Congratulations on a killer battle performance.
It wasn't a battle. It was just a great duet.
I mean, truly was.
You can tell that you two have created a friendship,
and you can see that when you perform,
and you can tell you're rooting for each other.
Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe you're both like, "ha, ha."
John: They're just an excellent actors.
Michael, I mean, you're a great singer,
and ‐‐ and everything that Kelly said is spot on.
Allegra, I've been making records 20 years now,
I've been doing this, and not that often somebody like you
comes along that has a special, unique tone
and your sound is so cool.
So I would pick Allegra.
Uh, I think they're both great, though.
Thank you. This was lovely for us to watch
and listen to.
Doing that song and this version
introduces some extra cool to the performance.
Michael, I definitely got some Nick vibes
when you first came in ‐‐ I was like, "That's Nick Jonas.
Sounds like Nick Jonas," which is definitely a compliment.
Thank you. It is, yeah. You have range, you have, uh,
power and control, all the things you want
from a great singer.
And, Allegra, the singers that really connect the most
in this world are those with a tone that's special and magical,
and I feel like, Allegra, you have that.
Both of you are excellent singers.
Thank you so much. Daly: Thank you, Coaches.
Alright, Nick, you've got the final decision,
but before we find out the winner, give us some thoughts
on the battle. From the moment I heard you sing
this arrangement in that mentor session with my brothers,
we all stopped and said, "Wow, we just witnessed
something really special."
I know this is a battle, but I'm blown away at the level
at which you guys connected ‐‐ you made this song your own.
That arrangement that you came up with
spoke to every single person in this place,
which makes having to make a decision that much harder.
It's a tough one for you, Nick. Yeah.
Who is the winner of this battle?

is Allegra.
Allegra, Congratulations!
You are moving on.
Oh, my God. They crushed it.
But I had to go with Allegra
because she's an inspiring vocalist,
and on top of that, she's a storyteller.
I see her getting to the final in this show.
Coaches, let me remind you, Michael is available to steal or save.
Michael, anything you want to say to your coach?
Yeah, Nick, thank you so much, um, for being my coach.
I just really appreciate all the notes.
Thank you so much for this opportunity.
Give it up for Michael Williams, ladies and gentlemen!
[ Cheers and applause ]
There it is!
Let's go! The save!
Yes!
Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes!
Nick Jonas saves Michael,
who now joins the four‐way knockout representing Team Nick!
It was crazy! I'm so grateful to Nick right now.
Nick, I thought you broke your button, you hit it so hard there.
I‐I thought I did, too. What did you hear in Michael
that made you want to use it on him?
It's what I heard today.
It's what I heard the first day I heard you sing.
I'm so impressed by you,
and there was no way you were leaving today.
You're on Team Nick. Let's go.
Congratulations!
Michael is incredible.
I was so nervous that someone was gonna swoop in
and steal him, and so I was over the moon.
He's gonna represent Team Nick in that four‐way knockout,
which is gonna be insane.
This is actually great. I really want you to write songs in that.
