Now, I know maybe we're all a little nervous

about our big performance tonight, but don't be. We got this.

We just work together and do our best.

[audience gasps]

I can't believe the boss is gonna quit like that.

I would've quit so many times myself, but she kept me in it.

She made me a much better musician.

Her attitude, her smile. She helped us all.

We've all lost our rhythm, made so many mistakes,

but she just cheered us on every time, right or wrong.

I'm not going to quit.

I think being in a band is a lot like being on a baseball team.

I like how we're all in it together, as a group.

One person can't do it all on their own.

You get to celebrate all your victories together,

but you have support when you lose too.

But I-I've been waiting all year to see this band.

the music of the city didn't feel as upbeat and exciting to her anymore.
