Uh, heaven is, um... Actually,

um... Heaven actually is,

um... Um...

Uh... Heaven is, uh...

Let me see heaven is is what is Everything

that partially and partially, you know come to say that everything everything

was as part of the actual The

idea that man created heaven

because he's afraid to die is a satanic idea

Satan has lied to man from the beginning of history.

Satan is a liar. Satan has placed within man the idea that heaven was created out

of fear of death, but it's a lie.

What garbage. What garbage.

That just isn't true.

Man didn't make up heaven. Heaven's real.

It's real. People didn't make it up.

Heaven is where real people live and where a real God sits on a real throne.

Satan wants us to believe that man made up heaven, but man did not. Your time

will soon be gone. Your time will soon be gone. That's all there is, my friend.

And let's keep dancing.

Let's break out the booms and have a ball.

If that's all there is.

Death is an illusion.

There is no death.

I don't believe in death.

I will never die.

It doesn't make sense at all just to die.

Dying is a pleasure.

To die is gain.

To die is gain.

To die is gain. It isn't what we've lost, it's what we'll gain.

I'm not afraid to die because I think it's just the beginning.

Just hope I do it peacefully.

Painlessly.

Didn't take much to die or nothing like that.

We don't really die. We go to heaven.

That could be another angel talking to us.

So I don't think you want to die. You are not ready to die.

Yeah, I'm ready to die. No, you're not ready, Mary.

I ain't making many future plans.

I don't want to live that long.

That's too long to live to wait for about $15 or $20.

I think all living prepares one for death or disability.

In fact, there's a neat story about a man who was going to die, and the doctor

said, I'm sorry to tell you this, but you're going to die. And the man said,

hey, don't bother. Don't worry about it. That's what I've been living for.

I'm not afraid to die.

It is frightening.

I'm scared sometimes.

I'm scared sometimes, many a time, I think.

You're just a drop in a bucket.

You're just a light in the universe.

You're just like a vapor that appears for a little while and vanishes.

You're one step from death. You're one step from death.

One step from death.

You're one step from death.

Death. Death.

Death. Death.

Death. Death. Death.

Death. Death. Death. Death.

Death.

We would like to talk over with you some of the promises of God which relate to

the hope of life beyond the grave.

What is heaven?

Most Christians expect to share a home in heaven with Jesus.

But what is heaven?

This is one of the questions comprehensively discussed. That's right,

Russell. With me to participate in this discussion are Mr.

Norman Woodward, associate editor of the Dawn Magazine, and Mr. Edward Fay, Bible

scholar and international lecturer, and Mr. Russell Pollack, our moderator.

Thank you.

Now let's get on with the discussion.

Well, Pastor, I've tried to...

Be concerned about being obedient in the present.

But can you tell me a little bit about what heaven will be like in the future?

Well, I don't think my views of heaven are terribly relevant one way or the

other because I have no authority to speak about heaven. I've never been

there. I have an authority to speak about certain things. For instance, I

can speak about London. I grew up there. I live there. If you want to know about

London, I'll tell you.

As far as heaven is concerned, heaven is a place of glorious newness.

It's a place of new resurrection bodies.

We're going to have wonderful bodies, much better than these. They won't get

ill. They won't get sick. It's like a bride preparing for a wedding. That's

how beautiful it is.

And we all know how beautiful a bride can be preparing for a wedding.

More joyful and more beautiful than a billion years

in Shangri-La.

Heaven to me.

It's a place where we float.

Just like L.A., just like New York, Chicago, Miami, it's a city.

Birds singing, twerping.

Beautiful clouds we see now will be magnified trillions of times. It'd just

be wonderful, just abundance of trees. Oh, it's wonderful.

I don't know if there'll be trees there.

Heaven is paradise.

Angels. Heaven is. About 12 angels.

Paradise. Angels flying around.

Angels watching over you.

You meet all the people you love that loved you. Oh, maybe half a dozen. And

you live forever in happiness.

And a lot of people don't believe this, but it's true.

Is that too much to expect, Deb? Not at all, Russell.

One of the promises Jesus made to them was, fear not, little flock.

It is your father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. It is.

I'm certainly glad that that promise actually will come true. That was a very

reassuring promise.

Yeah. And now we hear them conversing.

Let me first play a tape that would be from Bhagwan on the question of what

heaven is.

There is a life after death.

Sacrifice this for that.

And I am saying sacrifice that for this.

And if there is any life after death, you will be there.

And then it will be here and now.

And once you know how to live here and now, you will be able to live there too.

Heaven's a it's like all white and you walk on things like the ground is like

made of cotton balls and stuff and since everything is white eat things like they

look like marshmallows, you know and There's not really anybody around.

You're just kind of alone in this bright white place eating marshmallows Heaven

is the place where Jesus Christ resides where our Father God resides and

where all the angelic beings reside.

It is a place which is being prepared for earthlings.

Jesus said, I go and prepare a place for you. And he's been preparing it for a

long time. It's got to be sharp.

The walls are built out of jasper.

The walls are made of jasper.

Heaven does not have streets of jasper.

