Today at Camp Clue, we are going on a big hike up a mountain!

Have you ever been hiking?

I think you're gonna love this hike.

Oh, come on

All right, Clue Scouts!

We've got our hiking boots on,

we've got lots of water and snacks.

Now who is ready to earn our hiking badge?

-I am! -Oh yeah, let's do it!

I love earning badges!

Whee!

-Oui? -Mm-hmm.

[plays bugle]

In order to earn this hiking badge,

you'll need to hike that mountain

to find the sparkliest waterfall of all, Sparkle Falls!

-Sparkle Falls! -[Blue barks]

Sparkle Falls is so special and so hard to find.

Not many hikers have ever seen it before.

And it's somewhere on ze mountain!

Have you seen it, Josh?

No. No, I haven't

I could never find Sparkle Falls.

I've always wanted to earn my hiking badge.

It's one of the hardest badges to get.

Maybe we can earn that cool hiking badge together!

I can't wait to hike!

Did you know golden eagles live near mountains and cliffs?

Maybe we'll see some along the way!

We'll do whatever it takes! We'll find Sparkle Falls!

We can use it to find Sparkle Falls!

to figure out where Sparkle Falls is!

And then, I'll finally earn my hiking badge

with you, Clue Scout. After all these years.

But I think we need to find two more clues just to be sure.

Here we go, Clue Scouts! Adventure awaits!

Alright, Clue Scouts!

We're going to take the Blue Trail up the mountain!

Whoa. Do you hear all those animal sounds?

Listen.

[birds chirping] [duck quacks]

The Blue Trail has all kinds of habitats.

Places where animals live.

Ooh! I hear a quack-quack-quack!

That familiar quack is made by female ducks.

Ducks can also make honks and hoots

Honk!

[laughter]

Well, we'll keep our eyes and our ears open,

and see if we can find a duck in their home!

Okay Clue Scouts, hike with me!

Aww! Look at the little duckies swim!

[Lavender] You can also see their waterproof feathers!

Ooh, maybe we'll see a golden eagle next!

I've never seen one in real life before!

That would be incredible! Come on! Hike with us!

Where does a golden eagle live?

Birds like golden eagles ay eggs in nests.

* We'll find it in an eagle's nest *

Gah! That's a big animal!

We found the golden eagle! Wow.

Did you know golden eagles can fly 200 miles per hour?

That's faster than a car.

Wow. I never knew that.

Phenomenal!

Think we can find a gopher next? They're so cute.

Oh, we sure can try! Come on Clue Scouts, let's hike.

Look, there's another one!

Wow! We saw a duck, a golden eagle, and gophers!

Way to go, Clue Scouts!

For finding the homes where all these animals live,

you've earned the Animal Habitats Badge.

Oh! Well, this triangle looks a lot like a mountain.

And mountains have lots of rocks!

So, where is Sparkle Falls on this mountain?

Oh...

[Girl] At the top! The top of the mountain!

The top of the mountain?

Yeah! Sparkle Falls is on top of the mountain we're climbing!

We have to keep hiking all the way up!
