After last night's battle,

Why hasn't Xiong Laosan come find us?

Here.

What's this?

This is an amulet.

An amulet?

Is it a talisman?

Does it have magical power?

Or is the material special?

None of those.

In the Mortal Realm,

there's one magic that never dies.

It's called sincerity.

It's not made of fancy materials,

and it doesn't perform miracles,

but it's full of real heart.

Now that we both have it,

I'm talking to you.

Do we catch her or not?

Your call.

Why not

Let's go.

Mortals are like this.

They have no power,

relying on immortals for everything.

Whichever immortal works,

that's who they believe in.

Fairy, with your grand vision,

you naturally despise them.

What Fairy?

- I am... - Fairy Yunxiao.

You know me?

I recognized you from the start.

What do you want?

I gladly offer my assistance.

You

want to help me?

Fairy, are you

looking for the Pregenesis Sword?

It's fine.

I just want to make

friends with you.

Make friends?

Just with words?

The Pregenesis Sword

is an ancient divine weapon.

The Demon Emperor dominated the three realms with it.

How thrilling.

Pity my cultivation was shallow then,

unable to witness the battle

or behold its glory.

I'm preaching on Bear Island

just to find that sword.

Just one glance at the treasure,

and I'd be satisfied.

You know it's hidden on the island,

but don't know what it looks like?

So I made the villagers dig

and tribute the rocks to me.

As long as the sword is here,

I'll find it sooner or later.

How long

have they been digging?

A few centuries.

Found anything?

Just rocks.

My Horizon Hall's almost stuffed full.

So

you can't find it either.

What use are you to me?

I'm an outsider,

but you're different.

Living on Bear Island so long,

they've accepted you.

So you can find out things

I never could.

Fairy,

we should team up.

I handle things outside, you inside.

Once we find the sword,

I'll hand it over to you.

What do you say?

I'm waiting for someone.

Please don't disturb me.

Such a pity.

One step too late after all.

Someone beat me to it.

But the person you wait for,

wouldn't he lie to you?

Yunxiao.

No matter how the plan unfolds,

I hope you will remember one thing.

Whether it's deception or concealment,

sometimes,

it's not always out of malice.

Was he devoured by the Sea Demon?

Or did he seize the chance to flee,

leaving you alone on this island?

Like I don't wanna leave?

I just can't.

If you find anything,

please inform me.

The Horizon Hall

will surely

find the Pregenesis Sword for you.

So,

did you lie to me?

Little brat.

So that's why.

No wonder I couldn't reach your dreams.

Fairy Yunxiao's trapped on Bear Island,

her magical power won't work.

That is her punishment.

Very good.

I also found out

the Westdawn Sect

is eyeing the Pregenesis Sword too.

The Celestial Court must keep watch.

Westdawn Sect?

They have always

kept clear of disputes

and never meddled in the Three Sects.

Why so keen

on the Pregenesis Sword?

Duke.

I want to know

what the Pregenesis Sword really is,

and why Bear Island strips all power.

Really wanna know?

Beg me.

Your disciple, Li Changshou...

Get up, get up.

Just testing you.

Fine.

Since you've been to Bear Island,

I won't hide it from you.

The Pregenesis Sword

is forged by the Ancestral Witch heirs.

Ancestral Witch heirs?

Know who they are?

Let me tell you.

The Ancestral Witch heirs

are tall and burly.

Super physically strong.

Why didn't they cultivate?

That's because they think they can

overwhelm any other clan.

They even built a monument.

Guess what's written on that?

It says,

"There is no deity in this world."

"Because we are deities."

Right?

So arrogant.

Yes.

[Because we are deities] Witnessed it.

Ten thousand years ago,

they forged the Pregenesis Sword

that counters all power,

dreaming of ruling the Three Realms.

Countering all power?

Could it be...

Smart.

You know

why you lost all power on Bear Island?

Because the Pregenesis Sword

is stuck somewhere on Bear Island.

Ever heard of the Deity-Demon War?

Yes.

Three Sects' victory over Demon Clan.

The weapon used by the Demon Emperor

was the Pregenesis Sword.

After it was forged,

demons emerged.

Pity though,

that sword

counters all power,

but not Demonic Arts.

Almost wiped out the Human Clan.

Doesn't counter Demonic Arts?

So that man was using Demonic Arts.

A thousand years ago,

the Grand Mage of Voidcity defeated the Demon Emperor,

and sealed the Pregenesis Sword on Bear Island,

entrusting it to the remaining Ancestral Witch heirs to guard.

Seems the people there

forgot they're Ancestral Witch heirs.

Westdawn Sect fears them remembering,

so they hid the monument inscription.

Although the Grand Mage

sealed the sword on Bear Island,

he worried Ancestral Witch heirs

might use it to cause trouble again.

The Grand Mage declared,

if they use the sword to revolt,

the whole clan will be wiped out.

The whole clan will be wiped out.

Alright. That's it.

Tell you what,

about the Westdawn matter you mentioned,

I'll send someone to investigate.