Heaven does not have flowers growing in it that you can walk around and sniff.

Heaven is made of streets of gold.

Streets of solid gold.

A beautiful piece of gold that it looks like crystal.

And they'll be all little homes with domes.

Designed from the materials of diamonds. Diamonds.

Pearls. Made out of crystals.

Pearls. Topaz and pearl.

Gold. Diamonds and gold.

Are we to understand it in such a literal way as that?

Oh, yes, Russell.

Just a moment now. You're getting away from me.

Russell, we are assured that this will be one of the blessings of Christ's

kingdom. Would you mind enlarging on that subject just a little?

Of course, Russell. There is another side to it. This, to me, is virtually

self-explanatory.

It denies the ninth and tenth verses.

And some said, what will this babbler say?

Oh, uh... Um... In

heaven? Uh, well, uh, it was, um...

Uh... I don't know. I really don't know. It's a

person's total imagination about all things, and it always, uh...

It's like a remembrance at different times comes back and says, you know,

here you are one more time, you know, how are you doing and stuff like that.

It takes a place of a lot of time.

Heaven, from the esoteric point of view, is... Relief from tired tootsies.

He said, I want to transform you into, you need better shoes. All right, I did.

But he put me in a transparent world and gave me shoes that were beautiful, but

they were not my size.

Surely that is a bright prospect.

Indeed it is, Russell. A glorious hope of life beyond the grave.

I think so. If such a hope were not firmly based upon the promises of God,

we might very well say that it is...

too good to be true and now until we see you again goodbye and may

the dear lord bless

yes

yes i believe that there is such a thing as heaven yes yes yes yes yes

i believe in heaven absolutely sure sure well yeah of course i sure do

yes yes ma'am i beg your pardon oh certainly yes yes she knows it yeah no

yes i believe in having sure sure no not at all he's serious

come on wake up no way right on man throw it out there that is not real

I believe in heaven. I believe in heaven.

Yes.

Oh, do I? By all means. It's the absolute truth.

Everybody actually believes that it was a heaven, you know, and they didn't know

what they were doing.

Well, yeah. No.

Maybe.

No.

Maybe.

No. No.

I really don't think about it that much because I don't want to waste my time.

No, it's just a subject that I don't like to think about or don't think about

or give any credence to.

Yeah, it's something you really don't think about. I have partners that do,

but I don't. It seemed something that people used to comfort themselves

against the horrible, unthinkable reality of slowly growing old and losing

capacity and rotting away to dying.

There ain't no such thing as heaven. Heaven is just open space. If we don't

believe in heaven, then I don't think that there's very much to look forward

to in the hereafter. I think it's a defeatist belief.

Have you ever seen anybody that passed away that you loved and wanted to see?

No, if you have, you're different than anybody I ever knew.

Nobody ever come back and said, well, here I am and I'm so glad to see you.

Anybody tells you they've died and gone to heaven is a dirty liar.

No, if I were to die right now, I would go to heaven because I believe and I

believe and I know.

No, I have no doubt.

It is no doubt I will not.

Go to hell.

I don't know where I'll be tomorrow, but I know where I'll be 10,000 years from

now. Why not? Yes. Yes, I do. There's got to be a place to go to. The whole

concept's a great concept. Oh, absolutely.

No question.

Yes, yes, yes.

And I do believe in the saints and Mary, his mother, and I do believe that God is

the man.

But it's wonderful to strive for heaven, I tell you. Yes. It's a real thing.

They have their opinions on saying there's no heaven, but...

I hope they come around to believe that there would be. I mean, you know.

Oh, yeah.

It's there.

I think so.

I think so.

Mama Cass, the mamas and the papas, she died strangled on a sandwich.

She died strangled on a...

What a horrible, gluttonous picture.

She died strangled on a sandwich.

Are you afraid to die?

If I could end it today, logically, I probably would in some respects, not

necessarily through suicide, but let's face it, we'd just work our butts off

our whole lifetime to die at the end of it.

just to go on to something better.

Wouldn't it be nice to just go on to that now and not have to wait?

You know?

I'm Estus Purple, and I'd like to tell you about the place called Heaven.

Heaven, the place where the Lord God Almighty dwells. Let us compare it to

New York City.

If the New Jerusalem were only 1,500 feet tall, like the tallest buildings in

New York City, it would still be 1,400 times greater in size than New York

City. This means that the New Jerusalem is over 5,000 times higher than New York

City. This makes the New Jerusalem over 7 million times bigger than New York

City. Does this excite you? Think about it. Does it not stagger the imagination?

No builder on Earth can conceive any structure to compare to the mansions

above.

Won't that be something when you go to live in your own mansion?

There'll be no concern about paying for it. It's already taken care of.

There'll be no worry of being moved out of it. It will be yours forever.

Yet as glorious as the mansions are, there's something even more glorious to

me in John 14 too.

Again we read, behold, I make all things new.

This means there's no aging in heaven. In fact, age is unknown when we get our

glorified bodies.

Here we see a typical example.

Glorified body.

Won't that be amazing?

Wouldn't you enjoy living in a place like that?

