Hidden technology,
secret facilities buried beneath the Nevada desert.
Deals made in the shadows
between governments and non-human intelligence.
Craft that fly without fuel,
responding to thought instead of physics.
Souls treated as technology.
A breakaway civilization living in the future,
while the rest of us are kept behind.
Pilot and intelligence insider John Lear
claims he has seen evidence
that would rewrite human history.
That contact already happened.
That reverse engineering has changed our world
without our consent.
That humanity's evolution
is being managed in secrecy
by those who fear what we might do with the truth.
In this investigation, we explore.
The real purpose of Area 51
and the deeper base known as S-4.
Alleged agreements with extraterrestrial visitors.
How consciousness may be the key to advanced propulsion.
The possibility that the soul is measurable
and exploitable.
Why disclosure may already be underway...
silently.
The story you're about to hear
challenges everything we are allowed to believe.
The question isn't, are we alone?
It's, who is keeping the truth from us
and why?
There are places on this earth where truth cannot breathe.
Where the sky itself is classified.
And where the greatest discoveries
humanity has ever made are intentionally forgotten...
before they can be celebrated.
These are the silent zones...
hidden in deserts, buried beneath mountains,
disguised in plain sight.
Guarded not by barbed wire, but by belief.
Because if a secret is big enough,
you never need to hide it.
You only need to convince the world that it's impossible.
John Lear's life began where the known ends
and the unknown begins.
Aviation wasn't a career path, it was his inheritance.
His father Bill Lear transformed the sky
for the modern world.
But what he couldn't transform,
he concealed.
Behind every aircraft the public admired,
there were prototypes the public could never know existed.
Behind every innovation, there was a rumor of something
that went far beyond innovation.
John came of age surrounded by doors
that only opened for the elite.
Doors that led to black laboratories
and ghost runways.
Where the future of human capability
was not being imagined,
but reverse engineered.
His story doesn't ask for belief.
It challenges the assumption that disbelief is rational.
Maybe the world isn't lying about what is real.
Maybe the world is lying about what it chooses to reveal.
And if John Lear is correct,
reality is far bigger,
far stranger, and far more controlled
than any of us were ever meant to understand.
Bob Oechsler and I've got, uh, Captain John Lear here.
Piping all, eh, John?
- Hey, that's right. - Yeah.
We're going to talk today about, uh, some Area 51 stuff
and your background and meeting, uh, Bob Lazar.
Of course, the big story of, uh, I guess, of the decade at least.
I would say so, yeah.
Uh, you-- now, you know, one of the big questions I think
that's come up, uh, in my investigations
and inquiries about Bob
and, uh, Gene Huff and that-- that whole entourage...
is it true that you met Bob
before he was assigned to work out
at, uh, Area 51 on the test site in S-4?
Yeah, absolutely.
When Gene brought him over to my house,
uh, Bob didn't know anything
about saucers or care about them.
And it was, uh, Gene's interest
that really, uh--
uh, that really brought him over to my house.
And Bob kind of just tagged along for laughs.
And it was probably, you know, two months before Bob realized
that we may, you know,
h-- have something of-- of real interest.
Uh, and through his contacts at, uh,
Los Alamos National Laboratories,
where he used to live or where he used to work,
um, he found out
that a lot of the stuff we were saying was true.
Okay, not-- not from Ed Teller,
but he-- from other sources at Los Alamos?
That's kind of revelationary.
Yeah, yeah, a couple of, uh, people
that he worked with, uh, when he worked there in 1982.
And, uh, when we told him that, uh, Project Grudge
was a continuing, um, uh, investigation
and the Air Force had not canceled Grudge
in 1949, as they said,
uh, he had his friends
check the classified laboratory at, uh, [indistinct]--
classified, uh, library at Los Alamos,
and they did find current Grudge report, 1988.
Well, that's extraordinary.
So, uh,
the direction I'm going to head with this thing,
uh, I think will...
perhaps point to one of the possible solutions
to the mystery, uh, around Bob Lazar
and the-- the whole test flight program
and-- and the government's, uh, concerns involving secrecy,
or maybe there's an issue
involving, uh, intentional release of information,
whether it's, uh, accurate or not accurate, whatever.
Uh, and I think a lot of that centers around,
uh, this whole development of the relationship
between, uh, Bob and Gene Huff
uh, and you.
Now, you--
had you, uh, known Gene
long before Bob and Gene knew each other,
- or how did that work? - Well, Gene just called--
Gene just called up one day, uh, summer of '88,
probably like July,
and wanted some of my UFO information.
He heard about me, and he was very interested in it.
And he wanted, like, copies of tapes
and-- and, uh, material.
And, uh, since I wasn't, uh, giving
or selling any of that at that time,
um, uh, we elected--
uh, we made an agreement
where-- he was a real estate appraiser.
He would appraise my house
in exchange for these tapes and, uh--
uh, tapes an, uh, documents.
And it was his friendship with Bob
that-- that kind of drew Bob into this.
And Bob, like I say, was in for the laughs.
He didn't believe it for one minute.
