models.

If you're applying to work on an AI project through MicroOne, the first step

is a short AI interview with Zorro.

This interview determines whether you meet the certification criteria that

allows you to work on real AI training projects.

It typically only lasts about 20 to 40 minutes, and it's designed to evaluate

your skills, your communication, and overall reasoning.

Zara will ask you a series of open-ended questions, and you'll respond in real

time, just like a traditional interview.

Some roles may also include an additional exercise, depending on the

job requirement that we have.

During this interview, you'll be asked to share your screen and keep your

camera on, and this will allow our recruiters to review how candidates

approach the questions, as well as navigate the overall interview.

It also supports our product viewing model, which helps maintain a fair

hiring process for both the candidates as well as our customers.

Once the interview is complete, your responses are reviewed, and within three

days, you'll receive your results by email.

If you meet the certification criteria, the next step and final step is the ID

verification. After completing this step, you become Micro One certified and

are officially eligible to be matched with AI training rules.