Welcome home, people.

Welcome to a place where sin and Satan cannot enter.

Welcome to a place where death cannot come.

Welcome to a place where loneliness is never felt.

Welcome to a place where a holy God lives with a holy people. Welcome to

heaven where joy will be yours forever.

Again we read, neither shall there be any more pain.

for the former things are passed away.

Little Evelyn Talbert has experienced so much pain in her life.

She's 54 years old, 32 inches tall, and has never walked one day in her life.

But thank God one day she will.

In a twinkling of an eye, I shall be caught up and shall be

changed.

Well...

One of these days I'm going to talk with my Lord And

when this life is o'er I'll live forevermore On that bright

celestial shore One of these days

And now let me say a word to you who are watching this film.

Have you made your plans as to where you will spend eternity?

What would happen to you if Jesus should come back today?

Or if you should get killed in an earthquake, or death should come in some

other sudden form, where would you go?

This could be God's last call to you.

I'm kind of like doubtful about it. Well, if I didn't know, I wouldn't open

my mouth. Well, yeah, you should know. It's the word. Well, you answer the

question then, buddy. Go ahead.

Well, yeah, heaven's here, but it's not fully manifested yet.

It hasn't completely taken over because there's a few more moves to be made.

In other words, things are lining up right now to bring about heaven

manifested on earth, and everybody here in this room and on this earth, there

will be no doubt that that is happening. How close do you think we are to

manifesting heaven? It looks like a hell of a long shot to me, boy.

Well, yeah, without the power of God, man, it would take them billions of

years to work off the karma they have been in debt to.

God, don't you think... They have piled the sin up, brother, so high that it

would take them a billion years. God is dead. Either God is dead or he has left

us somewhere along the way. Rest assured, brother, the man is not dead.

The man is dead. Look at the mess the world is in. Thor is at the door, man.

He's knocking on your head right now. He's knocking on my head. What's his

father knocking on my head when we got into him? He's knocking your head off

its block so you can listen to your heart.

What's that good gonna do for the world, man?

Well, what about you? What's that gonna do for the world?

Let's start with you, Jack.

Let's start with me, but what about the rest of the people? Well, start with...

you and we'll move on to the rest.

Well,

I mean, you don't know nothing about cows yet, so obviously you don't know

nothing about heaven, so you're dead.

Okay, all right, wait a minute. I don't know anything about cows, so therefore I

don't know anything about heaven. Seven-year-old little Bobby comes down

the street and sees you with a black leather jacket and says, hey, man,

that's cool, man. I want my mom and dad to buy me one. And pow, another cow goes

off the chopping block.

And that cow's the Lord's lawnmower. It mows the grass so you don't have to make

a machine and cut the grass on Saturday and take the...

You follow how it runs down? I follow how it runs. Those cows are lawnmowers,

man. They were created to eat grass.

And live in a meadow, man. They were to live in a meadow with the birds, man,

and feel good. And you were supposed to go out there and commune with them. Are

you a hippie? And you're killing them, man, and making jackets out of them.

That's crazy as hell.

So we are a hell of a long way from manifesting heaven, then, aren't we? We

are not, like, real close, like a day away, a hop, skip, and a jump, buddy.

Twinkling of an eye.

Twinkling of an eye. I wish it was all that easy.

And most people are going to be caught by surprise, man. They're going to be

caught. with their pants down. And they're going to get their butt whipped.

By who?

By the Force.

By the Force. God Almighty.

Star Wars Trekkie or what?

I've been called a starfighter before.

Up and down the streets we went, and the girls that I was with went to one house,

and another fellow and I went to the other. We heard a commotion. We looked

over. An old lady in the front of the house with her hose sprang the girls

down the street.

shock, turning the water full force on those beautiful girls in their dresses.

Because all girls wore dresses then. Because all girls wore dresses then. I

wonder if that old lady as she gripped it out slipped away into eternity

without Christ and without God. I am certain that God flashed across the

picture of her mind that scene when she turned the hose on those beautiful

little Baptist girls going to tell her how to be saved.

As a matter of fact, it's interesting that in the Salvation Army, when a

person dies, we don't call it passing away or we don't call it going to the

other side or passing on. We call it promoted to glory.

I

had

a very unique experience.

It was 1972,

to be exact, January the 1st.

My spirit left my body. I went into heaven, and I saw the geographical

location of heaven that is in the heavenlies.

It wasn't crowded.

There's plenty of room. I thought maybe the Lord had called me up there to be

one of his building superintendents because that was the activity that I was

in before.

And I come to find out...

He doesn't need any help. They're all finished.

Well, if I tell you the truth, I've seen Jesus in the spirit.

He entered my bedroom.

When he came in, he came from the top of the window like you roll a scroll.

And he was nothing but a spirit.

And in his chest here was made out of the sky.

And across his shoulders were made out of cloud.

And he moved just like the waves in the water.

Before I saw him, all at once I heard a universal hum like, ooh.

like a wind blowing a harm like uh like the wind blowing like a universal

harm you know like the wind when it blows like and

then that's when He flipped over into my home.

