that I can try to help Rachel without giving her the answer,

- One of the benefits of being on "Survivor"

as opposed to "Marriage Boot Camp"

is when somebody gets annoying, you just vote them out.

Right now, I'd definitely vote Natalie out.

- Heidi, by doing what you've done,

you've compromised the rules for the entire group.

And then, to lie by saying you don't know the rules,

- You have this impression that sometimes the rules apply

and sometimes they don't.

You two are going to be shoveling the stables

for breaking into the envelopes.

- These boot campers are used to getting their way

and their bad behavior is often tolerated by their partners.

In fact, they make excuses for them.

But not in boot camp.

They're here to learn and to grow and there are no excuses.

will eventually make them think twice

before taking the action in the future.

We will do anything to get our needs met.

Sometimes, we will go outside of our marriage.

- We don't know what the needs are of our spouse

because many times, we don't ask or we don't listen.

You are going to explain to your partner a need

or a want that you have.

Try to keep it to one word.

And then, your partner is going to write that need on your T-shirt.

Research has proven that seeing something in writing

helps people process and retain information better.

of their partners needs in the future

and we've added a twist.

This will make it clear what an unmet need does

to the fabric of a relationship.

And I think that's true of everybody.

and wants of your partner, you're left with gaping holes

Each person needs something from other that their partner

in a different light, it reinforces

to the person's spouse if they don't start

making some changes, their partner can easily

get their needs met elsewhere.

- Rachel and Kiwane, you two are going for a romantic canoe ride.

and a warped sense of what it means to provide for a family.

Fun activity, but one with guidelines and structure

might be just enough to distract them

and open them up and have them live in the moment.

And, honestly, Jacob, it just breaks my heart because,

like, when I met Spencer, it was so different.
