I think the one thing that would scare
me the most is probably seeing a full

-body apparition and having it touch me
or do anything to

come at me in some way.

I think what might scare me would be the
fact that I would be able to see them.

I've never been able to see any presence
of anything.

I mean, there's orbs, but I don't...

I think that's normally things in video
or footage that I've captured.

I usually just think, oh, the light's
just hitting the lens a certain way, but

other people might see it a different
way.

Because I've seen pictures of people and
their families and there's like an orb

above them. Well, that could just be a
glare from the light or it could be, you

know, a past loved one. So we'll see.

People have experienced real
supernatural things in their lives. But

what does the Bible say about these
things?

To be honest with you, I'm not here to
chase superstition. I'm here to speak

truth from the scriptures about the
unseen world, the paranormal.

Now, when we think about fallen angels,
we automatically think about Satan,

Lucifer, and demons.

And let me be very clear about
something.

There are supernatural forces around us,
all around us.

Good and evil.

But the Bible tells us that our real
struggle isn't from

physicality. It's from the spiritual
world.

I believe in science.

And I mean, I'm just skeptical because I
was a reporter for decades covering the

state house and Congress. And I mean,
there's nothing like hanging around a

bunch of politicians that will make you
very, very wary.

But I love science, and there's a lot
that's not understood.

Most of what there is is not understood.

And the more we understand, the more we
know that we know very little.

I think you need to embrace the unknown.

That's what science is all about.

The things that have frightened me about
this house, I don't try to challenge it.

I embrace it.

We should all embrace the unknown.

And curiously, you know, the creativity
that brought us here is

the same creativity that produced the
universe and evolution, and that's why

we're here.

You know?

You know, I've been living here since I
was a kid.

Just been in the family for many years.
And my mother and I moved back to the

house when I was like seven years old.

And that first week was a doozy.

I mean, there was all sorts of noises.

And, of course, old houses have a very
strange smell about them. Each one is a

little bit different.

And I heard things. It was hard to
sleep.

That first week, old houses make noises.
I heard things in the woods. I heard

things inside the house. But after that,
I sort of became acclimated to it. And I

just got to, you know, can't beat them,
join them.

I embraced it.

And the more that I heard that I didn't
understand, the more that I wanted to

understand.

There were several things over the years
that did stand out.

There was a time when my mother left
here and I was a kid of like 10 or 11. I

heard the piano suddenly start playing
in the other room.

Nobody in there.

And I thought, what in the hell could
that be? It wasn't good piano playing.

It was just playing. And I thought,
that's got to be, we don't have any

house cats. Maybe a cat got into the
house and it's balking on the piano

keys.

What do you know? I went in there and
there was a cat.

I was taking a brief nap downstairs on
the couch.

There was a bedroom directly above me,
and I just drifted off

to sleep a little bit.

And I heard a child's footsteps walking

in the bedroom above me.

I don't do many drugs.

I wasn't drunk.

I heard something, and it was real, and
it sounded exactly like a child's

footsteps. And I thought, what? Just
take a deep breath and jump into it. You

can't think about it. I went upstairs.

There's nothing in that bedroom.

I encourage the team to look anywhere
and feel it out to see

what they can find wherever.

The attic in particular, I mean, I know
that there's something

there that I can't explain.

the little kid.

it's a World War I case.

certified paranormal investigator and

founder of the Truth Searchers

What is that? Let me do math. Twelve
plus years now.

I've always been into the paranormal
since I was a child. I kind of woke up

out of the womb loving paranormal shows.
I watched Casper the Friendly Ghost as

well as The Real Ghostbusters. And
believe it or not, one of the first

movies I remember watching was Ghost Dad
with Bill Cosby.

I did have a paranormal experience as a
child.

I used to sleepwalk as a kid. So I used
to go to bed in my bed and then wake up

somewhere else. So that in and of itself
is a terrifying experience.