Nothing.
Uh, that-- he thought it was a joke.
He thought the whole thing was nothing but a joke.
Well, what convinced Bob to go look?
And now, Bob wasn't looking for a job in UFOs.
No. Bob was--
Why did he even bother to contact?
Now, who convinced him that he should try to get into work?
- Or was this his own idea? - He convinced himself,
because after, uh, three or four months
of talking with Gene and-- and myself,
there's actually two things that pushed Bob
in the direction of, "Well, there's enough here
that I want to find out for myself.
I'm going to go work up there and see if I can see anything."
And the two things were, is one that he found that, yes,
Project Grudge did exist.
And the other one was the, uh-- the [indistinct] facility,
- uh, which is supposedly-- - That's over in Los Alamos.
Well, there's one at, uh, S-4 and-- and one at Los Alamos.
But supposedly it was
the electromagnetic holding facility
- where they kept the aliens. - Hmm.
And it was designated
by the, uh-- the guy who built them, Dr. Eric Wang.
And, uh, when we told Bob about it,
among other things, he had his people check on it
and found that, yes, there was a classified mail stop
at Los Alamos.
- Um, uh-- - Well, explain what that is.
What is an electromagnetic holding facility
and how is that capable of holding--
does that hold humans as well as aliens or--
No, it's something to do with, uh, the way
we have this one alien,
EBE-2 or 3.
They have to be in a holding facility
that is electromagnetically guarded
for either to keep somebody out or to keep him in.
- I'm not sure what it is. - Mm-hmm.
But the designation of this facility was [indistinct].
Okay, and that's the sole, uh, r-- uh, uh,
purpose of this facility is to--
Is to keep the alien in there.
Keep the alien in there and perhaps keep--
No, I've heard stories that, uh, the aliens,
uh, could, uh, transport themselves, uh, out.
I don't know whether that's true or not.
I've heard stories that they can disappear.
I don't know whether that's true or not.
Mm-hmm.
But what is for sure
is that [indistinct] designates
an electromagnetic holding facility.
Some people inherit a home or a business.
John inherited access.
Access to a hidden narrative
whispered between engineers who designed miracles
and classified analysts
who cleaned up the truth afterward.
As a child, he heard jokes that weren't jokes.
As a pilot, he spoke to people whose careers vanished
the moment they asked the wrong question.
In his world,
the extraordinary was not a fantasy.
It was a restricted file.
Public aviation celebrates lift, speed, and metal.
But behind the curtain,
scientists were studying gravity itself,
or rather, the ability to ignore it.
The most advanced craft
were not trying to defeat the laws of physics.
They were behaving as if those laws were optional.
When John heard silence,
he learned to listen to what was missing.
When he saw a denial,
he knew it meant the truth was too close.
The world he grew up in wasn't built on trust.
It was built on clearance levels.
Uh, and-- and to-- there's a--
is there a direct alien reference to that?
Yes, that's what I mean. That's what I--
Now, has there ever been any documentation
on anything relative to this?
So where does that-- where does the whole idea come from?
Because I heard about this [indistinct],
uh, totally remote from any other sources,
coming from an individual,
uh, who had worked at White Sands Missile Range,
was involved in the crash retrieval,
talking about Earl Monroe Cassidy,
who was involved in one
of the Roswell crash retrieval programs,
the one at, uh, San Agustin Plains, we believe.
Uh, and he had whole-- had taken his family,
including his daughter, up to Los Alamos,
where, uh, they had a facility
where apparently the surviving alien
from the San Agustin Plains was transported.
In fact, two of them. There were two survivors.
One of them apparently died on the way to Los Alamos,
but the other one survived, uh, they believe,
for a period of about a year at least.
Uh, and on one occasion,
he took the daughter and the wife up there.
They-- and they had to stay in the car,
uh, but went into a facility called--
it was [indistinct], uh, at, uh, Los Alamos.
So I had totally independently heard of that.
Wasn't-- there was no indication in what I heard from them
that this was exclusively designed
for the purpose of containing this alien.
Uh, it was more or less a building,
and the-- uh, other than, uh,
uh, the fact that he went into this building,
not the alien, but the, uh-- but Cassidy,
uh, a-- and the fact that that's where they housed him.
Uh, that's the-- the bulk of the information on that.
So that sort of adds to that-- that whole scenario.
Well, uh, that could be.
I-- I recall seeing
that first time in a letter,
uh, from some general to somebody else
mentioning that that's where they held EBE-2 or 3.
Okay. All right.
Now, back out again to...
I-- so as the story develops here,
we've got Gene Huff,
who became interested in UFOs at some point
and then contacted you.
Uh, a-- at that point, had he,
to-- to your knowledge, discussed UFOs
with, uh, Bob Lazar?
Just to the, uh--
just to the point where, uh, he was interested in it,
wanted to know if Bob had heard anything at Los Al.
And, uh, Bob said, "No, I never heard anything.
I don't believe in it," that kind of thing.
Okay.
