Good.

For years,

I've been waiting for this day.

Once I ascend the throne

and hold the power of life and death,

I'll wipe out

every last hypocrite!

Do you have any wishes?

Just say the word,

and I'll make them come true.

Then I hope

you can change

and become a good person.

From now on,

you will no longer be lonely,

scared,

but

surrounded by

people who love you.

But now,

I just want to fulfill her wish

to be a good person.

Is what this letter says true?

It has the seal of the King of the Nanyu State.

How could I fake it?

Are you crazy?

Do you know what you're doing?

This is treason.

To achieve my goal,

let alone treason,

even if it's killing gods and Buddhas,

I will do it.

Qian,

how could you?

Why are you so agitated?

I...

Father has many sons,

and I'm not the only one

coveting the throne.

You've seen the letter.

If I truly wanted the throne,

Nanyu's cavalry would've breached the gates.

But now,

I'm willing to help you.

Why?

Ms. Chun said

you're a benevolent man,

a true king.

I believe in her,

so I believe in you.

[He finally gave up the throne.]

[My trip here wasn't in vain.]

[This calamity]

[has finally been averted.]

[Ji Jiu,]

[I should go now.]

[May you]

[have a new and wonderful life,]

[free from disasters,]

[and live happily ever after.]

[By the mandate of heaven,]

[the emperor decrees:]

[My ninth brother Ji Jiu,]

[in the midst of the crisis in the North,]

[has been a pillar of support.]

and made great contributions.

You are hereby appointed as the Lord of Carefree.

I heard that the Grand Preceptor, Chunjian,

and my ninth brother fell in love.

Now I hereby arrange you to marry the Lord of Carefree.

You can get married on a good day.

As I decree.

I accept the decree.

Your... Your Highness, Mr. Chun...

Mr. Chun

died of illness.

What are you talking about?

Nonsense!

It's impossible!

Impossible!

Didn't you tell me

to be a good person?

Didn't you also say

that you wished me love and to be loved?

If you leave,

how will these wishes come true?

Look,

I've given up everything.

I even got the imperial decree for our marriage.

We can go anywhere we want.

I'll go wherever you want.

I'm not mad at you for asking me

to meet other girls.

I didn't mean to be rude to you.

I was wrong.

Open your eyes and look at me.

How could you be so cruel?

I haven't even told you I love you.

No one can separate us.

Not even death.