One night... I was sleeping in my bed,
woke up out in the living room, and

there was a rocking chair and then there
was like some wood, and I saw basically

an apparition.

And basically as soon as I saw it, I
blinked my eyes and it was gone. I also

smelled smoke, like cigar smoke.

But no one in the house smoked cigars.

So this terrified me. I was very
frightened.

You know, I later told my mother about
this, and she said, oh, your grandfather

used to smoke cigars. So I kind of saw
it as my grandfather kind of looking

over me. One of my favorite things that
ever happened was in Gettysburg. It was

a hole-in-the-wall, nowhere location.

You know, everything in Gettysburg is
haunted, and I was looking for

somewhere. And we just pulled up on this
hotel and ended up talking to this girl.

I mean, it was very, very, very obvious
when you walked into this certain

bedroom. Like, it felt like you walked
in on her.

And so, like, I had to back myself back
out of the room. But long story short,

we talked to her, and she was just
saying how awesome it was that we were

there talking to her. She said that she
had committed suicide, told me her name

and everything.

I talked to the maintenance guy the next
day, and, like, he couldn't believe the

info that I had because I didn't have
any of this before.

I couldn't have known that before.

So that was really interesting.

One of the spookiest things that ever
happened to me was at my mom's house in

an investigation that we actually filmed
where I was trying to think of, you

know, what's the craziest thing I could
do. And that was to go upstairs, sit

with my back to the wall with all the
doors open upstairs. A lot of things

happened, but it ended up with me being
grabbed like so much that I thought my

girlfriend.

was grabbing my leg, like rubbing my
leg, and then she stood up and walked

away, and I still felt it. And that
really kind of freaked me out.

My name is Cassandra Dawn.

I'm a Christian, a mother, a wife, a
veteran. I decided to do this

investigation because I've had a couple
experiences in my life that were

unexplainable. It left me wondering a
lot. I still do.

I have grown in my faith over the past
few years, and there's a little bit of

conflict with that. I'm interested to
see what could possibly happen tonight,

if anything.

So today I got here around 10, 10.30
a.m., and I did a walkthrough of the

house, and I found a display case with
some military medals.

They belonged to a sergeant that served
in the Army, and he was a paratrooper

and a gunner, serving from 1942 to 1945.

Today we have three veterans, United
States Marine Corps, National Guard, and

Air Force.

So if the three of us sit around these
medals, I believe we can draw this

sergeant. out and hopefully make contact
with them. Well, I love making

documentary films and I love telling
real and true stories.

And so this is kind of interesting to me
because I'm a skeptic. I don't

necessarily believe in the spiritual
world. I guess a way of confronting that

is like, you know, I'm with a group of
people here that really believe in the

spiritual world and they're really
convincing.

But I haven't had any experiences that
make me personally think that it's real.

So as sort of a journalist,
investigative, documentary-minded

person, this is a really interesting
experience for me to see if I actually

see something that changes the way I
think. The reason I'm here is I am

absolutely enthralled with the
supernatural.

I do not necessarily...

go out of my way to seek it, but if
there's an opportunity, I'm glad to take

it. So from tonight, I'm not really sure
what I'm expecting.

I have come across a buddy of mine. He
had recently lost a younger brother.

And I asked him about his brother. And
the next thing I know, I felt chills

from my feet all the way up to my head.
And I started speaking, but I don't

recall what I was speaking about.

And as soon as I came back to, I wasn't,
I didn't have chills anymore.

And he told me it was time for me to go.
And we were never speaking about that

again. But I would like to be able to
explore more into that and see if I'm

able to communicate or speak for. or
entities that are on this plane and

be able to tell their story.

There's a presence here, lots of
history, and it seems very haunting to

me. Comforting to me to know that we are
going to have a pastor here too.

pray over the production in the house
prior to entering. If there are any

malevolent spirits or beings, I feel
like that, I don't know if that will

help or hurt us. It might.

Whether it's an apparition, disembodied
voice, knocks, noises, something.