Then he floated through my bedroom, and I said, in the bathroom.

So he went right into the bathroom, and then I said, the living room. He went

right in my living room and right by the ottomy, and I said, the kitchen, and he

had to go back through my dining room to get through the kitchen, and he turned

and faced me.

And when he turned, he had on a different outfit, had this little hood

over his head.

Yes, the Christ is on the planet right now.

He who we in the West call the Christ is living among men right now.

Well, an inner decision was made in the inner part of the world government that

humanity was sufficiently ready and capable of handling the energy of the

Christ himself and that he would come himself.

So he's actually created a body of his own and is living in a Pakistani

community at this time in London, England as a member of the downtrodden,

the most downtrodden and...

disregarded member of the English particular community.

And he is awaiting humanity to establish sufficient interest in him and awaiting

specifically for the media as representing humanity to seek him out

and bring him forward and then have a press conference with the entire world.

I come along and I seen a flash in the sky.

Flash. When I was walking along near where I live and I stood there looking,

a beautiful flash.

And I kept looking, looking, and I kept looking and looking, kept looking,

looking, and I said, my goodness, and it was a miracle.

It turned into a cross light. And I just started, I went like that and I started

to cry.

I couldn't believe it. That's many years ago. When I look in the sky now, night,

night. If I'm out, I always look into heaven this whole week. Sometimes I pass

by and I look in the sky and it makes me happy to think the Lord made such a

beautiful world.

As I say, there's signs in the sky, but people never look in the sky, but

there's signs in the sky lots of times, Diane.

My personal feeling about God...

is that since he's in every cell of everything exists, he's never not there.

But I also have a personal identification with him. I see him like

Groucho Marx, and he's always playing tricks on us.

When we think we've got it, we're sitting in a pile of cow manure.

So he really is a practical joker.

You know, sometimes he really upsets me, but, you know, I just pick myself up and

clean my face up and walk on.

and yes i love him i would die for him i'll do anything for him god has helped

me through everything god is wonderful and just when

you think that he's done something horrible you realize it's all for a

purpose and if you get through it he'll reward you a hundred times

This God is supposed to be a loving God. He'll forgive you for whatever sins you

have. He loves you. He has a plan for you. Well, my God, if he has all this

for us and he loves us, what the fuck is he going to destroy us for?

What's he going to destroy us for?

Well, he's not so much mean as he just likes to reward ignorance for ignorance'

sake. Until you can love a gnat as much as you love yourself, you will not know

God.

He has a beard, brown hair, and he has all kinds of... And blue eyes.

And he died for us. And, you know, he has a beard, you know.

That's the Lord.

Maybe he's gorgeous or something.

Like, maybe he's a massive babe and everything.

He wears jeans and a T-shirt.

God is not a woman.

The only way that I can describe God is a massive receptacle of the most...

powerful cleansing agent that was ever concocted.

Now, if I depend on myself and my own limited, clouded, creative things,

I know it's certainly limited, but I believe that God is the only, if you

will, almighty entertainer. I believe that he is the author and finisher of

real entertainment.

All I know is that he and I is a majority.

I just have to believe in him, and he said, I'll make your enemies your

footstool.

You really think that he might...

have a great deal to do with electricity otherwise they wouldn't have pacemakers

i shall see him i shall see him when redeemed by his side

i shall stand i shall know him i shall know him by the prince of the nails in

his hand and i just pray in jesus name that that this would touch people

who see it, whether there are times that are irreverent or whatever, you know, I

know that it's going to be a diverse kind of project, Lord, but I just pray

in Jesus' name that... Thank

you,

Jesus. Thank you, Lord. Thank you.

For the...

You're not prepared to meet God. The summer has ended. The summer has ended.

Why has God let this happen to us? Gone will be the late night drunkenness. Gone

will be the massage parlors. Gone will be the nude beaches.

Gone will be the bars on every corner. Gone will be the automobiles and the

riches. Gone will be the television sets and the movies. Gone will be the Chevy

Chasers and the Erica Strutters and the weirdos of Hollywood. Gone will be the

Chevy Chasers and the Erica Strutters and the weirdos of Hollywood. That's it.

That's it.

Well, we've gone through a few promotions to glory in our family in the

last couple years your grandma Was her funeral a sad experience for you?

Wasn't sad because we knew that all of her life That was what she had lived for

to be with the Lord and she had fulfilled that purpose in her life.

Surely, you know, you experienced some earthly sadness, though, didn't you,

honey? Oh, earthly sadness we do feel, but because of the way her life was

spent, she's receiving that joy that she had been promised all her life, that she

had worked for.

And that's really not a lot to be sad about.

You bet.

Let's talk about love.

My love, there's only you in my life.

The only thing that's right My

first love Your every breath that I take

Your every step I make

That's nice. I felt the same way about you. I think your eyes are heaven.

Thank you. I think your personality is heaven.

And I think everything about you is heaven.

Love is just like me waking up that morning and having a breakfast of some

kind, you know?

It's always been good.

When I was married to my first husband... He once in a while gave me a

little gin and lemon juice, and it feel like a cotton I was up in the air.

