Original subtitles

My... origin...

I want to make a world where everyone can smile and live together.

But for that... there has to be a symbol.

A symbol?

A symbol of peace.

The reason crime in this country is not decreasing...

is that the citizens don't have a pillar they can rely on, supporting them.

That's why I'll become that pillar.

Is that why you want to become a hero? Even though you're Quirkless?

That's right.

Toshinori Yagi, right?

You're a very interesting boy.

You're crazy.

ONE FOR ALL

Midoriya, is everything okay over there?

Yes, what about you guys? Have you managed to escape?

Yes, probably. We escaped from behind.

We're being guided by the pros.

Good. We're in front of the train station.

Looks like we're out of range from that shock wave.

Our rescue is a success!

Hey! I haven't been rescued, okay?

You just happened to be the best route for me to escape.

Great decision!

I didn't want to get in All Might's way.

That's right... We'd just get in his way.

This was the best we could do in that situation.

Even Gran Torino is there...

We made the right decision, didn't we?

You'll be okay, right? All Might...

You truly remind me of her...

The previous One For All successor, Nana Shimura.

Be proud, Toshinori!

You're different from those who had it from the beginning.

You've earned your power!

Do not utter the name of my master with that filthy mouth of yours!

She was always pushing her ideals

without true skills to account for it.

As the one who created One For All, I can tell you she was an embarrassment.

Truly a pathetic way to die...

Where should I start from?

Enough!

Master!

What a nuisance...

It's the same as six years ago.

Toshinori, calm down!

He provoked you like this, and you let him escape, remember?

And then he put a hole through your stomach!

It's one of your weaknesses! Don't exchange words with him!

Yes, sir.

The way he fights and his Quirks are completely different from last time.

You can't face him head-on. You'll have to be wily.

You can still move, right? Go beyond your limit!

This is your crucial moment!

Yes, sir.

This truly looks like a nightmare!

Half of the Kamino Ward was destroyed in an instant!

All Might is currently facing off

against the villain thought to be the cause of this!

It's unbelievable! The villain is just by himself!

He's destroyed the city, and he's holding his own against the Symbol of Peace!

Our plan has been thwarted! Tsukauchi... All Might...

What's this? Seems serious...

The city is in tatters! Wasn't All Might all beat-up?

He's getting beat up hard!

Where was Kamino?

I might not have to go to work tomorrow...

What are the other heroes doing?

Aren't the villains acting a bit too wild these days?

It's the heroes who are getting beaten too often...

They're getting soft! Maybe...

I think it's true though.

In the end, All Might will take care of this as he always does, right?

EIJIRO KIRISHIMA QUIRK: HARDENING

I'm a little conflicted, you see?

Society's trust in the heroes, which Tomura slowly damaged--

I wonder if it's okay for me to land the final blow on that process.

But know this, All Might.

I despise you, as you despise me.

I might've killed your master,

but you took from me all that I've built, did you not?

That's why I want you to die the ugliest, most gruesome death!

It's coming! Evade and counterattack!

Evade? Are you sure?

Hey!

I'll take from you all that you've been protecting for so long!

We'll start with the pride you kept, even with that injury.

Show the world your pathetic true self, "Symbol of Peace."

What's with that skeleton-guy?

Um... What is this?

Can you see that? It seems All Might has shriveled up!

This has never been shown to the world.

I asked myself that it not be made public.

To save people with a smile...

The Symbol of Peace cannot be tainted by evil.

All Might's secret is...

Bony cheeks and sunken eyes!

What a sad, meager "top hero" this is!

Don't be ashamed. That is your true form.

It's your true self, right?

I see...

Even if my body wastes away...

Even if you expose me in this state...

my heart still remains as the Symbol of Peace!

It's not something you can steal, not even a piece of it!

Wonderful. I give up.

I'd forgotten what a stubborn and naughty kid you were.

I wonder if this will not bother your heart either...

You know, Tomura Shigaraki is Nana Shimura's grandson!

I kept thinking about what you would hate the most.

I created situations for you and Tomura to meet.

You brought him down, right?

Without knowing anything, with your winning smile...

You're lying...

It's the truth! You know it's true, don't you?

You know it's something I'd think of.

Oh, that's odd, All Might.

Where's your smile?

To save someone,

that means that the person went through something scary.

A true hero must save not only their life, but their heart as well.

That's what I think.

No matter how scared you are,

you have to smile, like everything's okay.

In this world, those who smile are the strongest!

You...

Damn...

You...

This is really fun!

Maybe I managed to steal a piece, huh?

That kid was my master's relative...

What have I done?

Don't... lose...

All Might...

Please...

Save us!

All Might!

This looks bad!

You need to win...

No way... that can't be...

All Might...

If you can't win, who's gonna beat that thing?

Even if he looks different, All Might is still All Might!

You've always managed to do something!

Go, All Might!

Don't lose, All Might!

You can do it!

-Win! -Win!

All Might!

Of course, Miss...