I am fully confident that we will
experience something tonight based on

the history of this house.

Nothing scares me about it. I've had
enough experiences to understand what it

involves, what surrounds the paranormal.

The darker, the scarier it is, the more
I thrive on that.

I'm an empath.

My biggest fear in life is... not living
my life, not being present and

not being centered.

and let it pass by me until my final

What scares me most is being alone in
the dark and possibly hearing something

or feeling something.

I did have a chance to walk around the
house earlier to see if I got any

feelings about anything during the
daylight. And the one room that I did

not go into, because as soon as I opened
the door, I got an intense fear, was the

attic space.

I'm not really sure who would be the
most scared tonight. If I had to guess,

I would probably say Cassandra after
speaking with her. She is a little

nervous about it. She anointed herself
before even coming, so I'm just...

heebie-jeebies first.

My first pick was Cassandra.

Based on my experiences, the person who
claims to be the least scared is the one

sometimes who's the most terrified. And
same with the opposite. The person who

says they're the most scared, they're
the most chicken shit, is the one who

stands their ground the most.

Oh, God. Who's going to get scared first

I just hope it isn't me, because that
would be really embarrassing if I'm

coming in here the biggest...

skeptic and one of the biggest,
strongest people here. How embarrassing

that would be if I get scared first.

I will probably get the heebie-jeebies
first tonight just because, like I said

before, I'm already scared, nervous
going into this just because of being

able to pick up on different vibes and
feelings and the possible unknown that

may be lingering in the dark that will
be waiting for us.

I think the person who's going to be
scared the most tonight to the point of

running away is probably going to be me.

We're talking about dark places here.

And against evil spirits in the heavenly
places.

So evil spirits in heavenly places.

Earth isn't just a natural place.

It's a spiritual battleground.

where we deal with these demons.

They're always around us each and every
day.

rebuke any unclean spirit that may want
to come and to cause fear or confusion

there's anyone here tonight that will
feel the weight.

of the circumstances, dear Lord, if they
feel that some type of stress or anxiety

comes upon them, dear God, that you
would comfort them, dear Lord. I ask you

to come and comfort them. I ask you to

can feel the true spirit, the most
powerful spirit in the world, dear God,

the Holy Spirit.

that everything that is said and done in

this house tonight will find a way to

spirit or an entity.

evidence. We were all sitting in the

room, and this door swung open.

So I thought we were discussing here
with Sonny, Sonny Weather, and we were

going to do a flashlight test.

Do you want to introduce it?

Yeah, actually, I just put a flashlight
over here if you want to tell them.

What it is or what it does. Sure. So we
got a flashlight. We'll set it right on

the edge. And basically ghost being
energy can kind of, you know, use their

energy to kind of turn on and off the
flashlight. So typically we ask yes or

no questions or, you know, questions
that can be answered with an on off.

Yes, no or black, white kind of answers.

So we'll just start very simply to see
if we can make communication with the

spirit that we just kind of encountered.

Another thing with the REM pod and the
main thing with it is it has an antenna

here, and if something gets close, it
lights up. And if you go, that's a full

grab, like fully touching it.

But just as I get close to it, it goes
off.

So same thing with the flashlight, like
whatever energy can set that off.

say no. I mean, ghosts just being energy
can kind of make the light mechanism go

off, but it's what I believe.

But, yeah, you know, spirits seem to at
times cause them to go off.

It seems that, you know, I'll go to a
cemetery, and that seems to be when

they're most active.

But yeah, in rooms or times.

So... And that run pod went off at the
same time? Same time the

flashlight came on.

Which is pretty interesting.

And that's another reason I like to put
out multiple things.

I know that deafness caused a lot of
pain.

I could see her misery. She lost her
hearing as an adult when I was a

kid.

I was a little bit younger than eight.

It's an extremely difficult thing for
anyone to suffer through,

just on its own merits, not to mention
being ostracized from

society and the difficulty in
communicating.

And the difficulty of communicating with
family members. It was difficult on me.

