Love on my sister.

Give her the strength that she needs

to go through with this, Lord.

Wrap her in Your love.

Father, I'm here,

and I don't have the right words to say,

just this pain in my chest and this hole in my soul.

Father, I have made a mess of my life.

Oh, I chose my flesh over my faith.

And I broke covenant with You, God.

And I broke my covenant with Daniel and, Father,

I'm just asking if you will please forgive me?

Please forgive me.

I've had to face hard truths about myself,

like how easy it was to get swept up in a version of me

that wasn't fully real.

I built a brand meant to empower women to be bold

and generous and God-led.

But somewhere along the way,

I stopped living that truth and it became about being admired

and seen and liked.

I broke the commandment thou shalt not commit adultery.

Not only did I betray my marriage, I lost myself.

I'm doing the work to find my true voice,

even when it's raw and even when it hurts

because that's where the real strength is.

And, honestly, I'm just grateful for second chance.