So do you suppose there was any connection
to the point of Gene Huff getting in touch with you
in order to try to get more information about UFOs
in order to try to convince Bob?
- Maybe. - Maybe. Okay.
But then from that point, we've established
that at this point Bob Lazar got to the point where,
okay, he was intrigued enough with UFOs
and validated that, uh, Project Grudge
did in fact exist.
Uh, and now he actually wanted to try
to get into a program
involving this in order to further--
or at least get close enough to where this program allegedly
were being conducted so that he could get that.
All right, so in that process, he contacted Dr. Teller,
whom he had met previously at Los Alamos,
uh, was referred to, uh, EG&G facility
uh, where he underwent, um, I-- I guess,
some, uh, interviews, some personnel type interviews.
And Dr. Teller called him and said, uh,
"Where would you like to work?
Would you like to work, uh, at EG&G in Las Vegas
or would you like to come to California
and work at Lawrence Livermore?"
- Mm-hmm. - And Bob said,
"I want to work at Area 51."
And there was a full minute silence on the phone
and Dr. Teller said, "Let me see what I can do."
Okay.
So he actually went right to the throat.
He says, "I want to work at Area 51."
And the fallout of that
was he ultimately was called, uh, or--
At EG&G, he got, uh,
first, uh, two security interviews,
then two job interviews,
then another security, and then another job.
There was three total interviews for both security and job.
Okay.
And the next step then, he was offered a job
that he turned down, did he not?
Not at the test site,
but-- or something connected to that?
- I don't know. - Or are we already past that?
- I don't know. - ...
At some point he was offered a job that he turned down
because it wasn't what he wanted.
But somehow or another, he ended up at the test site
- working on these projects. - Yeah.
Now...
don't you-- do you think
that during the course of his, uh--
the interview process,
and they already knew he wanted to work at Area 51,
and at this point, if they had done any kind of checking,
they knew that he had been in contact with you,
or at least had been in contact with Gene Huff,
who had been in contact with you,
and that there was a direct UFO interest
with a publicly known researcher in the field.
- Yeah. - Uh, doesn't it...
make sense that they may have decided
to bring Bob up there
to work near a program
for the express purpose
of leaking information?
We've always thought that was a possibility.
- Well, that's extraordinary. - One of the first
security interviews he had,
the-- one of the first questions was,
"Do you know John Lear
and what's your relationship with John Lear?"
And he said, "Yes, I know him."
- Uh, I think he sticks with-- - So this did come out.
They did know that right during the--
- Right from the beginning. - Right from the beginning.
Now, once Bob got in the program...
how many times did he actually go to the test site
to work on the disks?
I don't know, but I was-- it was like eight or ten times.
Eight or ten times.
And this was not like he would go up to the test site
and stay overnight and work.
This was one-day events. He would go up one day, uh--
One-day events, and it was, uh--
they usually, uh, uh, go up in the evening.
Mm-hmm.
And at the very beginning of all of this,
uh, he didn't actually get to see the disks
or work on the disks right from the beginning.
He went through a process
of, uh, um, briefings, didn't he?
Yes, but I think the first day he was there,
uh, he saw the disks--
he saw a disk the first time he was there.
Because, uh, December 6th, 1988
is when he came to my house after his first trip up there.
- Okay. - And that's when he said,
"John, I saw a disk today."
And I said, "Theirs or ours?" And he said, "Theirs."
Now, had-- had Bob,
previous to, uh, going up to the test site,
now we had established that there was a relationship
with Bob Lazar and Gene Huff
and that Gene Huff had contacted you.
When did you first, uh, get in contact with Bob Lazar?
When did you first hook up with him?
Over this period, after...
Gene brought him the first time,
Bob would occasionally drop over to my house
to tell me what was going on
as far as he was checking at Los Alamos on various things.
- Mm-hmm. - And he'd come over to the house
- without Gene sometimes. - Mm-hmm.
And so we had developed a relationship
where he'd just drop over
and-- and see what was going on
and-- and talk about what was going on.
Okay.
So now getting back up
to Area 51, and...
isn't it rather bizarre, don't you think,
that Bob was shown,
uh, briefings
that really didn't have anything to do
with his objective being there?
And the objective, of course,
to work on the rev-- uh, reverse engineering
of the disk program.
Uh, but they showed him
a lot of other documents and files
that, uh, had to do with aliens
and biology and, uh, uh, history and so on.
Can you go into some-- kind of a menu of this sort of thing?
He was given, uh, 121 briefing documents,
and the reason was they wanted him
to select what area he wanted to work in,
because they were not allowed to switch areas,
nor were they, uh, allowed to work on two areas at a time.
He had to specifically decide
which area he wanted to work on,
and since he was qualified
in so many different, uh, areas,
um, he had-- he had his choice of all of them.
But he decided to-- he wanted to work on propulsion.
That's why he was allowed to see them.
And these briefings weren't extensive, thorough briefings.
They were, you know, documents maybe 10-15 pages long...
- Mm-hmm. - ...uh, to give him an overview.
Sort of an abstract
And from that, uh, he was to make his decision
on where he wanted to specialize.