Yeah... There's a lot.

There's a lot a hero must protect, All For One.

That's why... he won't lose!

Toshinori... when you think you're at your limit, remember...

Remember...

Remember why you fight like this.

Why... I fight?

Where you come from, your origin.

That will take you just a step beyond your limit!

My... origin...

I want to make a world where everyone can smile and live together.

He resisted those large-scale attacks so many times...

He should've already passed his limit quite some time ago...

You can tell just by looking at him, only his right arm in muscle form...

Your power, that was the last of it, wasn't it, All Might?

A wounded hero is the most frightening.

Your face as you come after me, spilling your guts around...

I still see it in my dreams.

Not good!

I should watch out for two or three swings, huh?

What the hell?

What's with that look, All Might?

Looks like we made it in time.

We managed to neutralize these Nomus. Please go to All Might!

He knew it...

that it would turn out like this.

They were all mid-rangers, but still, to dispose of them this fast...

As expected from the man that climbed up to number two...

All Might...

I worked hard to surpass you...

The harder I worked, the more I realized...

the difference between us.

As I looked at your back getting further away...

Despair... came over me.

What's with that pathetic back of yours?

Endeavor...

If you came just to cheer him on,

be a good spectator and stay quiet!

Quiet down, you destroyer!

We've come to help him.

That's our job!

You did your best, Mt. Lady.

Kamui Woods...

All Might...

This is all we can do...

to lighten your burden, even a little...

Tiger...

Please stop that evil man, All Might!

Everyone is praying for your victory!

No matter how you look, you're everyone's number one hero!

-Toshinori Yagi? -He's a funny guy.

He's crazy.

He said, "The reason crime in this country is not decreasing...

is that the citizens don't have a pillar they can rely on, supporting them."

He said that in this country right now, there's no such pillar.

So he said that he's gonna be that pillar...

Toshinori... you are that pillar.

A pillar that should never break.

You are the number one hero.

You can hear them, right?

Even with your weakened body exposed...

everyone's voices are still cheering you on.

The voices that pray for your victory...

The voices of those students who admire you

and aspire to become a hero like you!

All Might!

How annoying.

Let's not talk about what's in the mind and talk about what's real.

Springlike Limbs,

Kinetic Booster times four, Strength Enhancer times three,

Multiplier, Hypertrophy, Rivets, Air Walk, Spearlike Bones.

The shockwaves up until now, they just wore you out.

In order to kill you for sure,

I will punch you with the ultimate combination

of the Quirks I possess!

After exchanging blows with you, I'm finally certain, All Might...

there's no One For All in you anymore.

What you're using right now are just the residual crumbs,

the embers left after you pass it over.

And that fire weakens every time you use it.

A feeble light that will go out even if you don't blow on it...

Izuku Midoriya!

You transferred the One For All to him, right?

He came against the rules...

as if you have no authority on him.

Time to die full of regrets, All Might!

You lose, even as a teacher!

Impact Recoil!

You're right.

As a teacher... I must scold him.

I have to scold him!

I see...

That weak fire that's about to go out... it's resisting its demise, huh?

Desperately resisting, until they fulfill their goal.

How unsightly!

If you think you've reached your limit, remember...

It's not just a symbol.

Like my master did for me,

until I finish raising him, I can't--

Until then...

for you to resist in such an unsightly manner...

-I can't-- -It's a miscalculation on my part.

I can't die just yet!

You can't face him head on. You'll need to be wily!

In the last swing, he put the power of his right arm into his left.

He used his right arm as bait.

But...

These little tricks are unlike you.

Someone's influence maybe.

That's weak!

That's because my back wasn't in it!

This power has been passed over through generations by many,

praying that it would work for the good of all.

That all their hopes would become one.

You're up next.

Let's do our best, Toshinori.

Farewell, All For One!

United States of Smash!

Farewell, One For All.

All Might!

The villain is not moving!

The winner is All Might!

He's standing in victory!

He shouldn't push himself right now!

Let him do it.

He's doing his job.

The last one as the number one hero, the Symbol of Peace.

There are two down here! Over there too!

The heroes continued their rescue operations

during All Might's fight,

but a large number of casualties is to be expected.

The villain thought to be the ringleader is now--

They're leading him into the Maiden right now!

All Might and the others are still in a state of alert as of now--

-Trains are not operating at a moment. -We can't go anywhere...

I wish we could meet up with Todoroki and Yaoyorozu, but...

In any case, let's move. We have to tell the heroes about Bakugo.

You're right.

Next time...

Next, it's your turn.

All Might!

You really are amazing!

That short message from All Might...

On the surface, it appeared to be a warning to the next criminal.

The unbroken figure of the Symbol of Peace.

But, to me, it sounded as the complete opposite.

"I've used up everything I had."

Here's the preview!

All Might has effectively retired.

I will be the one to take over.

All Might's will and the One For All.

Next time, "End of the Beginning, Beginning of the End."

Go beyond!

Plus Ultra!
