

...they're still amateurs to the martial world

Besides, Yancang isn't an easy guy

You'd better be very careful

I got it

You must listen to him in the journey

You shouldn't be subjective

You should listen to his decision

Yes. I'll listen to Zhou

I don't mean to be bothersome

It's a very serious matter. No mistake is allowed

Don't worry

We'll listen to him

Madam

You can't stay in your place for long

You better move to another place

The little beggar has sent your master a letter

Let's see what is his arrangement

I want to go to Xuzhou

Madam, goodbye

Take care

Yes

Little girl, goodbye

Take care

Take care of the kid

Goodbye

Silly kid. Why are you crying?

Madam, I go to receive my master in the town

Maybe he's in town already

Okay. We go back first

Okay...

Wait

Be careful...

Got it. Don't worry

Give me the horse

Okay

What are you doing?

Calm down. I'll tell you the reason

Brother

Brother, come, take a rest

Why rest?

Why not hurry on?

Look! The sun is right above our head

Pinggang is one mile ahead

It's a strictly guarded area

We'll spend our night here

We'll sneak through when it's crowded tomorrow

What has it got to do with the horse?

Little beggar stole these horses

It's got the army seal on it

lt'd be tough getting past the check points

Brother Zhou, don't be angry

We don't understand your intention

Why be cross?

I'm not a kid

We can never get to Quanzhou with this speed

Brother Jin,

you've to be patient

Not sure if we can get past the check-post tomorrow!

Not sure?

No one can guarantee this

But I'll figure out a special idea

Come on, let's have some wine

I'm not drinking. You go ahead

Bai...

Master, look!

Master, is she still alive?

"PingGang"

Go

Go

Leave

Go

Go

Go

Go

Sir, can you do me a favor?

Let us pass first

Who's dead?

My grandfather

Okay. Go

Thank you, sir

Thank you...

Stop

Stop

Open the coffin and let us check

Open it

Close the gate, hurry

Alarm

Go...

What's the matter?

There're 2 men and a woman with a kid

...trying to pass our check point

They're good fighters

Being no match for them...

we let them be off

Two men and a woman?

She must be Shangguan Xiuyi

Who is the extra man?

How long back did they escape?

Just a while

After them

Come on

It's dangerous when passing Pinggang today

Are you scared?

No, but this is only the first check point

Later on it could get more dangerous

I wonder if we can make it to Quanzhou

We'll make it with Zhou's help

You trust him so much, huh?

It's dangerous today...

but he could rescue us with ease

You can see that he is very smart

Go. We better hurry on

What? It's very late now

It rains heavily as well

The men after us...

must stop because of the rain

The rain won't stop for the next day or two

We must take this chance to...

widen the distance

Feiyun, you're incredible!

Brother, we agreed...

we'll listen to Zhou

Tucheng is 7 miles away

The guard is not that serious in there

It's easy to get through it when it's raining

Pass one check point means reduce some danger

It's our chance

Okay. Go

Brother

What?

The child has fever

Some good idea it turned out! What now?

It's my fault

I just care about hitting the road

Somehow I overlooked this

Oh, you too overlook things, do you?

Xiuyi still thinks that you're very smart

Brother, what're you talking about?

I...

No matter what, Zhou has good intention

Even a wise man sometimes makes a mistake

The kid is sick now

It's no use to argue

We're not arguing

Why are you being so sarcastic?

I am anxious

If there's anything wrong with the kid,

what should we do?

If you think he makes a mistake,

then what is your opinion?

I don't know what we should do

Zhou is helping us

How could you say things like this?

It's no use to be anxious now

We've to wait until it's night

Night? What's your good idea this time?

Lower your voice. Doctor Ku

We mean no harm

We want you to see a patient

Okay

Give me the hand

Is it serious?

No, he'll get better after taking the medicine

It's in the midnight

I think you can't get the medicine

I'll make up the prescription for you

...and you may boil the herbs here

It's not good for the kid if it's too late

Thank you

You're welcome

I'm sorry to bother you

No problem

Dear

Get me the stove and pot

Be careful

Don't wake up the servants

Got it

Let me do it

Okay

Too hot...

It's still hot

Let him drink it. The sun is rising

We must hurry on the road

It's too hot for him to drink

Be patient. Won't take long

I think you're hungry

Dear, you cook some noodles for them

...before they leave

Thank you

You're welcome

It's okay

Dear, go

Sorry to bother you

Not at all

Mr Yan, they're here

Quiet. I want them alive

Yes

Why does she take so long?