Now, there-- well, I guess
there were three primary programs up there
that he had really taken a good close look at.
One of them was Project Galileo,
which is the one he ultimately started working on
involving the, uh, reverse engineering of the disks
or the test flight program of the-- of the disks.
Uh, there were two others.
Uh, one was, I think, Project Looking Glass.
- Yeah, and-- - What was that about?
Uh, Project Looking Gas-- uh, Looking Glass
uh, dealt with, uh,
uh, time machines going forward and going back.
If humanity acquired alien technology,
it wasn't stolen.
It was negotiated.
Every exchange requires leverage.
Every treaty has terms.
What could Earth possibly trade
with civilizations capable of bending space-time?
John implies we offered the only currency
we've ever truly possessed.
Permission.
Permission to operate unseen.
Permission to study us as a species.
Permission to influence our evolution
from the corners of perception.
Officials may believe they're protecting the world from panic.
Or perhaps they're protecting something else entirely.
A structure of control
that collapses the moment the public understands
it is being controlled.
These are not alliances.
We're not equals at the table.
We are a bargaining chip wrapped in secrecy,
monitored by those who fear what we might demand,
if we ever knew our worth.
Was that not intriguing to Bob?
I'm surprised he, you know, hadn't--
didn't select that, for example, uh, over the--
I guess because his-- his penchant was for propulsion,
so I guess that was his selection.
Now, what-- what more can you tell us
about the Project Looking Glass?
I mean, what-- what was the--
what else did he learn about that project?
Other than that, uh-- I mean, was it--
what was the method by which they were able
to go back in time?
Was it forward in time as well or--
Uh, apparently both.
Uh, it's, uh, apparently much easier to go forward
than it is to go back.
Uh, but they were able-- able to show him
different experiments,
uh, where they could, uh, uh, keep time from moving.
Uh, you heard about the experiments
where they had a candle
and they would put it in this time machine
and the candle would just stay exactly like it, you know, was.
It wouldn't burn down.
Uh, it-- the-- the flame just-- just stayed like that.
And he told me that, uh, they had solved the paradox,
uh, if you go back in time and kill your father,
will you still be alive?
And he said the, uh, solution to that was,
yes, you will still be alive,
because time is compartmentalized.
You can go back in time and you can kill your father,
but since time is compartmentalized,
it will not affect what has already happened.
Hmm. That's interesting.
Um, wasn't-- there was--
seems to me there was something referenced,
and maybe it's a different project,
but I remember him making reference
to, uh, the use of a-- of a gravity lens.
Does that-- now, does that mean
that just looking back in time or going forward in time,
does that mean you physically actually go back in time,
take your body and go back or forward,
o-- or is this something
where it's kind of like a viewing thing,
where you can view from a third-party perspective
back in time or forward?
- How is that-- - I think both can occur.
You can go back-- you can physically go back in time.
Uh, you can, uh, walk around dinosaurs,
- that kind of thing. - Hmm.
Uh, but you can also, uh, look back in time.
They had this little, uh, device, supposedly,
that you could go back any amount of years
and-- and actually look back in time.
As far as the gravity lens,
I think that had something to do with, uh, the weapon.
- Is that another program? - That was the other program.
Which was?
I keep trying to think of the name of it.
Okay.
Uh, well, perhaps you'll-- you'll come up with that.
It seems to me that there's a very popular program
on, uh, network television called Quantum Leap,
which, uh, uses a-- a device
where, uh...
in-- the-- the individual,
one of the main characters in the show,
is able to, uh, go back in time
uh, and be projected as a hologram.
He's not able to interact with the environment,
but he's able to physically be there,
see what's going on,
and has access to this computer back in his own time
that can give him data
about the, uh, percentage probabilities
of certain things happening and so on.
Uh, it seems to me that the public is being exposed
to some rather exotic types of technology.
Uh, what are your thoughts on the prospects
of this kind of a program
really being some form of an indoctrination
based on information gleaned
from programs like Project Looking Glass?
It could be.
Uh, we've always felt
that, uh, they're trying to indoctrinate us.
As a matter of fact, Bob was under the impression
that part of the reason they hired him at the test site
was his extensive experience,
uh, in filming and producing.
Um--
Bob had an extensive experience in filming and producing?
Yeah. He made the--
Can you tell us a little bit about that?
Well, Bob Lazar made the first rock video.
Hmm.
Uh, and as a matter of fact, an MTV's,
uh, anniversary every year,
uh...
- What was that video? - ...the anniversary they show...
the first rock video made,
and it has his name, Bob Lazar is the producer.
What was the group?
I'm trying to think what it was, and I-- I don't remember.
It could have been Blondie, but I'm not sure.
- Was Blondie going back then? - Perhaps.
It's possible, I suppose. I really don't know.
But that's interesting, though.
I mean, you know, if-- if you happen to think of that,
just kind of interject that at some point.
Uh, that's quite curious.
So...
getting down to the issue
of Bob, uh, selecting,
I find that's rather interesting itself.
