Everyone, now we're going to learn the history of the intelligence war

You all know the story about how King Baekje kidnapped Princess Seon Hwa, right?

Yes!

When Baekje was young he was known as Seo Dong

He heard that King Jin Pyeong of Silla had a daughter who had grown up to be very pretty

Therefore Seo Dong had his friend go to the mountains and get yams (?) to give as a gift

You're out of your mind.

What are you talking about?

You like her, don't you?

What...? Who likes whom?

It's obvious from the way you always linger here.

When?

Comprehend that, you rascal.

I can see your feelings with just a look. It always shows on your face.

Ya!!

You. Go that way and get in through the back door.

If the guy sees a stranger he doesn't know, he won't open the door

Where is this?

Hey, you wanna die?

Open the door

Hey what are you

I told you! I'm Ki Soo's hyung!

Ah really...I hear it will snow at Yanbian in April!!

Are you still not going to open the door?

It will...snow...Yanbian...in April...

Hey hurry up and just put your head here

Subtitle brought to you by team ATHENA @ viki.com.

Who are you?

I came to play

I said who are you

Hey...look...

What the hell are you

Open the door! Are you still not going to do it?

Your head on the gun! Now!

Hyungnim.

What are you doing here?

Whatever, but who the heck is this bastard?

then you should reply, "I'll be ready with a scarf"

You forgot it. Hyungnim.

Why would I need a scarf. It's freaking hot.

He's new

Min Gu

Yes!

Go on in

You were saved thanks to him

If you keep this up, you're going to get fired

So you better treat him with respect!

You don't like it do you? You're unhappy now right?

No!

You should feel that way you bastard

Come on...

Does the newbie not know the rules?

What the hell?!

What are you guys doing

Hyungnim..

Is he one of your friends ?

No .

This jerk...

Hey Hey Calm down!

Ahh.. My back my back!

That hurts.

Calm down.

Let me go, Hyungnim.

Where does he think he is

Aigoo... aigoo...

Hey rascal, what the hell are you doing?

You practically ruined things for me!

Ah but who is he, that would make you so worried?

He is Kim Ki Soo

He's a 35th level ranking North Korean official (?)

30...

If he's a 35th ranking official, was he investigated by the Ministry of Intelligence?

That's right!!

If he was investigated,

then he would have been a top official in the north,

who just opened a mahjong parlor in Karibong-dong?

Are you pulling my legs? Did he need to make money?

Aigoo.. Tsk.

Did you hear about those children of VIP officials?

That guy is one of them

His father is head of Department of Security

Because of his father, he was able to study in Russia, and then get the title as an official

But every day he didn't do anything but play, and he didn't like the work

So he just fled to the south.

Give me handstands, you bastards!

Now, the situation is as you see it

In order to make money he's become a slave to capitalism

Like I said, how are we supposed to get information from a guy like him?

That guy has information resources from Russia and China..

that are more trustworthy than the ones we have at NTS.(?)

You could say we caught a big fish!

But you ruin it all.

All of his information...it's wasted!

You should just leave. Why do you keep coming back?

Stop being upset. Huh?

This guy doesn't know anything, so he made a big mistake.

I'm gonna keep this short. You're going to report to me on any information you get about Russia one every week from now on.

If I don't get anything useful, I'm going to trash this place.

Hey just keep sitting.

In the end, don't know if can trust him or not...

How can you have such an arrogant guy

Hyungnim,

How can you be like this to me?

Do you know how much I helped you?

Where is the ledger?

Where is that ledger?

Hey.. Did you write everything down?

Hey.. Hey! You..

Didn't we come to do some investigating?

He's the one that's helping me pay my children's tuition fees

For my kids, he's like the real parent

Really?

Then if you want to let your kid graduate, tell him exactly what kind of man I am

Huh?

Gosh

Hey... Hey!!!

NTS (National Anti-Terror Service)

Please dont create hard-sub using this video .

Geez...

Hey! Where are you right now?!

Why?!

Didn't you hear? It's the first day the new director is coming in today

Ah, so what?