Changed me forever, for sure.

There is writing that... I'm with my
children.

The writing in the attic that Joe and I
took some pictures of earlier, the

writing on the wall going up the stairs
into the attic was by a young child.

I'm not sure who that was.

She was always there for me.

Even after losing her husband, you know,
my dad, when I was like 18 months old,

she was a real trooper. She lost a
hearing several years after that and

lost her mother and her husband the same
week and then a hearing several years

after that. But she was a real trooper.

Always, you know, providing for me,
doing what she could.

very strong woman, but very gentle in
nature at the same time.

There's a couple different spirits

Because the messages are very different.

think is his mother, and I think there's

Lily, but I think there's one other, at
least one other besides Lily.

things, and the other ones

seem a little more positive.

Yeah, I think there's multiple spirits,
possibly a lot of spirits around, and

they're just kind of all communicating
currently.

It stayed off, and then it seemed like
we were kind of talking to multiple

spirits. It seemed like a lot, but it
kind of also seemed like three, didn't

I've always been a naturally sensitive
person.

I consider myself somewhat of an empath.
I pick up on people's feelings, moods,

vibes very easily.

I have always been that way since I was
a kid.

That's probably what makes me a little
bit of a scaredy cat is just feeling

those intense feelings wherever I'm at.

So I've always had lots of very intense
dreams.

Some of them are very, very spiritual
about demons and benevolent spirits.

But I never, I guess I always question
the validity of that. It wasn't until I

lived in a house with my husband that we
rented off base, and it was an older

home that was renovated, and he was
deployed.

When he was deployed, I would hear lots
of noises, but I just chalked it up to

being an older house. I was always
feeling uncomfortable in that house, and

I would have my girlfriends come stay
the night with me so I wasn't alone.

One of my friends who came was a very
big Christian walking very

much in her faith, and she did not
believe in ghosts.

I was sleeping one night, and she woke
me up from my sleep terrified to death

and asked me to come outside with her.

I had a side screen and porch, and we
used to go outside to smoke cigarettes

there.

And so I went outside with her. I was
half asleep. And she told me she led

into the conversation by saying, you
know, I'm a Christian. You know, I don't

believe in ghosts, but I think I just
had an experience.

There was a white mist that came in
front of me and I can't explain

what it was.

Not long after that happened, my husband
returned from deployment and my sister

moved in with us.

and we were all eating dinner on the
couch in the living room, looking out

the same door that leads into that
screened-in porch.

It was a glass door.

All three of us at the same time saw a
white mist go by the door.

We all stopped, and it was dead silent.

It was like we were all processing what
had just happened.

And after a few minutes of silence, I
was the first one to speak up, and I

said, did anybody else see that?

And everybody...

Slowly shook their head and agreed.

We couldn't figure out what it was. We
tried to debunk it. We thought it was

possibly passing cars, lights going by.

So we sat there for the next 30 minutes
watching lights go by and nothing

replicated it. In that same house, I had
some very intense dreams. Saw some

things that were very scary to me that
made me more of a believer in my faith

and grow stronger in my Christianity.

The most recent event that I had was...

helping my aunt clean a cabin in Bryson
City, North Carolina.

It's a huge cabin. It had a huge common
area.

And then on either side of the cabin,
there was five or six rooms that were

individual, like a motel.

We were in the common area cleaning, and
I had dusted all of the tables that the

lamps were sitting on, and she was off
cleaning something else, and I came back

around to go back and dust the lamps.

And when I dusted all the lamps, they
were turned on. It was broad daylight,

so there was no reason for the lamps to
be on. I asked my aunt if she turned

them on, and she told me no, that she
hadn't. And nobody had been there at

that house except for us because we were
there cleaning for the next guest to

check in.

Ten streams I had was a sleep paralysis
stream. It was broad daylight. I was

taking a nap on the couch.

I was about 19.