That's why I didn't want my chicks on his chicks.

And we dancing, dancing, chick to chick.

Love is heaven, because I have love all written all around my room, and every

place I can put, I have little pieces of love.

But if you want me, that's up to you.

And that's up to me.

And that's what the world is all about. If we want each other, there's nothing

that can stop us. Because today, a lot of... Ryan O'Neill remarried.

Farrah Fawcett, they have a child. All right, he was married before.

But now they're happy.

This can happen.

They think you're married to Mel Gibson.

I don't believe this.

He loves Sissy Spacek.

He does.

I want to go to the same heaven where she is.

That's the way I feel. That's the way I feel with you. Bye-bye.

Two hearts.

Two hearts that beat as one.

Our lives have just begun.

I can't resist your charms.

Let's talk about love.

Love. Love.

Love.

Love. Love.

Love. Love. Love.

Love.

Love everything.

Love the creepy crawlies.

The spiders.

Love all of it.

Love your moles.

Well, I would imagine the first time you make love, you want that to last

forever.

It's a great sensation. Of course, the gal that I was with, she passed out.

But I tried to revive her and it was kind of a lost cause, but it was a great

experience. There is fantasy now, but there

is real love in heaven.

And if I love you now like I love you, what is it going to be like then?

It will never end.

Never. Not ever.

No.

i hope i get that uh someone would have that nice look in the eyes for me in the

future too that that love in the eyes yeah

i have hope

something to look forward to i hope that you know i i thought years ago

in florida but didn't worry it wasn't it wasn't all right

Poison Unfortunately, there's always hope for everyone

That's

a good word hope

Let's talk about sex in heaven. Sex in heaven. Uh-huh. I never thought about

that. Sex in heaven. About sex in heaven. Sex in heaven. Uh-huh. It's

something to think about.

Sex in heaven.

Uh-huh. Sex in heaven. Heaven is sex.

It's a... Everything

is perfect.

There's sex.

There is. There has to be.

Well, I mean, there is. What happens? I mean, you make little dead people when

you... No, but, you know.

Well... Heaven is an orgasm. I mean, why not?

It's the best.

You love it. Yeah.

Every night. Oh, my God.

You're so rude.

You're so rude, Kenny.

I'm sorry, Pooh. It's okay, newbie. Okay, go.

I'm Pooh and he's newbie.

Sex in heaven has to be, you can do it with yourself without a male or a

female. It's self-contained in one's body.

This way we don't have to go out and look at it on a Friday night at a bar or

anywhere else. You won't get any venereal disease because you know how

clean you are.

We are going to have an orgasm that you can't even comprehend.

Is there sex in heaven by heterosexuals or homosexuals or animals copulating?

You ask this question because you're ignorant.

The only thing I guess I'll miss is getting all that good sugar from daddy.

You think that'll stop?

Well, I don't think we'll have those kind of desires.

There's no need for the physical attachment.

It is an automatical.

There is sex, but it is automatic.

And so you will not need to get on top of somebody and ramming away. That is

not necessary. You will have the same sensations and even better sensations

without all that because, you see, it's a graduation of purity.

Sex is all right. I like spitting, too.

I like washing my eyes, too.

I like getting a haircut, too.

I like scratching.

But I'm not going to miss it.

No. You see, when you miss something, it's because you've made it your god.

But if sex is your god, which it usually is, look down that perverted town of

Hollywood on Fag Day when they got their giant Felix pulling up and down the

street. You see, this is their god.

Well, one day their god will be dead, and they'll be all alone.

They won't have a big phallic to lay on, to cuddle, fondle, and enjoy.

Well, I don't think it'll be necessary, because no children are going to be

born.

And therefore, it wouldn't be necessary for sex up there. When I see Jesus,

that'll be all I want to see.

That'll be all. That'll take care of everything.

Just one look at Jesus, it'll bring salvation.

All I'm telling you, you're talking about sex. Sex plays out, but this won't

play out.

We can have this every day and be happy, and every day will be a joy.

Amen. But you see, sex plays out in a way, and sometimes you can't do very

far. It don't get very far in that because you don't have much to have.

But Jesus is greater than any sex.

Nothing compared to him.

He's a wonder by himself.

Amen. Amen.

Looking at the walls of Jasper and all the gun-ish stones that is on the

walls, all the kinds that on this side sometimes I've wished that I've had that

I did not get a chance to receive. I know they will be waiting for me on the

other side.

There's even a possibility that we can all become gods and goddesses ourselves

and rulers of our own worlds.

Go for it.

You could spend a year communicating with a tree and never be bored.

God says, and I have a mansion in the sky prepared for you. And that's not

just a little cabin in glory land.

Mansions?

Uh, yes.

Mansions? Yes.

Everything's going to be just no pain.

Yes, yes, happiness.

Shop, shop, the same shop.

Mark's root beer. Quesadilla and brown.

Heavenly hash.

Stuff. Torpedo sandwiches.

Great chandeliers. Pralines.

Muppets. Other people's stuff, too.

More stuff for less.

We'll have wings.