I'll go to check

It's cold now

We're trapped. Protect the kid

Mercy...

You've no way to run. Go

Get it

Run

Go

Stop

They're skillful boxers

Won't do us any good

Are you hurt?

I'm alright

Huajiao, they're really tough

This place isn't far away from Gutian

I go to ask your master to help us

Right

I'm not sure if he's willing to help

Don't worry

I know what he likes most

He'll surely help us

I have never been in such a mess before

I swear to kill these 3 punks

What?

Why is there an extra house here? Let's see

Anyone inside?

Anybody?

Take a look around

How's it look?

How's it inside the house?

Who did it?

In the war time,

it's unavoidable

This is a hunter's house

There's deer meat here

We can have a big meal

Brother, I've boiled some water

You go to have a bath and warm your body

We don't feel cold

But digging all those holes has been so exhausting!

What are you doing?

I'm making a milk bag for the kid

Our dear Feiyun,

what's our next move?

Next move?

We must wait till the snow stops

What if the snow doesn't stop?

Then we've to stay here

Stay here?

We've food and everything here. What's wrong?

Will Yancang catch up with us?

Only a few people come to this mountain

Even I don't know when...

there's an extra house here

How would Yan find us?

What I worry is the next stop

Where's the next stop?

Duxianjie. We must pass through it to Quanzhou

I'm afraid Yancang will get there first

Then it will be a trouble

Any other way?

No

Though it's a small place

...we must get pass through it

Maybe Yan wouldn't wait in there

We must assume that he's there

If we can pass Duxianjie,

there are 4, 5 different roads to Quanzhou

We'll take the longest one

The longest one?

Why?

Simple. People usually prefer the shortest way

We take the longest one

They'll never expect it

Don't forget;

We must arrive Quanzhou before 15th February

I'll guarantee we'll be in Quanzhou on time

If we can make it,

Zhou's idea is good

You really take Zhou as the most cleverest man

If not because of the prince, I want to meet Yancang

...and return this dart to Yu Huajiao

Don't drink too much

Master

Come on. Cheers

Okay...

This time you offer your help

I really appreciate it

Beg your pardon for any mistreatment

Don't mention it

With such a big meal

and all these pretty ladies

What else should I expect?

It's a lot better then my life in the cave

Master, the wanted Shangguan Xiuyi...

is a pretty chick too

When she's caught,

I may ask eunuch Qiren...

to offer her to you

Good

But when you fight with her

Don't hurt her

Look at you;

Caring about her even before meeting her!

Sir, Mr Yan

I've people guarding all exits

We have been here...

in waiting them for 2 days

...and they haven't appeared

Do you think they'll pass through here?

Judging from the route they escaped,

I think they're heading for Quanzhou

Shangguan Yin of White Dragon Society...

is Shangguan Hou's brother

Maybe they're not taking this way

Unless I'm wrong

they must pass through from here

It's the Mountain God Festival today

lt'll be crowded. Don't let them sneak away

Have your people guard the exit of the street

I'll stay up there

So we can monitor everywhere

Yes

Don't think that it's a small place

The festival is packed with people

Forget the festival

Watch out

Don't let the wanted sneak away

Look

We've our people guarding all over the place

And Mrs. Yan's master is also here

If they really come

...they've no way to go

Even if they've wings on their backs

Really?

Waiter, check

How much?

6 dollars

One more bowl of noodle

One or three?

I want one...

Then it is three bowls, okay...

You three people

Yes

You guard here

Yes

You guard there. Hurry up

Yes

"Temple of Mountain God"

Give way... hurry...

Hurry up...

The divine pedestal was already carried out

Li...

Uncle Wang

The flag is at the front of the parade

I want it in the right position

I got it

Where's the Mountain God pedestal?

It's fixed

Where're the people to carry it?

They're all ready

Where're the people for the lion and dragon dance?

They're ready too. They're at the back

Okay. Go

Uncle Wang

Which one is in the front?

The tassels or the ball?

Stupid! It's no need to ask

The tassels is behind the ball

The god stand is behind the tassels

Behind the stand is...

Got it

You can never trust a young man

Monkey...

Uncle Wang, what's the matter?

Young fellows are so absentminded

Tell them. Don't make a mistake

Got it

Go...

Mr. Wang

Don't you know me?

You're...

Are you Mr. Wang?

You...

I know you. Don't you know me?

Think about it

You're Xu's second son, Big Monk

You finally realize it

This is my brother, Little Monk

My sister, Sissy

Greetings Mr. Wang

Come on

Mr. Wang

It's been 10 years. I can't recognize you

You look great

But the beard is a bit white

Getting old...