Get back here before he comes in! Got that?

The purpose of NTS was to help create a unified Korean Peninsula and increase South Korea's prestige

as there was a need for a more specialized institution for anti-terrorism to prevent a national crisis

The Republic of Korea will become a great power in the future

because of the forms of energy that allowed an increase in terrorist activities. Therefore, NTS

Is here to prevent the possibility of any terrorist incident that could occur

Hold on.

Let's move to more specific details.

Ah, yes.

I will explain about the organization of NTS.

Nevermind. I will just have a look myself.

I believe we have the most advanced facilities and systems out of all the domestic intelligence agencies

The systems are just made from money. The problem in the people.

Our agency is composed of people who are at the top of their respective fields

That's your thinking.

Yeah .

This is the General Situation Room

NTS' brain.

I am I&A CS Team Manager Park Suk Ho. It's an honor to meet you.

Life and death decisions have to be made in a second in this room

I ask that you stay alert every second

Why?

Don't you think "It's an honor" was a bit overboard?

It seems you don't know anything yet

But this is a good technique

Pupils are normal

You do not show any signs of anything unusual, and maintained a steady breathing

So everything that Manager just said...was true

Don't say useless things

Yes.

Get to work

Didn't you hear him saying about one second?

Ok, let's try this...

The results? Nothing wrong.

Ok - let's try it in manual mode.

Let's hope it's successful

What is this?

It allows you to spy through keyholes

This is still a prototype.

I am sorry .

Ah, this is Oh Sook Kyung, head of the Scientific Investigations department

and head coroner

She is also responsible for all the equipment needed for operations

Let me look at it once it's been perfected.

Yes, Director.

You've worked hard.

He scared me.

They are coming.

These are the field agents for special operations

They are the core assets of NTS.

They split into partners and work in teams.

Be relaxed.

When Japan bombed Pearl Harbor, there was a man named Furakawa Takeo, who was a spy

When the Allied Forces landed in Normandy

The British MI6 had General Stevens

Their mission

changed the history.

Writing the history will be

your mission.

To complete that mission,

if there is anything I can help

I will support you.

If you need anything from me

anything at all

tell me now.

I have a request.

What is it? Why do you want to return to NIS

In the four years that I have worked at NIS, I've done 21 missions

If we combine that with team missions, the number is even larger

So...

Do you know what I accomplish as a NTS agent?

Nothing.

I didn't do anything and just holding a position.

What do you mean nothing?

During that time you were working against terrorism...

I've added more agents to the field, so you must think that at the current situation your responsibilities have decreased

Anyways

I don't like doing nothing when I can really do something.

Please send me there.

Oh!

Hey.

How did it go?

He let me go back

What?

I like that guy

I'll be going then.

Live well

And eat well

Hey, rascal!

How can you go alone so selfish. why are you like this

Hey...

DIS (Department Intelligence Service)

We've been issued an order to find Kim Myung Guk.

Based on the information Hye In got herself

we still can't tell where his about.

Use everything we have to find him quickly.

Yes, I understand.

Subtitles brought to you by the Athena Team at viki.com

In exactly 30 minutes gather up all the team leaders.

Tell them to meet in the conference room

The contents of the report...

should be no longer than 4 pages

Yes, I understand.

Here...

Who's the person in charge of China?

That would be me

After the leader changed,

what do you think the reason is that I'm here?

In the end, the problems in the East Asian Branch

reached the ears of the higher ups that they had to replace the branch heads

What a headache

Do you know why?

I apologize.

I don't know.

It's because they don't know

that if we really wanted to collect it

we could even sit inside an office and collect these useless pieces of information

From today on

the DIS East Asian Branch

will collect information on the development of nuclear reactors by South Korea

so that intelligence agencies within South Korea can't say anything,

Including those in Japan, China, and Russia,

as long as the information is about new nuclear reactors

whatever it is we will collect it

Even if it's about the number of bolts for the new nuclear reactors, we will collect the information one by one

until the reactors are in working condition

Do you understand?