I won't have to worry about getting fat anymore.

I can eat all I want.

Eating whatever you want without getting fat.

Not one ounce of fat. No, no fat.

Transformed like that in a wrinkle trickle of an eye this carton that I'm

in we call it a body It's a carton.

We're gonna drop this carton and he has a new carton. I'm getting a brand new

body The Bible says I'm not gonna have a long nose. It's gonna be marvelous to me

blessing. I'm looking forward to it. It would be without Blood you will have

something else in your veins But you will have bone and you will have flesh

and you will look just like yourself with the exception of blood in your

veins i expect to have a body such as jesus apparently had when he was able to

go through locked doors i feel that we were going to be like one people uh

you know white white race i feel they're all going to be white but of course

the black and the red you know still their names i believe that they still

have the same name for eternity you'll be able to look in the mirror and see a

beautiful face that never ages because it has no you have no blood and no

horrible cells that are going to decay so you're gonna find this thing that

you're looking for it's life eternal and it's life without aging

I'll be like Burt Reynolds or any other star.

In heaven, I will have the Academy Award.

In heaven, the Academy Award.

You know, I would do it, you know, and come out with the Academy Award, but I'd

still have to be that blank sheet of paper, you know.

The chances are that every person in this room tonight will die.

100 years from tonight, every single person in this room will be dead.

You're 20. You think I'm going to live forever. And the years begin to tick

away. And when you're 37, like I am, they're ticking away mighty quick. And

when you're 47, they seem like an hour apiece. And when you're 67, they seem

like five minutes. I had dinner with an 85-year-old woman last night. She said

to me, a year seems like five minutes now.

Are you ready to die?

The chances are that your time will soon be gone. Every person in this room

tonight will die. A year seems like five minutes now.

100 years from tonight, every single person in this room will be dead.

Are you afraid to die? Are you afraid to die?

Are you afraid to die?

Are you afraid to die?

No, actually I'm looking forward to it. I came close March of this year in a

diving accident.

The person I was diving with released my weight belt from 90 feet, and I shot to

the surface.

And when I hit the surface, I knew that I was in trouble, so I just decided to

let myself die because I knew it was going to be a lot more peaceful then.

And he came up and inflated my emergency jacket.

So that kind of blew that chance.

I know that I'm going to heaven.

And with that, I think we can start.

How do you know you're going to heaven? How do we know what we know?

You have not been to heaven. You cannot prove it exists.

And you cannot prove. Well, what's your question? My question is, my question is

that you have, now it's not a question. All right. Is that, is that finished?

Are you, are you going to say the same thing five or six different times?

All right. Now let me ask you a question. You say there is no heaven.

So I'm asking you now to prove that there's no heaven.

Well, see, again, I'm not saying there is a heaven, so I don't have to disprove

it. You have to prove it. Why? Who says I have to prove it?

I say you have to prove there's no heaven. You're claiming there is no

heaven, so you have to prove it. What an absurd thing.

You know, millions of people in the world believe there's a heaven, and here

comes some screenwriter from Hollywood and says there's no heaven.

Prove it. Prove it.

The burden of proof is on you since most people... What do you mean the burden of

proof is on me? Prove that there's no God. Do you have all knowledge of

everything throughout the universe?

Now, if you don't, then philosophically, the position of atheist is absurd.

Oh, you think it's absurd.

Absolutely. That's why the Bible says the fool has said in his heart, there is

no God.

You personally have never seen heaven.

No, I've never seen it, but I've experienced God coming down from heaven

into my heart through the experience of the new birth. What did he say to you

when he visited you? And you can have that same experience if you're willing

to. It's up to you. What did he say to you? You'll let me finish my sentence.

No. What did he say to you? I will not answer that question until I have

finished the sentence that you rudely broke into the middle of. Tell me what

Jesus said to you. All right.

When I was born again. No, no.

You're supposed to answer the question.

Right, I'm answering a question.

Tell me what did Jesus say to you? I'm answering a question you asked

previously, and I'm not going to answer it. You didn't answer it then? I will

answer no further questions until I've answered the first one. In a debate,

you're supposed to let me answer one question, then go on to the next one.

The question was, what did Jesus say to you? You haven't answered that yet.

You've been dancing all around. Because I'm answering the first question.

What was the first question?

You've forgotten, haven't you? But I haven't, so I'll go back to it again. I

ask you what Jesus said to you. All right. Can you prove there is a heaven?

This is a theological... Now answer my question. This is a theological point.

Answer my question.

I'm answering it. No, you're not. You're evading it. You're double talking. Where

is the answer? I'm answering it. Where is the proof of there is a heaven and a

hell someplace after life?

Wait a minute. If you can show me equipment that proves there's a heaven,

I'll believe that too. Wait a minute, Jack. Have you seen your brain?

Well... Has anybody else?

What makes you think you've got one?

When you people start talking about heaven and hell, you botch the subject

all up. You don't know a darn thing about it, only what I'm telling you.

