Today, everyone's making their own storybook, and later, we'll be able to

check out each other's books and read them.

Okay. Now that we're in our thinking chair, let's think. So, we need to

figure out how to get Shovel and Pill to talk to each other. And our clues are...

storybook?

What if we opened the storybook?

Then what would we turn?

Pages. The pages, right. Okay, so if we were turning the pages of the storybook,

what would we be doing?

That's it. Maybe if we read Shovel and Pale's storybook, it will remind them

how much they love doing things together. Then they might talk to each

other again.

I'm sorry, Shovel. I thought that you didn't like my ending with dinosaurs.

I'm sorry, too. I felt frustrated when you didn't want to end the story with

aliens like I wanted.

I did really like making that story with you.

each other again.

And they lived happily ever after. The end.

That was an amazing story. What a great ending.

I'm so glad you two figured it out together.