Typically, if you go for a job interview,
uh, you state the qualifications
that you have,
and they kind of pick and choose,
well, would you like to work on this?
But it seems in this case, almost the reverse has occurred,
where they just laid it all out.
Here's all the programs we have, which one you want to work on?
That's, uh, rather extraordinary, don't you think?
The reason was, is, uh--
according to Bob, he aced the interview.
I mean, he was ahead of them
from the very beginning, uh, of the question.
He had two or three physicists firing questions from each side.
Uh, and when they'd-- they'd bring a question, they'd say,
uh, "Now let's talk ab-- we'd like to discuss infrared."
And he'd say, "Are you talking about the area 10
to the minus 6th?"
And they'd say, "Oh, well, we were going to get to that."
And he was just one step ahead of them the whole way.
Uh, and it was really obviously,
the-- the guy really knew what he was talking about.
Uh, so they had a guy here
who, you know, could fit in anywhere.
It wasn't that they said, "Well, this guy,
you know, he knows a little bit about this,
but he really looks like he specialized
in this particular area, so we'll offer him a job there."
He was so well-rounded in all areas
that that's why I assume they laid out all the programs
and he could just pick where he wanted to go.
Area 51 distracts
with airplanes and myths.
S-4 hides relationships.
Imagine a facility built
not to interrogate visitors,
but to receive them.
A place where clearance doesn't grant knowledge.
It grants audience.
Where the greatest minds of our species
become students again...
taking instruction from entities
whose understanding of physics reduces
our achievements to toys.
In tunnels carved beneath a dry lake,
humanity may be quietly negotiating its place
in a much older cosmic structure.
Not with might, but with compliance.
This is not an occupied Earth.
This is a managed Earth.
The encounter already happened
and the cover story is still being written.
S-4 forces us to confront a chilling thought.
We are not preparing for contact,
we are honoring it in silence.
Okay, so let's focus a bit on Project Galileo,
which is the one that he ultimately chose to work on.
I don't even know where to begin.
Want-- What was, uh--
When-- when Bob came back and started talking about it,
he had obviously reached the point
where he selected this project.
Did he come by and talk about that?
Did he tell you why he was interested in that,
or what exactly that entailed?
What was he going to try to accomplish with this?
I don't think it was until the third
or fourth time that he was up there
that he chose where he was going to work.
Uh, the first night he came,
which was the-- the first night, uh, that he got back,
he just told me about seeing the disk,
reading some of the documents,
uh, and we discussed what he had read.
And it was basically some very far-out stuff
uh, about the aliens, uh,
uh, where they came from.
He talked about, uh,
uh, some holographic books
that he had to read.
- One was... - Holographic books?
- Yeah. - Can you explain that?
What-- what's a holographic book look like?
It was a book that, that, uh, had information
on the two cultures, man and another culture.
And I'm not sure and clear in my mind
what the other culture was.
But the book was like this,
and then you'd turn it over,
and that was, you know, it'd have, uh, information
on man and his culture, and then you'd turn it over,
and it was the other culture, but as he--
This other culture being some kind of alien?
Alien to human, at least?
I-- I-- I don't remember exactly what the other culture was,
but there was two cultures.
But in this book, it had the history,
uh, from the beginning,
and it had pictures of, uh,
normal, everyday things like, uh, buildings
or houses many, uh,
many, many hundreds thousands of years ago.
And he could take the--
you could look at a picture like this
and just turn the book a little bit,
and it would project views all through the house,
how it was made, the walls, what was behind the wall,
what was the-- in that room and what was behind that.
And you'd just turn the-- the picture like that,
and it would show you all the way through the house.
And it wasn't digital because you couldn't,
you know, stop it at any one place,
uh, and, uh, and-- and-- see
where the picture, uh, stopped and started.
It was just a continuous look through,
beginning at the outside,
looking through the wall, into the room,
through that wall into the next room, like that.
That's extraordinary.
I don't know how this will come up on-- on TV,
but we've got a hologram here.
That, if we can kind of zoom in on this,
this is a hologram of a-- of an alien face.
And I'll try to get the angle right here,
so we'll see how this comes up.
But if you see this, uh, uh, in person,
you'll get an idea of how these things work.
I'm sure a lot of people have seen them.
How's that look on there?
Right there.
And if you rotate it
a little bit like that, you can see there's kind of
a three-dimensional quality to it.
- And that is essentially the... - That would have been
just like that, except when you turned it,
it would, you know, show all the way through.
Okay.
All right, now.
This was all part of the Project Galileo?
- Which part? - This, the hologram, uh...
No, this was part of the briefing.
This was part of the briefing that, uh,
uh, dealt with, uh,
- the historical review... - Yeah.
Of, uh, of culture, human culture,
for one, and then another culture,
which we can't quite define, apparently.
And he was allowed, he--
he just didn't sit once and read these documents.
It would-- during the whole time he was up there,
they would give him 30 minutes or 45 minutes
with these documents,
and he could read them at his leisure.
