for this architectural model of an unknown city.

It's good as it is,
as a wall hanger,

but I can see your vision
of it being a coffee table.

It's up to you
at the end of the day. You've got to make your money back.

He knows what he's doing,
and he will tell me, honestly,

if something's beyond repair,

or whether it's worth
fixing up and selling on.

But there's one piece in particular
Johnny's hoping Kris can restore to its former glory.

An intricately carved
wooden elephant's head,

believed to date from the 1930s.

This one, I think it's a no-brainer.

I want it to look like
it's been restored.

I'd just fix the ears back on,
and that's it.

Can it be done?

I think it's a good idea
that Johnny's now looking at stuff

that needs restoration.
Putting a bit of time into it

will give you that return.

If you can find a profit in it,
somebody will go,

"You bought well"
and you go, "I know."

it's a large carved wooden owl,
and a smaller wooden one with feathers glued on it.

I mean, if you want to say,

before the winning lots hit the shelves,

there's a small matter

Life-sized wooden eagle owls

first appeared in the early 1800s
as hunting decoys,

unsettling nearby birds
and sending them into the path of hunters.

By the 1980s,
they'd found a new role,

keeping unwanted pests
out of gardens

while also becoming
eye-catching ornaments.

- Five, at least.

Yep.

In fact, I'd say six.

Priced at �600,

Johnny could be soaring
towards a sizable profit.

She's so bad,
she had to come with me.

Somebody will take a shine to that.

this award-winning astronaut helmet

was crowned Dress-up Toy of the Year
in 2014, and it's priced at �85.

And then you put that on.

Bought as a set for �12,
this herd of wooden elephants

and their accompanying mouse

could make a sizable impression
at �15 each.

And an early 20th-century
wooden banded travel trunk is priced at �75.

to his blind panda,

but the cuddly bear came bundled
with a collection of other soft toys

which he is prepared to part with.

That went with it. A free Basil.

This version of the beloved red fox
from kids' TV classic Basil Brush

was made by the renowned
Welsh toy manufacturer Wendy Boston,

a company best known for producing
the world's first fully washable teddy bears.

Priced at �20, a sale
could make Johnny a small profit.

While you're looking through stuff
and emptying boxes,

I'll price all of this stuff up
and you can start to put it out.

that's got everything.

in every single room. It's great.

There's restoration projects
that I really like the look of.

It's affordable.

It's just what I'll get back.

There are some really

A 500 kg gold-painted
bronze spread eagle

that once stood proudly outside
Cheltenham's tallest building.

A rare piece of history
from the 1960s

that could be Johnny's,
if he's willing to take a �65,000 flutter.

To be honest, I'd be willing
to forgo everything else...

which I saw last year on the, er, television

on your previous programmes,
which is in the background.

I saw it last year.
I've always been interested in trying to find it again.

So I've come here today to see you
to see if you'll part with it.

See, I got that
From St Helens Transport Museum.

That's from a bus,
a single-deck bus,

and it should be
in the windscreen of the bus.

So that legitimately came off a bus?
Off a Liverpool Corporation bus,

the Leyland Panther.

But the bus still survives.
And it's missing the sign? It's missing that sign.

That's a 1980 photograph
with me and the driver.

I was 10 years of age,
and I was the last passenger on the 100 Cityride.

Today, the bus is cared for

by the Northwest Vehicle
Restoration Trust,

who've lovingly restored it
to its former glory.

And 45 years later,
we did a reenactment,

but the only thing we're missing
from the windscreen is that sign.

- Wow.
- If that belongs on that bus, then it belongs on that bus.

It doesn't belong in a shop
and it doesn't belong in retail.

I'm not gonna charge
for something like that. If you're sure that's...
