[FEET DRAGGING]

[PENSIVE MUSIC PLAYING]

Santino.

Did you see your mom outside?

Santino, I'm asking you a question.

Did you see your mom outside?

No, Grandma.

Oh, Tindeng!

Marites may still be searching for Tanggol until now!

[PENSIVE MUSIC CONTINUES]

Is Tanggol here?

Ah, yes, he came here earlier.

He was furiously looking for your dad.

He even threatened to kill Rigor!

- What?! - Watch your mouth!

He said that?!

He has no right to hurt my dad!

[CHAIR THUDS]

[BACKPACK THUDS]

[PENSIVE MUSIC CONTINUES]

[MAN] Ma'am Tindeng! Ma'am Tindeng!

- Ma'am Tindeng! - What is it?

Ma'am Tindeng, we came here to tell you that

Mister Rigor was just rushed to the hospital.

And he's fighting for his life because of Tanggol!

- What?! - This is what I was afraid of!

[TABLE SLAMS] We'll get going.

We'll go ahead.

How can Tanggol do that to Papa?

He's a monster!

Do you know anything, Grandma?

Grandma, what do you know?

[PENSIVE MUSIC CONTINUES]

Santino...

Tanggol has found out the truth.

- He's not your father's son. - What?!

You don't have the same father.

Grandma,

is what you're saying true?

[PENSIVE MUSIC CONTINUES]

It's true...

And we kept this a secret from you and your brothers

for a long time.

[PENSIVE MUSIC CONTINUES]

That's why Rigor despised Tanggol so much.

So when Tanggol learned the truth,

he couldn't control himself anymore.

But, Grandma, he still has no right to hurt Papa

even if they're not blood-related!

He's a monster for attempting to kill my dad.

He better pray that I see my dad in good condition.

Because if not, I will make him pay!

He's a monster!

- Santino... - Santino!

[PENSIVE MUSIC SWELLS]

[TINDENG CRYING]

[TENSE MUSIC PLAYING]

[TINDENG SOBS]

[LIFE SUPPORT MACHINE BEEPING]

[SOMBER MUSIC PLAYING]

[LIFE SUPPORT MACHINE BEEPING]

[CRYING] I know you tried to accept Tanggol.

And I will never forget...

...how you stood by me and our family.

And I'm utterly grateful for that.

[LIFE SUPPORT MACHINE BEEPING]

Forgive me, Rigor.

[SOMBER MUSIC CONTINUES]

I never imagined things would lead to this.

[LIFE SUPPORT MACHINE BEEPING]

I know we have a lot of disagreements.

I know we haven't been okay.

Even if you've hurt me deeply...

[LIFE SUPPORT MACHINE BEEPING]

[SOMBER MUSIC CONTINUES]

With all my heart, I'm praying for you to get through this.

[SOMBER MUSIC CONTINUES]

[CRYING]

Grandpa.

Where's Papa?

He's not yet home. Why? Is there a problem?

Did you know what he did?

He went to San Dimas

to confront my father who's a cop.

He did that?

Yes! For Mama.

Good thing I managed to stop and send him away.

Otherwise, they would've murdered each other

and endangered everyone there, including my mother.

Hesus, your father only wants you to have a complete family.

He wouldn't have gone there without a plan.

What is his plan?

To ruin my family

and our family

to appease his feelings?

I won't let that happen!

[TENSE MUSIC PLAYING]

Where's my son?

He's in Don Julio's room.

[TENSE MUSIC CONTINUES]

How dare you humiliate your mother again?!

[JULIO] Ramon! Ramon!

[DAVID GRUNTS]

I didn't do anything wrong!

You have the nerve to lie?! I know what you did!

[BLOW LANDS] [DAVID GRUNTS]

Once again, you acted on your stupidity

and ran amok in Quiapo!

[BLOWS LAND]

[DAVID GRUNTS] [GUN CLATTERS]

[KICK LANDS]

Are you talking about yourself?!

You up and went to our house and put Mama in danger!

Aah!

[BLOW LANDS]

[BOTH GRUNT]

Ah!

[BLOWS LAND] [DAVID GRUNTING]

[DAVID COUGHS]

I'm not putting her in danger.

I'm trying to give her a good life,

unlike your worthless adoptive father!

I've made up my mind!

I'm taking your mother!

I won't let you!

[VASE SHATTERS]

[BOTH GRUNTING]

Take this! [KICK LANDS]

[BLOW LANDS] [DAVID GRUNTS]

[JULIO] Ramon!

[BLOWS LANDING] [JULIO] Ramon!

Leave my mother alone!

[GUNSHOTS]

[DARK MUSIC PLAYING]

That's enough! Stop!

- Aah! - Papa!

[NURSE] Don Julio! [JULIO GROANS]

[RAMON HUFFING]

[NURSE] Careful.

[RAMON, JULIO GRUNT]

[DARK MUSIC CONTINUES]

[MOROSE MUSIC PLAYING]

Tanggol.

Now that you know the truth about your birth,

it's time for you to move on.

Don't dwell on it.

It won't do you any good.

Don't worry.

We're all here for you.

I have to find my father.

I want to meet him.

I want to know the truth about my identity.

[STIRRING MUSIC PLAYING]