How's your dad?

He's fine. Thanks.

Your mother?

Arthritis is still bothering her

Dad stays home, taking care of her

He asked us to do some business

...and to see you when we're here

This is a gift from him

What is this?

Except this, there's no good stuff in the mountain

Big Monk, are you married?

No. No one wants to marry me

Don't worry. I'll introduce you some girls

Have some water first...

"Mountain God Celebration"

No way

No way. Hurry

Out

There's a problem with the lion

Chase

Master, we...

Don't show up. Go

You and the master go after them separately

Okay. Go

Go

Go down

Go

Why do you go back?

Same theory. Give him a surprise

When we pass the Soul Valley,

...we'll be safe

Shit!

This time it's Yan giving you a surprise

We've no choice

Let's take them on

No. Calm down

I'll lead them away

You escape from there

It's dangerous for you alone

It doesn't matter. I can handle it

There's forest 40 miles from here

Let's meet there

Okay

If I don't come before the sunrise,

...don't wait for me

Zhou, is there other way?

My way is always the best one

Don't act like a kid. Goodbye

Take care

Stop

Are you Niu 'Er?

Yes, I'm called Niu 'Er the other day

Today I am Ma Si

Bastard, are you with Black Dragon Society?

I'm not

I'm a friend of Shangguan Xiuyi and Jin Zhenxiong

Where is she hiding now?

Indeed I know

Tell me now

A friend of mine doesn't allow me

Who?

Him

You've to ask for his permission

You kid still bluffing

Go...

Step aside

His kung fu is good

But he'll be surely dead this time

The other two won't go far

Chase them. Hurry up...

Chase...

Zhou hasn't come yet

Could there be anything wrong?!

I expected this

We can't do anything about it

Looks like you don't...

care about him

I care, but not as much as you

What do you mean?

He's risking his life for us

We're safe now

But he's still missing

It's natural to worry about him

Did I do anything out of line?

I...

What?

You're always being sarcastic

Looks like others should bear the brunt of your temper

His skills are better than us

And he's smarter than us

If he's in danger,

what can I do?

Don't misunderstand. I've no bad intention

I know what you're thinking about

Then it's fine

We've been growing up together

It's been many years

I've so many things to tell you

But I...

I just dare not to tell you

No need

I know what you're going to say

You've been caring and protecting me

I really appreciate it

But you know

I need to take revenge for my father and the country

It's such a big responsibility

What can I do?

I know

It's good if you understand me

Go

Jin

Jin

It's Zhou

Go

We've been waiting for you

I almost got killed

There's an old monster on their side

I'm no match for him

It's lucky that I got an idea suddenly

...or I wouldn't see you again

How did you run away?

I thought the situation was getting worse

I'd be killed...

by that old monster

I just turned and...

jumped from the cliff into the valley

My clothes got stuck on a branch and stopped my fall

I didn't drop dead

Where did you get the horse?

I bought it

Guess it should be safe ahead

You'll soon arrive Quanzhou

Ahead

Almost there

Why is there no one to receive us?

They must be here if we have an agreement

Wait and see

Well...

Do you come from far far away?

We're from Xiaoxin

Please answer my question

There're thick clouds and thunderstorm

A pity the plum tree got blown over by strong wind!

We aim to wash away the insult of losing the country

Cheers to the union of Yellow Dragon

We've been waiting for you for a long time

Thanks for coming

Not at all

Please follow me to our place

Okay

- Please - Please

The guest is here on time as agreed

Please

Please

I'm Shangguan Xiuyi

I'm Jin Zhenxiong

Zhou Feiyun

How are you?

Fine

Thanks

Please come on stage

Yes

I'm Zhu Siwen

I'm the eldest student of your uncle

My master asked me to welcome you

Thanks

Please sit

Brothers

Xiuyi has traveled long to come here for the country

We really appreciate her hard work

It's a blessing for us Ming dynasty civilians

Also she's done honour to the Double Dragon Society

Well done

We'd like to cheer for them

Welcome...

Thank you

Trying our best for the country

It's our duty

You're very nice to us

Thank you very much

Miss Shangguan, please sit

Where is my uncle?

My master told me...

people from Xiaoxin must show Black Dragon medal

If it matches with White Dragon medal

You may enter the city

Do you bring the medal?

I do

Please take a look

You've traveled a long way to come here

Why do you bring a kid?

He's the crown-prince

Prince?