And then you don't believe that, so what you're going to do is you're going to

put your feelers out, you get a whole bunch of nuts together and throw in a

whole lot of goulash, and you're all going to sit down and eat it and think

you got a nice meal and you got a pot of poison because you didn't put Jesus in

it. Can you prove there is a heaven? That's all.

You're doing what all religious leaders do. Yes, I can prove it. Prove it. All

right. Prove it right here. Where do you think you're at?

I'm in Venice.

You're in heaven.

This is?

Well, this is heaven compared to Oklahoma.

This, according to science, is the troposphere. This is heaven.

Seven miles up, the atmosphere we breathe, this is heaven.

Okay, you're in heaven. I've proved it. Now, what else do you want to know?

People come to me and ask me. People come to me and ask me. Dr. Hymer, how do

you get to heaven? How do you get there? How do you get there? How do you get

there? How do you get there?

Listen to me now, Diane.

The only way a man or a woman can enter into the kingdom of heaven or the

kingdom of God would be to consciously be alive and awake. You would die with

your eyes open.

The good people go to hell or heaven and the bad people go to... I don't know.

there must be something beautiful in doing the right thing here so that we

can enter heaven you needn't go into a church to go to heaven but it is it is

necessary the bible say it is necessary to locally assemble yourself to build

strength so my uncle found uh heaven in his in his house in his mother's bedroom

and there was nobody else there there is only one door to heaven jesus said i am

the door jesus christ he

died on that cross and on that tree.

And on that cross and that tree, they planted Jesus in the ground.

You with me?

And on that cross, he was planted in the ground, and he died on that cross.

But since the cross, listen to this, since the cross, literally millions and

billions have gone on into eternity. Look at the fruits of that one dying

person, the Son of God.

Heaven's door is very narrow.

No one can carry his sin into heaven.

Could be that they've been not so good, maybe a little bad or whatever.

God can forgive, Christ can forgive people and give them a chance, in my

opinion, in my humble opinion.

Everybody's not going to heaven, only those that trust in Jesus.

Now, that's narrow-minded, but that's why we don't have to wonder.

When I was in fifth or sixth grade and I would go to Sunday school, what they

were saying is, look, follow these values and these laws and you will go to

heaven. Like, let's make a deal. You do what I say and behind door number five

is, you know, the promised land, you know.

Why not?

Why not pay the whatever it is to get there?

What's there to shy away from?

Let's go.

Most people that don't know the score, they have to sit there in their white

knuckling wondering what's going to happen. For Christians, we know what's

going to happen. We know who won. We read the back of the book, and according

to the back of the book, we win.

We go to be with Jesus, it's going to be great.

Now, I believe in a pluralistic America, and I'd fight for everybody's right to

believe like they want, but heaven isn't America.

When I was a kid we had a football was my football I got to make the rules.

It's God's football He gets to make the rules We don't believe that good people

are going to heaven and bad people are going to hell in fact I personally

believe that many good people are going to hell and many bad people are going to

heaven Adolf Hitler lived a beastly life but We wonder what

happened in those last moments It is possible that he could have repented and

I think You know, when I say that Hitler could be in heaven, that this actually

illustrates very clearly what we as evangelicals believe.

Lord, forgive me. I done killed thousands of people.

I done did all type of unscrupulous things.

I decimated a nation. You know what I mean? So, you know, but now, you know,

look like the curtain is about to fall. You know what I mean?

Lord, please forgive me.

You know what I mean? I don't know if he's going to answer that kind of prayer

or not. You know what I mean?

That's shooting it on the outside corner.

If you don't accept Jesus, there's no other way. There's no other name under

heaven whereby men can be saved only by the name of Jesus.

And if you don't accept him, then you cannot go to heaven.

That's why everyone should ask Christ in their life now and go with the first

load. I'm for that.

Jesus wants me for a sunbeam to shine

for him each day.

Master, if you had been here, my brother would not have died. Your brother will

rise? Master, if you had been here, my brother would not have died.

Where have you laid him? A sunbeam.

Come forth.

Unbind him. Let him go.

get into heaven.

Even if I don't get a reward, really.

If I can just make it in because I don't want to go the other way.

I really don't want to go the other way.

Every time that you take a shower, you're a foot

slip from hell. That's right. Every time you eat a piece of steak, you're a choke

from hell. That's right. You are not a Christian. You are going to hell. That's

right.

That's right. I'm a Baptist. I'm a Baptist. I'm a Baptist. No, you're not.

I'm a Catholic. I'm a Catholic. I'm a Catholic. You are not a Catholic. You're

a dog. I don't care if you're a Baptist preacher.

If you have sex even one time outside of marriage, you are not a Christian. You

are going to hell. Hell.

Hell. Hell.

Hell. I hope that just curdles your cream.

What is going to happen to everybody in this room?

after they're dead, taking into consideration that they're not going to

get converted before they die. Is that it? That they hate Jesus before they

die? That they're going to spit on the Lord right up until the day they die? Is

that what you mean?

They all know.

And Jesus said that he's created a worm for these people that will crawl inside

them in hell.

in the lake of fire, and it will eat them continually.

Hell. Down in hell, there are demons, and I believe that.

The devil.

The devil.

The devil.

