One of the first items to get noticed
are the racing courses from Johnny's

lock-up.

They're off a cruise ship from the 50s
and it was a deck game and you picked

possibly the most complete one.

They are antiques, so they're 60 each.

That's them being used.

And that's what sold that to me, was
going, wow.

And the condition it's still in after
all those years.

If you're into horses and you're into
cruises, it's a bit of a no-brainer.

But he has to be 60, because he's got
all four legs, he's got his tail, and I

can't go any lower than that. I'm sorry.

I think for the back story, for
everything, it's not a bad... Honestly,

it out and I'll be thinking about you,

Making friends already, it's always

I've always thought of having a shop as
being a solo venture, but then you do

suddenly realise you know that much, and
as you're learning more and more,

there's a kind of specialist for
everything, and having access to all

that, where you can just reach out, or
it's a 10-yard walk away, is obviously

hugely beneficial.

It looks big, this place, Johnny.
There's a lot more stuff, and a lot more

stuff doesn't necessarily mean loads of
great stuff. But I've been in some like

this, and 90% of it is house clearances,
and it's not the best stuff from the

houses.

Sometimes these can be either hit and
miss or an absolute goldmine. Little

goldmine place.

And your kid in a candy shop, you just
don't know where to look.

On a mission to restock their shop with
small, saleable items...

Weaving Shed in Cullingworth, Yorkshire.

At this four-storey antique
mega-emporium, they will be doing

Me and my wife have been doing this for
about 40 years. We started many years

ago with a shop that was about six foot
square and we built up from there.

This space is now crammed with thousands
upon thousands of items encompassing

anything and everything you could
possibly imagine.

My passion is just hunting, unearthing
the obscure, looking into the history of

things.

Now, after a long career, this wily
veteran is calling time.

After 40 years, I'm retiring and
everything's got to go. And when you

look round, there's a heck of a lot.
We've sold quite a bit already, but it's

still a lot to get rid of.

the grandad would have cut all that out,

Another member of the family would have
