Why did you run for the student council?

Um, Isaac asked me last year, and I thought it'd be a fun way to branch out

and get more involved, so...

Yeah, I thought it'd be a good chance to make a difference, even a small one in

our school. I've always been known as the artsy girl, so I wanted to prove to

everyone, myself included, that I could do something else.

What are some things the students can expect from the student council this

year? Well, last year, we went over budget and couldn't afford to implement

the recycling program that had been promised.

This year, we're looking to cut down on frivolous spendings on things like

events and concentrate on more long-term programs that will help benefit future

students. Can you elaborate on what you mean by events?

You know, just traditional stuff like dances and rallies that don't really

make a difference.

So should we expect fewer events this year? Let me just jump in here. We're

still planning on doing all the usual events like the Spring Fling and the

Halloween Party.

We're just going to find ways to give back more, right? I guess the students

can expect more of the same old, same old then.

No, but you're going full steam artiste. Well, Viv really liked the idea of me as

a painter.

I really like being creative, but I don't think it's painting.

Also, I'm getting kind of sick of getting paint on every single piece of

clothing in my room.

Hmm. If you put your clothes away, then maybe there'd be less clothes for you to

get paint on.