He's red, and he has horns, and he has a... Pitchfork. Pitchfork.

Herbert, I'll find hell.

I found the biggest hell right here on Earth.

It's a very bad place. Bad people mean a lot of bad things.

It's a place of punishment.

It could be described as a mental institution where they beat you and

strap you.

Punishment is not exciting.

Oh, I don't want to... Oh, my Lord.

Yeah, bad place.

It's a hell of fire.

That's what it is down there.

There is a literal place called hell, according to the Bible. There's a lot of

pain and suffering and gnashing of teeth, the scripture says, and it should

happen for all eternity. You don't just die. You go on in pain and suffering.

Well, the Bible says it.

See, I either have to reject it all. I like to accept the nice things in the

Bible. There's some marvelous things that make you feel good and give you all

Jesus bumps all through your body. But there are a lot of ugly things there,

and we have to believe that too. Yeah, that's a bad, oh my, that's a bad place.

Oh, a dungeon.

Full of fire. And if you're bad, they throw you in the fire.

It's in the picture, yeah.

Booklets.

These

people

are bad. They put them down there and they pray and they ask for forgiveness

for what they did. See?

Then they prayed to the Lord and then taken up in heaven after a while.

heaven will you ever get to heaven the

further away the more you need it the

angels hold the gate

is a place where

You sure got the prettiest wings.

Oh, they just smile.

And how you little flowers make it out?

We don't care, Lord.

I get lonely.

I think everybody does once in a while. Right?

They have their moments.

That's right.

Now it's all gone.

I'm 76 and it's all gone.

Makes you sad.

Sometimes you wake up and all your friends are gone.

No more tears.

Well, I know after married so long to you, my biggest fear is if you

should die first.

Goodbye, Jack.

Bye, Dorothy.

Goodbye. Well, if there is something after death, and you've led a good life

together, I can't conceive I wouldn't be together.

Bye, Jane. Bye, Mary.

You look so sad, Mary.

Goodbye, goodbye.

I'm 82 years old, and I don't have long to live.

I know that. So I just have to ask the Lord to help both of us to be

reunited.

I would like to meet you in heaven.

My mother died about 12 years ago. My brother died seven years ago.

My husband died nine years ago.

Sadness. Sad life. A lot of friends, too, died. I couldn't believe it.

I lost my family, but the dearest one in my family was

Sadie.

And when I lost her, I thought I lost everything, which I did.

But I figured I had to go on.

My father died in March. He was 77.

He'd had Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease for several years,

and he was badly deteriorated.

He'd been a vital man of... strong man and a very brilliant man for

most of his life until these things struck him down

and just about a month before he died he and my

mother were talking he said that the only regret that he had in knowing that

he was going to die shortly wasn't leaving her behind and she assured him

that at her age

She was going to be coming along shortly behind.

And he said, well, I'll sit down on a rock and wait for you.

He thought for a minute, and that day he happened to be particularly clear.

He says, I bet it'll be a golden rock.

When in all life goes so fast, it's true.

Bye, Alfred.

Yeah, that's my husband's name, Alfred.

We used to go along and hold hands on the boulevard, and he'd say, I'm going

to take my girl out tonight.

That's true.

He died 10 years ago, but yesterday was his birthday.

Goodbye, Mary.

Oh, she's gone now.

Goodbye, Mary and Sadie. I miss you both.

Goodbye. Goodbye, Dino.

Such sad eyes.

Oh, yeah, goodbye, Barry. I hope you meet that girl in heaven.

We'll see you, too. You, too, Corey.

Don't cry no more. There's John.

I haven't seen John in years.

I give you a goodbye kiss.

Goodbye.

Kim, she's a sexy little girl.

Goodbye, Pastor Shaw. You'll be seeing Jesus soon.

Goodbye.

Goodbye, Tim.

Serious, a little crazy.

Goodbye. Bye, Dory.

I don't know what I would do without Dora. She'd take me to the TikTok

restaurant. We have pie and coffee.

We'll see you soon.

Tony, goodbye. Never goodbye.

Never be lonely again.

Goodbye. Goodbye, Steve. I remember when Steve wore glasses. He looked so funny.

He was just a little boy.

Goodbye, Kenny. Goodbye, Victoria. Nice couple. And she's very pretty. And

that's why he goes for her. Goodbye, Grace.

Been a great gal.

We'll see you all in heaven someday.

Bye-bye.

Goodbye. I hope I make it.

I love you.

I hope I see you there, too.

God bless you all.

Peace be with you.

Give me a kiss.

I hope everyone goes up there. I hope to go to heaven. I'm there. I definitely

know that I'm going to be there someday.

I don't know if I'm... worthy for heaven if i could just get into heaven that's

what i'd like i'd like to see him in heaven i will see you in heaven i want

to go to heaven i want to go to heaven i know i'm going to heaven i'm ready to go

anytime i might see you in heaven ready to go that's it about heaven see you in

heaven

at the end of a day.

Someone helping a stranger along the way. That's

heaven to me.

The feeling I have when I hear a

touching prayer.

It makes me know.

It makes me.