The December-January 1991 issue
of Technical Consultant Magazine,
uh, has an article in it, part of which states that
there is a war going on between the CIA,
MJ-12, and Aquarius Group, and a group
inside Naval Intelligence called COM-12.
We'll see if you have any knowledge of that,
and over the secrecy or release of UFO information.
Uh, John, do you have any knowledge on that?
This is the first I've heard of this.
No, I just know that there's always been
an argument within the intelligence agencies
about releasing the information.
Part of them want it released, part of them don't.
Who it is that's in the cover-up, I don't know.
And that goes back very, very far back,
because in, uh, 1954,
according to the Gerald Light letter
that came out of Borderland Sciences Research Foundation,
uh, when President Eisenhower
was apparently spirited over to Muroc Field
to be exposed to a series, I think it was
five different disks, and the, uh,
uh, intelligence who were involved in the--
in the disk construction were demonstrating the technology
to, uh, the government scientists
that they had there.
Uh, it was revealed that, uh,
there was a plan that, uh, President Eisenhower
was going to go public sometime in May of 1954,
uh, regarding that, uh revelation
of extraterrestrial existence
and the technology there.
Uh, that apparently never happened,
but it did expose that far back, at least as 1954,
there was a group of authorities,
as Gerald Light, uh, pointed out,
uh, that were not in agreeance in whether or not
this kind of information should be made public.
And of course, uh, those of you who have read
the-- the Chesapeake Connection, uh,
detailed a lot of information regarding a study conducted,
paid for by NASA, by the Brookings Institution,
uh, called Proposed Studies on the Implications
of Peaceful Space Activities for Human Affairs,
uh, where they addressed the issue
of a face-to-face contact
with an extraterrestrial culture,
uh, addressed a number of problems,
uh, sociological problems, uh, uh, philosophical
and theological problems, all associated with the issue
of whether or not this information should be,
uh, made available to the general public.
Uh, the conclusion, essentially,
was that it was probably best not to be made public,
uh, except in a form of a controlled indoctrination
type of process, which is apparently
what we're seeing with a lot of leaks
of information coming out.
We're getting a lot of, uh, uh, information,
a lot more so now.
We once believed the mind was the brain...
until experiences proved otherwise.
We once believed
machines required instruction...
until some began to anticipate intention.
John hints at craft
that merge technology with consciousness.
Where the pilot isn't controlling the vehicle,
the vehicle is collaborating with the pilot.
This suggests the soul is not metaphor,
but infrastructure, a measurable waveform.
A unique signature in space-time.
Consciousness becomes the most advanced
operating system in existence.
If a civilization has mastered devices
that recognize and respond to awareness...
then the human soul becomes a tool...
a key, a target.
Control shifts from governments
to those who can interface directly with identity itself.
Know thyself stops being philosophy...
and becomes security protocol.
And in that moment,
the oldest question in history changes.
Not what are we...
but who is using us?
What was the single biggest, uh,
piece of evidence in that experience
that convinced him that this is absolutely
beyond possibility non-human made?
I think the, uh, other than the propulsion,
which he felt was so far advanced
that it was non-human made,
it was when one afternoon he went in,
the hangar door was open, uh,
it was in the afternoon,
the sun was at a certain angle
in the sky, he went into the saucer
and he was in there for a period of like
two to two and a half hours
uh, working on this,
looking at this particular thing working,
and when he came out, it was exactly the same time
as when he went in.
In other words, the sun hadn't moved,
but he knew that he had been in there
about two and a half hours.
In order, he explained it as...
the-- the, uh, saucer was time shifted
and that when you were in there,
time wasn't going to move, uh,
which it didn't because we were there for two and a half hours.
When he came out, it was exactly the same time
as when he went in.
And this, now... ...the saucer,
the saucer wasn't even live at the time, was it?
- I mean, it wasn't powered? - Uh, I don't...
It wasn't flying because he said he never flew in it.
Uh, no, uh, it was--
it was it was powered, uh...
But in our concept of being powered,
I'm not sure whether that it's the same thing
as we think as it being turned on.
It's not like you go in and turn on a key or something like that.
I guess it's, if the, uh, reactor is intact,
it's constantly on [indistinct].
No, I just don't know that much about it.
I'm not a physicist, so I can't explain it myself,
but there were times he said that, uh...
the saucer was essentially,
uh, when it wasn't time shifted,
you could actually bump it and, and, like, move it.
Uh, but if it was time shifted, you could not,
under any circumstances move it, and when you went in it,
uh, time essentially stopped.
Secrecy doesn't just hide what exists.
It erases what could exist.
Every suppressed discovery
is a cure never delivered.
A technology never released.
A future permanently postponed.
If there is a breakaway civilization
living in the tomorrow we're told doesn't exist,
then the rest of us are trapped in the past by design.
This isn't science fiction. It's policy.
Progress becomes a privilege.
Truth becomes property.
Ignorance becomes infrastructure.
The cost is paid in potential.
Dreams unfulfilled. Genius unexplored.
Civilizations denied the tools to ascend.
We are told that disclosure would cause mass panic.