I knew I was dreaming. Everything looked
the way it did in the dream that it did

in reality, although a cat ran by and
did, like, a flip, so I knew it was a

dream. And for whatever reason, I could
not move my body at all, and I felt this

benevolent spirit behind me. I couldn't
even make a noise with my voice, so I...

tried to pray, but I couldn't get
anything out because I couldn't use my

voice.

I reached deep down inside of my soul,
and I could get out one note, and it was

just like a, ah, and I was able to get
out that note, and I slowly rose from

laying down, and I could slowly move my
left arm, and I did this.

Because whatever it was was behind me,
and I was trying to turn my head.

And as soon as I got here, the phone
rang, and I woke up from my dream. So I

never got to see what was standing
behind me.

Spirits don't just come around at
nighttime in the dark waiting for

somebody. I've had experiences during
the day, a lot of intense dreams during

the day. And like I said earlier, when I
was helping my aunt clean the cabin and

the lamps were turning on by themselves,
that happened during the day.

So right now I'm using an SLS camera and
I'm definitely picking up an NC here in

the woods.

This is a structured light sensor
camera.

This specific one was from Relatively
Paranormal and it just crashed.

This is a PSP-11 spirit box.

It was an upgrade model from a PSP-7,
which was invented by Gary Galka.

There's a lot more features. This one
has a louder speaker, so what we'll do

is we'll get a sweep going.

This uses a millisecond adjustable
forward and reverse high-frequency sweep

technique coupled with proprietary white
synthetic noise distributed between

frequency steps.

So it basically flips through radio
stations and ghosts being energy can

interact. with the white noise between
the radio frequencies.

My name is Bill Birmingham.

I'm the first assistant director, and
I've stepped in front of the camera

today to tell my story that I have never
discussed with anyone in the 53 years of

my life.

It began when I was a little kid, and my
babysitter, her name was Mrs. Walsh,

and she was coming to come babysit us
for about a week, and the night before,

I'd woken up in the middle of the night.

looked out my window, and I saw her
standing on the sidewalk looking up at

me. I waved. She waved back.

And I went back to bed so I wouldn't get
in trouble.

The next morning when I got up, I went
downstairs, and my parents were very

upset. They were crying.

And they had told me that Mrs. Walsh had
died the night before.

And since that moment, I have been an
absolute believer in the paranormal.

My next experience...

I had lived in a farmhouse, running a
farmhouse that was built before the

Civil War.

And while living there, I had two dogs,
a flat coat black lab and a white German

shepherd. And over about a year, they
would stand in front of the window

in the kitchen. They would sit and they
would whine.

And they'd do that for about 10, 15
minutes until I would actually call them

away and they would just stop.

And they would do this over and over
again periodically.

They also would go to our front door and
would also whine, open the door, and

they'd run into this apple orchard and
lie down in the field and whine until I

called them away.

And the final moment was one night I was
asleep, and I heard a thud.

went downstairs, and a dictionary,
Webster's dictionary, had fallen off the

shelf onto the floor.

So at that point, I contacted my
landlord, and she told me that her great

-great-great-grandfather, his first name
was Webster, and that in the apple

orchard, they actually have family that
is buried in there.

The most powerful experience I had...

One night was when I was on patrol. I'm
prior law enforcement.

And I was with the Metro Transit Police
Department.

And around 3 to 4 a.m., I drove over to
the Mount Iwo Jima Memorial.

The park closes around dusk.

And I normally drive around the park
twice.

And it was a very nice night out.

So I did one circle to make sure no one
was in there. As I was doing my second

circle around the Iwo Jima memorial, all
my windows were rolled down, I didn't

have the radio on, and something to my
right in the passenger seat caught my

attention.

As soon as I looked over, there was an
army medic sitting there looking right

at me, and it felt as if he was looking
through me.

But he was also just as confused as I
was as if he kind of saw me.

And at that point, I jumped out of my
car. It startled me so much.

And my car veered off the road and
actually bumped into a tree.

And as I went back over to my police
car, he was gone.

