involving sex offenders is heading back to court

for killing a fellow inmate.

- Bill Washington was sent to the same prison as the man

who took a plea deal for kidnapping his daughter.

were in a brief conversation

that quickly became an altercation

that ended in Washington defending himself

against the man that took his daughter's life.

may not even be the gunman