But what if the panic belongs not to the public,
but to the elite who would lose control
the moment we understand the power we were born with?
Fear is their language.
Silence is their weapon.
But curiosity is our rebellion.
Boy, that would be a great asset to have for doing studies.
I mean, I can't-- I can't imagine how many times
I've wished I could stop time just so I could catch up
and get all the things done I wanted to get done.
That would certainly be, uh, uh, a pretty good application,
at least for us, for something like that, uh.
One of the things, uh, of contention,
and, hu, Bob Lazar has come out with this video now
where he explains the technology,
and I'm sure a lot of people have seen
the, uh, uh, the...
methodology by which, uh, Bob explains
how these craft operate, the use of creating
a gravitational field and having it focused.
And if you want to go from point A to point B,
you create an intensified gravitational wave on point B,
warp the space in between and...
the-- the problem that I'm getting back from physicists
who are looking at this as an explanation,
uh, there are quite a number of issues
that they've raised about, you know,
well, it looks like you're obtaining free energy
somewhere or something like that.
Uh, but the big issue is, okay, if that's true...
what determines whether
you go to point B when you shut this thing off
or go back to point A where-- where you started?
What, you know, there must be some mechanism in which all--
In other words, there's a lot of holes in the explanation.
Do you feel that, uh,
you can at this point try to fill in any of these gaps?
Do you think you understand this technology, uh,
to-- to any degree that-- that suggests to you
that it's in effect workable?
No, I don't know that much about it.
I can explain it about like you just did.
- Mm-hmm. - Uh...
But I couldn't get into a detailed explanation
with a physicist and say,
"Yes, this is how it works, this is why it works.
Now let me answer your question."
- Mm-hmm. - I couldn't do that.
Well, we can establish one that the disks are real.
They use an exotic technology.
They are capable of doing some rather extraordinary things,
even from a third-party observer viewpoint
where we're limited to what we can see
within our, uh, limited dimension
and limited understanding of physics.
Uh, I guess the question would be, uh,
is it possible
that Bob was given
a false understanding, for some reason,
of the technology, and he is out now
releasing this information
uh, that perhaps isn't even accurate?
Is that possible in your mind?
We've always felt that was possible.
We've always felt that there was
no satisfactory explanation
as to how I could have been,
uh, so interested in UFOs in the summer of '88
and just happened to have met, uh, a scientist
who, four months later, just happened to have been able
to work on flying saucers
and then just happens to come to my house
and tells me all this stuff.
There-- It-- it really just doesn't make sense.
That's the way it happened.
Oh, you know, I was very satisfied with the issue that,
one, uh, Bob Lazar is not lying.
He's telling what he believes
to be the facts as he knows them.
But I can't quite let go
of my visit to Everett Hineman,
the Deputy Director for Science and Technology
at CIA in Langley, Virginia,
the headquarters building,
and I had asked him about Bob Lazar
and about the test flight program at S-4
and asked if he could look into that.
Actually, I was trying to see
if he could identify, uh, Dennis Mariani...
uh, who was Bob Lazar's boss at the test site.
And I think that, uh...
it was two weeks later
when Everett Hineman called me back and I asked him,
were you able to substantiate the, uh, issues I had raised
while I was in there regarding Bob Lazar and S-4?
And, uh, anyway, bottom line was that he said,
"No, this is-- I talked to some folks
and it didn't-- didn't indicate that it wasn't true.
What he said was,
I come to different conclusions than you do."
He wasn't aware that I'd offered any conclusions per se
relative to that, but I thought
it was a very interesting comment
that clearly suggested that, yes, there was a program,
it involved Bob Lazar somehow,
and, uh, the fact that we come to different conclusions
than they did or he did,
uh, would clearly suggest that maybe there was, you know,
a real point behind this whole thing that involved Bob.
And the point was to,
uh, for whatever purpose, leak information.
Whether that information is disinformation
or genuine information, uh,
it has accomplished one thing clearly
and that has been extraordinarily
thought-provoking and has opened our eyes
to the prospects and possibilities
of exotic technologies far beyond
what science has even bothered to take a look at.
And since that time with Bob Lazar,
I've also found that some of the things that Bob brought up,
issues about element 115, I mean,
we've been still stuck talking about the prospects
of coming up with element 105 and 106
and how they were just, you know, fleeting half-lives
that appeared for microseconds, uh, and it-- it was gone.
How could it be that you could have a, you know, solid object,
as it were, that was an element
that's in this high a range, uh, the-- the stability factor.
And Bob had come right out and said
that there was an island of stability, uh,
after you reach a certain level climbing up the periodic chart.
Just go look in your, uh, encyclopedia and you'll see
a list of periodic chart of the elements
if you don't remember from back in your old high school days
or new high school days, if that happens to be the case.
Uh...
And-- and you'll see that, uh, the periodic chart
doesn't go up very high,
not-- certainly not up into the teens and so on.
But most recently, we've seen some
technical documentation out of the scientific community
that really is, it's amazing.