At that point, I had to call my sergeant
and tell him that I'd fallen asleep at

the wheel.

It wouldn't have been a good idea to
tell him that I believed I saw an Army

paramedic.

So I have had a couple experiences.

So me and four friends go to this old
abandoned textile mill that's just like

essentially in our backyard.

But there's four of us, and we go in.

There's only one entrance in the back of
it to go into, but I believe it's like

six stories.

And there's only one staircase, and the
elevator is completely, like, crushed

in, and you can't use it at all.

But we go up, we go to the fourth floor,
and you have to go through these huge

metal doors that are just hard to open.

But we walk in, we shut the door behind
us, and to our right is this big open,

like, truck entrance so that they can
unload.

And then in front of us is this, like,
fenced area that you can still walk

through.

Almost the moment we get to the fence
area, as we step through, we hear the

metal door behind us creak and then slam
shut.

And I'll never forget it because our
vibe totally switched up.

We instantly stopped laughing, stopped
joking. We turn off our lights. We

crouch down.

So we think somebody's coming in after
us. None of us are really super

spiritual.

We're waiting there five, ten minutes to
see anything, hear anything, and just

nothing happens.

So eventually I just go, all right, I'm
going to stand on three, and we're going

to run.

And we bolted out of there.

I did go back several times, and I did
have some other experiences that weren't

as interesting.

or as meaningful that I super remember.

I do remember one where it was literally
just me and one other friend going into

this really big part of it that was
further off in the distance.

And the moment I stepped onto a
staircase that was in this huge mill, we

heard a pipe just bang and clatter, and
we immediately sprinted out of there.

the True Searchers is a paranormal
investigative team, a group, you know,

me and people I've met along the years.
And, you know, it's kind of ebbed and

flowed over the years because I've had
friends, I guess, move away or, you

know, we'll get this. set up to do this
cool investigation and then someone has

to work and then you don't do it. But
then sometimes we'll go and we've

investigated Crybaby Bridge, the
Poinsett Bridge.

We've investigated just random...

houses. I've actually got people calling
me, telling me that their house is

haunted. We've went out to local homes.
But all over. We've traveled around.

We've even done cryptid investigations.
I've done some Bigfoot hunting with my

buddy Derek Henderson.

And yeah, lots of that.

I'm very into alien abductions, kind of
looking up in the sky, seeing UFOs and

whatnot. So not just ghosts, but mostly
ghosts.

Yeah, so Greenville Ghost Tours is a
downtown paranormal walking tour.

We go through downtown Greenville.
There's so many haunted spots.

Ghosts are everywhere, really, and
there's a lot of history in Greenville.

There's just a lot of stories, and to
bring that to people.

Fortunately, there wasn't a ghost tour
downtown when I started in 2022, so

we've been running since then, and it's
been a fun thing to kind of...

Get in the paranormal investigative mode
and kind of teach people about

paranormal. You know, I consider myself
to be a paranormal enthusiast, a

paranormal researcher, a paranormal
investigator, a paranormal influencer.

But yeah, just teaching people about the
paranormal and kind of raising awareness

for it. I love unexplained events,
watching unsolved mysteries.

I want to believe, you know. So yeah, I
do have...

I know science. I studied science, you
know, and a lot of people see paranormal

investigation as like a pseudoscience.
But, you know, using tools and kind of

investigating and using these devices to
try to communicate and, you know, bring

some type of, you know, realistic
approach to paranormal investigation.

And at the end of the day, to find
evidence, to find the truth, that's

really what I'm after.

My favorite technique is probably...

essence method. It's just kind of a way
to disconnect everything.

The person inside doesn't know what's
being asked or what's going on, and the

answers sometimes are just very
interesting.

I also like the flashlight.

It's just a regular little mini mag
light.