Black Dragon Society was destroyed by Yancang

My father ordered me to protect the prince

...and the jade seal to see my uncle;

So that the righteous boxers could be united

and thus helping the prince to regain the empire

Please forgive our ignorance

Miss Shangguan

Please pass the prince and the jade seal to me

Wait

The prince and the seal...

must be handed to Mr. Shangguan Yin

I'm in charge of White Dragon Society

It's just the same

We'll pass them to uncle only

Then you have to meet him in the hell

What?

He passed away 10 days ago

Before he died,

he asked me to be in charge of the society

...and told me the time of this meeting

I didn't expect that you'd bring the jade seal too

It's destined

What do you mean?

When we have the treasure,

we'll have fund to build the army

With the stamp as evidence,

we'll conquer Quanzhou first

This place will be my foundation

I may declare myself as the king then

Right, Chief

You may become the king

rather than just the leader of the society

So we may become your generals

That will be nice

The seal belonged to Emperor Jianwen

Only his son can inherit it

Prince my foot!

The Ming dynasty belongs to Zhu family

As long as my surname is Zhu

Whoever can become the emperor

Maybe this kid didn't come from the Zhu family

I won't argue with you

If I refuse to pass them to you,

...what will you do?

Take a look here

It's like a hunter's web here

If you're smart,

give me the jade stamp

I'll treat you good

If I don't...

You'll never escape from here

You'll be leaving here dead

Let's see who's leaving here dead

Kill them

Kill...

Brothers, Zhu Siwen wants to become the king

We've no need to risk our life for him

Right. We're no traitors

Anyone who agrees, please leave with me

No one can leave here

Bring over the Black Dragon medal back

I've got the Black and White Dragon medal

How's the prince?

I didn't hear him crying

He falls asleep with all this noise

I'm coming

Go

What happened?

There's still one alive

Go to ask him

So many

It's no use. My uncle was dead

What should we do?

Xiuyi

We may find a place as the base

You can be the leader...

summoning the righteous...

to support the prince

I'm just a girl

How could I make it?

To take revenge for your father and the nation,

...it doesn't matter if you're a girl or man

No way. I dare not

I do not have this ability

It's not a matter of if or not you dare

Now, that's the only alternative

Hero Shangguan...

entrusted you with the responsibility

You must do it no matter how hard it is

If you're not good enough,

Zhenxiong and I will help you

Brother, what's your opinion?

I've a different idea

What do you think?

I think only 3 of us...

can do nothing much for the country

We're just too weak

The point is...

Jin, you're wrong

We may still be weak now

If we've the support of the righteous

Who are they? Where are they?

I can't tell you who they're now

But believe me

Righteous people are everywhere

We just need to contact them

They'll offer us the support

I know

But Yancang's influence is all over the country

They're looking for us

We can hardly escape from him

How could we contact the people?

It's too difficult

At least we've to give it a try

Xiuyi is just a girl

We need to encourage and help her

You care about this matter more than me

The rise and fall of a nation is a man's duty

Jin, I just express my opinion frankly

Bullshit!

I think you have some other motive

You...

Brother, you...

I knew it

You want the money and her. You're dreaming

Tolerance has limit

You looked down on me too much

You're insulting me

So what?

Stay off from the matter of Black Dragon Society

It's already become my concern

I'll take care of it till it ends

Then you've to ask my sword first

Then let's have a try

Brother, you...

Sister, leave it to me

Who will you support?

Zhou, you...

Don't worry

My sword won't kill a friend

They are killing each other

They've no way to go this time

You've been lucky

I'll torture you to death this time

Go

Yes

Feiyun, protect my sister

I'll deal with them

Wait

Jin, be careful of the old monster

Pretty, isn't she?

Yes

Chick, if you come with me,

I'll spare you

Baby, step aside

What the hell!

Baby, I need you as my companion

I don't want to kill you, step aside...

Stop

Guard the door

Old monster, you're still alive?

Beggar, it's the right time

Let's get even once and for all

Get off

These filthy, ruthless, shameless people

We shouldn't let them live

Kids, kill

Yes

Thank you, mister

You're welcome

Feiyun

Master

The assignment I gave you this time...

nearly got you killed!

I didn't get my work done

Sir, my uncle was dead

We don't know what we should do

I knew already

The only thing we can do...

is to send the prince and the treasure to King Ling...

in Nancheng

Let him uphold the justice

Among the kings,

he's the most bravest one

Nancheng? Are we taking the way back?

There'll be another dangerous trip

This old beggar...

has to go with you this time

Thank you, mister

Brother

Stop it!