Blue House

I am the Foreign Affairs and Security Chief, Yoo Kang Oh

I was surprised that you were younger than I expected.

I am DIS Manager Son Hyuk

Please take care of me.

Chief of Police, Han Jung Pil (?)

Please take care of me.

Chief Jung Mu Seok

Pleased to meet you.

Please take care of me.

Ah!

He's here.

Ah!

This is the Director of NTS.

It's been a long time.

Long time no see.

NIS (National Intelligence Service)

Isn't this just telling me to quit?

I have always been an active agent on the scene, and you're telling me this?

Whether you did anything or not, how can you say that?

Do you know

How arrogant you were?

Reflect on your actions

If you don't want to

Then just quit

Aigoo.. that guy..

is being too harsh.

What?

Tell me what's going on

what do I have to say?

Then why were you so arrogant?

It's all spilled water anyways

Continuing this attitude will only cause more problems for you

Just go quietly and rest

Hey...

Going there...isn't it because you like that girl?

Go and do what you are told.

Aish!

I will come visit you often.

Let's talk later

I am Lee Jung Woo, transferred to the security department as a tour guide

I was informed about it.

But...

I thought you were a field agent

Somehow..

It happened this way.

Young Min will give you instructions on the content that you need to memorize and how to talk to visitors

Young Min.

Yes.

Please follow me.

I will introduce a guy who will guide you all from now on

Shall we call him aloud?

Uncle... (Ajusshi)

Hello.

Let's start

This is the hall commemorating fallen heroes

Even after death they cannot disclose their identity

So they created a wall of stars to remember them

Everyone~

Shall we pray in silence for them?

Let's pray silently.

This here introduces the importance of intelligence activities and the history of it

Here talks about the story of the Three Kingdoms, which I'm sure you all know

The first spy in history

Do any of you know what a spy is?

We don't know.

Hey, there..

Attention!

Hey you! Red top!

You!

Come over here. Blue backpack

Come over here

You have to pay attention!

I'll deal with this

You all know about (this) general right?

Yes!

This general was also a spy

After he was imprisoned he made a thorough check on the campgrounds and launched a surprise attack

It's not hard right?

Yes!

Thank you.

Subtitles brought to you by Team Athena @ viki.com

It's tiring isn't it?

More than fighting bad guys on the field

Children are simple

so once you know the tricks, it won't be too hard.

Boys are interested in weapon and

girls are interested in spy's clothes.

If you use that well, it will help you to get their attention.

But how long are you going to be here?

Are you going to return to action?

Thanks for the coffee.

You're welcome.

I told you to not let anyone in. Who is it?

It's me.

Hyungnim, I'm sorry.

I told him to wait ouside..

Get out.

Yes.

What are you

doing here?

Give me the report

Report?

Ah...

You must have received

the wrong text.

Recently

I heard you transfered

to a place with lots of kids

it must be fun.

Do you change the diapers too?

You wanna die?

Does a person die that easily?

Huh.

The report...

Ok..I'll give it...

But what are you telling me to do

Yes. Thank You

Yes, that's right.

Yes, I will give you a call later.

Hey what are you doing all the way here

I have something to say.

What would you do

Let's go some place quiet

You... Hey, rascal. Are you crazy?

why would you go there?

I'll pretend not to know

And you just go back and keep quiet

I can't see anything right now.

I don't even know what I did wrong

Hey. That...

Why... I might ruin you and go on a suicide mission.

Hey what's up with you?

Here. These are the things I need. Prepare these for me.

Aish...

*Gasp*

you..?!!

You..alone...

He's in my department.

What are you doing right now?

We've been tailing that bastard for 6 months

Did you tell us what you were doing?

Please understand.

Do you guys know each other?

Yes.

To the Russian Mafias

I heard that this black rose symbolizes "revenge".

It means that it will get bloody revenge at risk to itself.

What happened?

Is the person that would help me you?

All these places in these photos.

And their target would be...?

Are you Korean?

Are you hungry?

I need a guide

If she's a target,