I like to set it so that it's close to
on, but not on. You can shake it around

and do stuff. It doesn't come on, but
when you set it down...

and you start to ask questions, you can
use it for like yes, no type of answers

usually. Or I'll set up, normally I'll
have multiples, and you can set them

like yes, no, maybe, or like this one
for this answer, or for that to get more

specific answers.

So what we're about to do is the Estes
method, which was invented in Estes

Park, Colorado, which is where the
Stanley Hotel is.

Basically, we're going to put
noise-isolating headphones here on

William, and we're going to blindfold
him so his senses will be...

deprived. And basically we have a spirit
box. This is actually an S-box.

And I got it set up so it's flipping
through stations.

And, you know, a spirit box is a, you
know,

rugged, robust, portable device.

There's a proprietary white synthetic
noise distributed between the

frequencies and goes being energy and
kind of manipulate this frequency to

create words coming out of it. So we'll
ask some questions and we'll get

responses and we'll see if we can get
some communication between the device

and our questions.

What's determining that? That's not
constantly caused by a constant

generation by... Because I used to work
in radio. I had a third-class operator's

license, and I studied this.

You're not talking about one particular
transmitter putting out a signal, and

it's reaching this little piece of metal
inside the receiver.

You're talking about a totally different
phenomenon where the signal is bouncing

and is...

not quite being picked up and it's being
interfered with by another signal at the

same time which is very in other words
it's not a a solid

process that's controlled by um radio
transmission it's happening

on its own according to what the waves
want to do yeah

it's really cool when we ask a question
and you The

words that you get out of it kind of
answer it, and so we'll see if there is

some kind of synchronicity there.

A girlfriend from a few years back, we
used to occasionally at night we would

listen to it, and she said it's just
like signals all sort of dancing

together trying to figure it out. I
think that's a very poetic way of

putting it. It's a physical process
whereby the different signals, these

radio waves,

and they decide themselves, nothing else
is determining that.

You know, it's not like the signal is so
strong that it's going to the particular

target that you have a little piece of
metal that's picking up that signal.

You have various signals, and they work
it out in themselves.

Dancing together in the night, trying to
figure it out.

unchecked by God. He

unseen world.

The paranormal, if you will. When we
start talking about God and His

place in the supernatural world, let me
be very clear with you.

Listen to me very carefully.

We are around...

supernatural forces all day long let me
tell you some good and some evil

but you know the bible tells us that our
real struggle isn't with our physical

bodies it's spiritual it's all spiritual
where our problems come from

now with that being said i want to take
you to the lord's word and i want you to

hear what the scriptures say here about
The unknown world. I'd like to read from

you directly from the Bible. From
Ephesians chapter 6 verse 12.

For we are not fighting against flesh
and blood enemies.

Not flesh and blood enemies.

Is this for real?

We're talking about spirits here. But
against evil rulers and authorities of

unseen world.

Against mighty powers in the dark world.
Against evil spirits in the heavenly

places. Now who would think that there
would be evil.

Spirits in heavenly places.

I found that when I started reading the
Bible, I found a lot of this kind of

hard to understand. Let me tell you that
Satan is real, people. Satan is real

there. This Bible speaks more about hell
and damnation and Hades more than it

does heaven.

So I'm speaking to your heart today,
people.

I want you to understand as you guys are
chasing around spirits and superstitions

around this house today. I want to tell
you some things that are true that comes

from the word of God. And I want you to
hear it.

And I want you to hear it clearly.

Because it's very important for your
salvation.

You need salvation in your life. And
there's only one way to receive that

salvation is to believe and to trust in
God himself.

And God is in battle at all times
against the evil spirits.

Satan, Satan, Lucifer was cast down like
lightning out of the sky.

And he took one third of the heavenly
angels with him. Who are the demons that

walk this world today, tempting us and
making us sin in the world today. And

the Bible says in this way, he disarmed
the spirits.

And rulers and authorities.

He shamed them publicly by the victory
over them on the cross.

Now we talk about Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ came.

He was crucified for our sins.

He was punished for something he didn't
do. He lived a perfect life.