The only thing that, uh,
is somewhat of a-- of difference
from what Bob Lazar has said is that Bob indicated
that, uh, we couldn't even synthesize element 115
on this planet because it would require
such an enormous amount of energy
that you would have to go, uh, uh, a binary star system
or someplace where there was a supernova-type explosion
in order for this to have occurred.
Uh...
The issue of contention there now is that
it seems that there has been a good bit of research done
in the last couple of years,
probably even while Bob was at the test site,
and we're not talking about just the United States,
this is European research as well,
uh, where they have been experimenting
with super-heavy elements in the 112, 114, 116 range.
So I think it should be established that, you know,
although it seems to be new physics
that Bob's talking about, there has been some very, uh,
uh, traditional science, in other words,
not at the test site, not in super secrecy,
but in, uh, traditional university science
where they've been experimenting with these.
Yeah, but you have to understand that that information
on supposedly working with 112 and 113 and 114,
that information only came out
after Bob started talking about it [indistinct].
That's correct. That's, uh-- It is, uh, very new information.
- It's just come out in 1992. - So it's kind of--
It's kind of after the fact.
Oh, yes, yeah, I'm sure we were doing that, uh...
No, but what I'm, my point simply is is that
it tends to validate what Bob was saying
because nobody before Bob had mentioned it publicly,
nobody certainly in the public domain had any knowledge
whatsoever about the prospects of a heav-- super-heavy element
much less there being some kind of an island of stability.
Now there is, uh research and again,
this plays into the hand of,
okay, if we know these, that we've got projects,
uhm research going on
where we're going to start talking about this thing,
uh, it certainly, uh, indicates
that somebody was really, really jumping the gun
exposing Bob to this and maybe even knowing
that he was going to come forward with this
before any of the scientific papers ever came out
on the street and became public knowledge.
So, uh, again, we're-- we're talking about,
uh, some of the information that Bob was given
clearly is valid information because now we can support,
uh, the contention that element 115
clearly is a possibility.
Whether it came from some other world
or whether it's manufactured, uh, here
through some advanced program
that we've not been made privileged to,
it is indeed a possibility, which opens up the possibilities
of several of the other things going on.
Now, let's move on to something else.
John, uh, you were one of the first ones
way back in 1987 to start talking about,
uh, the Dulce Base projects, uh,
revelations of an underground facility
in the Archuleta Mesa area
near the Jicarilla Apache Indian, uh, Reservation.
Uh, what have you learned about that?
How do you stand on that now? What is, uh, the accepted, uh...
Now I know Paul Bennewitz fits into this somehow.
Uh, where did you get that information to start
and where do we stand on all of that now?
Uh, the first information that the Dulce Base exists,
which is a, uh...
reportedly, uh, jointly occupied
underground base between, uh.
CIA, if you will, and the aliens, the Greys.
Uh, that information came from Bennewitz.
Uh, shortly after that, uh, I was in a meeting
with several, uh, UFO researchers up in Crestone,
in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains,
and was handed a letter by one of them that he received
from a lady in Las Vegas, Nevada,
uh, that said that she had a friend
that worked at an underground base,
uh, specifically Dulce, and, uh...
that she had pictures
uh, and wanted to talk to somebody about it.
Well, as is usually the case, time will tell.
Thanks for joining us.
We comfort ourselves with progress.
New phones, new rockets, new cures.
Believing each advancement
marks the height of our achievement.
But what if these are only the crumbs of a feast
happening behind locked doors?
What if the true acceleration of humanity
has been diverted into a private timeline,
guarded by those who benefit from control
more than uplift?
Imagine a civilization that has mastered gravity.
That travels without propulsion.
That understands time not as a direction
but as an accessible landscape.
Picture medicine that regrows lost organs,
erases trauma...
and extends life to centuries,
not theoretically, but routinely.
Envision energy drawn freely from space itself.
Abundant enough to erase economies
built on scarcity.
Such a civilization may already exist.
Not light years away,
but behind a security badge.
This isn't science fiction.
It is classified science fact...
decades ahead of what the public sees.
We aren't waiting for the future.
We are waiting for permission.
Perhaps what we call conspiracy
is merely unauthorized knowledge.
And the real conspiracy is convincing billions
to believe they have reached the peak
of what is possible...
while a select few already live beyond those limits.
John Lear's testimony challenges not our intelligence,
but our obedience.
We are taught to reject ideas
that do not come from approved authorities.
Yet those same authorities
rely on secrecy to maintain their dominance.
Denial does not erase existence.
Silence does not erase presence.
The absence of permission does not mean the absence of truth.
Somewhere, engines powered
by the fabric of reality itself are taking flight.
Somewhere, an intelligence older and wiser
walks among us without recognition.
And somewhere, a version of humanity
has already stepped into the stars,
leaving the rest of us squinting at the sky,
unaware of what we are missing.
Maybe disclosure isn't a revelation.
Maybe it is a realization,
a shift that begins not with governments,
but with individuals who refuse to let fear decide what is real.
John Lear was one of those individuals.
And as long as there are people who continue to ask,
to doubt the official silence, and to wonder...