But he paid the price for us on the
cross.

And this is where this victory was won
over evil.

But the truth is that Jesus Christ
reigns over all spirits.

And in him we have victory, we are safe,
and we find that we are covered

by him, Jesus Christ.

For God did not spare even the angels
who sinned.

He threw them into hell.

In gloomy pits of darkness where they
are being held until day of judgment.

Now you see evil spirits, most of them
have been judged, they've been

restrained, but there's still some of
them walking around each and every day.

And we'll go to 1 John 4.

Dear friends, do not believe everyone
who claims to speak by the Spirit.

You must test them to see if the Spirit
they have comes from God.

So we have to test the spirits.

For there are many false prophets in the
world.

And here's the thing. We don't test
spirits by our feelings.

We test spirits by the truth of God.

That's how we test the spirits. The
Bible doesn't care how you feel.

It's what the Word of God says.

And look, if you're out there today and
you're a part of this documentary, just

know that the most powerful spirit in
the world is the Holy

Spirit. You know what? I just find
myself really kind of creeped out here

talking about the Bible here when you
guys are actually trying to find demonic

forces in this house.

You know, I wake up each and every day
thinking God for his creation.

And now I'm around where my friends,
people that I know that are in this home

doing this film about demonic spirits.

How do I really feel about that? If I'm
going to be creeped out, that's what I'm

going to be creeped out about.

Is that my friends are dealing with
this. They want to find out if these

supernatural forces really truly exist.

They didn't have to come to this creepy
house to find that.

It says it right here in the book.

Yeah, I mean, I certainly do believe
that, you know, we can't explain

everything in this world.

And so I think, you know, if you guys
are chasing, okay, let's say you're not

chasing after everything demonic, okay?

Not the paranormal. Maybe you're just
going after, you know, just something,

something, an after effect of something
that may be lingering in this home, in

this old.

us that you know there's not an in

-between place after death You go to two
different places. You either go to,

first you either go, if you're a
non-believer, you're going to go to a

place called Hades.

And if you are a believer when you die,
you're going to go to the place called

Abraham's bosom. And you're going to be
there until the second coming. When the

rapture comes, he's going to take
everyone out, all the people that he

believes in, he's going to take them
out. To be perfectly honest, I think you

probably are seeing things that...

I know when you say about when someone
died, maybe like 400 years ago, is there

something left over from their spirit
that can hang around?

I can tell you something that's really
creepy. And when I was a kid, when my

grandfather passed away, he loved my
sister. I wasn't born yet.

And then he always told my parents that
if there was any way that he could come

back to visit them, he would.

My dad woke up in the middle of the
night and all the doors in the inside of

the house were open. And beside her
crib, they had pulled out the dresser

drawers. And all the dresser drawers
were stacked beside the crib.

Now, do I believe that it was my
grandfather coming back?

No, I don't. I don't believe because I
believe in the word.

I'm not exactly sure what you guys will
find tonight.

But I believe whatever you find tonight
will be, you'll find it because God

wanted you to find it.

I tried to put myself when I first heard
about this investigation about

you guys are doing it. To be perfectly
honest, me personally, and I'm giving

you my personal opinion as a believer in
Jesus Christ, I would not try

to summons up.

spirits of any kind or anything of that
nature. I personally wouldn't do it. I

think you guys, if you guys want to put
a project together and you know,

sometimes what can happen with what you
guys are doing is trying to chase these

ghosts and spirits and demons and
whatnot.

Sometimes it's, I just keep going back
to it. My personal opinion, something is

going to happen to someone tonight.

And they're going to have that feeling
of uncertainty in their lives. And I

just feel like, I feel like something
good is going to come from this. It

wouldn't be in your best interest as far
as I'm concerned to chase these spirits.

That's just who I am.

I don't look down upon you guys.

I wish you guys all the luck in the

But I would stick to chasing Jesus and
the Word of God.

I think there's a lot of evidence to
suggest that there are spirits here

with us.
